My credo is: people should know about FSC existence. I think we would not discuss the story of their appearance, we have a number of Koltsov’s materials, he speaks about it in details. I want to discuss a different aspect. Look, we all are busy with our own health, I also came to the Center Region Company for my own health, for health of my own child, mother, father – my folks. I am a devoted person, I am here until now, and I see that some people are studiously working with FSCs very well, accurately working with supplements, using both Center Region products and products of other companies, but serious changes in the state of health are taking place with great difficulties. For a long time I could not understand why a person, fulfilling my recommendations by seconds, receives not 100 % result, but only 50-40 %, and then slides back, then starts another round of climbing up for health, what is the reason?

The main Aurveda principle is that a person should understand 3 conditions: Place, Time, Circumstances. These are three conditions; today we will concentrate at the Place. Correctors or other technologies give powerful energy – one acquires more powers. Then comes the most important moment – where to direct this power? It is a very serious moment, why? Because one starts to feel better, pressure normalized, liver stopped hurting, hemorrhoids disappeared, and so on. And so it is important to understand what to do with the energy.

I came upon this moment with the appearance of the FSC number 18, which harmonizes the work of chakras. We consist of energies, what we are seeing is only a small part, energetically we are large and complicated, it is described in Aurveda that there are 240 thousands of chakras in a human body, a great number of energy channels , every joint is a chakra, we are complicated energy systems. But because our sensitive apparatus is very restricted, we are seeing only a small part of the reality. And so, what is most important? Body is like a car. Soul gets this body as one buys a car. Driver sits down in a car and starts moving. Respectively, where he would be able to drive, whether the journey would be easy and pleasant, or it would be constant repair, depends on how the driver cares about his car, how he understands the resources and abilities of his vehicle, you see? It is very important for us to know who we are, men and woman are constructed absolutely differently. Physiologically, anatomically, psychologically, but first of all energetically! And so, when individual acts in a wrong direction, any actions of ours – not simply to move a chair, paint some walls, or something like, but even what we are thinking, what we are feeling – our emotions are a colossal release of energy. And these energies influence the entire Universe. Not only heat, for example we are sitting in this auditorium, our bodies are heating the air in the room, lungs consume oxygen, and so on, but our thoughts and emotions are releasing a colossal amount of energy. Accordingly, what we are giving out into this World, should be built into it harmoniously, do not disturb or attack it, do not destroy anything, to preserve the balance. We are inside this World, we are part of it, and it is important to understand “who am I?” It is important, because illnesses are a help from God. This very moment: “Love your Illness” (a book by Valeriy Sinelnikov) – when I read it for the first time, it was like electric shock – how is it possible?! What is it?! How can I love it?! And so, it is exactly the signals, that we are doing something wrong, that our energetic starts to attack something in this World, that we are introducing misbalance, some delusions, so the World should send a “postman” to us, which should signal that we are doing something wrong. And it is exactly the illnesses and people who are telling us something. It could be something irritable or unpleasant for us, uncomfortable, and so on, and we should have an understanding that we are a part of this World, that World is not hostile, it is tuned at us with tremendous love, generally the entire Universe is designed to fulfill everyone’s wishes. If a hepatitis virus has a desire to receive a tasty liver, and some specific person does not have a desire, that his liver be healthy, then their desires coincide. You take it? It is about the moment “who am I?”

People are pumping up themselves with energies, they are trying to change, but as soon the illness is gone, due to everyday behavior they are coming to a second round, the third and so on. It is our behavior – how one behaves in life situation, what he thinks and what he feels.

First we are going to discuss who are men and women, it is basics, then I will tell you about the diurnal activity, and about the FSC use during the course of the day, at the end we will talk about golden FSCs and about the Salvator.

Our energy system has eternal existence. All these 240 thousands of chakras are not so important as the main 7. The thick body is like a clothes – one day you are walking in a gown, the other in kimono, another in sports suit – all these moments are important but you remain yourself. The personality is exactly energetic. In Vedic books chakras are described as discs in which energy is rotating. Energy cannot stand still, energy is always a work. These energy discs are a system at which all our impressions are stored, everything we heard, saw, felt, experienced – like a movie it is recorded from all lives that a human being lives. Both men and women have the same seven chakras system, and now we will discuss how it is activated. Really we were created as pairs, because, in accordance with Ayurveda writings men’s and women’s chakras have different spin, they are rotating in different directions, that’s why we are attracted to each other. It is important to understand that chakra creates an energy background in which some specific system of organs exists.

Energy fluxes are going from the bottom and from the top, and if by any reason, something is going wrong at some chakra, not that it shuts down but became clogged, then malfunctions in organs, that are connected to this chakra develop. What we are seeing at the physiology level – spleen, liver, the left foot – are like signal lights, telling us that energy flux is violated, something is going wrong. This connection is very important. We are trying to heal spleen, liver, the left foot separately, or may be it is eyes, but it is the same meridian, whatever you may do with eyes, nothing will change if there is some trouble in a liver. Eyes is a signal light, that indicates the state of the liver. The system of body meridians is described in Chinese and Aurvedic medicine systems.

It is similar to a situation when you sit down into your car, you may not know where the engine is, what is the brake system, or anything else, why? Because there are signal lights at the instrument panel, and in case something goes wrong with the brake system, the light will start to blink. A sensible driver will go to a service station, or in case he is enough experienced, will fix it himself, but a normal man would never leave it on its own. And so, the state of each organ – trouble, an illness, a diagnosis is an indicator of some energy clog, and so it is important to find this clog and heal it, why? Because everything, all energies are coming to us through the chakral system, everything we are going to receive in this life: a house without mortgage, a good husband or a good wife, sweet, successful, happy children, good occupation, flourishing of creativeness – some people are writing poems, other symphonies, and have a desire that people would see and hear their works. Not just singing for yourself in a bathroom, one has a desire to appear on the stage. All these moments are coming to us energetically, energy of chakras lets them in. That is we have a system that lets things to pass into our fate. If the energy flux is violated, no matter how much efforts one would exert, it cannot enter into his life.

The root chakra – is perineum level, the level of groin is the second chakra, Solar plexus is the third, the level of the chest and the heart – is the fourth chakra, throat is the fifth, the sixth one is between the eyebrows, top of the head is the seventh. In addition, the state of organs, which correspond to each chakra, signals about the state of the energy in it.

The root chakra is a possibility to have children, it is a very important thing. I see girls, coming to me for consulting, which are having energy flow from the bottom tapped down. Everything is normal at the level of the anatomy, but she either cannot perceive or carry out a baby, you understand?! It is the state of the cervix of the uterus at women, it is the state of the immunity, bones, muscles, legs – all these is a signal system of what is happening in the first energy center. More to it, it is possibility to have children, a house without a mortgage, it is also security, because dwelling is a basic serious fundament for a life of an individual.

The level of the second chakra at women is gynecology, and the level of the second chakra is enjoyment, that is the energy of inspiration lives at the level of the second chakra. Ability to cook tasty pies and write poems, and the body of a child is also a creativity. Enjoyment lives here. It is kidneys at men.

The solar plexus is money. Working somewhere, one gives out his time and efforts into the World, and the World returns one's energy back in the form of money. I often encounter with such things like “sometimes in the future there will be a life or a state without money”, “money are from the devil”, and something like. Vedas say that humanity always had money, they were given from above, and they are given for special purposes. That is not to install a golden pan with a heater, but for concrete, absolutely clear purposes, they are: health and correspondingly resorts, folks that can fix bones at their places, masseurs, taking some procedures. Three purposes are: health, good intercourse and knowledge. Money are given to these purposes, and they may return to an individual only in accordance with a state of his chakral system, that lets things to pass into his life, no matter what efforts he could exert. I gave a similar lecture at Sankt-Petersburg, and they asked me a question from the auditorium: “I know a painter, he is such a wonderful master, he draws a lot” – that is a good realization at the second chakra level – “he is Van Gogh, and so on, but he lives in an absolute misery, thou he is a generous man, presents his paintings, but unable to sell anything at a normal price”. I am asking: “What is the state of his health at the solar plexus level?” it is liver, stomach, pancreas, intestines. In a lower tone, they answer: “cirrhosis”. – “Alcohol?” “Alcohol”. You see? This input system is a very serious thing, and when one strains himself at work too much, he earns…., many of you probably know what ?…. the stomach ulcer! However, damn the ulcer, there is a shortage of money! Another two jobs are needed! And there would not be a result, it is unable to come. That is, even if he will earn some money, he will lose them in some way, they will be stolen, something will go to wreck, or money should be spent on own health, or it will be difficult to find a job, and when one gets it – then receives either deception or disappointment, why? Because energy is unable to come into life. The input system should be set into order.

The level of the fourth chakra corresponds to relations. You want to have friends, with whom you could be for decades, who support you, who are calling you on your birthday with pleasure even from the far away corner of the planet, despite the cost, that is one strives for such relations. And of course one wants reciprocal love. One wants to love and be loved, you understand ?! Not to receive academic degrees, neither to fly into space or going underground as miners, and so on, but to love and be loved. And so, the possibility to receive these energies is defined exactly by the fourth chakra state. It is the state of the heart, lungs and bronchi. When one stops to love this world, do you remember Turgenev’s misses – grief and sorrow, and soon comes consumption and tuberculosis. The heart ails only when one prohibits himself to love. That is due to some circumstances: stresses, oppressive sorrows, some disappointments, an individual takes a decision “I would not love, it is painful, offensive, let them love me instead – it is safer ”, then the problems with heart rhythm appear or with blood vessels, and so on…

The level of the throat chakra is power. What means power? Not like at the East, padishah moves his eyes, and everyone falls down, their bottoms up. No, power is when people understood you. Neither turning your words upside down, nor distorting them. It is when there is no need to rise your voice in order to be heard and understood. The throat chakra is self-expression, when one is able to set a distance, to say aloud what he dislikes, to outline personal territory, it should exist obligatory, the territory of personal interests. Accordingly, the throat chakra is a thyroid gland, it is a voice. Laryngitis – is a hoarse voice, vocal cords, chronic tonsillitis, quinsy, the state of the spinal column neck department.

The sixth and the seventh centers are the state of the head. The sixth center, for example, is obstinacy – antritis. The stubbornness in an individual shows up in the form of antriris.

We, men and women seem to be alike, and our signal systems work similarly, but men's and women's energy centers work differently, and it is very important to understand these moment. Why? Because people are sensing some specific emotions, that depend on energy flow in the energy centers, and start to act in accordance with their emotions. Action – what are you doing, to what are you aspiring to – is absolutely and completely dictated by the energetics in chakras. I would not overload you with details – what chakra should rotate clockwise and what counterclockwise, it is God's care. I want you to catch the essence. The root chakra is connected with such basic things as a house, food, security, at that men have this chakra working in a giving mode, and at women it should work in receiving mode. It shows in behavior, it reads out from behavior. Man is able to protect and support. At the same time it is important for a woman to receive care and support. But what we are seeing nowadays: Men are preoccupied with domestic help, and women are dealing with electricians, servicemen, works at three jobs, moves ties, caries enormous bags with products, and so on. Why it happens? Because stresses, negative experiences may violate the normal energy flow, and chakra may start to rotate in a wrong direction, accordingly individual changes his behavior. Fears make the root chakra to rotate in a wrong direction, and we are loaded with fears for a long time. It is said in Aurveda, that in order to have a stable psychic, in order the personality to be integral, the first five years a child should always see, hear, feel the smell and heartbeat of his mother. Five years, it is also good if a baby sucks mother's milk all this time. What happens instead? They gave me into day nursery in the age of five month. Even if you are a very caring and loving grandmother, who adores a grandchild, in any case it is a different odor, heartbeat, voice. Fears are implanted already at this level, not mentioning wars, or someone frightening a child – some dog, a human, or anything, god bless when parents are fighting, and so on. The point is that it is very important what a child experiences during a first year and 8 month – in what atmosphere and emotions he exists first year and 8 month. Oh, we are sure that they do not understand anything, yes?! A woman is often tired in this period of time, generally life changes radically with the birth of a first child, and often parents are becoming to quarrel. At that parents reckon that a child understands nothing. Any quarrel is a specific energy, energy is irradiating. Woman's energy is 9 times more powerful than men's. That is, a woman do not need to fight with her fists or shout, or something like, it is enough for her to sit in the corner and think out filth, and the energy will be like a Chernobyl, you see?! So a child, being in such an atmosphere, sucks it inside, he will forget it at the consciousness level, but later in life he will unconsciously seek this atmosphere in relations. Imagine that you are living close to the poultry plant or the pig farm, and you became accustomed to a smell, and everything seems normal. Then you arrive somewhere into the city or at the seashore, everything seems well, you may enjoy, but there is a feeling that something is missing. And when returning back home, all people may say “fi”, but everything is fine again for you. Similar, a child, when was growing in an atmosphere saturated with conflicts, even internal conflicts, you see, it is not important if the frying pans and rolling-pins are flying, they feel it internally, and later they start to seek the habitual atmosphere. And will obligatory find a tormentor, who will create this atmosphere, it is important to understand. In case fears have rotated chakras in wrong direction, a man, instead of active external behavior, becomes timid, he feels well at home, he makes root at the sofa, he is comfortable cooking breakfasts, vacuum-clean premises, he even sits home with children, if only not to deal with electrician, servicemen, builders at dacha, the behavior changes, you see?! It is different with women, instead of feeling well at home, she feels good outside. She runs with builders at dacha – quarrel with them and control them, hunts electrician, because there is something that requires repairing, has three jobs, and so on. To put it short “houses are burning, horses are running”, a good deal of work ahead. Woman goes out of the house and goes there, it means that her chakra is unable to receive care, she starts to take care about everything herself: about a fridge, about home walls, and so on and on. When everything in the sphere of the information and energy is functioning normally at a man and a woman, they complement each other to a pair, we were created to be pairs. When woman's first chakra is filled up, the energy rises higher to the second chakra, where the enjoyment lives. Happiness is an essential property of a soul. We are seeking it not just because we have nothing better to do, no, we are preoccupied with our health, relations, some health and mind developing practices. People are always in this great quest for happiness! Because there is something that prevents it coming into our soul. And so it is one of the kinds of happiness – a woman is able to receive enjoyment 24 hours a day just out of surrounding circumstances: nice wallpaper, good dress, new earrings. Imagine, just opening a cupboard, and trying fineries all day long, and a wonderful mood. May it satisfy a mаn? «What a torment to go shopping with them!» What about the well known phrase: «I have nothing to wear!» ? Once you bought a dress, put it on – perfect! – enjoyment drops at the second chakra, put it on a job, everyone looked and appreciated and made compliments, may be someone gritted her teeth at that, never mind, it is fine anyway – again a drop of enjoyment, came to a cafe with girlfriends, again a drop of delight, then wear it again – and it is nothing – became accustomed to it – I have nothing to wear! You understand ?! It is a very important moment. Every month a woman should receive a new clothes, I am not saying about a completely new wardrobe, but some piece of clothes is needed, why? Because this (second) chakra is very important – a woman acquires delight – there are 64 kinds of arts, and when her second chakra becomes filled, she becomes able to give the energy to a man. Men's second chakra works in receiving mode. Men's body – yantra – was created for war: to defend, to fight. Not a relaxation – opening a cupboard, tried everything and got a happy mood, they are made absolutely differently. They are able to receive pleasure only in one way and only in definite circumstances. Sex. Why it is that important for them? Why it is like «emergency exit» sign that is always lighted? We all are searching delights here. A woman is able to give delight, but it is not like laying and looking at the ceiling – oh, it needs whitewashing, you understand? It is something different. At that, a woman is able to receive delight only when protected. Protected, well provided, when she has what she wants. When second chakra at men is filled, the energy goes higher, now it is the third chakra – the solar plexus – it is money. Man is a tool for procuring money for a family, but money flux closely corresponds to woman's karma, are you following me? Money is a complicated substance. When a man has a good energy circulation in the solar plexus energy center, he has very quick carrier growth, the success. At men this chakra should be in giving mode, but at women it should be in receiving mode. The internal directive: «Why should I ask? I will do it myself» switches this receiving mode off. And so, a woman should be able to ask for gifts and to receive them. Asking is a level of the throat chakra. They always taught women to sing, to master her voice, why? Because men perceive women's voice with the same hemisphere, that perceives music, emotions, melody. Have in mind that if a woman is dissatisfied with a men, no matter how good her argumentation would be built, all casual-investigatory connections – why he behaves so badly, and how he really should behave, he would listen only the voice tone and nothing more, the result will be corresponding.

And so, it is very important to be able to ask for and to receive gifts. In Vedic books it is said, that in order to get something from a man, a woman should tell him about this approximately 50 times, in a soft voice. But we want everything to be at first demand. Decibels are rising and a home turns into Gestapo – concentration camp. It is the woman who does it, and what is the first wish of a Gestapo prisoner? To flee away! Children go to Australia to continue education, husband starts to fix carburetor in the garage, or it could be fishing or something else, it is not a coincidence. We have absolutely different brain anatomy, at women’s brain both hemispheres are able to work simultaneously – she is like a twin-core computer. At men’s brain it is either one or the other, I repeat once again, his body is created for wars, not for sensory, but for firmness, purposefulness.

Imagine, you are loading some program into a twin-core computer, how fast it goes, and into a single-core computer – you have sit down and wait. And you want him to fulfill your wishes in a moment. A woman would better try to start this process in a correct way, be in a calm relaxed state, allow herself to collect enjoyments from this world, it could be a difficult task, because women often set bans for themselves: “One should not spent money”, or “one should not waste time because children need this or that” or something else should be done, in such a case the chakra would not fill up with energy. It is important to have time for a hobby – spend some time at yourself, or buy something pleasant – spent some money. I was on a business trip when I read about this, in my dinner break I enter into a shop and see a beautiful tea set, I think “My Goodness!”…. I counted how many busses and trains and terminals I have ahead, I will have to carry this box in hands, and I think “no, not for anything!”, go out of the store and walk further, and I realize that from now own I will remember this set with this very cup every morning, and I turn back and buy it. Why? Because I would have irritation here (at the second chakra) all the time. I brought it home and drink my morning tea from this cup, and every time I smile. One should allow herself this, it is important condition of happiness, why? Then you will be able to transfer energy and later you will be able to receive it.

You should remember that it would take place only if women will feel safe. It is a man’s job to create this mood, this background – security. It is important that he would have powers for this. You see, the career of a man, by 100 percent depends on the state of a woman. And if at home there is an angry and disappointed woman, man’s carrier may fly up for the short period of time, then puff down. We, women read out the air of security from men’s behavior, just observing three important moments: help, defense and care should come out from a men. Nowadays women often mix this things up, when something from this triad is absent, women tend to fill up the gap with their energy, but doing so she turns into hysterical woman. There are men, close to whom any woman will become hysterical. Men’s psychic is constancy: man said – man did. If a man starts to forget his promises, woman stops to feel herself protected, and she will go hysteric.

Such solution is possible, but what is the sense to change a boat if you did not learned to work with oars! And so, the help from a man is when you became tired or a bit sick, he may take some function on himself. Not constantly, but from time to time it is possible for a man to take on himself some part of woman’s duties. By the way, when a woman does dishwashing, she washes out a bad karma. By adding some spices into cooking it is possible to change a character of a person.

It is possible to change a character of a person with the use of spices, simply adding some specific spice daily into meal at the tip of the knife. For example fennel gives courage, it is when fear sits inside the energy system, fear is an absence of courage. Ginger gives optimism. Cinnamon gives the energy of friendship – to attract friends. It's a big and complicated theme for a separate discussion.

So, the help is when you became tired, and defense and care is something different, these are different things, one does not substitute the other. Defense is when a man takes on himself the relations that could possibly frighten or offend a woman. That is relations with repairmen and builders at dacha, with electrician men and plumbers, and so on. So in order to prevent the possibility of an offence, he takes these relations at himself. It is not fighting with hooligans in the gateway once in a fifty years – hooray! Here is your medal, you are a hero! It is about everyday relations.

Providing maintenance is money. It is very important for a man to marry such a woman, who will spend his money the way he would be pleased? You see? A man should find such a woman, that his soul would be pleased when she buys new earrings, dresses – he just stands and looks how she tries and tries new fineries and it brings him joy. It is the main part of the material energy, exactly the point where our houses, sofas, and all other goods are coming from.

In case the energy is circulating normally, everything a woman may want, will come, but only in accordance with her karma, what it means? It is described in Vedic books that there is a specific energy, called piety, what it is? Four major aspects of life are derived out of piety, and it is very hard to change this aspects, only some great deeds could be an exception. It is wishes of other living creatures in relation to you. We are thinking about each other only in two energies: either it is damnations or a blessings. No matter if 20 years passed, if some person is thinking about you with fear, offence, rage, condemn – spears of damnations are flying into your field. If an individual is thinking of you with love, joy, gratitude, with a smile – energy of blessing flies into your field. When a human leaves the physical body, she takes with her not dresses, golden lavatory pan with a heater or not even the home by the sea, but she would take these damnations or blessings, because they will lay down into the chakral system and became assimilated, and will be taken with the soul. In the next embodiment the soul will come in accordance with this baggage, either it will be a good family, or in a family where no one is giving a damn about the child. It is about our parents – we earned our starting positions. Absolutely clear – in accordance with our deeds in the past. And in accordance with piety a soul has: the day of birth, the day of death, the measure of health and wealth – money, a happy marriage, and all the rest.

And so people are coming here with different baggage. Nowadays they are trying to tune everyone that «You deserve the best!», «You deserve more!». For 5 years I am not watching TV anymore, when I come to see some friends and hear similar things, I always ask: «Why you decided that I am? It is not you who may judge this». Such commercials are making women absolutely insatiable, in energy plan we are becoming like – remember the Marfushka's face from «The Morozko» movie? – always there is little of something! They provoke women for greediness, always distorting the energy at the second chakra. A woman ceases to see what she has, and becomes constantly concentrated at what she has not. It is in the TV, Masha has it, Dasha has, or something like this….

….. 1987, I was living in Krasnoyarsk, arrive in Novosibirsk, and it comes out that I own a very valuable thing - a mink cap. And they steal mink caps, tear them from the people's heads on the streets, I was fearing for my cup, it was 87, not 1887 ! You see?! Really it was not all that long ago, time flew away fast, but anyway it was not long ago. What are you seeing now when coming out? Lots of mink coats, it is difficult to park a car in the evening time, all parking places are occupied, but people are constantly speaking about how bad they are living! It's a nightmare. And only one generation changed. When women are becoming insatiable, men become to howl: «there are no women nowadays!» Young men are coming to me for consultations, age about 30-35, I ask: «Why you are not married? Were is your babies? Where is a woman, you take care about? You need to give out energy!» He says: «There are no women nowadays». Next comes a young woman, approximately the same age, I ask again: «Why not married? Where are the children? It is time, you have energy» In due time an energy comes to a woman that allows to give a good healthy body to a child. It is not endless, it comes in a definite age. She says: «There are no men nowadays!» You know, it is like young men and woman are separated by a glass wall, they do not notice each other, why? Because women are seriously tuned like Marfushka from Morozko. I beg you to find this face in the web, print it out and have at hands, when you are unsatisfied with something you have, you remember her face and realize – yes, it's me!

On the other hand, as soon as a woman starts to demand more and more, she stops to feel pacification, pacification «lives» at the this chakra, man's finances are coming to wreck. She stops to «fuel» him, finances are going down, she starts to irritate even more, demands more, and it may even come to break of relations. Men are shouting: «These babes are interested only in money!» Women are shouting: «These men need nothing except sex!» So we would better act in accordance with our natural energies! I repeat once again: it is necessary to have in mind that we were breaded in the Soviet Union, when very often, almost always, they took children away from mothers, that resulted in energy starting to flow in an opposite direction. Men became very passive, frightened, and women became too active – the opposite things! So the more a woman has to do in the outer world, the more hysterical she becomes inside.

In Vedic writings it is said, that if only a woman will have a thought that she married a wrong man, in two years the family will be destroyed. Destructive instruments and circumstances may be different, true? Is not it ?! It is possible to do something with a spade, something with a hummer. That is different destructive instruments may appear in the fate, but during two years the family will be destroyed, because woman tapped down the giving energy flux. Woman gives, man receives. Normal relations start only when a woman is in the state of generosity, love. Man is able to reflect only what he was given. There is a very good movie «The scent of a woman» with Al Pacino, there is a man who has no woman, he is cynical, rotten, lewd, coarse. Three days later he commits an act of heroism before woman's eyes, the woman is admired, what it means? If neck or knees are aching - there is no flexibility, a woman is too straightforward, strictly adherent to principles. Very often it is a manifestation of kin damnations.

«I feel it will turn out this way or that…» - men are doing things in their own way anyway, got what she felt, and one should be patient and stand loses several times unless his sixth chakra will switch into receiving mode. Instructions to this world do exist, they were never a secret. The Creator of this World, the chief programmist do not have an aim to torture us. And he gives a humanity, gives to people four variants of instructions to this World. Not depending on nationality, but depending on the temper. All sacred books are instructions to this World. They are stating from most important theme – the biggest mistakes. If one will violate these ten commandments, he will always receive pain. It’s a warning. Everything you shall receive in accordance with your karma, in accordance with the piety you earned, you will receive obligatory. But one should be able to accept this knowledge. Food is a very interesting thing. We are taking it in utilitarian way: albumens, carbohydrates, vitamins, hypervitaminosis, hypovitaminosis, luck of iodine, calcium started to accumulate into stones in kidneys, or something like…. It is our relation to food. The point is that every product has also an energetic body. When we eat the product, we consume the thin energy, and in our bodies these thin energy turns into emotion. Emotion forces an individual to think in a definite way and act in a definite way. As I already mentioned: fennel gives birth to courage, ginger – to optimism. Every chakra is feeding with its specific energy, or gets destroyed with some specific energy.

For example, a chocolate. In reality it is not a sweet, it is bitter, and chocolate gives energy of disappointment. When one consumes lots of these energy, this emotion accumulates inside, and a moment comes when a definite concentration will be reached, then this energy has to do a job. What it means? It means that a situation will be attracted into the fate of the individual, in which he would feel this disappointment.

And so every chakra is supplied or destroyed with some energy. First and second chakras are supplied with the energies of onions and garlic. When these chakras are in excessive power, they force people to concentrate on physiology, giving birth to such emotion as lust. Lust is a desire that everything should be the way one wants. And so, there is a product that feeds the crown chakra, that makes easier to receive the global information – the understanding of the laws, by which this world is functioning. Not to strike with one’s head into a wall, but understand that doors and windows do exist, that it is possible to go through a door, well? In case one goes for some real purpose. There is a product that shuts the crown chakra completely, and there is a product that feeds it.

Eggs shut down the energy in the crown chakra completely. I think, you understand that if you touch some item, then you leave energy trance on it, and this item lives energy trace on you, do you agree? Eggs in hen are passing the same way, the sheet passes. Could there be a mind in sheet?! It is exactly the destructive energy.

And the cow’s milk gives a supply for the crown chakra. Only cow’s. Cow is a very specific creature, every living creature has specific channels. Cow has channels that no other living creature has! It has a channel that goes directly from the upper worlds.

When human energy starts to function normally, everything comes into his fate that corresponds to it. Easily, without any struggle. Every chakra controls some system of organs, and these organs are able either to become ill, giving us a signal that something is wrong, or be healthy.

We are living in such a world, where our body has to fight at three fronts in order to survive. It is outer electromagnetic irradiation, which is able to destroy organs, so energy in chakra will correspond to the destroyed organ. The second front is our emotions, and the third front is our thoughts. Louise Hay wrote brilliantly about thoughts and emotions. Her technique has a colossal power: to repeat the same affirmation for 10 minutes 40 days in a row. It really starts to work. It is important to have power, it is important that the crown center would work, then an individual will have powers to perform these techniques. Because I meet people, who are like competent, know everything, able to give you a lecture themselves, but doing nothing! Because the crown center is tapped down, the energy to act in proper direction comes from above.

The series of blue FSCs is a hygiene of the body, it is as simple as that. Because the entire physiology is based on electromagnetism, so the state of the electromagnetic field is important for the reactions to go in a proper way, without any deviations and till their end. Because very often intermediate products of the reactions are poisons. Electromagnetic waves, flying from our machinery are able to destroy these subtle balances, causing violations in the cells. It is a very important moment.

It is important to understand that every system of organs, and so the energetics of every chakra is activated in a specific time interval during the course of the day, it is the circadian rhythms. Our morning starts at 7 a. m. When the intestines are activated – cleaning out. During the night – the gallbladder is cleaning, then from 1 a. m. till 3 a. m. liver is cleaning actively, from 3 a. m. till 5 a. m. – lungs, all the products that were cleaned out, perspire inside the intestines, they are seen on the tongue like a plague, but this plague is everywhere till the end. That's why evacuation from the intestines is activated in the first place. It is good to help our body during this period of time, and we have an FSC that helps cleaning – it is number 2. When you got up in the morning, cleaned your teeth, drink a glass or two of warm water, structured at FSC no. 2. If we live in India, where the temperature is 50 centigrade, we would drink a cold water, while we are living in a cold climate, we should drink a warm water. 36-46 centigrade. It is important that it would not warm up or cool down in the stomach, it should pass the stomach quickly. And for another person it is enough to enter and say: «Sit down everybody» and they do sit down, what acts here? It is exactly the action of the energy at the throat chakra level – the throat center. It is important to be heard for people who are engaged in sales, because you are saying 550 thousands of times that one should go for testing, before one finally comes and pass the test, unless one becomes frightened on behalf of one's health, he would never ask about FSCs. You need that he would here you from the first approach, if not from the first, at least from the tenth, not seven hundredth – the energy is needed in the voice! Lies and criticism are burning this energy down. There is no such a thing as an innocent lies, I am often seeing such a picture: a woman has a call in the office, she takes it and says «yes. Yes. Criticism, whatever it could be directed at, being it your own exterior, age, a person on the street in a strange clothes or something, criticism destroys this energy as well. We all are different. Imagine if in warm countries where there are coral reefs, all fish would look similar, would it be interesting to come and look at them? And when they are so different it is possible to enjoy them endlessly. Similar, we all are so different, we all are so curious, we are coming with different purposes, and everyone has his own quest game. So there is no need to criticize anyone.

It is a very important moment in a woman's fate, when out of fear she is unable to tell others how they should behave with her. It is very important for a woman to outline borders, men do not have the intuition center. It is a giving chakra at women, and a man do not understand how to behave properly. In the beginning of relations, there goes such a demo-version, a colossal energy from the Lord is coming, people became different, they sense each other –one starts the phrase, the partner ends – they enjoy such a match when it seems «wow, we were together for 5 lives, he understands me like nobody else», but this energy comes to end. God shows to people what could they be, what resource their relation have. So when this demo period comes to end, they have to invest their own energy into establishing good relations. It is very important for a woman to outline «what I like» and «what I do not like» - to speak it out. If it is an offence, it should be said, not saying: «what you did, son of a bitch?!», but «I am feeling such a pain, such a resentment, it is so hard to bear, I am in tears» - to speak out the emotions, you see?! If a woman blocks this, the thyroid gland starts to grow – cists, tumors and so on. So it is very important to speak it out. I see that 100 % of people are coming with a taped down throat chakra – both men and women. In the same period, in the morning hold at the throat FSC number one for 10 minutes. Do it for a month time, first month number 1, the second – number 2. When wake up tie a kerchief around the throat with an FSC and go on to do morning washing. Your folks are all laughs, you are passing in such a cat steps, not paying attention at anyone. Ten minutes will be enough. You drink water, prepare breakfast, but do it with an FSC on a throat. A month with number 1, the second with number 2. If you have a hypo function, that is the function of your thyroid gland is decreased, then you should use FSC number 3 during the third month. (men should use number 4) In case of hyper function – then it should be number 7. The same 10 minutes in the morning during a month. If you are taking hormones, you should continue to take them, you should not cancel them on your own, it is very serious. You should visit endocrinologist again, pass new tests and look what happens.

Then the working day comes. It is not convenient to run with correctors, or carry a lot of them with you. Then the pancreas starts to work on its maximum, stomach, duodenum. So during the daytime, the most active center is solar plexus. And during this time we actively communicate with other people, so there is a risk of penetration of viruses and bacterium of different kinds. That's why it is good to have FSC number 1 at the solar plexus area, and it is also important to drink two glasses of water from FSC number 1 during the period from 8 a. m. till 1 p. m.

We are catching the emotions of other people with a spinal column, so it would be better if the spinal column would be protected. So FSC number 1 should be at the belly, and some other FSC should be on the back. I will tell about it later when we will be talking about other series.

At the second half of the day, closer to the evening kidneys are starting to activate. You are coming home and FSC no. 2 should be at the kidneys area at least for half an hour. Kidneys are working on their maximum, they got their dose of all these, and number 2 will help them to perform their function, you understand? If you are coming home at 7 p. m., then number 2 should be at the kidneys area for half an hour. If you are coming home at 6 . m., then you do it at 6. You may carry FSC 2 for half an hour or during the entire evening.

The meridian of the sexual system starts to be active from 20 to 22 p.m. both at men and women. So during this time women should carry a corrector at the bottom of the belly, men carry an FSC in trousers pockets or sit down at some corrector. One should understand that things which are controlled by lower chakras beat the hell out of a rut in a maximum degree. Fears and greediness influence us really seriously, and accordingly provoke serious diseases. The diagnosis, ending by «itis» - then one should use FSC no. 1 wherever it is. Adnexitis at women, then number 1 at the bottom of the belly. Sinusitis – number one should be at the nose area. Otitis – number 1 should be at the ear area, and so on. Similar to antibiotic course – 10 days or two weeks FSC number 1 should be at the area of an organ, especially when it works at its maximum. This relieves inflammation. All other FSCs should be used after number 1.

When dealing with gynecology problems, I recommend to do a kind of pampers: a woman sits at one FSC, another one is on the urinary bladder area, and the third one is at the sacrum area. It is enough to sit in such a pampers for 20 minutes – to drink some tea. For example, one may sit on number 1, number 3 at the front, and any corrector at the back – numbers 2, 5, 7 – as you like. Two lower chakras receive a powerful energy pumping.

Men have another issue – prostate. Prostate is a crotch. So one have just to sit at number 1 for 10-15 minutes, then on number 2 for 10-15 minutes, and then at number 4. Number 4 is obligatory. Just to sit on them. If there are any inflammations – not less than two weeks. Maybe longer – in accordance with the state of health.

In case of some myoma, adenoma and so on, it is desirable to carry after the end of this pumping FSCs no 7 or 15 at the bottom of the belly or simply in the pocket

Starting from 10 p. m. until midnight or until 1 a. m. hypophysis works on its maximum. It is FSC number 8. It is regeneration. It is the job of hypophysis to switch on normal regeneration – when our skin heals, bited lip heals – all these is a work of hypophysis. It is very important to sleep at this moment. Laws of time and money are interconnected. If the energy at the solar plexus level is switched off, it is violation of the law of time at the first place. One wants only money from this world and he starts to work days. Do not receive money, starts to be offended at his boss or family, that always demand money and spend god knows at what, and so on. Offense – pancreas and liver… I want to tell you, if one is trying to work nights it is like sowing carrots in February because you are going to be busy in may. There would not be a harvest, these efforts would not bring fruit. If one starts to violate the laws of time, time signals him about is with the money loss. That is a lot of efforts, a lot to plow, no harvest. I consulted a woman, she is stitching some very expensive dresses. Well rested, properly restored organism – FSC no. 8 under the pillow. If one is having money problems, invariably one have to cure liver. It means that you are going to take some belt or a stocking, stuff FSC no. 5 into it, tie it on yourself at the liver area and go to sleep. The liver will start to clean out, lungs are also near – it is good as well, you see? No need to seek a third job, it is better to restore liver.

Offences. Our offences powerfully destroy the solar plexus area. Pancreas and liver – are our offences. Coronary system – the heart – is also destroyed. And it comes that fourth and fifth chakras are blocked, and one starts to feel, when the energetics at the heart level is blocked one becomes suspicious and distrustful. If you do not trust, then God's postmen are starting to come to you, what it means? A circle of people that are not trusting you starts to form around you – similar to similar – they are attracted, they are God's postmen.

If one is stuck in some painful situation, being it with relatives or at his job or in business, and loses money despite all efforts, if one is unable to go out of the vicious circle, it means there is a block at the heart chakra level. That's why it is important, if you understand that you are having similar problems, it is desirable to carry an FSC at the breast area. It is «Love» for women and «Harmony» for men. Man may also take a decision: «I would not love, let them love me!» - it is a common situation nowadays. By the way, I noticed that women cope better with difficult situations than men. Men acquire some strong disappointment in love, that echoes through the lifetime. And so, women should carry FSC «Love» and men FSC «Harmony». One becomes softer. The most important from them are «Love» and «Harmony». «Love» is for women and «Harmony» is for men. It is desirable that everyone in the family would have his own plate - «Love» or «Harmony». It is very good when «Harmony» «lives» ta the television. News are so terrible nowadays. Men are created to fight, that's why one would not be able to drug them out of TV when they are showing the Ukraine! Simply impossible to drug them out. Women are complaining: «My God! «Amulets» are very important FSCs. They are helping to keep out of energies, connected with manipulations. To our sorrow the magic exists, what is it? It is energy strikes, people exchange with each other. Strikes are thoughts, emotions that could be formulated and launch into a human being. The field changes both at the author and the addressee. Energy strikes change aura in a definite way. Imagine that a heavy truck or a bicycle cuts into a car and flies, judging on the form of the dent an expert could say what it was. No matter if the information is a compressed or full form, the wave comes from it, energy is always an information, information is always an energy, some energy field exists.

Why the moment of birth is so important? Stars come into a definite position, and judging on the astrology aspect it is possible to see clearly what energy center will be activated in what period of life. Imagine the Earth surface, and in some definite point a human being comes to life. Cosmos is in a definite position – the planets. What we are perceiving as planets with our vision, is not really the entire picture of what they really are. We do not see lots of things. For example we do not see in the ultraviolet part of the spectrum, we do not hear some part of sound waves, we do not hear how the dolphins communicate. Similarly it is with our eyes. In Vedic books it is said that planets are live personalities, which we perceive as planets. A colossal amount of energy is coming from them. During the time of human life the Space moves and some planet comes closer, let's say in some period of life. And so what happens? The energy, that comes from some specific planet, starts to activate emotions stored at some chakra, it activates the things one already lived through. That is emotions, that were already lived through became activated. Suppose you hated someone, wanted to hound some person to death, and a time comes and energy started to work, what it means? It is a destructive thing. And let's say that Lord cares that we would understand what is happening here, and in accordance with the recorded energy a personage should came into your life, which would copy your behavior in the past. That is, he would hate you, wish you evil and do something.

It turns out that the energy is going from this person in the form of the witchcraft, under the pretext of love, absence of love, money, envy and so on, and it meets with the similar energy at the chakra, it is here, it was lived through. But one should understand that along with relations we receive attached responsibilities. Similarly when you are coming to a new working place, they explain your duty functions. And nowadays people marry in order to get pleasure, instead of giving life to others. While they are enjoying each other, they are spending this energy that is stored at the lower chakras, and this energy is limited, the definite amount of this energy is given for a life time, and when they take a decision to conceive a healthy child, there is no enough energy, so the child will have health problems. «The Healthy Generation» FSC replenishes this deficit in some degree. If there is such a situation, it is desirable that a mother would carry this FSC at the bottom of the belly, since the time pregnancy was discovered. Even prematurely born children catch up and even overtake their mates. When a child is born prematurely, it means that mother did not had enough energy to carry another soul.

«Longevity» and «Clear vision» are auxiliary FSCs.

«The Success» is a very important FSC. «The Success» gives courage. I am seeing children, who are in 10-th and 11-th classes, whom parents are pressing: «Where are you going to learn further on?» Almost 99 % of children do not know where are they going to enter. What is it? Where is the root of this phenomenon? Fields of father, mother and a child are connected closely. We often perceive motherhood as being worried about our children. That is: «Why you did not call? I am worrying!» - such reproaches. Mother's function is to sit and worry! What is it? It is a great number of possible scenarios in the head: blood, disjointment, accidents, anything! – you understand?! Everything that may happen goes into the head. What happens with a child then? And here he comes, they talk for 10-15 minutes, a guy turns and with an absolutely different face. Absolutely different face – happiness is seen, calamity is seen. There are absolutely unusual people in the Optin hermitage.

«Clear Vision» is an FSC for eyes. Liver controls eyes – it is absence of resentment. The absence of resentment in relation to parents. The state of the third eye is very important as well. If one has problems with eyes – it is obligatory to use FSC number 5, only then work with the eyes.

“longevity” is a harmony of the emotional and consequently of the vascular channels. That’s why people who are trying to control everybody out of the sense of fear, are suffering from hypertension. Sorry, today we have no time to consider it in details.

About dependences. They appear only in case one is suffering from some liver problems. Because it is the will power that lives in the liver. Even if it is only about refusing to have supper, unless the liver is cured, no use to fight with the dependence. People, who are suffering from alcohol or narco dependences are always “doing well”, they do not give a damn about correctors, you would not force them to use FSCs. You can do the following: you assemble three FSCs into a triangle 1, 4, 5 for men, 1, 3, 5 – for women. There is a plenty of women alcoholism, really! At that either in the young age or in an old age, when retired. I do not know if it is lack of occupation or some melancholy. You assemble a triangle, tie it with scotch tape or rubber, the hole (the symmetry axis of the triangle) directed vertically. You may put correctors together either short ribs or long ribs – it does not matters, and put a sheet of paper with the person’s Name, Surname and date of birth on top of it, and place it to some place where there are no other information carriers for 7-8 months. That is portraits, photographs, magazines and papers – into some cupboard. You are not using these FCSs during this period of time, you do not touch them. After two month you start to notice some changes in the character of this person, non dependant on where he is: in Argentina or in the other room, it works well. The same with hair. In case you do not have hair – Name, Surname, Father’s name. Do not use a photograph, I am observing the following effect with photographs: a photo starts to turn on the emotional experiences, which this person had at the moment the picture was taken. Be careful with this moment, everything may seem pretty well, a person is in joyous mood, but at the same moment there could be unhappy love on the background or something else. You should use white sheet of paper for notes, without any lining or checked, the paper should be plain white, not rose or lilac or with some décor. Just a sheet of white paper with a Name, Surname, Father’s name and birth date on it. It works brilliantly on the triangle made of green FSCs: “Love”, “Harmony” + “Amulet”.

Criticism and gossips is another moment. When two, three, five people are discussing negative character features of some absent person, they pull out his bad karma from him on themselves. Washing out bones. This person will feel better, these folks will either fell ill or pull some problems. So do not worry if they are gossiping about you, you will feel easier, if you like to gossip yourself – bite your tongue. Why? Because everything you have collected will come to realization in your fate, or with even higher probability in the fate of your children. You disapprove some women, who gave birth to a child without being married, and see how your daughter grew up and do the same, and not onece. Such things happen, did you noticed? It is important to understand.

Cosmoenergy is an absolutely different energy. The energy of blue and green FSCs is something that lives on Earth, and builds into a biofield from the bottom. So believes a person or not, place an FSC close to him, and his field will start to restore powerfully. Cosmoenergy is an energy from the outer space. There are many different objects in Space, which we perceive as non alive, but nevertheless, energy is coming out from them, and some part of energies is healing for us. But we have head at the upper pole, which may think out a lot of things, that means to irradiate its own energy, and the quality of energy that is generated in accordance with our thoughts, could be of two aspects. It is said in Aurveda that people are like flies and bees, there is no a third option! A person either smacks any negative available, no matter what if it is negative, or a person is looking for good. It is mood, that defines energy. So the energy of flies destroys these healing energies completely. One would not get any effect from cosmoenergy channels or FSCs. If a person with a bee consciousness will think about good, the healing energy will go. So, only the person who is tuned for good will get an effect from the lilac FSCs. One may speak out these cosmoenergy affirmations or may not, but obligatory one should be in a good state, one should be a bee. There is always something good, you understand? Always.

The lilac series of correctors is similar to the blue one: for heart, for hormones, regeneration and so on and on. I want to tell you about FSC number 12. I think you have already heard a lot about numbers 9 and 10. There is some thing as a decision, each person comes here with a decision to do something here. Each person has a resource – what he is able to do, it is already laid down, every person has a predestination. Salt has a predestination to be salty, sugar has a predestination to be sweet, imagine if salt would decide “I am fed up to be salty!” - we all would have problems, would not we? Where is the salt?! And so, every human being has his own predestination, it is important to realize it. That is it is important to give out one’s talents and powers in the process of life. There are no pockets in the coffin. One would not be able to take with him no sofas, no golden rings or clothes. One would take only the blessings of other people or their damnations. The state of a spinal column is an indicator – if one fulfills his predestination in life or not. About lumbar department of the spinal column: nowadays we have such a culture, it is considered to be a compliment when men pay intent lustful attention at women. Really it is powerful destruction of the energetic. A woman feels it unconsciously, and starts to hide her back, forgive me for saying this. That is she starts to straighten out the lumbar bent of the spinal column, then the small of the back starts to get off. And it takes a lot of time to dig it out in the age of 40 – what you wanted to do when you were 9, thou in childhood you had a clear answer. How to remove this cultural layers and find yourself? FSC no 12 removes this subsequent deposits, it is good to sleep with it under the pillow. I do not know how it works – what specific channel, I did not investigated deeply into it, but one starts to become aware, aims and desires – what to do – are awakening. It is important to believe in this sensations, and one needs courage to believe, FSC «Success» is needed here. Number 12 under the pillow, FSC «Success» at the legs, and when going to sleep you should think: «Lord, I want to know what I want» and gradually this information will come. Little by little the blocks will be removed. There is a lot of expectations in relation to us: parents want you to be this, a husband wants you to be that, and suddenly you are in the age of forty and thinking: «Who am I at all?» A woman came to me for consultation and her field was asymmetrical with a break up, as if a fobule was cut out from an orange, she had such a break up on the left side from head to feet, it is violation at all levels. It threatens with a heavy disease, because energetics at all chakras is violated. More often it is an indicator that one committed a serious misstep equal to a deadly sin, that is someone's freedom of will was violated seriously. And she was really young, I am thinking: «God bless, may be she killed someone?», what happened? I am starting to talk with her – everything seems normal, but finally it came out that she has an infant daughter – two or three month, she is breast feeding her, the woman is an accountant and dreams that her daughter would became a doctor. The child is two month. I say: «Why you decided, that you gave birth to a doctor?» She replies: «I wanted to be a doctor myself». I say: «But it is not a fact, what if you gave birth to a ballerina? You see, milk becomes structured with her thoughts, the child will take this desire at the sub-consciousness, will became a doctor, and will hate both herself and patients for the rest of her life. Just because she was born for something different, you understand?! It is a very important moment! FSC no. 12 works gently with such things. How can you dig it out from your mother now, what she thought about when feed you, at most she would say: «Well, this time it was». FSC no. 12 helps well with this.

For example, varicose indicates deep dissatisfaction with one's own fate – again FSC no. 12 under the pillow – with what you are not satisfied?! One should understand the reason, to find the origin! In addition, you may place FSC no 9 at legs, it restores varicose well.

And so, when the health is restored, it is important to preserve this energy. The most important thing for women is to accept care. Do not ride ahead of the army, you see?, but became calm and quiet and receive care.

FSC no 15. This year it happens that I prescribed FSC no 15 to everyone I consulted, why? It gives optimism. There is too much anxiety nowadays, Saturn is in such a position… Constellation are spinning above us, planets are spinning as well, planets are closer to us, constellations are faraway. They are tremendous, colossal energies. If one is unsatisfied with this world, perceives it in a way that something is always happening, and seeks calamity it is a big foolishness, why? Because this World is built in such a way, that always, in every moment of life some circumstance would disturb you. One from the four, or all together, that is calamity is impossible here, disturbance is scheduled. First of all it is disturbance from other living creatures. If a child learns well, wonderful, kind and calm husband is preparing breakfast, wonderful morning, but mosquitoes are annoying, or the neighbor’s dog or something else – other living creatures. If everything is in good order at home, then there is some contagion at work, some spitting cobra. You see, it is planed that something would disturb us, every time it is something that goes wrong here. If it is not other live creatures of weather, then it is your own body – you are giving a serious lecture and suddenly the stomach is rumbling like a thunder! Are you able to stop it? No! Or, you know, that when you are on a date, your own body may disturb. And if neither the first, the second or the third, the own thoughts may give a disturbance. You have to sleep, there is an important day tomorrow, but as they say: «A bullet flew into a head, and sleep is gone out». And sow, FSC no 15 is important nowadays, because Saturn gives a lot of disturbance – a sensation appears inside that all point upon «I»s should be placed, all relations should be cleared, a «wave of a sword» is needed or something like this. FSC no 15 gives optimism. Oncology goes away on the background of the optimism. Because oncology is a very deep sorrow, disappointment, pain, offence, such a snake's nest of negative emotions. It is the job for the FSC no 15. Remember when I told you about carrying number 1 at the solar plexus during the daytime? Number 1 at the solar plexus, FSC 15 at the small of the back.

If you are tormented by pitifulness, what it means? For example, a girlfriend is calling and telling for two hours how her husband with whom she lives already for 15 years said something wrong, how she cried, what is wrong, and you are listening for two hours. Then the girlfriend says: «Oh, I feel so good, when I have a talk with you», and you are thinking: «I am going to die now» - so bad you are feeling. It seems OK, as if you helped and saved, but it is called pitifulness, what it is? Why is it bad? It is a rubbish heap. It is collecting of other's negative energies for yourself. If you are collecting energies of other people through pitifulness, you should know that it is an energy torrent, and you will obligatory give it away to your children, husband or wife, well women are often engaged in this. Imagine a rubbish heap, putrescent refuses, and you are bringing them home and lay down in your room, and you and your folks are walking through them. One should not be pitiless! Should not. But there is a pity, and there is a compassion. Pitifulness is emotions, tears, snivel… You became depleted, you can do nothing, but a woman has a giving nature. Heart chakra is a giving one, and it becomes contaminated. The ability to love goes out from this snivel and tears. The ability to give out this energy. And there is a compassion. FSC number 16 guards well from emotions of other people, why it is important? Because it is energy for which there is no walls. Somewhere behind a wall, a store higher of lower lives a person who suffers a lot due to some objective reasons, maybe he is dying, maybe he is having severe depression, may be both. But this emotion may go out and you may catch it and feel like your own, and so think accordingly and act accordingly. Hence if I am feeling bad, there should be someone who is guilty? The golden series of the functional state correctors is not created for spleen, liver or haemorrhoids, it is for other purposes. It is for another level – a deeper one. Men have different energy and should do it differently. Sinciput, perineum. You take 20-th and 24-th, sit on one of them and put the other at the top of the head, it is not important which is where.

When energy starts to work well, you became «tasty», it should be guarded. It should be guarded because when energies start to flow normally, love opens, calamity opens, money start to come to this person, you see? 21-st is an armour, it should be used separately from the 18-th, 21-st provides an armour from other energies and emotions. Our energy field has naturally some definite density, it is an armour, and it protects from the intrusion of spirits. Alcohol takes this defense off completely, even the smallest dose, alcohol has such a specific energetics. In Vedic books it is said that alcohol is an invention from demonic planets, which are living a store behind us. Then spirits may pop in. Did you saw how drunk men change – different eyes, different voices, because another personality pops in. There is body-less form of life, spirits have such a form, it is a difficult life, because one wants drink and eat, but there is no body, so they are hunting other bodies.
