Good afternoon, the theme of our seminar with internet translation is water, hydrogen, quantum shift and FSCs. We are going to discuss events, which took place recently, continue to take place, and how they influence the state of our health.

Let us start with the hydrogen discovery history. At our planet we have hydrogen which appeared simultaneously with the planet. And as you may understand, all hydrogen which is inside us is its contemporary. It is one of most ancient elements, it was obtained chemically in 1766. English physician and chemist Henry Cavendish gave it his name “ignitable air” or “generating water” which corresponds to Latin “hydrogenium”. It is the first element in Mendeleev’s periodic system. It is labeled with H symbol, its molecule is Н₂. It takes 92 % among all atoms, which our universe contains, that is Hydrogen is the main element of the Universe. Only 8 % falls on the rest of the periodic table elements, and there are over 150 of them. Human body contains 8 kilograms of hydrogen, it is mostly in water and also in organic compounds.

A very significant event took place in 1999, generally we tracked these processes. At the end of 2011 or in the beginning of 2012 they said about it on TV, it was very late when most people were sleeping, thou we started to talk about it since 2009. The event is connected with the hydrogen atom spin change. It rotated counterclockwise, that is left-rotating prevailed, and it became right-rotating. From this moment on water started to change, both the water inside us and the water that is outside. The average angel between hydrogen atoms in the water molecule was 108 degrees. It is an averaged angel over three aggregatory states of water: ice – the solid substance, liquid – water itself, and gas – the vapor. This angel gradually increased up to 120 degrees. Such water molecule became unstable. And in order to exist in a cluster state or in a liquid crystal state, which is basically the same, another hydrogen atom in the water molecule became needed. At that oxygen valence did not changed, it remained two as it was. And we used to say that this new hydrogen bound is neither hydrogen nor covalent, it does not even have chemical name, we called it a holographic bond. The third hydrogen atom required for the water molecule stabilization. Exactly due to the event that took place in 1999, in August 1999 to be exact.

Now I am going to remind you about events, which took place later. In 2010, at night from July 31-st to August 1-st, after two subsequent solar flares, hexactinal water clusters changed their structure at octactinal, and all water in its liquid-crystal state became regular octactinals. At people it showed in form of uncontrolled diarrhea. This state could last for two or three weeks, it happened in august, but delayed reaction at some people showed out in September. People with system disbacteriosis endured it especially hard. At some people clinical course was easier, generally it resembled cholera infection, and the water we tried to replenty through drinking, directly rolled out along the intestines. It should be injected intravenous ,the way they do it in cholera cases, but gradually situation stabilized with time anyway. Everything comes into harmony and equilibrium gradually.

Nevertheless, in the beginning of march 2011 another two solar flares take place, this event was followed by an earthquake in Japan sea, we remember these days, digesting its consequences until now, it is Fukushima disaster. But in water, in its liquid crystal state hexactinal water clusters appear again, and from this moment on water becomes a mixture of hexactinal and octactinal clasters in fifty-fifty ratio. That is both clasters are present. It is amazing, but when they examined water structure more closely it appeared that hexactinals are combined in clusters in the number of four, and octactinals are combined in clusters in the number of three. And the total number of “rays” in any situation was equal 24. And 24 “rays” is a human DNA matrix. Main transformations of human physical body take place through water. They involved not only human body, but plant and animal worlds as well.

Many people trust bottled water, I kept this newspaper article, that reported Federal Service for Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare checks of foodstuffs, including water and juices, it revealed that bottled water holds the first position by toxicity. So, what they are selling to us as pure water, is not always that, one should also be aware of informational contamination.

Some people started to investigate water long ago, many of you saw Masaru Emoto videos, heard Zenin’s appearances, he was in this auditorium for several times. But actively they started to study water at the end of 2012, at the beginning of 2013, and for considerable time they were afraid to publish results. What was discovered? That at current moment water formula is not stable, it changed and depends on human psycho-emotional condition. Active state of consciousness will produce one water formula, calm consciousness – absolutely different formula. What it leads to? It leads to a fact, that human biochemistry may change in a fraction of a second as a response at our own psycho-emotional state. Just in a moment, and into any direction: either to stabilization or to chaos.

We spoke about hydrogen, it is so called “new hydrogen”, it caused so called molecular asymmetry in all molecules, any living object consists of, including human beings. What it is all about? Today there is no such a term as mirror reflection. Do you remember cis and trans isomers? Left and right rotating. Nowadays there are no such things! Both chemists and pharmacologists do not know what to do with it. Especially pharmacologists are in stupor, why? If previously we read that any medicine has some contra indications, then nowadays changed organics leads to the fact that many medicines not just causing side effects, but became poisons for humans. That is why in the west they even stopped several production lines, that produced medicines. It is hard to say how the situation would develop. But at the closed Ministry of Health session, at which they did not admit press, but you see, doctors spoke out such a news when going out, it was said absolutely clear that medicines really ceased working, and doctors talking frankly between each other do not know with what to cure us. May be some of you already sensed it at yourself, they prescribe one medicine – it does not help, try to prescribe another, change dosage, just unable to sort things out.

A group of physicists from Max Plank quantum optics institute under Randolf Pohl supervision was engaged in these measurements, that is, they are serious scientists. Measurements were made at the particle accelerator, and nowadays they confirm results with the help of collider, you probably heard about it. In 2010 Pohl and his colleagues were first to published corrected proton size - 0,8418 femtometers. And look at this size difference figure! Three with many many zeros in front of it! An infinite small value again. Is it significant or not? Probably form a big human point of view it is not significant at all. But when it comes to quantum physics, the changes are really serious. In due time Einstein pronounced this wise phrase: “A hypothesis should be absurd enough in order to have a right for existence”. We are encountering with this often nowadays. Events confirm, it goes on exactly this way. remember Koltsov recommended to read a Bob Frissell’s book “Nothing in this book is true but it’s exactly how the things are”. Nowadays we are witnessing these events.

And so, Hydrogen atom model, introduced by Niels Bohr in 1913, nowadays lost its relevance. Results of Bohr’s calculations were confirmed in 1925-1926 by a strict quantum-mechanical analysis, which was based upon Schroedinger equation, which describes electron energy level, its irradiation spectrum and atomic orbital form. Nowadays both physicians and mathematicians are noticing that Schroedinger equation is not working.

It is clear, that theory should be revised in accordance with proton size decrease. The situation is worsened by the fact that Coulomb’s potential ceased to be isotropic, that is it lost physical symmetry in relation towards previous state. Sergey Valentinovitch always said that asymmetry principle is built into FSCs, that’s why they adequately react at any outer field changes. No matter what would happen, with the help of structured water intake and pumping procedures we are able to drug ourselves practically out of any state.

What happens today? Today familiar electricity starts to live by different laws, it becomes different, and some mathematics loses its sense. Like it or not, today we are living in a different world, and now we are trying to explain these incomprehensible things, that are happening to us with the facts, already acknowledged by the official science. I stress, by official science. It is not esoteric.

The decrease of the proton size, or hydrogen atomic nucleus, indicates that habitual matter “collapsed”. It became more dense and compact. That’s why we take “collapsed” in quotes. It became different, more dense and radiant at the same time. Actually matter shifted at a different energy level, at that its size decreased. Complete analogy could be traced in astrophysics, I am referring at the neutron star. Actually. It is an official confirmation of the quantum shift, about which everybody is talking nowadays. Maya knew about this shift, many prophets talked about it, and we in this auditorium also talked about it. However, the end of the world, which on one hand was expected, and on the other hand feared, turned out to be real tremendous changes, and actually we started to live in an absolutely different world. It seems nothing changed. I propose you to watch where the Sun rises, where it sets, even in relation to your flat, at what angel it goes along the welkin, how the Moon behaves in different time intervals in relation to the Sun. at what angels the moon rises in the evening, it is already interesting, absolutely no stability and definition. One time it is low above the horizon, next time it rises very high. Similar in relation to the Sun, one time they could be together at the welkin, the next day one of them is absent at the same time, it means something is violated in the celestial mechanics.

Sometimes some constellations just vanish from the sky, generally it happens at sacral holidays. Christmas, Epiphany, winter and summer solstices are these holidays. Because winter lasts a short period of time, such thawing are taking place in winter, that snowdrops start to blossom and sprout appear as if in a late springtime. In some separate regions there could be snow in summer, what should not take place in summer. They promised us six seasons and it seems it is really so. We will see. We are witnessing unique events, which are taking place nowadays.

Our entire body is built from hydrogen, we already mentioned that water and all organic molecules include a new hydrogen atom. Hence, all metabolic reactions started to go differently, in accordance with different laws. We take them as illnesses and try to heal. The performance of body and its control systems changes by insensible degrees. Nervous and endocrine systems, and their cells start to receive signals differently. Different reaction at hormones, different reaction at nervous pulses. So some symptomatic may take place, at that it subsides quickly: it could hurt here and there or it could be similar to poisoning. We encounter often with these things. It is restructuring of internal organs under influence of energy changes. Things would never be the old way, want we or not. And nowadays we are able to say it openly. The more people would understand, the better it will be for everyone. Under new energies body organic changes non dependently from human mind. The higher I of a human being grants permission at and takes control over these changes. It already granted this permission. There is another consequence from this: meditations, vegetarianism and other similar practices are not required for restructuring into new energies. All these takes place automatically, the main thing is not to oppose to the process. Yes it could be difficult to sort out all these events.

They are not obligatory, everything goes on automatically. You see, you may continue if you want, but everything inside happens automatically. In case we start to oppose it, refuse to accept, try to analyze in some way instead of taking for granted, we are coming into a conflict with our own higher I. You see, nowadays at many people sensual tunings, formed by ego, came into contradiction with the higher I. Because we were breaded and taught in a definite way, and it is very difficult to refuse from these notions, we are clinging at them.

You see, when such things are happening, restructuring of the central nervous system at the neuron level takes place. Some of them switch off, some new neurons switch on, their renewal takes place. You see, we became accustomed to look for pathology in ourselves. It could be that when one comes to see the doctor, and he says: “what are you showing me? The age here is not yours. It is not yours medical history!” It could be if you did not saw the doctor for a long time. You see, there are many such cases, people are coming here to me and say: “blood is better than in the young age! Endocrine system is better than in the young age”, soon our women will start to give birth to children at 60!

It shows stereotypes, that prevail! Recently we talked about products. The only products which contain the energy of the Sun, which are alive, are fruits and vegetables, grocery, cereals and honey. In case the honey is natural and not Chinese – synthetic one with the taste of eucalyptus or some other taste.

Nowadays old neurons really disappear in the human brain. Clinically it shows in short term memory loss. Our material habits and behavior stereotypes are going away through this. New requirements, some new desires appear. Sometimes our folks start to twist their fingers close to the temple, not understanding what it comes to, especially in case they do not accept functional state correctors.

You see, it is better to co-tune to all these changes at correctors. What really happens? A space for new knowledge is cleared. On one hand these knowledge are laid down in DNA, on the other hand – in memory. But memory is the “field” notion. It is an informational field similar to the aura of the Universe. There is information about our previous lives in this field, about every life, every word, every action taken. That is why personal karma starts to show up so rigidly. In other words karma is consequence from the energy conservation law, which came down to us in restricted variant. Due to what? Due to Moses Scriptures. That is why we perceive the law of action in a restricted form, and no one pays attention that all Scriptures contain “no” particle, which the Universe ignores. What is actually happening is quite the reverse. From this are aggression, wars, debauchery, and other destruction. Really it is psychotronics and the work of egregors.

Nowadays, on the background of the outer field high frequencies, which are based at vibrations of the state of love, we are starting to realize gradually, what previous centuries did to us, I am about human civilizations. The only thing that calms down is that if only 10 percent of humanity will realize what I am talking about now, mentality of the entire civilization would change.

It would really change, but you see the resistance at the level of the egregors. Russia starts to blossom up and dark forces are coming close to our borders. One should understand the reason, why it happens.

You see, people are awakening, when we just started to talk about this, at the very beginning of our Company, people came to this auditorium an hour prior the scheduled conference time to reserve seats, just to listen what is really happening. At that time we talked mostly hypothetically. And today, everything we talked is proved. Scientifically proved. But physicians and mathematicians are afraid to speak it out. It is academy of sciences! It is like being excommunicated from one’s own local church. From academy, they may deprive one from titles. Thou alternative academies are created. “Academy of the Unknown”, there are others, many interesting things are taking place in the “Russian Academy of Cosmonautics” – Marina Popovitch, a wonderful woman is working there, she is 100 % alternative in relation towards official science, at that she has very good basic education in physics.

There is another event, which took place almost simultaneously with the hydrogen atom size reduction – etalon of kilogram increased its weight by parts of a percent. This fact confirms the change of the world on its basic level – kilogram also changed. Remember we were talking that “gravity constant increased”, do you remember? That is.

Two platinum copies of kilogram etalon are kept in the Mendeleev’s Institute of Metrology. Etalon itself fattened by 100 micro-gram. The fact was confirmed by professors from the Newcastle University. Our discoveries were confirmed by other physicists, really, basic matter started to change.

The difference between old a new proton radius, that is between 0,87 femtometers and 0,84 femtometers, is 0,03. Remember we discussed the outer field Schuman frequency changes, previously it was 7.8 Hertz, nowadays its lower value does not drop below 7.83 Hertz. It jumps higher spontaneously, causing acute vascular catastrophes. Again 0,03, and we discussed not long ago: is it much or not? The basic frequency of 7.8 Hertz is used in all equipment that is working on the planet nowadays, it remained, it is very difficult to reconstruct equipment, it would require some 10-15 years. Nowadays all equipment is working on an old basis.

The point is, that when we go for medical tests: hormones tests, immunoglobulin test, blood biochemistry, or take hemoglobin test – calibration curves should be built. And there this 0,03 deviation is of significant importance. That is why we are receiving data, that could not be reproduced. More to it, we may feel ourselves the same way today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, pass tests three days in a row, and receive different data every time. Just because of this three hundredth. That’s why both patients and doctors have a hard times nowadays. It is really difficult.

That is the point in the number three. By the way, Mendeleev’s periodic law is part of the Universal periodic law. A number is a serial number of element in the Mendeleev’s table. And this (third) element is nothing else but lithium. It is a metal, a wonderful metal, they are talking a lot about this element. In ancient time they believed lithium to be the son of the Sun, not gold but lithium! It busters human reactions. Mortality rate due to age dropped by 10 percent for water most saturated with lithium ions in comparison with most unsaturated. Simultaneously the suicide rate decreased. Thus, lithium improves state of mind, being at the same time an anti-oxidant. Such an interesting analogies. Nowadays it is very important to improve the state of mind. Lithium deficit in the organism leads to psychic disorders, and its excess poses toxic influence, causing general dormancy, breath and heart rhythm violation, fatigue, drowsiness, loss of appetite, thirst, vision deterioration, and face and hands dermatitis.

Here is a picture, you are familiar with. It is Starry Tetrahedron of a Human being. It is our internal geometry structure. Everyone's. The number of vibrations, that form music row strictly corresponds to a scale of chemical elements in Mendeleev's periodic table. And to the scale of colors, the way it shows up in spectroscope. But when we are talking about colors, we are talking about one octave, right?! And a musical row stretches on several octaves. In music and in chemistry we see the series, that consists of 7 octaves – here is the law of septenary. The Universal law of septenary. Both classical official science and esoteric are using octaves concept, but do not recognize each other. Even Blavatskaya mentioned this in her «The Secret Doctrine».

Matter of the Universe comes to four elements: carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen. They are the main ones, all the other elements are present in vanishing quantities.

While western scientists, that is representatives of the orthodox science, are using only matter concept in their work, eastern occultists and their apprentice, that is esoterics, who are calling themselves Great Alchemists or Alchemists, are using the entire septenary as an object of their research. And now we are looking at it from the Universal law point of view. This phenomenon accents septenary periodic law. It is known that fear, anxiety, irritation, discontent acidulate organism. Organism PH normally varies from 7,35 to 7,47 points. In case PH level drops below 7,35 – acidosis starts. Through this psychic energy starts to go away, our ancestors called it «the fire of consciousness» of a human being. In this case kidneys already cannot hold soda in blood as an alkali. By chemical properties soda is an alkali, it goes out of the organism with the urine. All viruses and parasites are dying in the alkali medium, but when alkali goes away we stop coping with infection. Saliva also has alkaline reaction, in case it is acidic, tooth will start to disintegrate. Banal caries. Hence, we proved once again that human consciousness is a leading health factor. And we are also saying: «Similar attracts similar in the world of consciousness», so in case one irradiates some destructive «energies» like envy, offence, aggression, selfishness, then one attracts such people to himself, and it could be really difficult to stay among such people, people start to swear and sometimes even fight.

It is amazing, my neighbors are two pensionaries from Sakhalin – they changed the place of living, they rent this flat, both are almost 80, and for a long time it was difficult to live next door to them, they started fights, throw furniture, where do they get power from! The aggression started to show up actively in Moscow, because they can do nothing here with their Sakhalin pension, not the Moscow pension we have (thou it is not enough too). So they could do nothing, you know there is no way to approach any official… But FSCs help. Number 11, which structured the space behind the wall, at the neighboring flat. In comparison with «The Danilovo Lake» it turned out that «Danilovo» works mostly with a given person, and «The Lurking Lake» works with the space, with the informational field, but in accordance with the Universal Laws. So in case there are problems with neighbors, relations worsened, or some new people moved in and you are not able to establish good relations, or it could be useful even for a family – it makes sense to fix «The Lurking Lake» at some constantly irradiating antenna. It could be some Wi-Fi router. The information would propagate everywhere, and relations between people would improve. Laws of the Universe will start to penetrate deeply into consciousness. Or put it at the power cable, the way we are fixing other correctors, or at the electric counter. We recommended to choose an FSC for harmonization of the internal space and put it at the electric counter, but «The Lurking Lake» will work at the surrounding space. Not only inside the flat, but also around it, it works on pacification. May be it is still far from the state of love, but at least people do not quarrel, do not jump at each other, do not call to militia at any occasion. Any negative energy starts to go away. Particularly apartments are cleaning out of unwanted elements – drunkards, smoking youngsters – all processes are going on simualteneously. Positive influence will gradually propagate at large distance.

It was all in complex there. Grandma was a big party boss, she was a queen there, and here she is nobody. Such things throw individuals out of balance in case there was a strong selfishness. Wherever she goes – no one treats her respectfully, for our officials every visitor is one of a crowd. That is no one cares about us.

Sodium bicarbonate is present in our blood, it is soda that gives blood its salty taste. The very Na₂CO₃ they are using for dishwashing. From the chemistry point of view it is also a salt, sodium is a metal, CO₃ is acid residue. But it is a different kind of salt, it supports so called buffer capacity of blood, it holds PH level in a narrow range – it is average blood PH value of 7.4 we discussed today. Sodium bicarbonate is organic to the human body, the same way as a salt. From the esoteric point of view soda and alkaline have fiery nature. Why is it important to us? It is our homeostasis, it is equilibrium of the organism internal medium. It is not only blood, it is also lymph and intercellular space, because they directly depend on the state of blood. Under these conditions all our biochemical reactions, oxidation – reduction processes are taking place in an optimum mode.

From the auditorium: When one starts working at himself, to grow spiritually or something like this, internal saboteur turns on, which prevents individual from doing anything, creates situations – laziness, sleepiness. They explain it with the homeostasis defending reaction. Emotions change, thoughts change, biochemical processes are changing accordingly, and it is just a defense reaction at changes, at some swaying.

There is such a thing, it is normal when it takes place periodically, when it becomes a life habit – it is already pathology.

It would hardly work.

No, sodium should pass through the stomach and intestines first, it would be treated with hydrochloric acid, and it is strong enough. What will come out of bicarbonate? Sodium ions would come into blood and chlorine ions would come into blood, but hardly it would be sodium bicarbonate. Or a very very small quantity of it. That is, the idea is good, but it is not finished. No one proposes to introduce it intravenously, thou it could have worked. No one proposes it because no one knows how it would turn out.

You know, they propose too many things nowadays. Someone proposes to take hydro-peroxide to make oxygen released in the organism – it is also nonsense. Did you ever dropped hydro-peroxide at blood? Saw gases release?
