Prior to giving you a translation of this internet conference verbatim report, I feel like giving you a review of ideas, spoken out by Vasiliy Ivanovitch Okoneshnikov in his book “Engineering of the Shamanizm “. Hope it will be helpful, things he said at the conference are hard to understand without reading Vasiliy Ivanovitch’s books.

First of all Vasiliy Ivanovitch introduces the concept of position based multiplication tables in the form of square tables, and discusses symmetry properties of these tables and numerical patterns

Then comes the notion of the ether. He says that all space is filled with particles, described by Japanese physician Shoichi Sakata, Sakata called them Ur particles, according to him Ur particles are primordial , fundamental blocks from which the entire Universe is built. Ur particle comprises 9 quark-antiquark pairs. Each quark-antiquark pair differs from the others, and pairs keep their position in relation to each other. Relative positions of quark and antiquark in each pair provide information storage capacity. Interesting that Sakata wrote these quark particles in the form of 3*3 square table, it is hardly a coincidence. Square table is a flat projection of the bulk rotating system. In order to be stable and balanced this system shall fit magic square properties.

Depicting the deep atom content down to Ur particles in a form of his tables, Okoneshnikov shows that elementary particles in atom build up a 27 by 27 (position based) multiplication table, and at the same time this table forms a magic square with row and column sums equal 3375. He speaks about quantum computer made by the Creator. It is electron, which when flying along its orbit, scans rows of these table and provides information exchange with the ether fishnet.

Vasiliy Ivanovitch introduces the concept of Super Strings, and he introduces several different types of Super Strings which serve various purposes. Ur particles are situated in a nodes where three perpendicular Super Strings are crossing. The Super Strings of this type form immovable carcass, which is ether. Super Strings fix Ur particles and serve for propagation of the information. Ur particles are situated close to each other at a distance of 9 diameters of the particle sphere. These distances are equal everywhere in the Universe and Ur particles form an infinite 3 dimensional net. Following Nikola Tesla, Vasiliy Ivanovitch calls this net «The Fishnet of the Universe». Super Strings of the first type form this infinite fishnet which is ether.

Dmitriy Ivanovitch Mendeleev placed Newtoniy into the zero group / period and reckoned that it is primordial particle that forms ether. V. I. Okoneshnikov reckons that Ur particles are exactly the Newtoniy and that their Super Strings form the ether.

Along with this type of Super Strings, there are other types. There are similar Super Strings that are tied to the centers of quark-antiquark pairs that rotate around Ur particles, and the second net is formed by these Super Strings, second net rotates around the first Fishnet. One of consequences from this is that all electrons in all atoms are rotating synchronously and this synchronism ensures instant information transfer in the Universe.

Then Vasiliy Ivanovich explains that every atom is computer (elementary particles in atomic nuclear form balanced multiplication table – magic square) with very high memory capacity, and explains information storage process in the Universe.

In accordance with his theory atoms govern organism systems and organs. He calls them organism governing atoms (each atom is a powerful «computer» with extremely high information storage capacity). And so each organ is controlled by some governing atoms. In case governing atom starts to work incorrectly, that is becomes «infected» a diseases develops at the physical level. By correcting, or resetting, «nullifying» the faulty atom Vasiliy Ivanovitch cures various diseases. Simply giving a command to atom to «nullify», he calls this procedure «transferring atoms into the initial state».

Koltsov S. V. Hellow everybody! I want to let Vasiliy Ivanovitch Okoneshnikov to speak first, explaining his unique theory of ether structure, and sub-atomic structure of everything in general.

Okoneshnikov V. I. Good afternoon! We studied atom from absolutely different positions, and now we are investigating the organism governing atoms. All atoms in Mendeleev's table are governing atoms for the human organism. And we found meeting points with the work of Functional State Correctors. I want to demonstrate this in a brief form.

This is the ether of the Universe. These Super Strings are directed in transverse, longitude and vertical directions, and they penetrate through the entire Universe. And due to Super Strings these nine quark-antiquark pairs are rotating synchronously. And in case there are electrons which are rotating radially, they are rotating synchronously too. In the entire Universe electrons rotate with the same angular velocity.

We can imagine atoms which work in the FSC, and we can imagine some atoms in the organism that work not well, then the corrector is able to restore the normal work of the organism control atoms and human being may recover from illness. (In our healing center in Yakutia) we are practicing correction of human organism control atoms, suppose we corrected some patient, and after some period of time the repeated correction is needed. But with the use of FSCs correction processes take place permanently. For more than 10 years I am practicing this atomic informatics, if you want you may call it atomic medicine and I always have to work repeatedly. In case one has an FSC and carries it in the pocket, it will always work with governing atoms.

What I am about? In case we make a copy from this coordinate ether net, that is we make a second net, and enlarge this copy along the entire Universe, this way we are making a model of the Universe construction. And if we start to rotate it the way that nodes of the second net would rotate around immovable nodes, we will model the rotation of electrons. I will switch on animation now and show you. All electrons in all atoms are rotating with the same angular speed, this way information propagates instantly, and we are healing our patients with the help of this net even distantly by phone.

As I already mentioned FSCs are programmed at correction of this or that diseases, in their work they use the ether construction of the Universe. That is why we are glad this invention appeared and we are glad to see how it propagates along the world, and that people are using correctors with pleasure. And I have a strong desire to cooperate, to unite our developments, improving the performance of Functional State Correctors.

Koltsov. S. V.: On my side I want to add that me and Vasiliy Ivanovitch independently came to a nonary system in the basis of our works. Absolutely independently I chose nonary structure for my resonator, because I spent some time in order to investigate what whirl structure is able to influence human psychic? It turned out that it should be obligatory multiple to 9. Generally it has ancient roots, no doubt our Slavonic Ancestors knew about this. If we start to look at solar symbols they used, one of the most serious guardian symbols is a Symbol of the Race, which is exactly nine end star. Color scheme of the symbol and other details are of secondary significance. It was one of the arguments that make me chose nonary structure for the resonator. It turned out that it has even deeper roots, and Vasiliy Ivanovitch in his theory explains why it is so.

It turned out that themes that are recorded at FSCs have systemic character and it is difficult to find one governing atom for correction of some specific organ or system, because it is not a single atom. For example at FSC no 1 we have almost all Mendeleev's table, because I collected information for this corrector for 5 years, and no wonder that little by little it will correct the entire organism. By the way all cosmoenergy channels are working in a similar mode, posing systemic influence.

Another question is where the wave processes are originating from? We are in deep thoughts about this by far, but we will spend some time and find the key to it. But what Vasiliy Ivanovich is doing practically can be «seen with unarmed eye». For example he spends minutes at correction of the mitral valve parallax. After correction they check with ultrasonic equipment – it was and not it is absent.

Not long ago we were working with a girl, she has sarcoidosus, terrible systemic disease, I started to question our people – has anyone encountered with it? They said yes, one dame coped with the help of FCSs. If you look at the web what it is – a terrible disease classical medicine simply do not know what to do with it, here only informational methods may help!

I want to say several words about new correctors which they are preparing now for the release. One of them is cosmoenergy channel Yudek (Юдек) for healing thyroid gland diseases. I recorded this channel long ago, but I had not a chance to check it. And now one officer I know was at annual prophylaxis medical examination and they diagnosed struma in the second stage, and this is a state when one shall take a decision – operate it or not. It is already diffuse changes and formation of nodes at the thyroid gland. Of course hormonal background changes abruptly, he passed medical tests and the day he passed test I gave him an FSC. In accordance with the first test results his hormonal background was at the lower border of the normal corridor. For doctors it is already a “ring” that something should be done. Ultrasonic examination confirmed the fact of organic changes. The same doctor made an appointment to him three days later, that is this man had only three days to work with the FSC. General using mode – he placed it into the direct projection of the thyroid gland – at the neck. On my side I checked, his throat chakra was really closed, that was a background for the thyroid gland disease process. First of all, Yudek FSC instantly opened the throat chakra, and three days later the same doctor made a second hormonal test, and the reading was 1.7 which is almost the middle of the norm. And the first hormonal test showed 0.55 or 0.6 which is the lower border. According to medical canons no pills are able to do this. And it appeared that it is possible to do with informational methods. That is I have a direct confirmation in my hands, I think other examples will appear.

Actually they asked me thousand times in various cities: “What FSCs to use in case of hyperthyroidism? What FSCs to use in case of hypotheriosis?” This FSC, we are going to release, normalizes iodine exchange, so it does not important here if the function is too high or too low. It is sheer materialistic approach – let’s look with what pills this or that could be done – and they start to feed people with iodine instead of correcting the thyroid gland function. It is exactly what this FSC is doing. I think that after a year people will collect implementation experience – in what situations and how it should be used. I admit that may be some other FSCs should be used as well.

The second FSC was called “Indi”, it has an interesting history. Last year I was in France. I was looking for some water springs that are worth copying, found nothing. Prior my departure from Paris, one Frenchman arrived, I noticed that he constantly make sips from some bottle – “Show what are you sipping?” The water happened to be very interesting, I said “pour out some”. He poured some 50 milliliters, and I asked him: “Where from is the water?” “Well, from India” he replied. Not at all from France. Later, when I returned home and made a hard copy, it happened to be a very interesting FSC. There appeared an impression, and this man confirmed, that not all people have admittance to come into the zone, where the water sample was taken, including local folks. Generally speaking they do not propagate information about the place. I have a feeling that the place is used by their Hindu high caste priests, and it is not a coincidence, because information this water gives allow to pump up thin energy not clear where from at all. With the help of this FSC I defeated obstructive bronchitis in three days. To say the truth I used laser, but nevertheless doctors understand what it is when bronchi are wheezing and whistling, and what could be done here with pills, if using classical approach. What medicine is doing? Start feeding with antibiotics. It is not my way. Especially when bronchi are my weak place. I have a couple of lasers at home, in case of some problem I never hesitate on using them, I start to light problem places with lasers. Well, with the help of this “Indi” FSC I managed to suffocate all these wheezes in three days. Again it is nonsense for classical doctors. Nevertheless it is reality. It turned out that this FSC has a systemic action, that is it works not only with the head, but its influence includes thyroid gland and the entire organism. Brilliantly. Most well it influences exactly those people who are engaged in spiritual practices. Energies are really serious. The Frenchman himself said that all impulses of an individual are amplified hundred thousand times. Both good and bad. I said: “ I do not see polarization, which may harm a human being”. He was lost in his thoughts for a while then said: “By all probability it would not open then”.

We made some 15 samples of this FSC and gave out to various people, and they are starting to send interesting information. In one case a man was smoking a little, the desire to smoke disappeared and he quit. In other case they are using this FSC as a defense, different people are coming into local office, including not very good, vampires to put it strait. And so they jump aside from this FSC, not understanding what is the matter, they came to harvest energy from some people and “Indi” FSC does not allow it. In case it is at the body, one stops to be irritated, one is always calm and balanced, at that nowadays problems tend to rise from stressful situations. This FSC helps to bring the psychic into norm in the first place, and consequently all the rest too.

And now they are coming to you for testing. Next year I think you will tell about your own results.

And now I would like to return to the ether theory, developed by Vasiliy Ivanovitch Okoneshnikov, because there is nothing else that could explain distant FSC action. All of you already cheeked it yourself: you may correct one’s aura if you place a photo of the person (this is not the best variant) or better a bunch of hair, and this action does not depend on a distance at which this person is. People did it at 1000 kilometers distances, at least I did it when my wards were in other countries. One shall only check if there is a distance limit? And there is not! At least on Earth, but I think that even further.

The contact is very promising. Vasiliy Ivanovitch proposes to record FSCs with every governing atom – one shall made 108 kinds. Now I can hardly imagine how to accomplish this, but we shall give a thought to it. Generally there is going to be an abundance of work to do, but at the same time it makes life more interesting.

I want to let Vasiliy Ivanovitch to speak, I hope that you will understand him. Already twice he tried to bring his ideas to people, hardly it could be done in a conference mode, one shall sit down with a pencil and check himself his arguments and give a good thought. I have a friend who is a theoretical physician, we spent some 4 or 5 days together, this man believes nothing, only in experiments and the like, but he called me back recently and said: “I thank you for an interesting meeting, it made me to do some good thinking” . Because apparently there are no contradictions in the Vasiliy Ivanovitch’s theory. The other question is that modern physicists do not acquire this ideology. It is daddy Einstein’s theory that lays in the basis of modern physics, Nikola Tesla’s works were closed because of it. But time has changed, and people’s attitude also changed. You saw malicious attacks of our academicians at homeopathy? Now the campaign is over and homeopathy is a science again. But the question remains: “what should be done with these academicians who started all this mayhem?!”

In case we accept ether theory, the next step is going to be, and no one will be able to prevent it, the invention of the free energy source. I was always saying that it is not too far away, from now on it is even closer.

Books by Vasiliy Ivanovitch are available in the web. Here is one of them called “Engineering of the Shamanizm “ and the second is “Healing of the Impossible”. I do not know how materialists shall react at his books. They labeled as “fairytales” Georgiy Sidorov books (about true history of our civilization). How should they react at the “Healing of the Impossible” when people transplant stem cells without any surgery on a regular basis, at that take these stem cells not in present time, but based on the ether theory from the time when the patient was not ill, from a needed place. That is some out of line things. Vasiliy Ivanovitch did diagnostics in front of my own eyes, he does it on autopilot and without mistakes. Healing is another question, in this area there will always be some difficulties because they invented so many illnesses, that it is always like in the first time. Nothing horrible, walk and ye shall reach.

Okoneshnikov Vasiliy Ivanovitch: There are “white areas” in traditional science, even starting from the school education. For example they did not taught such a simple sing as a Magic square.

In a magic square you can see three triangles formed by numbers 1-2-3, 4-5-6, 7-8-9. As far as 2500 years ago great Plato said that these three triangles of numbers formed the entire Universe. The phrase sounds incredible. Let me repeat once again: 1-2-3 is the first triangle, the second triangle is on its rib 4-in the upper corner, 5 – a situated lower, and 6 is not at the picture surface, the third triangle is 7-8-9. Sum in each row or column of the magic square table gives 15 – everything is in equilibrium. And in his time great physician 

Sakata formulated that all protons are consisting of three quarks. Three quarks form proton. P-means proton, q – quark. Three quarks form neutron n, and three quarks form lyamda particle – the third column. Sakata recorded this in the form of 3 by 3 table, and called all these particles primordial particles.

In his time great Dmitriy Ivanovitch Mendelev placed this Ur particle at the zero period at his periodic table, he called this particle Newtoniy. But as soon as he died, opponents of the ether theory simply removed this element out of all his publications. They made Mendeleev’s table without zero period and without primordial particle, and started to develop science without the concept of the ether.

Here we can see the rotation. Sphere – a three dimensional phenomenon is depicted in the form of two dimensional magic square. If we accept that Sakata table is a magic square then we are getting a primordial particle. Later we are showing that it is a node of the ether Universe Fishnet, and it is nuclear matter, it also rotates. I already showed you rotating net of the ether, but it is also a model of the electron rotation. We always laughed at the current theory of the electron rotation. What on earth makes these electrons rotate?! It was a special plot of the Creator, it was made by Creator Himself, that is God. He exists. He is single and we are living in Him. All these is in agreement with our hypothesis. And so it means that these three triangles created our Universe. Sakata spoke out the idea of the primordial particle. Prior to Sakata works Mendeleev already inserted it into his periodic table, calling it Newtoniy. Particles are involved in double three-leaved rotation pattern. These rotating particles trajectories cross 9 times, but particles do not collide. It is the rotation of the magic square, and it is fundamental, it is basis of the electrons rotation and rotation of the atomic matter and ether nodes. This pattern formalizes well, it could be visualized and understood.

The main thing that differs us from the official science is that scientific works should refer only at other already existing works. Obtrusion of the abstract journals takes place through the americans . Scientists shall refer only at american journals. Under no circumstances they shall refer at own works, or God bless at some extrasensory cognition method, which was put at the first place by Ernst Mach. It is the main scientific instrument.

Recently we started to talk about general informatics, and even at the latest conference on the FSC implementation (April 2017) we proposed this layer of information as a paradigm of the medical science. To our sorrow nowadays modern medical science has no its own paradigm. In many congresses on logic, philosophy and methodology of science, in which I participated, medicine were not present as a science, because it is not formalized until now. Until now it was not formalized, being as if experimental engineering science. And so we proposed general informatics as a paradigm for the medical science. That is not only people, but all living creatures, everything that surrounds us is built in the universal informational system.

For example, I will celebrate 73 in September, and words my mom said some 60 years ago: “children, stop playing games, go for your meals” – as we can see are not recorded in our head, but somewhere in the ether, and the record could be in another corner of the Galaxy, but we can imagine seeing and hearing it.

Not long ago before her death Natalia Pavlovna Behtereva in her last report said that she investigated human head for more than half a century and did not found there neither wit nor memory. Really, nothing is recorded in our heads, when we are seeing a beloved person, we are reaching this person herself with our super-strings, and there is nothing recorded in our heads! Everything is recorded somewhere in the “clever” ether.

Now I want to show you something that you can even demonstrate to your friends. Below is a magic square, composed from 9 little magic squares.

 If you start to draw the lines, connecting natural numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-….- 80-81. some regular pattern will be formed. Note that all sums in rows and columns are equal. In case we write chemical elements in accordance with their atomic masses instead of natural numbers, hydrogen – number 1, helium, lithium and so on, we will receive Mendeleev’s table of elements in form of a magic square. In each row or column there will be 369 protons, neutrons, lambda particles, electrons. Magic square is a flat representation of a sphere, and this sphere is in a state of equilibrium (all sums in rows and columns are equal).

In case we assume that atoms in this magic square table are our organism governing atoms, then they remain at their places even when we die. They remain and they remain in a balanced system, this is a spherical Mendeleev’s table and the spherical table of our soul. After our death the soul acquires the spherical form. That is why numerous balls appear when they bury people and make photographs there. They reflect the photoflash.

I am going to show you a characteristic photo.  It was made at the funeral ceremony, it is our Yakut poet Moisey Efimov in Yakut national theatre, you can see the honor guard on the stage. Me and my wife were sitting in the back row, and in the front row the reflection is seen. Photo was made with the use of the flash, it is reflected from the sphere. It means that his soul came to me and asks to clean out the black spot (in the center), which consists of infected hydrogen atoms, it is oncology diseases he died from. He will became a guardian angel and will come to his children and grandchildren, it turns out that we all are doing this after death, and he is asking me to clean him, in order to prevent his offspring catching this disease. It is a spherical formation, Mendeleev’s table is a spherical formation, and it is a soul.

And it does not sit at one place. It moves, at that rapidly, we call this blue half ring (in the bottom-left part of the sphere) the meteor tale.

And this yellow half ring (in the upper-right part of the sphere) we are calling the front, apparently it is pushing through the air and reddens a little.

Let this all settle down a little in your heads, probably you will have questions later. Actually It is a basis of the ether – all atoms are interconnected in the Universe – our body atoms and atoms of the FSCs as well. FSC is a “clever” system, it is live system, which is programmed in a sacred places. It is very difficult to describe formally what are the sacred places. Sergey Valentinovitch also programs information from curative plants. And what is a plant? A plant is a very complicated living creature, it is very difficult to understand it. And so the first group of FSC was made with the use of integrated data (that is information from plants and sacred places of power was used).

And we are working with atoms. In our practice, in case we discover infected, that is working incorrectly, hydrogen atom, the purpose of our work is to hold oncomarker quantity strictly at the 1.25 micrograms per liter point. As soon as hydrogen atom starts to work incorrectly, the oncomarker quantity changes as well, and we have the first stage of the oncology disease. Then comes the second stage, several years or maybe even several decades later comes the third stage, and then the fourth stage which in accordance with our rules could not be cured with our methods. Oncology diseases are the program of the Creator Himself, metastases do not grow on their own, it is a program of the Creator. He made human beings very robust, and in order to prevent long tortures He Himself designed a way to quit life quickly, by creating a program of the metastatic disease.

And so we transfer into the initial – zero state the atom which was programmed (wrongly). We transfer it into the normal state and the recovery process takes place. Sometimes even the next day eritrothites are coming into a normal state. Test readings are coming into norm. For this purpose we propose to program the only hydrogen atom in the FSC. And all other 108 atoms as well. 108 FSCs – one for each atom. Actually many people learn Mendeleev's table in a nonary system by heart, therefore it is possible to learn all 108 FSC by hear too, what FSC is for what disease. We propose to call this (one atom) FSCs «Differentiated», and all FSCs already created by Sergey Valentinovitch, are implementing integral functions in the curative processes. We propose to start another series of FSCs, to try and program the entire Mendeleev's table, that is to release 108 FSCs. For example one developed oncology, then he takes FSC no. 1, that is hydrogen atom, put it at the body, and it poses constant influence. How do you like the idea, Sergey Valentinovitch?

Koltsiv S. V.: We shall give a thought to it, I cannot say now, but we will think about it. I shall practice in diagnostics myself – this is what is missing in FSCs and what Vasiliy Ivanovitch can do.

They started to throw questions.

They ask if it is possible to transfer some atom into a normal state with the use of the lilac FSCs? Infected hydrogen atom, or some other?

I did not tried, one shall check because these cosmoenergy channels are clever, everything can be.

By the way, Vasiliy Ivanovich checked FSC which is called «Indi», he says that is suffocates some kinds of flu, of course not all nine kinds of the flu, because half of them are artificial.

A boy in the age of 7 suffers with facial tic for three years, FSCs are in the family for years, we carry them, drink water, do pumpings, but unable to cope with the issue. Tell please what to do?

I did not encountered with this, facial tic is a nerve tension, that is why I cannot say what FSCs can do. It is similar to questions connected with stuttering. There is a special channel which shall cope with stuttering. I did not recorded it, because there were no such purpose. There was no such a purpose to fight with all possible issues.

You see, here they are typing here in chat that problem with facial tic could be connected with mother. Everything could be. One shall always start working with mother when various complicated diseases appear at children below 12.

What time it takes to structure water with recent FSCs?

«Olgyr» structures water approximately 7 minutes, «The Spring of Lamas» about 18 minutes, «Indi» and «Yudek» cope in 5 minutes.

Tell something about new FSCs for the ninth anniversary of the Company.

The FSC for the second type diabetes will be released, it is a Mayan channel called «Hao» (Хао). There is a separate branch for the first time diabetes, because in this case more complicated functions should be added – antiviral and so on. I simply did not have a chance to check the branch for the first type diabetes. The FSC that shall stabilize sugar in case of the second type diabetes I checked at some 15 people. In various time intervals the sugar started to stabilize almost at everybody. Only one dame did not have any changes, but such situations should exist. The second set of FSC is a Takor (Такор) channel for pressure stabilization. Long time ago I made FSC for hypertension, I checked it, works quickly enough. It is in case one puts FSC at the arteries or veins – either at the wrist or at the cubital fossa, and literally in 15-20 minutes the pressure starts to stabilize. Of course it takes longer to bring it into norm. I also recorded version for hypotensive patients but did not checked it. People asked persistently to record the branch for hypotensive patients, so you will have both versions.

A question from the Ulyanovsk city about nine types of flu.

Okoneshnikov Vasiliy Ivanovitch: Among these nine types, the first five are well formalized by medical community. The first one is so called horse flu, we counted 36 incorrectly working, infected atoms in it. Its main carrier is again a hydrogen atom, but there is a number of hydrogen atoms. One kind is programmed so that it is responsible for the oncomarker level, another kind governs horse flu, and in order to heal a patient this hydrogen atom should be transferred into a zero state. It is not an atom about which we are talking in case of oncology, but the one which governs the horse flu. The second type is pig flu. Goat flu is the third type. Bird flu is the fourth, the fifth one is seasonal flu. These are kinds which have names. And another 4 kinds we name by (governing) atoms. These names are not common to people yet. Tinny flu – tin atom should be transferred into a zero state, especially it influences when a child has fever. Tin atom, then rubidium atom, indium, and the fourth atom is helium, We are calling them by atoms and the first five have their own names. One shall transfer into a zero state all five governing atoms.

In accordance to our version all these nine kinds of flu have their own viruses. And all nine viruses are governed by polonium atom isotopes. One shall transfer polonium 1 into a zero state…. and so on. I am always asking patients themselves to help. One shall imagine a floor covered with dying cockroaches. When they poison cockroaches with dust they fall on their backs and dangle with their legs. One shall imagine not the entire floor, but divided in parts. Divide your floor at 9 sectors. You imagine (visualize) the first sector and at the same time you visualize viruses dying, by doing so you help to transfer into inanimate state horse flu viruses.
