Okoneshnikov V. I.: Good afternoon, I want to start directly from the new FSC «Indi». For example in description it is said that it aids to suppress the desire to smoke. We checked this with Padkova Lyudmila Ivanovna with the use of my methodic. I am using a folder with 415 computer slides, and there is a slide number 199 with the use of which I can obtain data of 500 medical tests with the use of extrasensory method. For example, in order to check the suppression the desire to smoke, we take two people (distantly), one is a smoker, and the second is not, and checking parameter 412, in my test slide it is carboxyhaemoglobin. At people who are smoking it is 4, at people who do not it is 1. As soon as we saw the carboxyhaemoglobin value equal to 4, we put FSC «Indi» at the slide (directly at the pad screen), and with my extrasensory method I see that FSC starts to correct the smoker's carboxyhaemoglobin value, driving it to 1. After that we checked non smoker's carboxyhaemoglobin value – it remained 1 as it was. It is carbon atom that governs carboxyhaemoglobin value. Of course, it should be confirmed with real laboratory tests, we did not do such measurements yet.

Along with suppression the desire to smoke, FSC «Indi» helps to block and disband non-sanctioned intrusions of various origin into one's biofield. What is non-sanctioned intrusion? For example with the help of my extrasensory method, I can plug into Lyudmila Ivanovna's biofield through the ether net and measure her blood pressure. But in case she holds FSC «Indi» at her body, the intrusion does not take place. That is I am not able to plug in and do extrasensory measurements.

We also checked another clause from the description, that says: «It aids restoration of the hormonal status, physiology processes in the endocrine system. The measurement of thyroxin and triiodothyronine correction demonstrated it very clearly, even I was amused. It was done with the use of my system. For example, it is said here: «disbands thyroid gland nodes». For example one patient had 12 nodes at the left side of the thyroid gland, there are no nodes in the center pyramid, at the right side, but 12 nodes at the left side. Then I put my FSC at the anatomic picture of the thyroid gland, and after some time the number of nodes decreases directly to zero. Of course it would be nice to have opportunity to make similar express tests with laboratory methods.

For me all properties of FSCs «Indi» and «Yudek» that are claimed in description are uniquely working. For example, in case we discover one problem parameter at some patient, then we are starting to look for a reason – that is for a second parameter which is a reason of the first parameter negative deviation. Then we are looking for a third parameter, which is a reason of the second parameter deviation, and then the fourth, fifth … and down to the ninth parameter! Every parameter is governed by some specific atom. With the help of FSC we transfer all 9 atoms into a zero state, and all 9 parameters restore. Lyudmila Ivanovna, being a doctor, confirmed all these. This confirms the FSC action, described in the text.

And so, we are going to continue our research of «Yudek» and «Indi» FSCs, and we will get real instrument confirmations.

Padkova L. I.: Vasiliy Ivanovitch, I want to mention that we also checked several other areas of the hormonal system. As you remember, we worked with diabetes, with your extrasensory method we checked the sugar content, it was 12 points, then we put «Indi» at the thyroid gland slide, and very quickly sugar content dropped to 4 points.

After that, we also checked several people with myoma. Some people turned to us, we knew that they have diagnosed myoma, and we checked the state of the follicle-stimulating hormone at these people. All had it increased by 90 %. According to your scale follicle-stimulating hormone should be from 2 to 18 points. And one woman had it 25 points, another 24, the third had it 20. When we placed «Indi» at the ovary area, quick restoration process started, actually it took 1-2 minutes, and the hormone level came into norm.

After that we checked the prostate state at some men, including those who had prostate adenoma. We checked the state of the prostate governing atom and testosterone level, which was lowered. After our work with «Indi» the testosterone level increased.

Later we investigated cases, which are characteristic for people with increased adrenaline and noradrenaline levels. In case of very serious diseases one is in the state of chronical stress. We took two patients with the disseminated sclerosis. Normal state of noradrenaline is 150-400 points, and one man had 900 and woman patient had 1000 points. After our work with «Indi», in this case we placed the corrector at the hypophysial area, parameters restored down to 300 points. Almost came to norm.

What else we checked? What other parameters? Vasiliy Ivanovitch already mentioned thyroxin and triiodothyronine, we also checked it and it was also very interesting. We had several people with adenomatous goiter , and they had very high values of these hormones. Norm is 70-90, and they had as high as 830, that is very high! Or it was 250 instead of 80-90. After working with «Yudek» they restored down to 125. In norm thyroxin should be 4-11, and they had 18 before and 5.5 after working with «Yudek», that is norm was restored.

By doing so, with the help of the unique extrasensory method of Vasiliy Ivanovitch, we managed to demonstrate the working abilities of these two FSCs. Practically we checked with him all hormones, that we were able to check. Of course, I reckon that we still have a lot of work ahead, and clinical confirmation is very desirable, but even now we are seeing very interesting results.

Okoneshnikov V. I.: First of all I want to thank Lyudmila Ivanovna for great intellectual satisfaction, connected with confirmation of my diagnoses, that was not made during previous 10 years. Because I am often making such analysis like sugar level at diabetes patients, I am measuring it promptly and distantly, it should be from 0 to 4. And some people have it at the level of 6 or even 8. There is another type of hydrogen atom that governs sugar level content; it differs from the hydrogen atom that controls oncology marker. Therefore, I transfer into zero state this second hydrogen atom, which governs sugar level. I was working this way for 10 years, but I am not a doctor, and while working with Lyudmila Ivanovna I received confirmation of my knowledge. As a high class professional she confirmed many things I was doing.

Returning back to the sugar level, the atom that governs glucagon, is cobalt, and atom that governs insulin level is vanadium. One shall transfer them into zero state simultaneously. These governing atoms drive sugar level into a normal state. Vanadium and cobalt are working with insulin and glucagon.

With Lyudmila Ivanovna we set experimental goals, worked with my methods, and to my great pleasure everything was confirmed. I hope that we will also do instrumental tests. When I am working with patients with the use of my methods, their test parameters are coming into norm due to their own testimonies, at that not for a long period of time, that is after some time sugar level rises again. In this case they would have to put into the pocket FSCs «Indi» or «Yudek» and the value of parameters will gradually come into norm. With the help of «Indi» and «Yudek» FSCs the sate of vanadium and cobalt governing atoms comes into «zero state». And they are really coming into «zero state». Imagine my state of astonishment when we put FSCs at the anatomic picture at the pad computer monitor, if previously I was pressing and pressing again and again in order to drive governing atoms into the zero state. That is all atoms from Mendeleev's table should be in a zero state. In case there is an atom that works incorrectly, we are going to find it and transfer into the zero state. And what was my astonishment when I simply followed the process instead of pressing. I was simply following the process of the governing atom correction, watching its transfer into zero state. We were also working with FSC «Yudek». The quantity of pandemic flues is 9. I have a picture with all nine varieties, here is a picture of 9 various kinds of flu. Padkova L. I.: We were working with FSC «Indi» with the prostate gland, and with the use of FSC «Yudek» we were working with thyroid gland colloids (nodes).

Okoneshnikov V. I.: «Yudek» brings colloids down. A sufficient number of thyroid gland nodes was disbanded by FSC «Yudek», at that the presence of the patient is not obligatory. Sergey Valentinovitch himself practices healing with the use of people's hairs. He puts needed FSCs at the people's hairs, and gets the same results. He was doing healing and I was checking. He has a large packet with hair samples, he does not have to be on the phone line with his patient, he can check everything through the bunch of hairs. He uses a small bunch and puts it at FSCs.

And so these FSCs are working the same way as we are working distantly – through the ether net. Both «Indi» and «Yudek» are working distantly.

Me and Sergey Valentinovitch came esrly into office at some Internet conference, and I heard his friend calling and saying that his diffuse nodes are enlarged and they propose thyroid gland surgery. Lyudmila Ivanovna will confirm that as a rule they extract the whole thyroid gland, and it is a very important organ. And I heard Sergey Valentinovitch's reply: «Under no circumstances! My mother died this way! Another interesting connection – I already told Vasiliy Ivanovitch about this, he is a member of an academy named after Kaznacheev. I found Koltsov words about Kaznacheev's works, when he described his way to Functional State Correctors: «When I started to learn the basics of theoretical biology, biophysics, I came upon works of Mikhailova and Kaznacheev». That is, what they were doing? In 70-s Kaznacheev and Mikhailova wrote works on informational component of the outer electromagnetic field. No one heard them. What they did? In their laboratory they took two sealed test tubes, that is physical propagation was excluded. In one test tube there was a normal saline. In another tube there was a bubonic plaque virus. A week after they returned into the laboratory and in a sealed tube with a normal saline there was also a bubonic plaque virus. It could not propagate physically. It was exactly energy-information exchange and influence of the outer electromagnetic field.

I think that Vasiliy Ivanovitch and Sergey Valentinovitch will arrive to consensus, because I remember when they met Sergey Valentinovitch said: « Vasiliy Ivanovitch, we came down to the same things by different ways». Vasiliy Ivanovitch introduced ether, which official science simply omitted, and Sergey Valentinovitch also uses the outer magnetic field influence. When Vasiliy Ivanovitch took FSC in his hands he said: «They are alive!» Is it true, Vasiliy Ivanovitch? To my sorrow Vasiliy Ivanovitch did not heard Sergey Valentinovitch 8 years ago, he told Okoneshnikov about FSCs as long ago as that. So we should value what we have.

Luzginova S. V.: First of all I want to express my gratitude for the possibilty to work with Vasiliy Ivanovitch Okoneshnikov. Much information, lots of new knowledge, that compliment things we already know. The influence of Functional State Correctors received another confirmation with the help of methodic, developed by Vasiliy Ivanovitch.

I have FSC «Indi» approximately for a month time, and what is seen at the thin level? What energies are felt when one is working with it? Only yesterday I gave a conference about governing position of the endocrine system in the human organism, and now I want to make some additions. FSCs «Indi» and «Yudek» are the two correctors, which are working with the endocrine system as a whole. And endocrine system is very important both at the physiology and the thin levels. Why? Because endocrine system is exactly a Tsar that governs our organism. Our classical medicine accents 7 main organs of the endocrine system. When I started to count endocrine glands at the thin level, I counted 23, and it is not all of them, only the ones that are manifested more distinctively in physiology level nowadays.

What FSC «Indi» does? Why it gives so powerful energy potential? Why it protects? I would say that protection is felt at the thin level as if an angel is close to you and he embraced you with his wings. Such a feeling of internal calamity. There was such a «test» situation, probably they created it deliberately, three days ago I returned very late from Moscow city, I took the last suburb train to Korolyov. I am walking along the street, there was a storm not long ago, some trees fell down and street electric wiring was damaged, the street was not lighted. Imagine I am walking alone, no other people around, three young men are ahead, they are walking directly at me, I am thinking: «My God! Now they will either kill me or do something wrong, something negative will happen». And so FSC «Indi» is always at my right hand (tied at the wrist). I took my right wrist with the left hand, stopped for a second, imagined this corrector working and said silently «let the help be manifested in some way». You know, next two minutes they continued to move in my direction, then they stopped, lingered, started to talk between each other. One of them said: «we shall go this way», the second showed another direction, the third said: «no, we shall go there»… As if they were pulled into three various directions, finally they are turning back and going away from me. Imagine, there was a feeling that someone deliberately influenced their minds. They removed these guys from my way at all, thanks God, I finished my walk home safely.

In what way «Indi» and «Yudec» FSC influence the endocrine system? First of all, they influence seven main organs of the endocrine system. Then we have three important organs inside the brain structures, they are: hypothalamus, hypophysis and epiphysis. Then there is a Turkish saddle, then corpus collosum between two hemispheres. And FSC «Indi» works with all these structures. Then it poses a very interesting influence at the thymus. I simply carried it for two weeks without taking it off. FSC «Indi» was at the front aspect, and «Apple of Youth» was at the rear aspect, exactly at the thyroid gland area, that is this system was in pumping all the time. As you know thymus atrophies with age due to various reasons, and it turns out that there are artificially installed energy connectors, especially at paired organs. There is an artificially installed connector between eyes, let's say they were installed by some negative structure. Another connector is between the lungs. There are connectors at the level of the second chakra at women – between ovaries. Men have connectors at the prostate level and at the levels of adrenal glands and kidneys. These connectors are seen at the thin level. And so energy is pumped out through these connectors from all people. Literally from everyone! And when I started to work with FSC «Indi», my spiritual mentor from Siberia calls me and says: «Listen, where your connectors have gone?» Can you imagine?! That is, through the work with FSC «Indi» in two weeks all these energy connectors are falling apart. You understand, they are stealing energy from us, but we do not see it, because not everyone has vision at the thin level, and these connectors are seen not with the third eye, but through the fifth or even sixth level of vision, through controlled clairvoyance. So it is clear, that a very important moment is that through our work with FSC «Indi» we are able to penetrate at more thin structures and remove primary reasons that shorten our lives. Why we are living so short time? Because they pump out the living fluid. And the potential of energy, human being has, lasts for a short period of time. Yesterday night I was with FSC «Indi». I conducted internet – conference, and after that I also was sitting in skype until 2 a.m., I did not feel tired at all. Why? Because refill of potential energy takes place all the time.

More to it, FSC «Indi» removes, disbands fears, in what way? Due to the removal of the energy connectors between kidneys and adrenal glands. There are two connectors. One connector through which they pump out energy between adrenal glands, and below is a connector between kidneys. These energy connectors are not physical. According to energy medicine fears are blocking kidneys. And now kidneys and adrenal glands become unblocked. When energy connectors between adrenal glands and kidneys are removed, endocrine system status restores, because adrenal glands are one of the main organs of the endocrine system. Adrenal glands receive energy they need for proper functioning.

Generally, our endocrine system has hierarchy organization; the organ which is situated higher in the body is able to control the organ which is situated lower. That is why it becomes clear that the thyroid gland has a prevailing significance and ensures coordinated work of the entire endocrine system. Thyroid gland is activated into work through the hypophysis hormones, and hypophysis and hypothalamus are central governors of the periphery endocrine system. They control periphery endocrine system through the thyroid gland. And so, it is very important to keep the thyroid gland in good health, because all periphery endocrine system is controlled through it. With the help of the FSC «Yudek» we may restore our thyroid gland. More to it, our thyroid gland suffers from radiation. That is why when working with the thyroid gland we may combine FSCs «Yudek» and «Indi» with FSC 7, 14, 15, which restore radiation level inside our organism. Radiation accumulates in our glands. And every gland, every organ of the endocrine system is closely connected with this or that energy level. In what way? Every chakra of our body is manifested at the physical level in the form of some endocrine system organ. That is why at the thin level FSC «Indi» restores our chakral system very well. Meridianal system. That is why it is possible to work in complex with FSCs «Indi» and 18, one may do pumpings of chakras and meridians. I co-tune FSCs «Indi» and number 18, and consequently place these two correctors simultaneously at the front and rear aspects of each chakra, works brilliant, literally half minute is sufficient exposition time for each chakra. Restoration of the entire chakral system takes place.

Similarly, when you are doing pumpings of the meridianal system (criss-cross pumpings) or meridians massage, you may use both «Indi» and number 18, it is very important. Energy system of meridians could be compared with electric wiring in the house. In order to let electric lamps shine, the wiring should be in good state. We are able to mend all these wiring by working with «Indi» and 18.

I already mentioned fears. When the connector is removed, then one is not as if does not experience fears at all, but the state of constantly overloaded nervous system disappears. Every human being has conscious and sub-conscious fears, we all have sub-conscious fears not from the current embodiment, but also from previous embodiments. Because every human being has many many embodiments behind one's back. That is, we are coming here on Earth not once, and all these fears accumulate at the sub-conscious level, and for working with fears one may use FSC «Indi» in complex with FSCs 11 and 17. At the thin level they are showing that in case one combines «Indi» with number 17, then fears of previous embodiments are going away. Fears from the embodiments we already lived through. Nowadays there is a mass problem with all people – the fear of the flood. There was a flood on Earth some time ago, when previous civilization was going away, and every individual living now on Earth has this fear at the subconsciouseness level. We can remove this fear by pimping the sixth chakra with FSCs «Indi» and 17. Exactly the zone of the sixth chakra.

Activation of the entire nervous system takes place, and we are able to remove this constant internal over-tension, to which every human being is subjected. Because everything that comes from TV screens, everything that comes through mass media has the only purpose – to frighten the humanity, to hold the humanity in the constant fear, why? Because it is easier to control those who are in fears, and by working with fears we can free ourselves from the chains of fears
