Emergency reserve of vital energy. The more light energy is worked out in a given kin, the higher energy potential one receives for life. The more perfect are his creations, why? Because we are creating with the use of positive psychic energy, which was generated by our kins / stems. And so, the more negative mental programs one produced, not only in this current embodiment, you understand that you are carrying this energy luggage from previous embodiments, it disappears nowhere, at the subconscious level it is transferred into future embodiments. That’s why it is important to carry bracelets not only at the left arm (Obviously Svetlana Vasilievna is addressing women), but also at the right – by doing so we will harmonize and clean the negative mental program, which all of us has, no exceptions, improve the fourth chakra and activate Yan energy. Generally, all our magic actions are carried out with the help of the hands, fingers. Why? That’s why when we are using bracelets at hands – both at left and right – any bracelets, we are activating all these meridians, which are coming in our hands.

Why I asked Sergey Valentinovich to make bracelets for legs?. Because anther 6 meridians are going through our legs. It is also desirable to activate them via bracelets – small FSC rings. In legs we have meridians of the kidneys and urinary bladder, stomach and pancreas, we have many important meridians in legs.

I reckon that it is possible to carry FSC bracelet “Fitness” at the legs. Other bracelets better to carry at hands.

How we can use all thus? Suppose one has a disease of the heart. This person may use any bracelet (even not important which one) and in addition carry FSC 9 either at the left shoulder or the left elbow-bent, or under the left armpit. And this way one will accent restoration of cardio-vascular system health. You may carry bracelet at any hand you want, but in case we are about the heart, then it is better to wear bracelet at the left hand. The best time for working with the heart is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Suppose one has a disease of thin intestine, then how one can use a bracelet? You are going to wear it at any hand, and in addition you may use FSC no 2 or “Spring of Health 2” at the level of the second chakra. In case we are working with thin intestine, then it is desirable to do so from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.. when energy goes through this meridian. In this case you will work accented with the organ.

In case one has misbalance of the endocrine system organs, then you may work by simply wearing it at the hand…. In addition you may slightly massage / stimulate the upper phalanx of the finger with organs of which or with meridians of which you are working. That is if working with the heart – you massage the little finger. If working with the thin intestine – again massage the little finger. Suppose you are working with pancreas – massage the fourth finger. In case of problems with pancreas it is desirable to wear a bracelet at the hand from 9 to 11 a.m. and use FSC at the third chakra. In case of inflammatory processes use FSC no 5 or “Spring of Health 1”, and in case of diabetes it is desirable to use FSC “Balance”. Is it clear? By using Bracelets in complex with specific correctors we are going to have double action: through the wrist we are going to activate meridian system, and FSC will work targeted with organ. Some people are thinking “As soon bracelets appeared, then what for do we not need FSCs?!” You need, and how! If you would try at least once to do what I am recommending, you will feel how quickly health restoration processes would go.

In case of high pressure you may use a bracelet at the left hand ad FSC “Norm of Life 1” at the elbow (bent) chakra.

In case of problems with large intestine – from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. use FSCs 2 and “Spring of Health 2” (as in voluminous pumping) and a bracelet, you may wear any bracelets, even two of them – both at the left and at the right arm.

In case of issues with lungs you massage the thumb, and early in the morning, it is better to get up early in the morning and lay down after procedure for more sleep, you may do voluminous pumping for each lung with FSCs “Healthy lungs” and no 5. One lung, then the other. And stimulate first phalanx of the thumb.

And so we may pose double influence – both at the energy system… you see?! We are so lazy and do not wish to massage own meridians. The practices about which I told you are for the lazy ones. That is we may stimulate meridians very quickly. Because when we are using bracelets a very powerful whirl flux is created in the wrist area. Energy of longitude wave goes at fingers and these meridians are activated.

You may do criss-cross pumpings. Suppose you wear bracelet “Fitness” at the left leg, and any other bracelet at the right hand, then change (hands and legs). You may even use 4 bracelets simultaneously. It is desirable to wear two “Finesses” at the legs.

During sleep time there could be cases of numbness, had anyone feeling of numbness in the fingers? Suppose you wake in the night or early morning and some finger at hand or at the leg goes numb. Because they are recharging us. We are receiving already transformed, positive, clean energy, how we are receiving it in the night time? Through the meridian system of hands and legs at the first place. That’s why in case one’s meridian system at hands and legs is blocked, then human being is not able to take this energy and vitalize own energy system, to assimilate the energy that God gives him during the night time. Unable to restore oneself. That’s why in case we would carry bracelets at hands during the time of the day, we will do unblocking of the entire meridian system through fingers, and numbness in the night time would not take place. And so, it happens so that in case one’s meridian system in hands is not working, if it is blocked in some degree, then human being is unable to receive energy, on the contrary he loses it during the night time. What other sacral practices we can do with bracelets? One may connect in sequence each finger at the hand with the thumb. In sequence, and wait for the energy torrent. It is possible to do a bridge, joining at the same time all fingers of right and left hands. During the course of our lives, contaminating ourselves mentally and physically we are deviating from this matrix image. And so, when you would connect fingers, you may do it as a pumping, when you wear bracelets the wrist, you may do pumping (put any 2 FSCs under your feet or wear another pair of bracelets at legs – this will be more powerful version of criss-cross pumping) and at the same time connect your fingers. But one shall do this consciously! Nowadays we are living in such a time when it is very important to work with yourself consciously, including own consciousness into work. So, when connecting fingers in such a manner you shall have in mind the thought “I am filling my own matrix image”. You are plugging the norm of the creator to yourself. That is gradually we are starting to become the way, the Creator made us, matrix image restores.

When we connect the fourth finger with the thumb – atmanic torrents of ancestors “vital powers” are restored. We are connecting fingers in such a manner and have bracelets at the wrists.  And “vital powers” of ancestors and offsprings became united. This way we are uniting with own kin. Reunification with energies of the kin takes place. At least one minute, this is enough. But one shall do it constantly, when doing pumping.

When we are connecting middle fingers with the thumbs, we are “tuning” the “time form” at the corresponding matrix image. We are becoming to fit into correct time lines. Look, nowadays time runs fast, have you noticed? And we do not have enough time to do all things during the time of the day. That is you can do nothing, time torrents are coming through you too fast. Connecting fingers in this way we would do a very quick co-tuning with energies of new time. This tunes up at the correct time line, which corresponds to our matrix image.  That is we would activate ourselves in the time torrents quickly and correctly.

We are occupying an enormous territory on the planet and Russia is both the brain and the heart. There are countries that correspond to extremities. USA is at the projection of the ass. And look what provocation they are doing on earth now? You noticed that they are simply tossing muslims into Europe? Chinese are pressing, almost cut down the whole Siberia? The question is how to fight? It turns out that there is no need to fight, what will be going on starting from this year? Similarly to human body, every organ vibrates at its own frequency. Heart has its own frequency, brain another, large intestine the third. You understand?! Vibrations at the planet earth would not be the same! This would not be. There is going to be own frequency at each part of the planet. Many people are thinking that vibrations are going to rise, and that there would be the same vibrations everywhere – no! similarly to human beings every organ works at its own frequency. May be he did not understood it exactly. It turns out that brain and heart have the most powerful frequency, the highest frequency if we continue the analogy with the human body. That is energies of ancestors and offsprings are becoming united. Then middle fingers…. Look, you are holding hands this way, with bracelets worn at them, you are going to concentrate attention at specific fingers. That is you are going to press a little the middle fingers in order to ease concentration at them. When you will press middle fingers, distortions in your biofield will be neutralized. And sexual distortions will be reduced. Sexual distortions will be removed. Very useful for blue girls and rose boys…. Where they are coming from? It is initial predominance of yan energies at women and yin energies at men. In the third generation such blue girls and rose boys start to appear.
