Koltsov S. V.: This theme from Penza (“The Light of Koltsov”), which is for days to replicate, works brilliantly with lower chakras, but in no way with the head. That is it does not erase this 28 seconds program at the head. It is really “about other goals”.

Gusarova T. A.: At that Sergey Valentinovich checked and came to conclusion that 34 seconds subcarrier rhythm of our galaxy influences all our lower chakras. Koltsov S. V.: Yes! Many things could be found if one will look thoroughly in all places, so we continue to move the straight road we are going. Initially they wanted to include “Tuning Fork” into the “Immune Sheild” bracelet, having in mind to accent the performance of other themes. I said: “No, there should be at least one theme that erases this 28 second program”, and so I included the “Varvara’s Spring” theme into it. And so two new bracelets, that should be released soon, are not “simple”, because both contain a theme that requires almost 24 hours to replicate. It takes 19 hours to replicate “Rapa” and almost 20 hours to replicate “Varvara’s Spring”! Other themes shall perform their functions. I do not know if the bracelet will be able to erase problems from the seventh chakra, when it is at the wrist. But in case you will have the bracelet, you would be able to close / fasten it into a loop and put at the top of the head and “erase” seventh chakra’s problems with the same bracelet, after that you may wear it at the wrist or at the foot – anywhere you want!

I checked bracelets at myself and I liked the way they are working, they are pushing quickly, quickly propagate their information influence, but I am accenting this once again: remember that one shall “open” the head separately because of this “strange’ program which is up on us already for a year. Koltsov S. V.: Well, nowadays it became better with the epiphysis, but during January, February, March it was under hard pressing! It was closed at everyone during one night time. Koltsov S. V.: Nowadays it does not take long, less than 5 minutes. It is quick to “open” ones head. Nowadays outer field influence is not so strong as it was at the beginning of this year, life becomes easier. But it was sad enough.

From the auditorium.: Sergey Valentinovich, what if these programs are not withdrawn?…. Suppose one is suffering up to now?

Koltsov S. V.: Organic changes would appear, doctors would start to heal consequences, but in no way they would remove this problem from ones head, they would pump one with chemicals, and what’s the use of it?

Gusarova T. A.: That’s why keep your ears open! There would not be «Immune shield anymore»! I remember that prior to “Olgyr” release I used to beg Sergey Valentinovich for the “Olgyr”, I knew about this corrector and asked for the sake of people who really needed it. Question: How are you working with the pendulum? Shall one ask «Will it be good for me?» Suppose, is “Chudotvorets” is more powerful for me or “Gold of Gobi” ? What exactly are you doing with the pendulum?

Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking with the help of pendulum it is possible to select quickly what FSC is most effective for a given person at a given moment of time. It does not mean that the same FSC would best for all, no illusions, we all are different.

During recent year and half absolutely all springs are “covered”. People do not understand this fact, go to the springs, drink water, and what about shaking this program off?!

Koltsov S. V.: Well, this is a big question! What are they doing now. That is I do not know what this water will do, unless this “strange” block is shaken off. Gusarova T. A.: I want to say a couple of words about water samples. People are delivering samples to Sergey Valentinovich from everywhere. Gerel is very active. But I can say that 90 % of samples he sorts out. Well, a place could be well known, may be water spring has healing effects but sample is “not interesting”, he is choosing really unique water samples.

Question: I am doing diagnostic, which shows changes of human energetic, when one takes in hands some medicine or water. Once I had to check how “Indi” and “Yudec” are working with the thyroid gland. I noticed that when I put them at the spinal column – one at the top, the other at the bottom they were working one way, when we changed their places they worked absolutely differently. In one case there was significant increase of energy, in another it was lowered. Can you explain to me why this is happening? Even change of FSCs position on the body gives various results.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, this is normal because various FCSs have various whirl structures, they interact differently with a specific person. You will see absolutely different picture at various people. Absolutely different. It is not possible to foresee what will suit better a given person. Only by experiment. Surely they would not harm. Another question is how quickly they would work? In this sense there could be difference – where to put which one. I cannot give you advice on this, you practitioners know better. Yes, this is natural reaction, connected with the fact that there could not be universal answers in principle. One shall select in every case.

Gusarova T. A.: We have elite correctors. “Chudotvorets”, “Code of Gobi”, “Gold of Gobi” which are helping us to remove 28 second program. Sergey Valentinovich, what is about the “Light of Koltsov”?

Koltsov S. V.: Generally this FSC is a record maker in terms of program duration, it requires 96 hours for replication. There is not anything that could be even compared to this. What is most wonderful about it, is that energetic is not standard, it is not characteristic, it is not from nature, it is not clear how it appeared there in Penza district. What I can say absolutely clear based on my own experience – I lived approximately a month at this water, I became calm as a boa, that is it is very difficult to bring me out of balance. And this is due to this “strange” FSC from Penza. It is really brilliant! I even do not know what it is doing. Koltsov S. V.: Well, leave him alone, a normal child. Became accustomed. Nowadays parents are not teaching children, but children are starting to teach parents. Now there are many Indigo children. My own granddaughter is such a hurricane!

Question: Sergey Valentinovich, I have a question about children, they are very clever nowadays, there is such a child in my family, he knows everything and says that he does not need all this. But he heeds, I know this like mother….. is it allowed, would not it be violation of some laws, can I ….. suddenly it appeared that tomorrow my children have exams, can I support them distantly with the use of FSCs?

Koltsov S. V.: You can support, but this would not help if he did not read anything.

The point is that they did, they read. I saw that they were reading, learned, first they were saying that there would not be exams, now it turns out that they would have exams…

Koltsov S. V.: Of course you can, this is just subjective question, in what degree…. Yes, of course number 13.

Late?

Koltsov S. V.: Remember yourself, when we ourselves were preparing for the exams, everything depends on the learning time, then when you are coming at the exam you do not care what they will ask.

Question: Sergey Valentinovich, recently they mentioned many pitchers, and so how it is possible to drink from various themes, with what interval, that they would not silence each other?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, in any case you would not drink more often than once in two hours. One should not be worried about this.

It depends on the volume – one sip? But not a glass. Actually when I fasted this spring on water I drunk some 5-6 liters a day easily with pleasure. When started to go out – then do not reach 3 liters, that is I am drinking my norm.

Oh no, I am not about water volume, but about number of themes.

Koltsov S. V.: This is not important. This is absolutely not important. More to it, one shall simply learn to trust own intuition. When I was on fasting, I never drunk water from the same themes, every time I used various ones. But in case I started, then I continue with the same one. This year I used “Live Water” for all 18 days. I drunk this water with pleasure!

What about pitchers, that are standing close to each other, do not they silence each others?

Koltsov S. V.: This is not important, this could not influence, because FSCs are interacting with the nearest water volume. That’s why in case you are “hanging” FSC at the body it does not work with the entire organism, but only with the place at which it lays, that’s why you shall move FSC along the body from time to time.

Question: We have polarizations of places of power at green series and some exclusive FSCs. This information was recorded some time ago, five years and even more. Serious changes in earth electromagnetic field took place since that time, people are asking if this information recorded at that time is working well now, as it did before?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, it will. Another question is, in case the same information would be recorded now then there will be some changes, but very insignificant. I checked this at various places. I have records from the same places, made with 3 year time interval, difference is not significant.

Question: So it is possible that information recorded some time ago may work even better than if it were recorded now.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. Because information there is very specific, it is not connected with the outer field. These are “exhausts” from the Earth.

Question: Tell please what means this 28 second program?

Koltsov S. V.: I wish I knew! God only knows where it appeared from. First time I fixed it in last May, decided it is contingency. Later it comes out once again, all water springs are “covered” by this program, this year when I recorded Epiphany water, and here it is again! It was present there.
