Koltsov S. V.: Hello to everybody. I am going to start with several words about things that take place around. Already for a month we are living in a very strange situation – once they used to press on us heavily with the outer field, and nowadays almost a month passed by when they stopped torturing us. It became as if a norm that the seventh chakra was attacked – the head, now no one is touching it. More to it, already two changes of outer field polarization passed by and only one chakra is under pressure. Previously they pressed on the heart chakra, now at the second one. And so what I noticed. One problem has gone, the one with 28 seconds program, thou it is not clear for how long, whether it has gone forever? But the second problem appeared. At the background of outer field being modified, all of a sudden what I am calling “devils” started to fall on us from the clear sky – these entities. I had to erase them from myself 3 times during last 10 days. From the head and from the second chakra. You know what is bad about it? For people, who are working with a pendulum, in case this happens the pendulum stops to obey. That’s why most popular FSCs nowadays are the ones that can “pool out” of this situation quickly, they are numbers 20 and 23, no matter how strange it may look. I cannot find obvious reasons – who is organizing these energy sucks. There is a feeling that these energy suckers are concomitant to these entities. That’s why one shall have in mind, only no. 20 could be not enough in order to erase everything from yourself. At that suckers are organized only at lower chakras – at the first and at the second ones. I did not saw in other places. In case there are suckers in other places, then they are “hand made”, the creation of human beings. It is hard to say what is going on now. There is a saying “horse-radish is no sweeter than black radish” – clearly it is outer field influence which does not correlate with mirrored polarization of Epiphany water. Yes, it is more “light”, but this means that the influence is artificial. This is another confirmation….. It was already clear by the Epiphany water that we are under outer information guidance, now it is obviously clear.

What it leads to in case one is in a “closed state” for a long time? All depends on homeostasis stability of this person, that is on initial conditions. One can live in such a state for a month and two, and do not notice something is going on. Recently a mate from Kaluga city sent a message: “I cannot understand what to do”, says he is completely nullified. It is good that I have his haircuts, I checked, he was merely “covered” by these entities. It is possible to drive them out distantly, that is in case one has bunch of hairs, put it at FSC 20, and half an hour later everything will be in norm. Restoration is not quick, That is it takes several hours for human being restoration after withdrawal of this block. One should not have illusions - our chakras do not wind up neither instantly nor quickly.

What may await for us? Well, I do not know, look what strange things are happening with the weather – once it is terrible heat, and then it starts to flood. God bless, we will survive this.

Now about new FSCs. Really very interesting FSCs. “Manasarovar” is a lake in Kailas mountain region, at a height approximately 4600 meters. And “Green Tara” is crossing in Kailas district, the height of this spring is incredible – 5600. According to Hindu beliefs Manasarovar is a lake with Live water. They perceive it as breathing of God. I had a possibility to check. Not far than last week I was in a village and some guys are saying: “granny is not well”, and she happened to have some inordinate blood pressure 260 by 130 mm. there was nothing at hands but “Manasarovar”, and so we removed all this in an hour, that is granny came to senses very quickly. Did pumping, gave her water.

It is more complicated with “The Green Tara”, according to Hindu knowledge, the water at this crossing is of the kind of “Reboot Cleaning” from the road of Ancestors. But here water program is much more complicated. These two water samples became record makers in terms of length of information program recorded on water. Nowadays this is commonplace, last year I was ‘fighting” with this 28 second program, because all water samples they delivered to me, caught this program. These water samples even did not noticed this program. It indicates the complexity of information which is recorded on them. In case at the “Manasarovar” time (of its program working with various chakras) has more or less leveled distribution, then at the “Green Tara” accent is happened to be made at upper chakras. And one of most long time intervals is spent at the seventh chakra. This is met very seldom at other water samples, and at the “Green Tara” we have it. I pumped with it several times, by far I did not felt any noticeable changes, but this takes time. It is quicker with “Manasarovar” when it deals with physiology problems. It works universally.

The third water sample is from the old ones. This is the one that was made in due time for animals, especially for animals, I did these samples for Kirov city, they tested them at herd bulls. Recently I was there in prolongation of this work, because the man who was dealing with agro-complex passed into another world, thank God people caught up this theme, and for 2 days I was in cowsheds. We tied these FSC at water pipes in order to structure water for cows. Gusarova T. A.: we called this corrector “Zoovita”, Mayan channel Missik (Миссик) is recorded on it.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, it is far from being simple, it has four branches, work takes place in various aspects with the thin field of animals. That is with aura of the animals. At first it cleans, pumps up, heals and only then “closes”. I had to record these all separately first and then put everything together.

By the current moment we had time to replicate only “Manasarovar”. Nowadays I have hard times recording elements for the bracelets, there are many log-play theme there. Take for example the “Varvara’s Spring” and “Pearl of Serbia” which both are 20 hours long. That’s why I have to spend 3-4 days for replication of one bracelet. When finish bracelets, we will switch at replication of elite FSCs, I think this should not take more than 2 weeks.

Now about bracelets:

First bracelet “Activator of Intellect”, it has elements from “Healthy intellect” – I replicated this myself, this one is ready, we also replicated “love”, “Indi” should be finished today and “Neurovita” remains to be replicated.

Gusarova T. A.: And about this one you spoke at the conference.

Koltsov S. V.: This very question is actual already for some time, Luzginova Svetlana Vasilievna talks about this all the time, that it is time to do this bracelets. And so time has come and we will produce them. They called this bracelet “Power of Light”, it includes element from FSCs 20 “Cleansing”, 23 – “Liberation”, 24 “Clarification” and also “Varvara’s spring”. Why we included “Varvara’s spring” here? Because this spring erases many information problems, which could be akin to the ones that 20, 23, 24 are dealing here, but different ones. Well, we will see what will go on with these entities, it is clear that they are from some low frequency portals. They are not falling from above, clearly from somewhere at the bottom.

Gusarova T. A.: I want to say, that I brought two huge books about Tibet, about Kailas, they would be laying in the office at the reception, you can take them and “bath” in these energies, that are recorded at FSCs “Manasarovar” and “Green Tara”.

Question: Will FSCs “Manasarovar” and “Green Tara” work effectively, in case one has energy blocks, energy ties of various kinds, energy pumping out channels, and so on?

Koltsov S. V.: Not. To our sorrow, they do not remove these invisible creatures. At first one shall work with golden FSCs.

Question: Tell please about most effective methods of working with these FSCs ?

Koltsov S. V.: There was not much time, you will experiment yourself, there is nothing horrible there.

Question: Tell please what is essential difference between FSCs “Endovita” and “Balance”.

Gusarovav T.A.: FSC “Balance” is Mayan channel Thao (Тхао), which works with problems, connected with sugar diabetes, while “Endovita” is Mayan channel “Tamiyasche” (Тамияшче), which is for pancreas, a very serious one.

Koltsov S. V.: They are essentially different because “Balance” works targeted with second type sugar diabetes, and nothing more. While “Endovita” is a very complicated Mayan channel, I have to work with it almost for a week, because it has many various branches – for various issues of pancreas. I even did not expected that there are so many diseases of pancreas. So the “Balance” is only for second type diabetes, then “Endovita” covers a wide spectrum!

Question: And so, in case one has digestion problems, acid reflux, swelling, and along with this initial stage of rising sugar in blood, what FSC to choose?

Koltsov S. V.: Of course “Endovita”. In case one has such “gentleman’s set” and sugar level is not more than 6-7 units, nothing horrible.

Question: My husband is 72, a very complicated surgery was done in Bakulev institute – heart valve change and shunting, he spent 15 days in intensive treatment, soon he is going to return home. We have all FSCs and bracelets. What will help better to him? What FSC ?

Koltsov S. V.: You are thinking correctly that it is “Cardio” bracelet. No need to add anything else, because rehabilitation process is needed to him. It is not quick after such surgery. You only shall start with no 20 and only then use “Cardio”.

Question: What FSCs will help in case of neuralgia, sciatica, lumbago?

Koltsov S. V.: Here it is important to relive muscle spasms. But it all starts with nervous ends clumping, so hardly FSCs would help here, one shall see osteopathic practitioners, that is work with hands.

Question: Will there be an FSC for dissolving stones in gallbladder? Based at poultry bile, in accordance with Bolotov’s methodic? Many people are waiting for such corrector, we can give you bile.

Koltsov S. V.: Bolotov’s methodic works at the chemical level, you are asking if it is possible to make an informational carrier, that would work similar? The fact is that I do not need bile. I have water sample from Mongolian spring (one of this 108 springs group) that works targeted with liver and gallbladder. There is a need to check it, that’s all.

Question: What corrector is used for the lymph system?

Koltsov S. V.: Jiva. For two years I had no idea what to do with this spring, then gave it to doctors, some 2-3 weeks are passing by, they are calling and say: “Listen. We need this, we have a number of patients with big lymph system problems”. That is I cannot check everything myself. So it is “Jiva”.

Question: does FSC “Nephrite” dissolve stones in kidneys?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, I think that number 2 will work better here than “Nephrite”. Because “Nephrite” is designated for different tasks, it “covers” urogenital system, including man’s issues connected with prostate, but hardly with stones in kidneys. We have already many testimonies that when people are using FSC 2 then stones start to disintegrate. Stones in kidneys is less complicated problem than stones in gallbladder.

Question: Tell about your work with correctors during the course of the day, that is for your organism.

Koltsov S. V.: You see, I am already used to working with a pendulum, sometimes I take it in hands and see that reaction is a kind of strange. Then it means I am “covered”. Last time this happened not longer than yesterday, happened to caught devils somewhere. I tried to check water sample and see – nothing is working, so it is clear – I am “covered”. I am not trying to locate where it is, just put FSC 20 at the top of the head and see when the process ends. When it comes to end hands and legs return to normal working mode. This is about top and bottom. In case of some discomfort in some other place I can use also other correctors, but this takes place seldom. Thank God I am well now.

Question: Is it possible to put hairs at an FSCs in case of implanted kidneys? A woman is 39.

Koltsov S. V.: She had kidneys transplantation. I think it is possible. There is nothing horrible here.

Question: Shall one carry Druid tree horoscope pendants at the fourth chakra or at the thymus?

Koltsov S. V.: Do you distinguish them – where is the thymus and where is the fourth chakra?

Gusarova T.A.: Well, between the fourth and the fifth.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, at the middle of the chest.

Gusarova T.A.: Please tell in more details, they asked me this question at internet conferences, someone is saying that one shall carry pendant at the fourth chakra. And you, Sergey Valentinovich, told that in case it is lower or higher (in relation to thymus) them it works like decoration.

Koltsov S. V.: At the middle of the chest, between nipples.

Gusarova T.A.: You are telling about yours, I am about women….

Koltsov S. V.: Do you have different geometry?

Question: I have a question, I have diabolism. Golden series does not help, even some indisposition of not clear nature takes place. And at the same time “Hepavita” helps very well. According to my sensations even attacks at the head area disappeared. Tell please, does it means that any FSC may work as golden series? You are always saying that one shall check FSCs. Previously I could not do without prayer and sacred water, and now due to “Hepavita” I am doing normally. Problem does not disappeared but surely I am feeling better. May be you will give some advice? With what to combine it? Relying on my intuition I am combining it with FCS number 2.

Koltsov S. V.: Well FSC no 2 is good to anyone in any state, but I am a kind of astonished, why you decided you have diabolism? One may start to speak with different voices from time to time? I am a kind of surprised that “Hepavita” helps. There is a spring from Mongolia on it, which is connected with hepatitis. Thou I can admit easily that the reason could be some virus from these hepatitis family. Generally speaking, in case there is someone nearby who can work with a pendulum, and able to select FSCs according to their co-resonance degree, then it is quickly to check what other FSCs will fit well. In case “Hepavita” is prevailing then the problem is exactly there.

Question: I have no doubts in FSCs performance, I know how sacred water helps in case of attack by entities, ad when I started to use FSCs I feel more power, but not from all. FSCs “Light of Koltsov”, “Hepavita”, “Spring of Health” are helping well, but when I am using golden series, I am not able to stand it even two hours, because have squeezing feeling in the head and nervousness. As soon as I am putting them aside the alleviation comes. Should it be this way? In case I am using FSC 20 approximately for a month and the entity did not disappear, then this FSC does not help?

Koltsov S. V.: No, I think one shall hold FSC 20 at the head no matter what strange sensations you may have, you shall endure. Because I saw situations when one had shivers for more than 2 hours due to these entities. As a rule it all ends in 10 minutes, but I saw longer cases.

Question: I am using FSC “Jiva” and at the third day I cannot stand it. Nervousness and clamps in all muscles. These symptoms appear at the third day. I started using it several times and gave up. At that I can drink plenty of water, structured at FSC “Hepavita”. May entities have nature that is similar to nature of viruses and bacterium? As we know “Jiva” has powerful antiparsite effect.

Koltsov S. V.: Practically all FSCs have antiparsite effect.

Question: I am starting every day with zdrava by Okoneshnikov, which I am sending to my close people and personally to you, because your plates helped me to cope with spoiling to death, done by blood relative because of the flat. In the Company we have everything that is needed for restoration of health and spirit, one only should not be lazy…

Gusarova T.A.: Good relatives….

Koltsov S. V.: Well, I said long ago that most hard information problems are sawed by blood relatives.

Question: Suppose bracelets are hanging freely at the wrist, and only one active element is at the blood-flow, then would not its action became “one-sided”?

Koltsov S. V.: No, circular field appears at the bracelet, and it is good that they are free at the hand – you can rotate them from time to time.

Question: Is it possible to carry various bracelets at the feet, and how to carry them correctly?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, I already saw a lot of various things, some people are connecting three bracelets together and carry them at the waist. Not only at hands and legs!

Question: How entities react at new FSCs “Manasarovar” and “Green Tara”?

Koltsov S. V.: Not enough time passed, I cannot say anything now.

Question: Lumbar herpes, what FSC would help?

Koltsov S. V.: You see, herpes is indicator of the immune system state, one shall start here with regular 1 and 2, and do not hope it will be gone quickly, one shall work at least for 3 months.

Question: Towers – psycho-generators…. Will FSCs or bracelets help? If yes, then what will help better? Shall one carry them all the time?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, no need to carry all the time, it is enough to pump periodically. In case it influences psychic then it should be erased periodically. In case you have “Natural Antibiotic” take shower in the evening, stand under it for some 10 minutes, and everything will be fine.

Question: Tell please how to orient correctly and carry bracelets at hands and feet simultaneously? At one side in relation to a bracelet the pendulum rotates in one direction, and at the opposite side – at the opposite direction. So in what way one shall wear them in order to keep correct balance of the field?

Koltsov S. V.: Here you are! You see, all FSCs are oriented (north-south) and (top-bottom). That’s why in case you rotate any FSC or bracelet by 180 degrees, then pendulum movement would not change, this simply indicates that FSCs and bracelets are adapting to outer conditions on their own. That’s why one should not bother about all this.

Question: Please explain what means “octave”, “28 seconds”, thank you.

Koltsov S. V.: Well octave is music octave or its analog…..

Gusarova T.A.: Nowadays our space widened by three octaves….

Koltsov S. V.: By three octaves – they are saying this in connection with quantum shift, well more higher and more lower frequency bands became available (to us). We simply found ourselves in a different space. It is not excluded that these entities are coming exactly from there, we simply did not have common space with them previously.

28 seconds problem is more complicated one, because the rhythm driver is 34 seconds starting from 2008. And when they start to influence at organism in two various rhythms in two various places then nothing good comes of it. More to it, all the time they were knocking at the head. In case one does nothing – does not erases this influence, it may lead to most various consequences, starting from nervous disorders of various kinds.

Question: What it means «The channel is recorded»? This is not absolutely clear. Judging by number of FSCs there are many channels, how to learn dealing with them?

Koltsov S. V.: They are giving names for FSCs in accordance with the channels action, that’s why you do not have need to find information about them, learn to start them and do things. Formally there are approximately 80 channels in Mayan block. Many of them, many separate channels have 10-12 branches. Imagine this means not 80 but 800 various branches.

Gusarova T.A.: Seregey Valentinovich, please explain once again that there is no need to activate the golden series.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, the golden one. No need to start Mayan channels. Everything is already prepared (at the golden FSCs) so they are starting automatically. It was actual when we dialed with the classical cosmoenergy, there it is possible to control the channels performance. Time shoed that classical cosmoenergy channels are more smeared, not concentrated, but they are working brilliantly as well. Take for example “The Golden Pyramid” or “The Clear Space” – they are working brilliantly! As well as no 15. Generally speaking they all are working brilliantly.

What it means «The channel is recorded»? Cosmoenergy channel itself is a virtual phenomenon, one would not take it in hands. But it turns out that with the help of human consciousness it is possible to redirect it into needed place. And so I learned to redirect these channels at the resonator. This way I am recording the virtual channel at the magnetic carrier and then it is possible to replicate it.

By the way, today they sent me “philosophic” article about materialism and action of consciousness, in this article they are arguing that Soviet Union fell to pieces because bring up to absurd materialistic relation to life, well looks like truth.

Question: When carrying bracelet «Power of Light» will it remove entities from the head or only at the bottom?

Koltsov S. V.: Only at the bottom. In order to remove entities from the head you may fasten bracelet into a ring and put it on top of the head. Because it has elements from FSC 20, otherwise you can put FSC 20 at the top of the head.

Question: You said that one shall start working with FSC 20 from the top of the head. Shall one activate FSC 20 at the top of the head?

Koltsov S. V.: What you mean by “activate FSC 20 at the top of the head?”

Gusarova T. A.: They have in mind that one shall activate cosmoenergy FSCs with “I am grateful….”, and no need to activate Mayan FSCs!

Koltsov S. V.: Nothing is needed, no need to do anything with the Mayan channels, you shall simply put FSC 20 at the top of the head, sit for some 10 minutes this way, then you sit down at this FSC 20. After sitting at the FSC be sure to put it at the front surface – into the second chakra area, that is under the navel.

Question: Shall one also put FSC 23 at the top of the head first?

Koltsov S. V.: I never saw energy sucker at the seventh chakra – at the head. Anywhere else – I saw them attached to joints, to intermediate chakras, once I even saw it at the front projection of the first chakra.

Question: Is it possible to carry FSC-bracelet “Venorm” in case of bad coagulability?

Koltsov S. V.: What is there….? What in “Venorm” may interfere with coagulability?

Gusarova T. A.: “Pearl of Serbia”, “Jiva”…..

Koltsov S. V.: Offhand I do not see what may influence coagulability. I am not able to answer such a question, this should be checked.

By the way, recently I got a chance to check at sportsmen, in a place in Mongolia where there are 108 springs, there were some with exotic names, one is called literally “Erythrocyte” and the other ”Leukocyte”. One person had inflammation process in the mouth cavity, it became clear that lymph nodes became inflamed. This means leukocytes level rising. I simply put the packet with his hair at the ”Leukocyte” – three days passed by and inflammation disappeared. And “Erythrocyte” I checked at sportsmen. There is a problem of testosterone content at sportsmen and accordingly of hemoglobin level. No matter how much they could wish, they are not able to run faster than their organism allows. And so it appeared that it is possible to stimulate them distantly. A girl who is trained by Zelentsova is one of twelve who is admitted to participate in all track and field athletics competitions, she had to perform some international norm. She was running somewhere in Europe, showed best result, I “held her” (haircuts) just for 5 days at this “Erythrocyte” FSC. That is she is admitted to participate in world championship.

Question: In his books and conferences Muldashev says that water from the lakes loses its properties outside the Tibet.

Koltsov S. V.: No, this is not “outside Tidet”, but there are two lakes that are actually close to Kilas, there it is true. These two lakes that we recorded are not really close to Kilas, they are at some definite distance. And as I said, these water samples laid at my place for more than half a year and nothing happened with them! More to it, in case water sample loses its properties when carried at another place, I do not record these samples at all.

Gusarova T. A.: There was a TV broadcast with Muldashev in which he said that took water, water was marvelous, but some half year later it lost its properties. This broadcast was some 2-3 years ago, Sergey Valentinovich when watched it said in hearts: “He even did not guess to give this water a good shake!” in order to shake off all odd polarization.

Koltsov S. V.: Generally, in case water sample catches outer polarization – that is loses its dynamic powers, I do not record such samples that are not stable at interaction with the outer field.

Question: In case insulin level is high – more than 54, and sugar level is in norm, will “Endovita” help?

Koltsov S. V.: Curative questions started, I am not a wizard here, I do not understand the problem, one is asking “is it pancreas who is guilty?” well, may be. One shall ask professionals.

Question: Shall one purchase “Power of light” bracelet for both feet or one is enough?

Koltsov S. V.: No, you can change foots, you carry it for a couple of hours at one foot then put it at another.

Question: What FSCs to use in case of hepatitis B?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, hepatitis B happened to be more complicated both topologically and formally. What can I say, “Hepavita” is an FSC that is recorded targeted for viral hepatitis. There are confirmations with A and C, with B – I simply had no possibility to check.

Gusarova T. A.: Radkova ludmila Ivanovna checked “Hepavita” for half a year prior to its release.

Koltsov S. V: And what?!

Gusarova T. A.: Tomorrow Radkova Ludmila Ivanovna will have internet conference, she checked “Hepavita” prior to its release in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy.

Question: In what way entities may interfere with healing of this or that disease and why?

Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking, this is correct question, in case they are not removed, human being thin field stops interacting with the outer field, information exchange stops. It is already confirmed with experiments that all problems are starting at the thin level. As soon everything is repaired there – organic catches up quickly. Two-three weeks. That’s why fighting with entities is an important question. Everything here depends on the age and so on. For example this May I was in Hungary, a woman comes to me and says: “My daughter has problems”, one word after another, we talked with her, I say: “what are they diagnosing?” she says “schizophrenia”, that is she is laying in the clinic and they are pumping her up with psychotropic medicines, calming hr down. I say: “did not you guess to cut out her hair?” “No, only photograph is available”. And so we worked with the photograph, first problem we discovered is that entities sat on her and in addition there was energy suck. That is, she had to use FSCs 20, 23 and only then deal with organic, what would remain (after this work)? By the way, modern medicine is unable either to diagnose or fight these manifestations.

Question: Do all FSCs protect from electromagnetic irradiation? And from negative influence of the socium?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, all are protecting from electromagnetic garbage, from negative influence of the socium first of all protect golden series and “The Dead Water” (“Natural Antibiotic”), also many others too, “Varvara’s spring” removes many issues.

Koltsov S. V.: You see, it is not good to mix together these two notions, because they are influences of various kinds. Electromagnetic irradiation is an influence that nowadays is not controlled. You did not asked today about 5G, and already there is a lot of materials in U-tube from conferences in US and Europe, everywhere. They asked me about this some 5-6 years ago in Germany, one dame was practicing healing and her partner was an engineer, who is installing cell-networks towers, they noticed this and started rising an alarm, that it would not end up in anything good. Koltsov S. V.: I do not really understand how it is possible to use FSCs in accordance with birth date? Check formally – does it resonate or not. The one that resonates fits well.

Koltsov S. V.: Nothing is needed! I repeated this hundred times already. Only one of eight branches of the Olgyr channel is recorded at this FSC. The one that works with blood.

Question: Is it possible to use an FSC after oncology patient?

Koltsov S. V.: Nowadays it is possible. During first 2-3 years we noticed some two or three situations, at that only at the blue series, when they caught something from sick people and became silent, that is, they simply stopped working. And exactly in these situations, a minute of cleaning at other FSCs and they are working again. During recent 5 years such questions did not appear. The rest is question of training. That is no miracles – any person may learn this. We came to understanding that it became silent exactly so, two different persons checked the FSC with the pendulum. Koltsov S. V.: I told this already several times today. I am working exactly the way I am telling – put FSC 20 at the top of the head periodically, in case all is well, then there is nothing at the bottom too. But this does not mean that some energy suckers are absent. I repeat once again, that recently one shall work with FSCs 23 at the front surfaces of the first and second chakras. Who is attacking? It was not made for a sleep, it was recorded for cosmetology, for treatment of night creams. And FSC 12 is for normal sleep. There is a channel recorded on it that erases not needed dreams, and it is not obligatory at all to put it under the pillow.
