FSC “Happiness” is very important for everyone. Generally speaking, the Creator is harmony. And the main precept of the Creator is that we should live in peace and harmony. Some people are musing: “what is better to do to please the Creator? How to live correctly?” To live correctly is to live in harmony. When individual is living and exhibiting harmony everywhere – into the surrounding space, to the surrounding people, he activates own Heavenly origin. This is the true happiness which many people are seeking. One could never be happy if exhibiting not heavenly properties, such a person can demonstrate only eternal illusion of calmness, but it is never deep internal potential of calmness.

FSC “Happiness” Helps to plug into energies of happiness and activates emotion of joy due to internal happiness. Nowadays similar sounding word “Yarost” (rage) has negative meaning, but actually these are energies of the Yarilo God, they could not be negative! They are only positive. To our sorrow everything is distorted nowadays, notional basis is distorted.

One can experience true happiness via energies of harmony. Generaly speaking there is energy principle: what widens our energy makes us happy. That is when energy increases, widens one can experience more happiness. You see what good states you are experiencing. What we are experiencing during this exercise is exactly the freedom! Openness and joy. This feeling is similar to the one you experienced in childhood when felt a state of internal relaxation. Now we started a process of energy widening.

You see, what good states are coming due to such a simple exercise. That’s why in case you feel lack of powers and energy, look at yourself in a mirror, in what position your body is? The emotional state, in which you are in, depends on body position and on the internal smile or its absence. Do this exercise with FSC “Happiness” more often, when it appears. You will be able to rise the level of your vibration frequencies, and in a moment you will plug into energies of happiness.

Second exercise that could be done with FSC “Happiness”. Think now about someone whom you love, the thought of whom makes you be in rupture, with whom you want to be close. How your body reacts on the thoughts about this person? Feel your internal state. Surely you will feel light again, you will feel joy and rupture. Evaluating the degree of your energy widening you will be able to understand how happy you are.

Example of energy shrinking. When you hear some bad news, or they gave you some not good info. Now hunch, clench your feasts, make rapid and not deep inhales and exhales and frown and watch your state. Surely you will experience tension anxiety and not happiness.

Signs of energy widening:

You heart is consuming more oxygen;

Your blood vessels are widening;

Your muscles are relaxed;

Signs of energy shrinking:

Muscles are becoming tense;

Heart rhythm fails;

Breathing becomes not deep;

Blood circulation slows down;

Only one hemisphere is active, or both are passive. Remember about this and make a choice for yourself to be happy. Happy people are choosing their thoughts, feelings, sensations, behavior that increase their energy. Unhappy people, of course non-consciously are choosing thoughts, feelings, sensations and behavior that are decreasing their energy. That is, widening, increasing of energy is our straight road to happiness.

How to acquire energy of happiness? How to find harmony? Absence of energy in the individual, when one is feeling weakness is a first sign of coming misfortunes and illnesses. In case one is moving up in spiritual development, then this should be seen by two signs: one becomes more and more happy with every day. And one’s relations with other people are improving due to increasing of harmony in the relations. In case these signs are not seen, then one is degrading no matter what spiritual or religious practice one is using.

True happiness comes from giving out and we can feel love only when we dive out. Egoistic, greedy, envious person cannot love, and hardly someone would love such a person and will have a desire to communicate with him. So, such a person could not be happy. We can give away much in case we do not depend on this world, the less ties we have in this world, the more we can give out, and the more we are able to love. In case one is more ready to take than to give, then such person depends on the outer world. The one who gets depends, the one who gives out – not.

Greed and envy are in the basis of all illnesses, because these qualities are increasing egoism, concentration on himself, and naturally greediness. And what becomes with organ or with the cell who do not want to work for the benefit of the whole organism? But want only to receive and consume organism recourses – ask yourself this question. Such organs are becoming cancerous and human being will die in case one would not get rid of them. Now 2020 is executor, it is marked as executor year – global cleaning is on its way, the Universe in the whole is going to get rid of cancerous cells, that is egoistic people. And even to get rid of some civilizations. First of all, stopping to supply them with energy. Enlightened Arians wrote that civilizations are dying not in result of wars, natural cataclysms, but in result of everyone is thinking only about himself, only now to take and not to give. And the basic principle of harmony is exchange of energies, only it opens people’s hearts for love and make world and people more happy.

There is such a notion as spiritual homeostasis. What is the danger of egoism and gain? They are dangerous because they are destroying homeostasis. Homeostasis is the state of full harmony between internal and external worlds – if one considers at the level of the spiritual homeostasis. Living creature shall release energy in order spiritual homeostasis would present. In case energy is not released, then living creature starts to depend on the environment. This most clean, higher spiritual energy comes through us in case we do not suppress feeling of love inside ourselves, sensing that feeling of love shall rule us, and that we shall first of all care about this feeling of love, even if losing something human: money, position or beloved human being. All these is related to human values. And the main energy comes to us only through the feeling of unconditional love, this main energy could be spent at anything. For example, food gives us energy at the outer level, but takes it out at the internal level. Note that people who are fasting are much more energetic than those who are eating lots of meat every day. That’s why when we are falling ill we do not want to eat. Organism cleans and restores energy itself through fasting. The whole world in which we are living with its incessant stresses, as well as eating, spiritless communication, chaotic sex, worrying are taking away energy. And fasting, solitude are giving it. But the most energy income comes through incessant sensation of love. That’s why one of the first rules of health is to love the world with all its disadvantages. And of course yourself, no matter what you are. Your fate in all its situations in any life circumstances. Apply all your powers in order to get rid of egoism and gain. Set finding of Heavenly love as goal of your life, because we are taking energy from the goal. And powerful aspiration to the Heavenly love on itself fills ourselves with highest energy. The use of FSC “Happiness” will give us possibility to fill with highest heavenly energy via receiving and conducting through ourselves the emotional state Yarodast’.

Note that our civilization lives with a slogan: “consume, consume, consume”. At that, the number of healthy and happy people decreases every day. Problems at local and international levels are becoming more and more tense. When we are fasting;

When having empty talks, especially if criticizing or disapproving someone, not realizing that there is a God in the soul of this person, and by doing this we are actually criticizing or disapproving the God which is in this soul, the God who leads this person in life;

Wrong breathing, for example too fast or too deep;

When we are under direct sunlight from 12 a.m. until 4 p.m. especially under the open sky;

When people are practicing chaotic sex, especially without love to the partner;

Excessive or insufficient sleeping, sleeping after 7 a.m. – all these results in loss of powers;

Tension, any tension of mind and body, greediness;

In all these cases we are losing energy and so the potential of internal harmony.

According to enlightened teachers of modern times, we can receive prana, energy and harmony through elements. We can use elements of earth when eating natural foods, living in nature, when walking barefoot. We can drink water from the wells or springs, swim in river or sea, avoid drinking caffeine-containing drinks and alcohol. When we are out in the sun prior to 12 a.m. when eating foods that contain the sunlight – fruits. We are saturating ourselves with energy, harmony through element of air, by the way it is most important way of receiving prana - through breathing the fresh air, especially in the mountains, in the forest or at the seashore. One shall understand that smoking or being among large masses of people deprives human being of harmony.

We are saturating with energies via elements of ether – when start to cultivate positive thinking, kindness, good moods. Ether level of energy accumulation is considered to be the basic one. Even in case one is living at the nature and eats correctly, but at that one is in irritation and evil, he will lose excessive prana quickly. On the other hand a harmonious person, that is goodhearted, fearless one can last in the city for a long time in case he have to live there. And even such a person should care about nutrition and periodically go out at nature. Every second everyone of us have a choice: shine to the world, bring good and happiness and harmony with own life – smile, take care about others, serve selflessly, hold lower motives, see a teacher in every human being and see heavenly foresight in each situation, that created this situation in order to teach us something. Or make complaints, take offences, envy, go with face down, submerge in own problems, tell everyone in the world about these problems, earn money in order to spend them for pleasures and manifestations of emotions and aggressions. In this case, nondependent on how much money one has, he will be unhappy, gloomy and disharmonious. And with every passing day he will have lesser energy and his life will become shorter. One would need artificial stimulators in order to take energy somewhere – coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, night clubs, dealing with relationship problems with manifestations of energy vampirism, all this gives a rise in the beginning, but results in complete destruction.

That’s why ask yourself this simple question, ask yourself right now: are you shining to the world or on the contrary absorbing its light? This question can change the way of your thinking, and consequently of your deeds, and quickly turn your life into a beautiful bright shining that is full of love. And then one would not have a question where to take the energy.

Let’s do a practice in order to “plug into” energies of happiness. Unless you have FSC “Happiness” take in your hands some FSC you have, for example “Love”, “Harmony”, “Light of Koltsov” or “Three Sanctifiers” – what you have. Hold the corrector between the palms of your hands. Later you can do this practice with FSC “Happiness”, it will be more powerful, energies of Yarilo God would work stronger.

Focus your attention in the center of your chest into the zone of the thymus gland and remember when you were in the state of happiness! Remember moments of love – when you loved and was loved. Remember states of creativeness and power. They are interconnected. When you are in love you are creating. When you are in the creation process – you are in love. In order to do this we are learning not to attach to anyone, going through the life as if climbing at another level, and realize that there is no need to stay at the same level for too long. KSFs have arrived today. There are a lot of packages at the Hungarian post office, so the package was a bit late with us.
