Krukova A.V.: Hello, Today I met with Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov – Scientific director of the Planet of Regions Company in order to ask several questions about magic new corrector “Emerald Scroll”.

Koltsov S. V.: All are well aware that this year I am recording energies of Vedic Gods, and modern Volhvy gave me the list of the dates, and by the way this mirror date was absent there. That is this channel is not connected with Vedic calendar.

Krukova A.V.: Let’s make it clear – what date is recorded at this corrector….?

Koltsov S. V.: The mirrored one. February second, 2020. Read it in any direction and the result will be the same. It turned out that these energies from the outer space were really anomalous, they were coming similarly to the energies, that were coming in special days in which I recorded other themes (channels of Ancient Slavonic Gods). It was a silent scene when I started to replicate it – it took exactly 6 days to make a hard copy. Exactly 6 days – 144 hours.

Krukova A.V.: I guess, this is an absolute record!

Koltsov S. V.: By far this is an absolute record. Common sense hints that it could not be any longer! Because according to the Bible, the God was creating our world during 6 days! At the seventh day He took a rest. But who knows, many times we thought that water cannot remember longer program…. And all the time longer program was revealed later. Everything could be.

Krukova A.V.: Every time the Nature tosses in some surprises!

Koltsov S. V.: Differing from other correctors….. This energy of the mirrored date, differs somehow from energies that are coming in days of Vedic Gods. I assembled several correctors and we were giving them to various clairvoyant people – they are saying “strange things” – that the corrector opens not at once. Well, imagine a 6 day theme, much could be stacked in it.

Krukova A.V.: So it turns out that it takes 6 days for replication, and time of still water structuring is 12 hours.

Koltsov S. V.: This is in case water is poured into some volume beforehand and is not in a torrent.

Krukova A.V.: Water that was poured previously.

Koltsov S. V.: I checked once again, running water is structured instantly! That is, correctors are developing power, that is sufficient to structure water in real time, this is pleasant.

Krukova A.V.: This is convenient. Someone can put a volume with water to stand at the FSC during a night time, and someone can go and pour a glass of water at the corrector or take a bath.

Koltsov S. V.: Take a shower. Or tie FSC at the water tap and pour the bath – and everything will be well.

Krukova A.V.: 12 hours, really seems to be a long time… If I am not mistaken we had up to 8 hours long programs previously? At some correctors.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, we still did not release all themes from the Slavonic Gods series, in it there are some 3-4 FSCs that require 4 days and more for replication.

Krukova A.V.: Let’s return to what clairvoyant practitioners said. In what degree this corrector is unique, and what differs it from all the rest?

Koltsov S. V.: First of all, it opens in a unique way at every user. Clairvoyant people said an interesting thing – this corrector starts to fetch slowly individual ancestral problems, about which the user may be was not even aware. That’s why everyone may have his own unique effects. The FSC is working with all chakras. But several practitioners noted that most accented it is working with the third, sixth and seventh chakras. This may look as a material level. But they are saying: “It is pulling up leftovers of some ancestral programs from the third chakra, thou not all”. So, it pulls up and disbands some volume of ancestral programs, and this is already good. On the other hand, the same clairvoyant practitioners said: “We want this one”. I say: “What for?! I think that some time is needed, that people shall work with it, because the theme if far from being a simple one, things could be different. Koltsov S. V.: Most likely this is so, at that every user would have one’s own specific reaction – at some people the corrector would open quicker, at some others more slowly – but this is not of big importance. We are not in a hurry.

Krukova A.V.: “Emerald Scroll” – is a very interesting, unusual, sacral name, because of the notion “scroll” itself. How appeared the name of this corrector?

Koltsov S. V.: One of our clairvoyant woman practitioners worked with this corrector in the evening, and during the next day it “strikes” her – here the principle “what is on the left is on the right, what is down - the same is up” is put into realization clearly.

Krukova A.V.: What is at the bottom is reflected upwards…

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. This FSC starts to pull everything up in accordance with this principle – apparently transformation of one’s consciousness takes place, and accordingly the cleaning in some specific places is activated. Well, for God’s Sake! This is not painful.

Krukova A.V.: Evolution of one’s soul is most probably one of most important goals in human physical life, not everybody realizes this goal, nevertheless correctors are helping to rise vibrational level of the user and are helping evolution of one’s soul.

What you would say about this corrector if asked to give a short and capacious definition? Some main bright epithets?!

Koltsov S. V.: I think it will work not so much for the health restoration, but for the cleaning, which is also very important. The rest we will see later!

Krukova A.V.: Of course, research of this corrector effects will be done and prolonged.

Shall one use gratitude energies when working with this corrector?

Koltsov S. V.: No.

Krukova A.V.: That is, shall one “switch on” gratitude energies…..?

Koltsov S. V.: … no need. All this Vedic series, including this corrector, do not require this. This is “plugging into” sone very deep cosmic channels. The corrector provides this automatically.

Krukova A.V.: Please tell about the process itself – how you came to taking a water sample in this date, how process of measurement is taking place, when you understood that the active peak takes place – this is very interesting! I think this will be actual to all our listeners.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, I am recording polarizations of Epiphany water every year, in essence the same phenomenon is taking place at the epiphany night. The only difference is that during the time of the night there could be some fifteen dynamic transitions. Of course, one may sit all night close to the water tap with water running from it and register how the dynamic changes, but with some experience this is not needed. All torrents with corresponding dynamics are present in the surrounding space – you are taking pendulum in hands and just looking at it. As soon as two second interval appears, I stand up and go to take water sample, while pendulum rotates more slowly – no need to make a fuss.

Krukova A.V.: How simple everything looks when this is “higher aerobatics”! When one has skill, experience, understanding of the process – then everything goes on easily. Let’s say that for me this is like Chinese, but for Sergeay Valentinovich it all is simple. Simple and quick.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, I used to say this many times, if some 20 years ago someone would tell me that I would take pendulum in my hands, I would laugh at this! And when I came to understanding that it is quicker to measure alive with alive, I changed my point of view.

Koltsov S. V.: They all are phenomenal! But this one is outstanding from the whole row.

When you made first samples and took this corrector in your hands for the first time, what was the first thought that came into your head?

Koltsov S. V.: Why it is warming me? It really warmed me physically at the level of the third chakra.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, maybe not obligatory, but I myself am returning to it periodically. I “played” with it for two days and put aside. Then some time passed and I feel like taking it again. I do not know why such a feeling appears! I reckon that this corrector is a very bright one among our other FSCs, because we have really few correctors that are dealing with the ancestral problems. This one obviously cleans up some ancestral problems. We are not giving a thought to them, but all these exists. That’s why it is good to have such corrector at hands!

Kaplina Anna Vasilievna. First testimonies about new Elite FCS “Emerald Scroll”. December 29^th 2020.

Today at eve of the new year I want to share new information with you. So much new, that I shall say that all are in rupture from this new corrector, which Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov made for us. We decided to name this corrector “Emerald Scroll”. It is very beautiful. All clairvoyant people who tested it, first of all expressed a desire to have it, so we proposed to release it for all People.

Date, when water sample for tis corrector was taken was February 02, 2020. Date is mirrored. The sum of its digits gives eight – the digit of eternity. Replication of the information takes 6 days, this is record-making time, we see the water remembered such a long program.

What said the first person who tested this FSC: Many elements are combined here. Too much information. Raging energies of absolutely different frequencies, that are differing from all other FSCs are coming right from the start. (Previously the same person tested “Happiness” and “Flourishing”). Much is combined here, and this FSC has great possibilities. Something global, that have big depth, goosebumps all over the body. Very powerful. The longer one holds it in hands, the more the corrector unfolds and widens up its channel. Very cute FSC, it works not only with the seventh chakra, thou the first thing it starts to work with is exactly the seventh chakra. And also it works much higher – above the seventh chakra. The horizons of this FSC are not seen, that is for how long it would work with human being. The person who tested FSC received information through hands, holding it between palms of his hands. She liked it very much, thou she said that this is not mass FSC, many people did not grew up enough for it, but she would like to have this FSC for herself. That is, the corrector is unique and she passed her wish to Sergey Valentinovich to produce this FSC for the people, that we all would have possibility to use it.

Let me remind you that the peak lasted 20 seconds, Sergey Valentinovich told us how he tracked this peak, that energy was rising and pendulum rotated quicker and quicker, then the peak itself, then everything disappeared as if nothing happened at all, silence returned.

The more one is contacting with it, the deeper it unfolds and no horizons are seen. Person who tested this FSC said it is working with 7 more chakras that are above the seventh one.

In September, together with a doctor from Poland we drove to Sergey Valentinovich, and we tested this FSC at ourselves. We all felt the same, that it worked with us at the level of the third chakra and also at the levels of the sixth and seventh chakras. We decided to call to clairvoyant woman, who joined to us distantly by the phone, and Sergey Valentinovich asked her “what it is doing with our chakras?” Because we all felt warmth spreading at the level of our third chakras. It also did something with the sixth chakras, there was a desire to put it there. And it also did something with the seventh one.

And so, this clairvoyant women looked distantly what the FSC is doing. Sergey Valentinovich asked her “what it did with us?” The reply was that it is breaking some blocks at the third chakra, in the beginning she did not notice anything at the levels of the sixth and seventh chakras. Widens up bio-field considerably. Exactly these three chakras started to work more actively, others were working in usual mode. She saw blue shining of upper chakras, and the third one had rose-yellow tone.

We asked her: “Does FSC simply fill these chakras?” No, it is breaking some programs, she saw some leftovers, parts of some programs flying out of the third chakra. These are not parasites, but exactly as if parts of some complicated programs were falling out.

We asked: “What programs are breaking?” – Not needed, worked out, interfering programs were broken. And also some part of not-worked yet programs was broken, but not entire programs, but some parts.

We asked her: “Does this lead to some karmic consequences or not?” – No, it does not. Repels all programs that are closing chakra.

“Are they ancestral programs? Correct?” – Yes, exactly ancestral programs. She said that in case one looks at the third chakra from the back, there is a kind of a tail coming out of it and entering into one’s mouth, and this tale also started to shine with blue. Some ancestral programs are nullifying.

Question: “All or not?” No, not all. That is only part of ancestral programs are nullified. Cold parts are flying exactly from the third chakra from the back.

“What is happening at the level of the fourth chakra?” - Everything is calm there. That is, FSC simply filled it and continued its work, switched higher. It simply pumps up the fourth chakra from the spine – from its rear aspect. From the spine and to the front – as a pump. They say this is starting up of the fourth chakra.

The third and the sixth chakras are connected. While it obviously broke something at the level of the third chakra, then at the level of the sixth chakra – at the level of vision – it cleared everything, this was felt clearly, that is clearness appeared and vision became more sharp. As if you wore more powerful glasses. For example, I see not well at the distance, and clearness of vision appeared.

About the seventh chakra she said that she never saw anything of the kind. That is usually energy enters human being, and here they showed her as if a fountain spurting up from one’s seventh chakra – such a powerful live spring. Normally the energy enters one’s seventh chakra, and here energy fountains out of human being. That is human being becomes as if a spring, which one wants to touch. She saw this for the first time in her life. She was really astonished, and very interested – how the FSC is working. A very intense spring / fountain above one’s seventh chakra and nullifying of some contracts, connected with one’s embodiment takes place.

The second person tested: FSC opens not very quickly, starts with the crown chakra – the seventh one, then starts to work with the third one and goes upwards. That is starts working from the solar plexus and higher. Very slowly. It will work with the physical body really well too. There are sensations that layers of heavy energies, when one had difficult moments in life, start to move. Heavy, viscous energies are coming out of the solar plexus. Subconsciousness switched on. This is connected with the past. All back of the head area is involved, memories of the past are uncovered, pictures from the past appeared they started to float up. As if the past is removed or scraped off from the spine. Cleans up along the skin – one has a desire to itch. At the levels of neck and thoracic departments. There was itching feeling there, you know, as if there were some crust or small wounds, and one wants to remove them. Some are still hurting, they are not healed, because we tend to take much at our shoulders and carry. Now reanimation, restoration after difficult lives takes place. Not only after my own life trials but of trials of my whole kin. This is ancestral karmic situation. FSC can unwind it, remove, dismount, reanimate everything that was accumulated by the kin in the past – difficulties, hopelessness, lack of money, absence of any goods in difficult life situation. There is a cold feeling goes on along the spine. Not needed goes out of all chakras. The goal of this corrector, of its energies is to bring everything into a good order, into harmony without violation of the harmony of the Universe. It cleaned. For some time it was even hard to breathe, now it feels easier. More light behind the back, the light starts to shine. Difficult karmic issues are disbanded, it removes all situations and problems that we accumulated. But it is natural that “Emerald Scroll” FSC would not remove all karmic goals. You know we have some karmic goals here on earth anyway, one shall understand this. Its goal is karmic cleaning. The energy (activated by the “Emerald Scroll” FSC) knows well what to do, it has no simple modes of working, one shall be patient when working with this FSC and even more to it one shall help this FSC to work, using such affirmation: “I am grateful to and love all who took participation in the events and scenarios of life situations”. As soon as I said this, the heart chakra started to open immediately and clearness, awareness, clarity appeared in my head, understanding that these scenarios were created by myself sometime in the past and they were needed for the growth of my soul. It would not work quickly with human being, so be patient and continue to work. Some people need a slow work. I feel energy along the spinal column, it goes out, removing not-needed. It also works well and very powerfully with the meridians. Removes fears, pains, viscous energies.

The third person who tested the “Emerald Scroll” FSC said: Connection with the atmic body activates with the use of this FSC. This is casual body where we have cause and effect connections. People should be ready for this, that they would not be hooked at the material, were spiritually ready. This FSC builds up a line of probabilistic events. The color of blissful fire, but it is not burning. Orange? Well, close to it, looks like a flame. More high level of the spirit and it is working in a quantum space. Quantum means the level of the soul where is the spirit and even higher. This is another world, this is wave world. The wave carries some specific information and influences the surrounding space, thou it has no physical body. These are our ideals, our dreams, states of most deep meditation, alfa states (modified states) – people may call these states differently. It became noticeably warm in hands. “Emerald Scroll” FSC is working with the time, with probabilistic lines, for example in case some difficulties or troubles can appear in future – something shall happen, this is not about the death but about difficult situations, a kind of road accidents or something of the kind, then this FSC will help to influence this event or maybe even to disband it completely. This depends on who you are in this situation, what is your role in accordance with planned scenario – they explained this so. You know, first it looked as if they were screwing corkscrew into a cork, into the seventh chakra, and then in reverse direction as if a fountain goes up, as if this cork was opened. You know, as if a bottle of champagne was opened and energy started to fountain up – similarly to the way described by the first clairvoyant woman. There is some work with the right heart, I feel it everywhere, widening takes place, energy started to go into my legs, goes on along the body quickly, my bio-filled is filled up uniformly. It is filled uniformly. FSC opens up perspectives, helps in putting into realization of transformations that are to come for good. As if opens up one’s mission or predestination. That is FSC fills up “the egg” of one’s bio-feild and places it at a proper position in the socium for working for the good and benefit of the entire humanity.
