Today we have a direct translation, for a long time we did not have direct broadcasts, we are going to talk with Koltsov Sergey Valentinovich, he will answer your questions. Koltsov S.V.: For me this date is special, when I was a student and pooled out thirteenth exam ticket, I was always absolutely calm, every time I got mark five. That’s why I think that everything is going to be wonderful this year, everything will be at mark five! That’s why my congratulations to everybody! I think that another modernization and changes are waiting to appear this year ….

Koltsov S.V.: Of course!

Krukova A.V.: I want to start our meeting with presentation of a new site, which we developed especially for the FSC users. The site is simple but have much valuable information, and now I am going to show it to you.

Now Sergey Valentinovich will answer your questions, I am going to read questions, and Sergey Valentinovich will answer.

First question: Twice I saw different picture of water at the “Mysteries of the Universe” FSC. What if you would freeze this water and look at the snowflake?! Are you planning to do such experiment? I had an impression that the picture changes in accordance with the situation.

Koltsov S.V.: Your impression was correct, because the answer at the question “Am I going to do such an experiment” is negative. No, I am not going, because I used to know, well I do not know his current occupation, previously he was dean deputy at the Moscow University biology faculty. The name of the man is Voyeykov. In due time he wrote review on Masary Emoto works, and so he wrote negative review. Because when they started to conduct experiments on the structured water freezing, then there were no stability, everything depended on a place in which these water samples were situated. There were only some 20 % of reliable pictures. This is not reliable information. And it is clear why. Because this is influence of not only atmosphere, cosmic irradiations and Earth magnetic field, but also of induced fields that could exist inside premises. Water is a thin structure, and one shall treat it very accurately. That’s why I am not going. About various pictures, that are appearing under FSC influence, this is probably so, because every person influences differently. This could depend on one’s reincarnation, people are born at different time, well, specific person could be plugged into various information layers. So absolutely different..

Krukova A.V.: That is, here it is very important in who’s hands the corrector is, and how interaction of a specific person with the corrector is taking place.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, most probably this is about the connection of one’s subconsciousness with the outer world.

Krukova A.V.: How to store bracelets, which are not in use now, correctly?

Koltsov S.V.: As you wish.

Krukova A.V.: That is, it is not obligatory to fasten them into circles, yes ?!

Koltsov S.V.: No. Absolutely. As you wish, because in case it is not circled, the power is too little to do anything.

Krukova A.V.: In what cases one shall co-tune FSCs and now to do this correctly? For example, when FSCs are used at paired organs, or one is going to put two FSCs under the pillow, and so on?

Koltsov S.V.: First of all, one shall co-tune these FSCs at the table, when they are laying on the surface. Then in case you are going to use both and the distance between them will be less than 39 centimeters, then you shall use them (put at your paired organs, for example to your kidneys) in the same position (orientation) as they were at the table. As a rule one FSC will be face up, and another face down (overturned).

Krukova A.V.: But it is better to co-tune with the help of the pendulum. As you taught, correct? Or it is possible to co-tune them somehow visually?

Koltsov S.V.: No, visually it would not work…..

Krukova A.V.: Only with the help of the pendulum….

Koltsov S.V.: It is easy to do with the help of the pendulum.

Krukova A.V.: Clear. One shall learn to work with the pendulum.

Next question: It is not really clear why it is not possible to use old epiphany FSCs (Live Water, Dead Water) for the protection from the electromagnetic irradiations? Actually only the information “has gone out”, but the functional elements remained intact. It is not information that transforms the waves, but the functional elements, where is the logic?! People do not understand why, what are the arguments?!

Koltsov S.V.: Well, nowadays, the argument is the most simple one, starting from December 22^nd (2020) we moved into a different space, today we are living in an absolutely different space with different frequencies. How to check this? A month ago I checked epiphany water FSCs of previous years. Generally the following happened: when the transfer took place January 19^th, the “dead water” was becoming two times more active than the “live water”. And the “live water” reproduced only the rhythm driver. This year everything is different! Frequencies rose up by 4 octaves! That’s why all epiphany FSCs of previous years nowadays became the “dead” water! Those FSCs that were the “live water” became dead with 102 seconds rhythm, and “dead water” FSCs are close – 68 seconds. But both are the dead ones! That’s why through them away immediately, otherwise you can harm yourself.

Krukova A.V.: Next question: Does water, that is boiling in the kettle with an FSC on its power cable, structures as good as in a volume, that is standing at the FSC ?

Koltsov S.V.: Yes. And most probably even quicker, because when it boils, the process is turbulent. The higher is the chaos, the quicker the water is structuring.

Krukova A.V.: That’s why we are always saying that water structuring time which is shown in the passport is for water that was poured previously?

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, yes, yes. For the still water, which no one is stirring, no one is rattling over the volume, and so on. In case you are starting to do these things, then water structuring time speeds up by orders.

Krukova A.V.: Next question: During on-line master-class on working with the pendulum, some products and medicines were checked. Some of them had 8 seconds rhythm, and even more slowly, which you did not recommended to eat. Does the rhythm of the product change in case one will put this product with the 8 seconds rhythm, for example a cucumber, into a bowl and put the bowl at the corrector, and the water will became structured. Does the rhythm of the product change after structuring of water into which it was put?

Koltsov S.V.: I think that it would not, because here fibrous structures of the product would define the rhythm. It does not matter that cucumber consists of water by 90 %, nevertheless some fibrous elements are present there. Exactly ithey will structure. No matter if you soak it in water or not, you would not do anything with it. And so, FSCs are not able to change anything in case when crystalline structures are present. Similarly they are not able to change fibrous structures.

Krukova A.V.: And so it makes no sense to soak in structured water.

Koltsov S.V.: I did not check, but most probably this is so.

Krukova A.V.: Let’s continue. I heard that in case one puts FSC number 16 at the electric counter, and then to switch on the light, then the whole premises would start to clean up. A question appeared: FSC is actually structuring water medium, how it interacts with the electricity? Please explain. What an interesting question!

Koltsov S.V.: The question is clear, simply people never encountered with these matters. The fact is that FSC is an electromagnetic device, and so called longitude electromagnetic waves are appearing here. In the physics, they are teaching at schools, the only kind of longitude waves are sound waves. And it is degenerative kind of electromagnetic waves. It is a wave of the medium densification. And in the electromagnetic medium things are more complicated, but hardly it will be ever possible to describe these processes formally, because it is an element of the opened system, that is it includes all existing elements – gravitation, explosions of the stars, God only knows what else! Everything will influence these things. Another moment – all FSCs are working in a millimeter band. And few people know that various materials are changing their properties in the millimeter band. For example, the iron is magnetic material, we are accustomed to magnetic lines, they are demonstrating in schools with the iron sawdust, but in the millimeter band the iron becomes diamagnetic, we would not see any picture there. And the organic structures, such as wood, plant stems are exactly the conductors of these waves in the live nature. And another moment: longitude and transversal waves are “living” in parallel worlds, they are not interfering with each other. And the only situation when one is able to transform into the other, is when two coherent waves are colliding in some point of the space. Coherent means two waves that are co-tuned in terms of their phases. When two coherent transverse waves are colliding, then in result the longitude wave would continue flying. And on the contrary, in case two longitude waves would collide, then the transversal would fly further, the kind of wave that is used to light our houses. Where it could be dangerous in life? At the airfields. Because nowadays navigation systems are using coherent electromagnetic waves. At the “Buran” there were phased arrays antennas , there were no need to turn them in order to have good connection. Nowadays phased arrays antennas are used at airport navigation systems. There situation when a pair of coherent waves would collide is possible. And in case pilot would be in this point even for a moment, then his consciousness would switch off. This could be a reason of some catastrophes.

You are saying: “FSCs are structuring water medium, how it interacts with the electricity?” And so this “parallel world” part which is informational one, and which is connected with the longitude wave is flying over the wires. And when you are placing FSC at the electric counter you are actually changing polarization of the light, exactly due to this it starts to clean.

Saying a couple of words about our OXYchlorophyll line, the most important thing one shall understand, is that we are working with highly intellectual product. Some people are not understanding at once how it is working, but nevertheless they do. Let’s remember 2014, 2015 when first our product was standing in a green jar and no one paid attention at it. And in 2016 Planet of Regions Company created its own product, the name of the line was EVOchlorophyll, and I remember 8-th anniversary of the Company, when we all met in Crimea, in Yalta, when first questions about the product started to come – how it is working, how quickly it could be felt? First question: with what product it is better to start OXYchlorophyll intake in case one has no chronic diseases? And what to give to children?

Look, In case of absence of chronic diseases one can take OXYchlorophyll for prophylaxis and in order to rise one’s immunity, and it is better to start with the liquid form. Form is very bio-available, it is light and has a pleasant taste – these are our OXYchlorophyll drinks with various fruits and vegetables. That is in case of absence of chronic diseases one can not use capsules and not use suppository. It is enough to use 2-3 drinks (in sequence) of your choice. What to give to children? To children we are giving only the liquid form. Nothing else is recommended for children. And in small doses.

Second question: Is it possible to take all OXYchlorophyll forms simultaneously?

You know, generally speaking they are taking all OXYchlorophyll forms simultaneously in case of complicated diseases, that is, when changes at the cellular level are already taking place. That’s why in case you are an average person without chronic diseases and you are about prophylaxis, immunity rise, rejuvenation, then there is no need to take all OXYchlorophyll forms simultaneously. It is enough to take it for 2-3 months in a row, and then make additional courses in periods of seasonal flu epidemics, this will help your organism to strengthen immunity. We are recommending schemes of simultaneous intake of various forms in case of really serious diseases, that is one is using liquid form and capsules and suppository simultaneously. And there is another question: Do you have some information on influence of sun-protective creams at the red spectrum attenuation? Are they weakening the (OXYchlorophyll) effect? Or maybe there is no influence?

Much depends on the specific cosmetology product. Because there are sun-protective creams with chemical filters, they contain titanium and other metals oxides, they are absorbing ultra-violet selectively, and they do not interfere with the penetration of the red light. And there are cosmetology remedies with physical filters, they are working like small mirrors, these are cheaper remedies, and they are reflecting the red light. In this case it would not be really effective to use our photo-rejuvenating remedies and take our products, the red light would not reach your blood, in which OXYchlorophyll is circulating. That’s why it is better to refuse from the use of cheap sun-protectors, and it is better to look for natural sun-protective remedies, thou the price would be higher.

Krukova A.V.: Natalia Gennadievna, another question appeared: Is it possible to add liquid chlorophyll into the bottle with drinking water, and drink this water during the course of the day?

Parhomenko N. G.: One shall dissolve liquid OXYchlorophyll under the tongue. Why we are always accenting this? Liquid OXYchlorophyll is absorbed in the mouth cavity. Mucous coating receptors are conducting medication directly into the blood. That’s why this is most correct intake of the liquid OXYchlorophyll form. When it comes to capsules, then it is no good to dissolve them in water too, this form should dissolve in the intestine, it should be absorbed in the intestine. No use. Scientists and technologists, who designed these products, already took care about optimum intake of the medication. In case one dissolves our medication in water and drinks this water, then it comes into the stomach. And high acidity in the stomach can break the medication in a moment. Гусарова Т. А.: Good afternoon to everybody! It is very pleasant to meet, it would be great to embrace each other, but we have pandemia, or some people are calling it differently, but I think it would not be able to spoil our good moods.

You know, today I prepared, remembered things…. It was not Sergey Valentinovich due to whom I came into this Company, the causer of my coming was Merculov Aleksey Stanislavovich, previously we worked together in another project, and when he quitted form it, I did similar, and so I had time to create our Company, which nowadays has name “Planet of Regions”. I received first corrector form Aleksey Stanislavovich November 10-th 2007, so we had 13 years last November and soon we are going to celebrate 14 years. You know, when I entered and come to know Sergey Valentinovich, I had a feeling as if I returned at Motherland. Sergey Valentinovich is admitted person, he understands that in the open space one shall live only with the opened soul! Thou previously he said that in the opened space the punishment comes at once, well may be it is better to say not “punishment”, but “life lessons”, and they are coming really quickly. And things started to turn! We opened 08.08.2008, but even before this date me and Sergey Valentinovich visited enormous number of regions and I had a good chance to get into this matter. At first people did not really understand Sergey Valentinovich, they asked me: “Gusarva, write the text, nothing is clear”.

Krukova A.V.: Translate into Russian, yes?!

Гусарова Т. А.: I remember, it was in Ekaterinburg city, we came out of the office and Sergey Valentinovich leaned at the corner wall and said “oh”. I thought he has some heart problem, overworked or something of the kind, say: “Sergey Valentinovich, what happened?” He says: “oh no, I do not see a way to put it more simply!” Nowadays, I think we are talking almost at the same language, understanding each other, and I am very happy to be in this project. I repeat this once again – the feeling is as if I am back at my Motherland. With all my soul I am with the Company. I think there should be no questions to me, we are meeting frequently at conferences and I am answering at your questions. I remember, and hope Sergey Valentinovich remembers himself how he defined an FSC: “A music in millimeter band, where the light is the rhythm driver”. I do not know how it happened, but it became frozen in my memory.

What else I would like to say…. I think that now the current moment in life of humanity, in the life of every individual is far from being simple, everyone shall take decision himself – what is going on, but let’s give a though – what for our products are needed in general? First of all to harmonize one’s internal rhythms with the outer ones. With the changes in the outer field, which are far from being simple at the current moment. When Sergey Valentinovich is saying about the hundredth monkey effect, this is about humanity re-tuning at more high vibrations. I understand this the following way – that people with low vibrations would feel themselves not comfortably. This is the main thing we are about here, at least myself. Igor Kushneruk is our leader at Kamchatka, Sergey Valentinovich knows him well and treats with great respect. And so everything is wonderful.

What I would like to wish? Do everything in your life in order to have what you love, otherwise you will have to love what you have during all your life-time. So I want to wish you exactly this, and naturally good zdravie. Zdravie and awakening.

Now we are moving to the next part of our broadcast - Sergey Valentinovich will continue answering your questions. And so, I will read the question and Sergey Valentinovich will answer.

The question is the following: In the tetrahedron the FSCs are co-tuned as if in a ring, then how FSCs are to be co-tuned in the triangle ?

Koltsov S.V.: Well, this is a kind of confusion, that is working weaker than any other combinations. Because in case one is going to put these FSCs at the surface, then odd quantity – and they would silence each other. And only in modified position – in the triangle, the summing will take place. And so, the triangle is not best possible construction.

Krukova A.V.: Nevertheless they are working, people are receiving results, and they are satisfied.

Koltsov S.V.: In the next answer I am going to explain that one shall be more accurate with this.

Krukova A.V.: Good. Next question. Are FSCs “Gift of Fire” and number 20 working equally well, when helping to restore health in case of virus? Are they influencing any old strain, or including the new ones too?

Koltsov S.V.: FSC number 20 does not directly influence at the virus at all! Generally this was my fault, because I forgot about some non-linear dynamics rules. That in a wave process in non-linear dynamics we are always seeing one rhythm – this is most quick from most low rhythms. And in the FSC no 20 it happened so that Mayan channel “covers” cosmoenergy channels of “Perun”, “Ar”, “Ra”. Exactly because of this I had to release a separate FSC “Gift of Fire”. In the “Gift of Fire” these cosmoenergy channels fitted exactly with their whirl structures, to work with coronavirus. And nowadays they are working full scale with all strains of the coronavirus. Another question is that in step of this coronavirus mutations the time that is needed to erase this virus form the person who caught it, increases incessantly. Next question: You say that FSCs are structuring water in a stream. Does the stream speed matter? The speed with which we are filling our glass, that is standing at the FSC. For example, it is possible to fill the glass with a narrow trickle in a minute, and it is possible to fill the same glass in a couple of seconds. Would water have time structure in the second case? When they fill a glass in tow seconds. If not, then with what speed one shall fill the glass, that is standing at the FSC, in order to have water structured during the time of its filling.

Koltsov S.V.: FSCs are organized in such a way that the stronger is the disturbance, the higher is the power of their reply. And so some time is needed in order to develop serious power. So everything depends on the fact if this time is available? And the second moment is – what volume of water are you going to structure in a stream? Because there is one technical limitation – the wavelength, that is produced by the FSC, its characteristic length is 39 centimeters. This is an example of working in the current situation. Everyone is fighting with coronavirus, this is in prolongation of the previous question, and it started to hide under another program, which “closes down” the second and the seventh chakras. And it is not seen at all if one has coronavirus or not?! It is not possible to see unless this program is erased. More to it, recently I had 5 people with more complicated picture: in addition to the coronavirus they had this program on them and on top of it all there were entities. And it is not seen at once what is going on. So first of all one have to erase entities, then erase the program, and then it becomes clear that in addition one has the corona. I have a big question what doctors are doing in such situation? Koltsov S.V.: Good if several people would do this. I did not check the active radius of recent 5 element FSCs, but previous 4 element FSCs “covered” surface in 1 kilometer radius. 5 element shall FSC shall “cover” some larger surface without resonator. At least the order of coverage radius is clear. It is kilometers. When I am inserting any FSC into the resonator, serious territory could be “covered” - as much as photograph allows, that is Earth surface curvature should not interfere. Feel the difference.

Krukova A.V.: With what it is possible to substitute “The Source of Great Mountain”?

Koltsov S.V.: “Tanzania”! “Tanzania” erases this program from the second and seventh chakras almost completely.

Krukova A.V.: “Tanzania” is water from our previous release. FSC “Triumph of Being” – from the Ngorangora volcano crater. And so both “The Source of Great Mountain” and “Triumph of Being” are coping with this problem.

Koltsov S.V.: In case one caught this program, which “covers” the second and seventh chakras, then in order to be sure, one shall hold at “The Source of Great Mountain” for half an hour. In case of corona-virus it would take longer.

Krukova A.V.: Again we are coming to a question of one’s ability to work with the pendulum….

Koltsov S.V.: In case one cannot work with the pendulum, then half an hour for the program which “covers” the second and seventh chakras, and approximately two hours for the last version – Delta strain.

Krukova A.V.: And so, it is very convenient to put own hair at the corrector and continue doing your businesses, that is two hours, yes?!

So I arrived, Sergey Valentinovich checked me, pumped, and I put FSC “Energies of Zdravie” at the projection of my spinal column, exactly at the cramping place. You know, just 5 minutes later I was able not only to walk, but to sit down and rise up my right leg, thou just half an hour before I was praying: “My Lord, help me to come to Sergey Valentinovich and do this broadcast”. And so my personal confirmation, right here! right now! It is clear I had injections before this, I also used correctors, but now FSC “Energies of Zdravie” worked for me at 500 %. I am alive and healthy, I am even able to turn, that’s why correctors are working!

Koltsov S.V.: Of course! Because this theme is inexhaustible! I am periodically asking myself: «How many is ever possible?! Already we are over 120 items.

Krukova A.V.: More. More than 140 correctors.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, I understand, the number of various themes is more than 200, and the number of correctors according to my numeration…. Well, yes, more than one hundred and forty. We have series that are not numbered.

And so, be healthy! Smile often! Today I answered why one shall simply throw away old epiphany water! The rhythms accelerated by 4 octaves, that is 16 times! And the main problem, people would have nowadays is how to adapt to these rhythms? Doctors are not understanding this issue, because no one followed / tracked these rhythms. And for me it was easy to check, I took “The Dead Water” of 2013 – the first epiphany FSC that came to my hands, and compared with the one dated 2020. Everything is the same. That’s why be healthy!

Bracelet for children is an interesting theme, let’s give a thought to it.

Koltsov S.V.: The theme is interesting, but one shall understand that a child in the age below 8-9 years in the field of his mother, and first of all one shall start “fixing” with the mother. Nowadays I have to deal with this, sometimes even distantly. They are calling “Oh, my daughter got temperature! Probably she is teething”. When checking, no! Mother is “closed” with this program, that “closes” the second and the seventh. Child has temperature because automatically she is “closed” too!

Krukova A.V.: Generally speaking, family field is a very autonomous organism, and in case one member of the family falls ill, it is recommended to do pumpings to all other folks in order to restore the work of this field.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, I have this model example. Who was my skeptics in relation to Functional state Correctors? My own wife.

Krukova A.V.: Own family!

Koltsov S.V.: Yes. Younger son Gleb. Now: “We do not need doctors, you’d better check what is happening with me?!”

Krukova A.V.: And so, correctors are working.

Question appeared, what and how to use in case child has his arm broken?

Koltsov S.V.: Exactly at the place of the break – what is working? Numbers 7 and 10 from the most simple ones. “The Phoenix” shall work. Plenty of correctors that shall. “Energies of Zdravie” must work. Exactly at the place of the break and do not remove.
