Krukova A.V.: I am wishing wonderful day to everybody! Today is October 26-th and this means that we are going to have a meeting with Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov – Scientific Director of the Planet of Regions Company, developer of FSCs.

Three months passed since our previous meeting, too many various questions piled up, and this is wonderful! This means that you are using plates actively, and today we are going to ask Sergey Valentinovich all of them.

Koltsov S.V.: Hello! I am welcoming everybody!

Well yes. They throw many questions, more than sixty, I will try to answer them.

Krukova A.V.: ….We received 73 questions, Sergey Valentinovich will answer at 64 of them, and the rest we are going to ask our doctors – they are Radkova Ludmila Ivanovna – our therapist from Vladivostok city. Tarasova Lubov Alekseevna will join us – oncologist doctor form Orenburg. Because we have special medical questions, and Sergey Valentinovich always says: “Doctors, who are using FSCs shall answer such questions”. And in case we have spare time, we will answer at your questions in the conference chat, this will be in the very end of our broadcast.

We received too many questions in connections with recent information, that came from you, about 51 and 34 second programs, let’s start with them.

And so, the first question: Tell please in more details about 51 and 34 second programs, how they are influencing human beings? Are these frequencies carriers of negative information? That is, is their influence destructive? What other frequencies can do harm to us? Maybe some inversion of signal is needed?

Koltsov S.V.: I would say nothing about inversion, because the question is formulated not correctly… About 51 and 34 seconds – these rhythms, are so called rhythm drivers for all live systems. Before 2008 the rhythm driver, which is also connected with atmosphere whirls, was exactly 51 seconds. Right from the beginning of January 2008, we fixed this in various ways, both with the pendulum and instruments, with laser correlation spectrometer, we saw that this rhythm became 34 seconds. Being live systems we were adapting to the new rhythm during 8 years. Count yourself – 2008 plus approximately 8 years gives 2016. By 2016 we became different, all cells in organism changed. And suddenly this year appears this 51 second rhythm, it influences four chakras: first, seventh, eighth, ninth – the upper ones. This could not be a natural phenomenon! This means artificial influence, someone switched on some generator, and influence takes place. Organism switching at this rhythm at the level of these chakras means catastrophe. At that various systems would fail at different people. You see, I am very well acquainted with this issue, when we wrote programs for on-board computers, we should take care about their correct starting times and fitting into on-board digital calculating machine cycles. Similar things are taking place here, that is our computer, the head will stop realize what should be done! First of all exactly psychic problems would start! The body would start to fall to pieces later, at first one would walk around, saying: “There is something wrong with my head!”. I am hearing this almost every day. Recently I checked polarization of water (all water at vast territory), because there was a feeling of something wrong! I am checking water periodically and suddenly see here it is! During several days we were looking how to correct this, and found (solution) at the third of fourth day. Nowadays there is no this rhythm at the European part of Russia. Nowadays, if you pour water from any tap, it will have 8 second rhythm at all levels. And what it means?! By the way, 51 second rhythm is characteristic for the coronavirus. When one is erasing it, and the last block appears, it is exactly “51 second” one. And human being was not able to do this now! Because there is an absolutely different dynamics now here on earth. They sent me video of doctor, if I am not mistaken his surname is Zelenko, who cured Tramp, Netanyahu and his talk with rabbis, when he said openly: “I was keeping an eye on this problem, and the first patent on coronavirus adaptation, that is how it could be modified in order to influence humans, is related to 1999. This is the picture. This means that americans did it, and released into the World in uhan laboratory. By the way, just for your understanding, this is pfizer department.

Krukova A.V.: Good, it is clear about 51 second. And what about 34 second rhythm?

Koltsov S.V.: Nowadays it is the rhythm driver, there is no need to correct it. This is a normal rhythm, in which all our cells are functioning. Now imagine that they are influencing organism with these two rhythms – of course problem appears!

Krukova A.V.: In this connection you gave information that you quickly selected three correctors, they are “Energies of Zdravie”, “Allergy Defense”, “The Ally (Soyuznik). They are asking if these correctors have something in common apart from erasing this program?

Koltsov S.V.: They are different! Allergy starts at people when 51 second rhythm appears at various levels, when in the outer environment we have 34 second rhythm. In this case allergy starts to show out immediately!

Krukova A.V.: Is it possible that work of our organs and systems will be violated, because appetite appeared at many people, people started to eat much, liver gives pains at many people?

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, easily. That is, all FSCs, I chose themes in such a way, that rhythms, reproduced by FCSs are far from even 34 seconds, it is one second rhythm, that is they are five octaves higher! Exactly due to this they are working! Nothing could be healed If working in 34 and 51 second rhythms.

Krukova A.V.: Are there any more? Did you checked any other correctors, if they are erasing 51 second program?

Koltsov S.V.: I did not checked purposely. Because the need has disappeared nowadays. At the European part (of Russia), I am accenting this.

Krukova A.V.: By the way, many people are saying: «Why only at the European part? What is about Far East? And what is about Siberia?» You can guess how many questions I am receiving each time after you are saying that you “covered” European part – all people want to be protected too….

Koltsov S.V.: I can tell you: we already started assembly of another resonator with my younger son, then it would be possible to cover entire territory of Russia.

Krukova A.V.: The next question is practical: Approximately how long one shall influence each chakra in order to erase 51 second program? Is there a need to influence at both sides? Or is it enough to work only with the front aspect?

Koltsov S.V.: It is enough to work with the front aspect, and I am reminding you once again – all chakras are working in two directions. One direction is along the spinal column, and the second is transversal. That’s why when you are starting to correct something – first put FSC under the coccyx, in order to reach up to the seventh chakra along the spinal column. And then one shall work with all chakras – the sequence is not important – top to bottom, bottom to top. It is not obligatory to work with both aspects.

Krukova A.V.: And it is good to have some structured water in the spray all the time, use it especially when returning home from being out.

Koltsov S.V.: I did not checked, but it shall work.

Krukova A.V.: It surely works ….

Koltsov S.V.: Just a moment, when we looked how to correct this (outer) influence, at first we put FSC 20 (into resonator). The influence happened to be so powerful, that the impact of FSC 20 at the territory zero. Absolutely zero! We tried a couple of other correctors – same zero effect. But we guessed with what to correct it, and this is far from being an FSC. This is separate story.

Krukova A.V.: Let’s summarize once again, 51 second (in period) program has destructive influence, and our normal physiology rhythm is 34 seconds.

Koltsov S.V.: And quicker! At that, about “quicker” rhythms – I saw only two sportsmen, who lived in 8 seconds rhythm, like trees. Generally speaking, this is fantastic! Yes, many people are living in 17 second rhythm. This is very good, because those who are able to support such dynamic in them should not be ill at all.

Krukova A.V.: Please explain, how to check with the pendulum that 51 second program is disbanded? What shall take place?

Koltsov S.V.: In case this program is at the human being, then pendulum would not work correctly in his hands, because one’s seventh chakra would be 100 % closed. And one can only make guesses what he would see with his pendulum.

Krukova A.V.: And what is not correctly ? How to understand?

Koltsov S.V.: Generally speaking in an opposite direction…

Krukova A.V.: That is, pendulum does not rotate….

Koltsov S.V.: One shall simply check your pendulum working at some test object, I mean situation when you know how a pendulum should rotate when checking some test object.

Krukova A.V.: Good, we are through with questions about 34 seconds and 51 seconds programs. I think you understood that 34 second program is our normal physiology state (rhythm driver) and there is no need to remove it.

Koltsov S.V.: Normal state of physiology.

Krukova A.V.: Just work with FSCs in your regular way.

Now we have questions, concerning other themes.

Say please, can physiotherapy device, which creates powerful electromagnetic field, violate generation of FSC electromagnetic waves or to violate polarization of recorded themes? How to use FSC correctly with physiotherapy devices?

Koltsov S.V.: Well, no physiotherapy device can violate what FSCs are reproducing. Not even such powerful devices as Computer Tomography. This is about devices tat are creating powerful fields. It could be different with measuring devices, I dwelled a number of examples when they are taking ECG, and there is an FSC at the patient’s body, then the device simply refuses to work. Simply have this in mind. Take off everything (correctors) when you are about measuring something at yourself.

Krukova A.V.: And what one shall do in order to enhance the performance of physiotherapy devices?

Koltsov S.V.: I said this already many times, it is possible and necessary to combine FSCs with any physiotherapy device! In case you are using laser, then you shall change its polarization. You shall put FSC either at the irradiating head or at the wires, which are supplying generating head. It is possible to use FSC with any physical field. Generally speaking, physiotherapy is brainless. It becomes smart as soon as you start to put an FSC on it, appears feedback with the surrounding environment.

Krukova A.V.: The field becomes informatized in a needed way.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes. Of course, laser is most effective. Because it also generates psi-quantum component, as they called it, and it is nothing else than longitude waves, which could be easily corrected with the FSCs.

They are asking about using FSCs with physiotherapy equipment, that creates powerful electromagnetic field. Use them calmly with all physiotherapy equipment, all FSCs were made in such a way that in case of powerful outer disturbance, they would “answer” more powerfully. That is they are constructed in such a way, that it would not be possible to violate its action in any way. The more powerful is the disturbance, the quickly FSC whirls are rotating.

Koltsov S.V.: Well, I think there is no difference, another question is that in animals, apparently, the psychic is organized in a simpler way, some time ago I recoded a special Mayan channel just for animals.

Krukova A.V.: It is FSC “Zoovita”.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, “Zoovita”. I talked with Germans, they used it with their herd of cows, and they are very pleased.

Krukova A.V.: What are FSCs for protection of animals from evil eye, negative programs, in order they would not suffer if similar influence would ricochet from the owner. For example, owner was not affected, but beloved pet is suffering, how to protect?

Koltsov S.V.: First of all, it is possible to use FSCs that are disbanding these energy entities. For example number 20, it does not ricochet anywhere, it disbands them, that’s why they are not able to jump anywhere. Our small brothers are also suffering from the same problems, informational influences could be on them. Therefore, just in the same way, with the same FSC “twenty” you can erase negative entities, which are influencing your cats, dogs.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes.

Krukova A.V.: Next question: it is clear that the water in the drinker for the animal can be structured. Is it possible to “pump up” animals, in the same way as we do ...

Koltsov S.V.: This is hardly so.

Krukova A.V.: And what if I attach FSC somewhere to the animal?

Koltsov S.V.: But it is not needed, they will decide themselves, there are a lot of examples when you place various FSC around a cat and cat will feel what energy is needed, it just lies down on it, and when you try to take it away from kitty, it would not work!

Krukova A.V.: They do not allow to take FSC out!

So it is possible to place FSCs in the animals living zone, for example in the stall….

Koltsov S.V.: They would choose what they need. And, note, children are feeling this energies very well, they either take a plate they need at the moment of show with a finger.

Krukova A.V.: If we consider energy-information protection of animal’s habitat in general, and making it more comfortable, they are asking if it is possible to use FSCs “Peace” or “Blagodat’ “?

Koltsov S.V.: Well, I do not think so, these are higher vibrations, animals do not need them. Just look at their reaction. Give them several FSCs for comparison, they will choose themselves.

Krukova A.V.: Either try to structure drinking water – tie FSC to a tube of automatic water supply system. Again I am about my animals, I see that they are drinking much more water if have a choice from what FSC to drink!

Koltsov S.V.: Yes.

Krukova A.V.: Once I worked this way, I used FSCs 1 and 2 for them in turn, of course they were drinking, but not much. But when I provided choice to them, then they drunk three times more than previously!

And what FSCs we can recommend for the habitat harmonization? Is number 20 good?

Koltsov S.V.: If you are about habitat then use number 16.

Krukova A.V.: Is it also possible to use “Golden Pyramid”?

Koltsov S.V.: Maybe.

Krukova A.V.: Is it also possible to work with the green series? Harmony?

Koltsov S.V.: With any, of course.

Krukova A.V.: Next question comes: Would there be releases of new bracelets?

Koltsov S.V.: There is a small remark about bracelets, there is a need to analyze attentively the bracelets that are already released, because I encountered with a situation that for example in FSC 20 only Mayan channel Chalan is really working. And in near future I will separate them, because in FSC 20 Mayan channel Chalan is the only one that is really working. I am going to separate them, because there is simply no sense to add Perun channel there. It is similarly with the bracelets, that is I shall check again compatibility of themes, that are used there.

Krukova A.V.: We had many questions and requests from those who have children and teenagers – to release a special bracelet for them, may be you will have some time to test. Because all are sitting in the internet, all are living in some separate world, out of socium, and people are asking to do a bracelet for them.

In case of colds we are using FSCs “Liberator”, “Extra ENT”, “Orlovskoe Polesie”, there is recommendation to place them at fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh chakras. And it is a problem to use FCSs fir children in this way, difficult to tie an FSC at the sixth and seventh chakras. Please say, is it possible to pump children and clean them from the virus through the coccyx, placing FSC at the coccyx of a child for several hours?

Koltsov S.V.: Here comes a question, from what virus? For this fashionable virus (covid) we have an answer, it is “Gift of Fire”. And when respiratory infections are wondering around and infect children, then yes “Liberator” is preferable. Or maybe you will find some other FSCs. It is not obligatory to pump several chakras simultaneously, find a problem one and start with it. In case of respiratory infection it is the fourth chakra, that would be “closed”, and maybe also the seventh one. Thou in such situation they could be “closed” separately.

Krukova A.V.: They are also saying that they do not want to put FSC at the sixth and seventh chakras….

Koltsov S.V.: And there is no need for….

Krukova A.V.: That is, is it possible to pump through the coccyx?

Koltsov S.V.: No, you would never reach the sixth one through the coccyx. And it is hard to imagine that respiratory viruses would “close down” the sixth and seventh chakras.

Krukova A.V.: So it is better to work with the fourth one, yes?

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, the fourth and the fifth could be closed, in case one caught some cold than in addition some lower chakras could be closed too – the first and second chakras, not the upper ones.

Take a look at the current outer influence, at this current program, because I understand…. This is not a virus! You see, as if some psi-generator is switched on, that “closes down” the second and the seventh chakras. And this influence “covers” children too. When children are “covered” they have all symptomatic of respiratory diseases. Temperature rises, not very high, but 38 – 38,5 centigrade not more, and plus all respiratory symptomatic as if a child caught cold. But actually one can erase all this with the “Source of Great Mountain”, and two hours later the child is running, as if nothing happened.

Krukova A.V.: Our “troika” (three FSCs), about which we are talking already for a long time…

Koltsov S.V.: Yes.

Krukova A.V.: Number 20, “ Gift of Fire”, “Source of Great Mountain” should be in every family!

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, and more to it, in case a person is “covered” in such a way, and you will look with the pendulum, at first only entities are seen! That is, it is seen that aura is stopped. After erasing entities it is seen that the second and the seventh chakras are closed. And only after erasing this program, that “closes” the second and the seventh chakras, it could be seen that maybe there is also a corona present.

Next question: Are there any restrictions for using FSCs by children? I mean that many high frequency correctors were released recently.

Koltsov S.V.: No restrictions, nothing horrible, children would answer themselves – if some FSC is good for them or not.

Krukova A.V.: By the way, yes, when you are working with children, it is similar to working with animals, give them a right of choice. Let them touch correctors, play with them, feel them and they would chose the most comfortable and needed at the current moment corrector.

Koltsov S.V.: Exactly they would play.

Krukova A.V.: For them it is a play, exactly due to this easy playing they are cleaning themselves very well and restore their health and receive protection.

Next question: Where exactly in the children’s bed it is possible to put FSC - either number 20 or “Source of Great Mountain” in order to secure children from outside attacks during the night time? Children have strong reaction at these attacks with bad feeling of themselves, headaches in the morning, irritation, elder son has nose edema, they are sleeping not well. when checking with the pendulum, all their chakras are “closed”. I have to pump them every morning with FSC 20 and “Source of Great Mountain”, then their state improves. That is, is it possible to put these correctors into bed? And where? Under the head or at the feet?

Koltsov S.V.: I am saying again that this is a question, if you are going to put close FSCs 20 and “Source of Great Mountain”, nowadays life demonstrated the entities are dynamically quicker. And due to the laws of non-linear dynamics, they are like waves in the sea, we would see only the enveloping line, that is we would see most quick from slow rhythms. In accordance with this logic, in case you put FSC 20 and “Source of Great Mountain” close together, then only number 20 would work! And they may also have this program that “closes down” the second and the seventh chakras. And the child would wake up with the headache. That’s why there is no use to put them both.

Krukova A.V.: So, it would be better to put only one FSC. Under the head?

Koltsov S.V.: It would be even better to put not at the human being, but close, at the headboard, they would scan the body on their own and correct what is needed…..

We continue: What if you would put into your resonator, that “covers” European part of Russia, not only FSC 20, but also “Source of Great Mountain” and “Gift of Fire? Will this accent influence at our country?

Koltsov S.V.: I just answered in previous question – they have various temp! That’s why in case you would put them all-together, then only the most quick one would work, the other would be silent.

Krukova A.V.: That is, it makes sense to put only one plate!

Koltsov S.V.: Well, maybe not only one, but they should be dynamically the same.

Krukova A.V.: Oh, that is, it is possible to use some two FSCs, but one shall select similar FSCs? With the use of the pendulum?

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, this is to be checked, I guess about this only recently, and there is a need to check many FCSs that nave several informational components. Krukova A.V.: I have a question. Returning to children, maybe mother shall select with the pendulum what other FSC could be put into children’s bed together with number 20. Suppose it will be not the “Source of Great Mountain”, but some other….. In case she wants to put two correctors into bed.

Koltsov S.V.: I am not sure that this….

Krukova A.V.: Better not to do so.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes.

Krukova A.V.: Yes, send, we cannot reach all places, in case you are traveling, and there are interesting water springs in the area, please bring water samples, contact me and I will explain how to do this, Sergey Valentinovich would test, and in case it will be a good spring with high dynamic properties, we would release FSC.

Next Question: We are using water, structured at FSC in order to disband entities. Will water, structured at the “Power of Light” bracelet, also disband entities, because it includes elements of FSC 20?

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, though this is to be checked, because it could be some other theme in the bracelet, that is “quicker” than FSC 20, then entities would not be disbanded.

Krukova A.V.: It comes to we have pendulum as an instrument, and one can check how it is in practice.

Next Question: Sergey Valentinovich, I would like to know what is basic difference between water, that is “charged” at FSCs “Manasarovar”, “Danilovo Lake”, “Orkovskoe Polessie” and other FSCs? Their anti-oxidant action is checked many times, in relation to water with negative ORP, which also poses anti-oxidant influence at the organism? I mean what is the difference in the influence at the organism?

Koltsov S.V.: Here is again a long talk about negative ORP. Redox potential is a presence of free electrons in water. Water, which is produced by electro-chemical activation devices, when electro-chemical connections in water are torn, is informationally brainless! It is empty! All FSCs, no matter what they are, are organizing electrochemical patterns at the water associates. At that water ORP is not reduced significantly. Simply these are various things. Because treatment with FSC provides information. Treatment with electro-chemical activation installations / devices is physical influence.

Krukova A.V.: At the cell from inside…..

Koltsov S.V.: Well, God bless from something of the kind was done inside human organism. Water treatment is OK.

Krukova A.V.: I mean water, that comes inside human body when we are drinking it. Water with negative ORP acts like anti-oxidant water.

Koltsov S.V.: It really works as anti-oxidant due to significant number of free electrons in it. FSCs themselves are lowering…. Well, various FSCs are changing ORP not significantly, at 40-50 millivolts at best, this is not enough.

Krukova A.V.: And so, water, structured at these correctors, differs with information from specific place of power or water spring, which is recorded at these correctors.

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, the difference is just informational. But we are selecting for FSCs such themes, which are supported by the outer field, that’s why water, structured at SFC can stand for years, and nothing happens to it, similarly to epiphany water.

Krukova A.V.: As soon as we are about anti-oxidant water, in our Company you can purchase “Plativit” water activator. With the use of “Pativit” you can have water with ORP - 300 – 400 millivolts, that is very effective water.

Koltsov S.V.: Just a minute! We had this issue in times when we had a laboratory, we twisted water in accordance with Shauberger technology, and used essential oils for informatization. And so, when water is twisted correctly and informatized, it does not lose its ORP with time! Loss of ORP with time takes place after treatment of water with all electro-chemical activation devices. We checked this water, it stood in our laboratory for half a year without any loss of ORP.

Krukova A.V.: That is, water, treated with electro-chemical activation devices…..

Koltsov S.V.: Will lose its properties very quickly.

Krukova A.V.: And what if one will structure it at some FSC after the treatment….

Koltsov S.V.: The charge that remained would hold for a long time.

Krukova A.V.: Just imagine! That is, you are using both, treat water with “Pativit” and structure it with the FSC, maybe even do like I am doing, my water is standing at the FSC and I am putting the device into it. It is possible to prepare water with negative ORP and drink it during the course of the day.

Koltsov S.V.: Small remark: ORP of water, which one can use without limitations, should be somewhere at the level of minus 100, minus 150 millivolts. And when water has minus 300, minus 400 millivolts – then it is already curative remedy.

Krukova A.V.: It is said exactly so in the device manual, that this is already curative water, and one shall drink not more than 3 glasses a day – morning, day and evening. All this is written….

Koltsov S.V.: Yes, pay attention at this, because we had the following precedent when one young man took 20 liter bottle of water with ORP minus 600, and drunk it during several days. At first we did not understand what happened, he felt ill, and he was ill for a long time, only later we guessed what actually took place. Due to enormous quantity of free electrons hemoglobin stopped to transfer oxygen. Unless we took him away from this super-antioxidant water….

Krukova A.V.: There is some hidden danger, they are mass producing devices which are doing hydrogen water, so you better have ORP meter at home and measure redoх potential of your water.

I repeat: “Pativit” gives minus 300-400, not more than three glasses a day! Morning, daytime and evening. Either you are going to treat water during shorter period of time, that is not 5 minutes, like it is said in a manual, but 2-3 minutes. Measure water ORP, and in case it will be minus 100-150, then it will be wonderful!

Koltsov S.V.: Exactly what is needed.

Krukova A.V.: Biologically active, wonderful water for your organism.

We continue: Would FSC influence also cover the eight and nine chakras, in case FSC number 20 is put at the top of the head. These chakras are situated at the same line. Or eighth and ninth chakras should be pump separately?

Koltsov S.V.: No, there is no need, nowadays one shall obligatory learn to work with the pendulum when pumping oneself with number 20. Eighth chakra is when you are connecting the ring finger with your thumb.

Koltsov S.V.: This could be so if water pipes in our houses would be organized similarly to the wave influence, that is if they would be laid in spiral. But we have rectangular layout construction. And each rectangular turn starts to destroy information. That’s why it would hardly reach the Earth. Koltsov S.V.: I cannot say anything about writing 3 letters instead Name Father’s name and Surname, I cannot understand how 3 letters can work instead of full name. It is clear that photograph is working. I am working either with the use of photos or hair cats, actually I am doing this every day.

Krukova A.V.: And so, it is possible to use both variants. You can use shower for pumping or pulverizer, for example it stands in my hall, and when coming home I am pulverizing myself, in order to prevent bringing something. Either you can use second variant, it is possible to use both.

I checked FSC for animals – again themes have similar tempos. By far I did not found another situation, similar to the one with FSC number 20.
