The saint spring is worshiped not only in local area, people from Novgorod and other cities are coming to it to take water.

And so, what effects of this corrector were revealed in the process of its testing? First of all, FSC Renaissance gives the feeling of true goodness, starts rejuvenation process and gives initiation to it. I recognized this rejuvenating function a bit later, when the description of this corrector work was already completed. Nevertheless this is a unique moment, at which I would like to pay attention.

First of all, the feeling of true goodness, which appears in one’s soul when working with this corrector, is a feeling that is necessary to everyone of us nowadays. And the channel of the future is on our left side. It ends where the left arm ends, if one stretches it left. That is, at the thin level the energy flows through us from the past into the future. The past already happened, and the energy of past events, in the form of emotional experiences, no matter if these events were good or bad, it is conserved in the channel of the past. And we are spreading our arms at the sides. We are starting to bend our hands slowly above our head in the following manner. Finally fingers of both hands are touching each other. These are channels of our personal time. We are starting to bend them at the energy level, helping ourselves with our hands, and we are connecting hands above the head. When doing this physical motion it would be good to visualize how the channels are connecting together. The channel of the past and the channel of the future are connecting above our head. And the energy, conserved in the channel of the past, flows into the channel of the future. The energy of the corrector gives start to the rejuvenation process. Juvenility function starts up inside us. I noticed this function of the corrector just a day before yesterday when I was working with it.

What else SFC Renaissance is doing? Helps restoration of musculoskeletal system health. How we can use it here? We have basic corrector, which we are using for rejuvenation of joints, it is FSC number 10. We can also use FSC 18. And obligatory number 20. Because small chakras are situated at all our joints, or we are calling them additional chakras, and FSC Renaissance works very well with these additional chakras, that is with joints!

How it is possible to speed up the process of our joints restoration? Sergey Valentinovich, can you help us and say how you would feel the energy practice? I already tried this at myself, the effect is amazing. One shall not just put corrector at the problem joint, but one shall also understand the following: there is an energy ball around each our joint, energy space that repeats, envelopes our physical joint. And there are specific energy biologically-active points at this energy ball, let’s say so. In the ideal case, when one’s joint is healthy, these thin level energy points should correlate with active points at the physical level. Energy ball shall exactly frame our physical joint. But it happens that children are falling many times, even in case person experienced some emotional stress, this energy ball over the joint can shift. It may shift left or right, and when this energy capsule, this ball over our joint shifts, physiology pains appear in the joint. Joint destruction starts with the age. First are inflammatory processes….. Of course, there are many reasons, they could be parasitic entities and physical parasites, parasitic entities are always dashing at the place of inflammation. That’s why here one shall obligatory start with the use of FSC 20. We are using FSC Renaissance after it.

What are we doing? It is desirable to do additional pumpings. It is possible to use correctors 10, 18, 20. We are placing one corrector under the knee or placing it at the knee chakra, you can put correctors under both knees in order to balance energies of left and right sides. For example you are fastening FSC 10 at the left knee joint, even in case it is in good health, fastening the spring of Mikhail Kopskiy at the right knee joint. Our chakras, that are situated below the belt level are governed by our first chakra. So you can sit down at FSC 18. You are doing pumping this way: knees, elbows, the first chakra. Two FSCs under your knees, two correctors you fasten here at your elbows – left and right, and you are sitting at the fifth corrector. In case you do not have enough correctors, then you can work first with your right side, then with your left side.

The second pumping is when we are pumping our feet and hip joints. You are placing two correctors from abovementioned list under your feet, you can put them on the floor and cover with your feet, and two other correctors you have to fix at your hip joints. Hip joints are connected with groin chakras – additional chakras.

Chose pumpings for you, depending on what joint is damaged. For example, one shall use the second pumping for the hip joint. For knees or elbow joints use the first pumping.

The third pumping is needed in case of shoulder joints issues. You are pacing two correctors at your shoulders, as if shoulder straps.

There are so called navel chakras, they are situated approx. 8 centimeters left and right from the navel – place two correctors there.

And one corrector at the level of the fifth energy center.

That is: shoulder chakras, navel chakras and the fifth chakra.

These are so called pumpings of horizontal chakras.

In case you have problems with joints in your legs, then it is desirable to pump meridians that are passing through legs. Or to do bio-energetic massage with this corrector. For pumpings of leg meridians you can use FSCs Renaissance and number 18. Put one corrector at the point of meridian beginning and the second one at the meridian end point. In case you have damaged shoulder or elbow joints, then pump and massage those meridians that are passing through hands. They are meridians of heart, thin intestine, three heaters, lungs, large intestine. Work either with upper or lower part of your body, depending on where damaged joints are situated.

Sergey Valentinovich, let’s try and do this exercise with the energy ball. First we are going to prepare hands. (Sergey Valentinovich rubs palms of his hands against each other) It is possible to rub palms a little in order to prepare your hands. I think, Sergey Valentinovich, that you palm chakras are opened, and you would not have to exert much efforts in order to prepare your hands.

Now we are dong energy accordion – bringing our hands closer and spreading them apart, fingers are slightly bent, as if you are holding something in your hands. You are doing energy accordion in such a way, that you would feel energy torrents that are situated between your palms.

When doing this you shall tie the corrector at you wrist: women at the left wrist, men at the right. After working a little, you shall start to feel the energy flux, then you are leaving one hand in a calm state, and moving with other hand fingers up and down, in order to feel how energy is moving. You are moving the other hand up and down.

Then we shall check the movement of energy fluxes with the other hand. The right hand is still, and we are making movements with the left one. You shall feel a kind of slight blow – as if a touch, a vary light one, comes from the thin level. Do you feel it, Sergey Valentinovich?

Luzginova S.V.: Now we are forming an energy ball. Closing your hands and moving them apart try to form a ball. You shall feel elasticity between your palms, as if you are pressing a balloon, squeezing it and letting free. Squeezing and letting free. As soon you got this elasticity sensation when squeezing and letting free the energy ball between your palms, you can move it at one of your joints. Suppose we are going to move it at the right knee. Hold your hands on the left and on the right sides of a problem knee. You continue working with the ball doing squeezing and letting free of the energy ball around the knee.

You shall receive a sensation into what direction your ball shifted? Either left or right? Almost at every human being these energy balls around joints are shifted. That is at first you are placing (and moving) your hands on the left and on the right of your knee, then on top and on the bottom. Finally a feeling of warmth, that envelopes the knee should appear.

Luzginova S.V.: Good, you see, one leg is normal. Well, later, when you already have a sensation that energy ball has centered, you can continue holding it centered with your hands. Hold the energy ball with your hands for a while, soak the joint with the energies of your hands. Simply hold your hands and fix the result.

This is one of most simple energy exercises, as if for the first class pupils. We can use it together with the corrector in order to speed up the process of own musculoskeletal system health restoration.

Also FSC Renaissance provides prophylaxis of paralysis, through activation of one’s energy system. Luzginova S.V.: Yes, one can sprinkle himself. Previously we recommended to sprinkle yourself with water, structured at FSC 20. You have to enfold your eyeball. And you start to press slightly, doing enfolding movements.

Crosswise. Then you rotate your hand. Enfolding in a crosswise way and massage your eyeball with light massaging movements. It is desirable to do them 2-3 times a day. This will result in enhancement of blood circulation in eyes. After some 7 days I noticed that vision became more sharp and clear. This way we can improve our vision when working with this corrector.

Another thing you can do for your vision: again you are going to tie corrector at your radiocarpal joint….

There are small pits – recesses under our occipital protuberances.
