Krukova A. V.: Today is January 19 ^th 2022, long-awaited meeting! This is our first meeting in the format of live broadcast in 2022, and it is our first meeting devoted to the project “FSC - 8 Elements”.

Today we are going to have interesting events, lots of interesting information, presentations of doctors, who are doing testing of FSCs with 8 elements. Useful, practical information, for example some practices with 8 element FSCs, and of course we are going to answer your questions.

We will start with informational part, in which we would give you information, our doctors – specialists would take participation in it, then we are going to answer questions, asked through our site, and in the end questions asked during our broadcast.

Hello, Sergey Valentinovich!

Koltsov S. V.: Good afternoon!

Krukova A. V.: We all are very glad to see you. Let’s start our meeting with information, which people are not just asking, but demand! Today is January 19^th, epiphany. Usually, during a number of years in a row you took water samples and we released such correctors as “Natural Antibiotic” and “Live Water”. And so, we did not have them last year, and what is about 2022 ?! Please tell us about current situation, about outer field, are we going to have “Natural Antibiotic” and “Live Water” FSCs this year?

Koltsov S. V.: Last time I did water checking at ten minutes before midnight, nothing was happening! I lost interest and went to bed. I checked in the morning – all the same like it was yesterday evening. That is influence of the outer field at water polarization stopped from December 22^nd 2020. We are living in an absolutely different space! So, those people who did swimming yesterday night could do this in any other time – yesterday, day before yesterday – effect would be the same. During previous years, yes, this had some physiology sense, because changing of yearly rhythms took place at the epiphany night. Nowadays all this stopped, nothing changes. I am not worrying about this, because water polarization is “supportive” for human physiology, but other problems appeared instead, we started to be sick with some absolutely different illnesses, I am not about fashionable diseases now, current illnesses have clear informational nature. People asked questions in this connection, I would answer in details when it comes to answering questions.

Krukova A. V.: Obligatory, when we would start answering questions. We received not enormous but sufficient number of questions, and Sergey Valentinovich would obligatory answer all of them.

Generally speaking, life never stands still, we always have some progress, movement, development, evolution – the process of moving forward could be called differently. And it is absolutely clear that development would not be possible without this movement forward, without aspiration to do things better, more modern and interesting. This is true both in global scale and in scale of any production or a project. Sergey Valentinovich, we can consider our computer era as an example, first electronic calculating machines used tremendous area and had small memory.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, I used to carry 200 MB hard disks ….

Krukova A. V.: Just 200 MB ?!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, yes, yes…

Krukova A. V.: And they had considerable weight and volume.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and computers occupied tremendous rooms, hundred square meters, in order to ensure cooling…. I am about the fact that sometimes it was this way.

Krukova A. V.: Nowadays we have more memory in a smartphone. Terabyte memory sounded fantastic some 30 years ago, some 15 years ago it was something new, but clearly implemented and clear…

Koltsov S. V.: Do you want some comparison?

Krukova A. V.: Yes.

Koltsov S. V.: In the on-board Buran computer the operating speed was half million of operations per second. Half million. And RAM memory was only 144 kilobytes. Kilobytes!

Krukova A. V.: Even not megabytes?!

Koltsov S. V.: Kilobytes! We managed to cram all programs into this.

Krukova A. V.: Or, suppose we take our car industry, they are releasing new models of cars all the time, the car looks apparently the same, but renewed bodywork, renewed software, renewed options and possibilities. It is similarly with the FSC. So called modernization of the FCSs. When you assembled the first 4 element FSC, I am not speaking about our Company now, but about first samples for yourself? How many years ago?

Koltsov S. V.: Sometime in 2004-2005, like this.

Krukova A. V.: They were first FSCs in general, then first correctors in the Company….

Koltsov S. V.: I am still holding them at my windowsill….

Krukova A. V.: By now?!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, it is interesting to see what is happening with them?!

Krukova A. V.: Clear! What is happening with them? A kind of research interest.

And so, mass production of FSCs started in 2008. This year we are going to celebrate 14 years of Planet of Regions Company working. And initially we had 4 blue FSCs with four elements. They made a splash, fuss, it was 2008.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and they are still working, but in comparison with the modern ones they are like first models of Zhiguli (popular car brand in soviet times), and last model BMV….

Krukova A. V.: That is, it is possible to drive normally from point A into point B…

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. But the question is in what time and with what adventures.

Krukova A. V.: With what comfort…

Koltsov S. V.: Yes.

Krukova A. V.: Look, when we are talking about evolution and progress, we understand that first 5 element FSCs were introduced in December of 2015. They were 64 times more powerful in comparison with 4 element correctors, it was also a breakthrough, progress, and People re-tuned and adapted. And finally in December of 2021 we introduced two first Elite series correctors with 8 elements.

Koltsov S. V.: Now appeared objective necessity to do something, because, first of all we had to spend too much time for erasing some new programs, that appeared recently, and second reason, which is even more important, that the resonance depth became not sufficient. Because five element correctors are reaching some definite level, and then either physiology or some other reasons are putting a block, and FSCs power was not sufficient enough to overcome it. So I had to look for an answer, and it was found quickly, that’s why I removed the central element and introduced elements at the borderline, and everything fell on its places.

Krukova A. V.: To create the best, aspire to new, improve for good. It is possible to say that we are using modern technologies in production of 8 element FCSs, new precise production equipment was installed.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, the need to drill 9 holes is a separate story…. It became impossible to do this with hands. So we had to look for modern equipment, nowadays we have absolutely different quality of drilling.

Krukova A. V.: And so, we are receiving increased speed of the correctors work, of course it is important! But this is not the main….

Koltsov S. V.: This is not the main virtue.

Krukova A. V.: We are receiving rise of their influence effectiveness….

Koltsov S. V.: We are going to hear this from the doctors soon!

Krukova A. V.: Really, we are going to give microphone to the doctors several minutes later.

You called them turbo-FSCs.

Koltsov S. V.: It was not me who called them so, in the middle of November I was in Hungary, and I took 8 element FSCs with me, and they saw the speed with which they are erasing (programs), it was they who called 8 element turbo FCSs.

Krukova A. V.: Well, I think we will have other variants too.

Sergey Valentinovich, what are 8 element FSCs for you personally? A kind of instrument, possibility, prolongation, a new round in life? What is project FSC - 8 elements for you?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, absolutely different illnesses started to appear in space during recent two years. Generally speaking, reasons of all diseases started to shift into informational field. And FSC is purely informational remedy. And it helps to cope with these problems relatively quickly. There is a question on this matter, and I am going to tell this in more details, these phenomena pushed me to make FSCs more powerful. Secondly, fear of possibility of harming someone disappeared completely. We are not able to do harm to nobody. Even to those people who are saying: “Oh, I started to have shakes when using these powerful FSCs”. People are not understanding that if one time they have shakes, then second time they would have less shakes, the third time even less, at the fourth time you would already become accustomed to this field structure and everything would come at proper places, you would take these FSCs as native ones!

Krukova A. V.: It is clear about first interaction. And so for most sensitive people it is possible to introduce new FSCs gradually, without doing everything at the very beginning: pumping, water, and the rest!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, you can (introduce new FSCs in dosed way)….

Krukova A. V.: There are people, including those ones who did tests, who are just taking new FSCs and start to use, apparently they are already at a new level of energies of vibrations?

Koltsov S. V.: This is as minimum, I myself switched at some different level of vibrations, when I returned from Hungary and had temperature during 12 days. I understood that it was not the fashionable illness, but then what?! That is, it closes the thymus, I am erasing, and the temperature is high anyway. It was this way during 12 days. Then everything ended. And what is most interesting, I stopped to catch entities, completely. And stopped to catch this program, that “closes down” the second and the seventh chakras, which nowadays “covers” some 80 if not 90 percent of people at the whole planet Earth.

Krukova A. V.: Your shifting up is obvious!

Koltsov S. V.: It looks like many people would go through this! That is, many people would pass through this temperature pattern. This is organism reconstruction in order to switch at a new vibration level. This is not just a disease. Because I did not have any respiratory manifestations, I walked and moved calmly. Yes, my nutrition regimen changed completely, I did not want meat at all. Vegetables, fruits, kasha with pleasure! And I did not lost neither smelling nor touching, nothing.

Krukova A. V.: Wonderful! That is, for you the project FSC - 8 elements is shifting at another level of vibrations.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and what else moved me? When last year we did not have epiphany water for the first time, I compared FSCs of 2020 and I had a silent scene – astonishment! Because outer field frequencies rose up at 4 octaves, this is very much! Not everybody would live through this easily. And this frequency shift awaits everybody. Absolutely everybody. And everyone would live through it in one’s own way. Well, our doctors consider more than half of this to be the fashionable illness. For god’s sake! Time will put everything in places.

Krukova A. V.: Well what, we are moving forward?!

Today, January 19^th 2022 we announce a global project FSC - 8 elements open! Today is the start of 8 element FSCs sales, and we are starting with the blue series. That is, blue series with 8 elements is already available for you. Later I will tell you in details how are we going to develop our project. Correctors 1 and 2 were tested, our doctors conducted research, and now I would like to show to you how our new blue series is looking, and I would say a few words about it.

It is possible to say that the blue series is our conductor into the world of physical health. And so, they are saying: start your acquaintance exactly with the blue series of FCSs, because restoration of organism physiology functions and mechanism of self-regulation takes place with this basic series. Time of still water structuring is 10-15 seconds, running water structures instantly. Information content of this series was left without changes.

Koltsov S. V.: Absolutely nothing was changed.

Krukova A. V.: We simply made it with 8 elements.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes.

Krukova A. V.: Because their content is so perfect, that introduction of changes can harm instead of helping. Verified.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, here most interesting is the fact, how deeply it was possible to rise up the resonance. That is what other issues it is possible to reach?! Doctors were engaged exactly in checking. They will tell now.

Krukova A. V.: Wonderful correctors, how would they look? Blue back cover. Same color, we had previously, and replaceable cartoon inserts under transparent covers. Holographic sticker, corrector name, affiliation to the series, they asked us to do this. And our logos: Company logo, logo of the FSC 8- - elements project, and our slogan “For the common good”. In case you take out this cartoon insert, on the back you will see additional information: our logo, information about patents, registration information. Our wonderful correctors are looking this way.

Now I want to invite Ludmila Ivanovna Radkova – Company Speaker, therapist, physio- therapist, pedagogue, psychologist from Vladivostok city. Together with Taranuha Tamara Viktorovna, who is therapist doctor, specialist in bio-resonant testing, did first evaluation of 8 element FSCs numbers q and 2. And so, we are going to listen to their appearance now, Ludmila Ivanovna will make a presentation and tell in details about results.

Ludmila Ivanovna, good afternoon! I am very glad to see you!

Radkova L. I.: Hello! I am also glad to see you!

Krukova A. V.: Our congratulations with this wonderful event in our Company, as a global start of FSC 8 – elements project.

Radkova L. I.: Thank you! Yes. This is wonderful and of course interesting. It happened so that we did many research works, we had 11 medical conferences, and at every conference we presented minimum 3-4 reports, and up to 6 reports about Functional State Correctors. We are proud with our good scientific collective, which formed during these years, I headed all these, privately they are calling me scientific head of Far Eastern command, and together with Tamara Victorovna we did an interesting job with correctors number 1 and 2. What could be said here? As soon as we are in this for many years, gained vast experience of the use of the correctors, and we did many reports at our medical conferences, saying that the blue series is one of the most important, because it restores our functional state. And it is possible to say that nowadays we are holding a kind of rocket in our hands, because results appeared just instantly!

We conducted a job with Taranuha Tamara Victorovna, she is doctor, she is doing bio-resonant testing starting from 1993, we took our patients, colleagues, including ourselves, as Sergey Valentinovich puts it: “at least valuable crew members”. Results are fantastic. I can assure you that we would continue our work, and we are ready to meet you both a month later and three, six months later, we would include more people.

We consider cardio-vascular system being the most important one in human organism, that’s why we decided to check it. How it would respond exactly at the work with correctors number 1 and 2. What were doing our patients? They used correctors and drunk water. As usually, they took showers and baths, but water drinking was the main using mode. And we checked the state of their cardio-vascular systems before the use of the correctors and after. Of course, we did this small research quickly, but even in this quick variant we saw interesting results.

We worked with 8 people, mostly they were women in the ages from 49 and up to 70, some had initial stage of CHD and stenocardia, some had exposed diagnosis….

First slide is blood viscosity.

You can see two lines, blue and red, norm is shown at the bottom. What we can say? That actually all people, who took participation in our work, had high blood viscosity. This means that the blood is thickened, and it started to decrease with the use of the correctors. This is very important. Right from the start we were saying that correctors are restoring functional state of biological object, and we have a patent claiming this, and we are seeing here that in no way correctors are violating or destroying the functional state, they are stabilizing. And we would see this at all our slides. Comparing date before and after we would see this stabilization. Stabilization of the blood viscosity and tendency to decreasing. We used correctors during short period of time, and nevertheless we see this tendency clearly – correctors are restoring functional state of our organism systems and they are improving this state.

Next slide – lipids.

You know well yourselves, the whole internet is talking about it, that carbohydrates metabolism is one of leading mechanisms of ischemic heart diseases. And as a rule carbohydrates level is high. In our research we see that at 2 persons of 8 they were significantly high, at some 20 %, and others were in norm. And what we are seeing? We are seeing exactly this stability. That restoration of the functional state takes place with the use FCSs 1 and 2, we see tendency of carbohydrates metabolism restoration.

High density lipids.This slide is very important, practically only one person of eight has it in normal limits, at other people this parameter is increased. And we see tendency to decreasing. Either it stands stable at its place or there is movement down.

Next slide – low density lipoproteins. High density lipoproteins are indicating the presence of ischemic coronary diseases. Low density lipoproteins – confirm. And we are seeing that practically all our patients had stabilization of low density lipoproteins and tendency to lowering. You see, our research was very short, we used FSCs only during one week. We see that there is no rising of the parameter, we do not see any destruction, but we see stabilization and tendency to lowering of parameters, that initially were high. Previously we did more prolonged research in the hospital that belongs to the Far eastern department or Russian Academy of Sciences, and we stated that noticeable changes appear after three months of the FSC use.

Next slide – triglycerides.

This slide is very interesting. At one of our patients this parameter was very high. Practically it was high at all of them, only two patients had it in norm, all other had it high. This confirms presence of the ischemic coronary disease. With the use of FSCs 1 and 2 one person had this parameter returned to norm, though parameter value before our work was very high. Others have tendency to lowering. Unambiguously our patients noted that results appeared very quickly. I can share my own experience, it happened so that I had cold, I was literally “falling down” while I waited these correctors to arrive. Result – as soon as I took them into hands, drunk some water, and felt myself better practically instantly. I have chronic lungs diseases, it is rather serious, and every time I have acute phase, I always have purulent sputum. After 2-3 glasses of water my coughing became less, and next day I practically had no coughing, and sputum was absolutely light. This confirms accented anti-bacterium effect. In addition my breathing became much lighter, and my general state became fantastically good – as if I was not sick these days. Having big experience of working with the correctors 1 and 2 already many years, 13 years, we consider them to be the leading ones, we always are accenting this, and it is possible to say that results are very very quick, and we are seeing this at our slides.

General cholesterol.

Of course, we all know, that this is one of leading parameters in case of ischemic coronary disease.Almost all our patients had slightly increased level of general cholesterol, at the background use of FSCs 1 and 2, restoration of this parameter takes place. Functional stabilization and restoration are taking place. That is no one had it increased. We see tendency to the cholesterol decreasing.

Next slide – volume of oxygen consumption by myocardium.

We did a very interesting research and we know that oxygen consumption by myocardium is an indicator, which “says” much about coronary vessels capacity… what are we seeing? Only one patient of eight had it in norm. And if checking patient’s states before and after using FSCs 1 and 2, all had it either being stable or showing tendency to lowering. Oxygen consumption improves.

Power of the left ventricle ejection.

As soon as ischemic or some other cardio-vascular system disease starts to develop, the left ventricle suffers first. Its contractility lowers. FSC use results in tendency of the ejection restoration.

Vascular resistance.

This parameter implies that coronary vessels are damaged in case of ischemic heart disease, and their resistance lowers. Four our patients had it in norm, and others had increased resistance. We know, that information on connective tissue restoration is recorded at the FSC number 2, and vessels are connective tissue formations, and we are seeing exactly lowering of the vascular resistance. Improvement of vascular elasticity.

Coronary arteries elasticity.We are seeing that coronary arteries elasticity is practically in norm at all patients, this is very good! That is, things are not that bad at our patients. And at the same time this parameter is either stable or improves, that is it restores.

Blood vessels elasticity.

Blood vessels elasticity is indicator, which “says” about damages in the cardio-vascular system. Thank god, it is in norm at all our patients, it is even possible to say that it is “lower border of a norm”, three people have it lowered. Elasticity is violated, vessels are damaged with atherosclerotic plaques, and naturally their contractility is lowered. But we see tendency to restoration. If we would look at the data, then we would see restoration of the blood vessels elasticity.

Saturation of brain vessels with the oxygen

We also checked brain vessels, this was interesting for us. You know, there are two main complications: they are strokes and heart attacks. I can say that practically all patients had saturation of brain vessels with the oxygen in norm, and there is tendency to improvement, it does not worsen. This “says” that with the use of FSCs 1 and 2 elasticity restores, micro circulation restores, blood flow in brain vessels restores.

Elasticity of cerebral vessels. It turns out that only four our patients had increased elasticity of cerebral vessels, that is our surveyed had tendency to ischemic vessels diseases – inclination to having stroke in future. That is, there is at what to work, and what we can say? We can say that these correctors are helping to restore cerebral vessels elasticity.

I repeat once again, that we continue working, and we became very interested in it. We are seeing all these changes at ourselves, and seeing that correctors 1 and 2 are solving this problem very well. We know that there are a number of correctors, which can also solve this issue, but at the current moment we tested correctors 1 and 2, because they are basic for this problem.

Conclusions:

FSCs 1 and 2 are restoring acid-base balance;

Restore lipid and cholesterol exchange;

State of vessels elasticity improves – both coronary and brain vessels;

Power of vessels resistance improves;

Myocardium contractile ability improves, power of the left ventricle ejection restores;

Improves oxygen consumption by myocardium;

Helps improvement of coagulation system state;

Brain circulation improves, brain vessels elasticity and their saturation with oxygen improves;

Such job was made. As I said, it was made in short time, and nowadays we continue it, and in future I am going to report you more results. We are doing everything honestly, all parameters are they were.

Krukova A. V.: Ludmila Ivanovna, thank you very much!

Krukova A. V.: We continue, our next skype meeting is with Bukanova Aleksandra Vasilievna. She is super-doctor, you know her well by reports at our scientific-practical conferences, doctor of general practice, higher qualification category medical teacher in Vladivostok medical college. She also did research with FSCs 1 and 2 with 8 elements, theme of her report sounds as: “Influence of FSCs 1 and 2 with 8 elements at human organism”. Hello, Aleksandra Vasilievna, we are listening to you!

Bukanova A. V.: I want to tell you about our quick research, which we did recently in ”real time” mode. We used phase contrast microscopy of the most informative medium of our organism – blood.

First slide is hemoscanning before and after correction. We see here symptoms of erythrocytes hemolysis, caused by toxic influence of fungi infection. And restoration of blood elements form with the help of FSCs 1 and 2. Really I took this first slide from our database for comparison, it was made 2 years ago with 5 element correctors.

Next slide is from our fresh pictures, they differ because we made pictures with i-phone, and what we have? We also see erythrocytes hemolysis. Candida and fungi mycelium. After drinking water, which we gave to our patients, restoration of basic blood elements took place. This woman patient had covid in anamnesis, complicated with autoimmune thyroiditis acute phase, this woman had high cholesterol, uric acid and periodically glycemia. She drunk water during several days, and we see very good result after correction, erythrocytes are separated from each other. And leukocytes – you see large cell in the center – in norm should be 2-3 times larger than erythrocyte, and we are seeing exactly this kind of picture. Here everything is very good.

Next slide, next patient. We also discovered fungi mycelium at her. At the left picture we see hemolysis. After correction some erythrocytes are “glued together”, but basically mobility restored, that is in general everything restored. Before correction at this patient we see lipid “passway” in the center, it is oriented vertically. Cholesterol layout in form of lipid “passway” confirms bile ducts dyskinesia, which I figured out in her anamnesis when questioned her. We are seeing correction, cholesterol became thin, its quantity reduced considerably.

The fourth picture. We also see hemolysis syndrome, and restoration of blood elements. Yes, cholesterol is present, even with inclusions of orthophosphoric acid, but this is not that important at the background of pronounced and very quick positive effect.

Next slide. This big block at the left picture is cholesterol, and these bubbles – are air bubbles. I am not accenting attention at them, because in case of cholesterol presence, then when laying at the glass slides this air becomes stuck there. This is “saying” about high cholesterol level. And later, after the use of the corrector we are seeing picture of blood thinning - erythrocytes are in good form. There are several echinocytes – this is a limit of the norm. Some small cholesterol is present, but generally speaking, this should be this way.

Next picture. Here we see visible signs of the “coin columns” syndrome, this indicates acid-base balance shift, we see large cholesterol crystals, uric acid. And the right picture after drinking water, structured at the correctors – lowering of the cholesterol level to minimum – just one small crystal, also lowering of glucose, there is a crystal of glucose, uric acid and restoration of blood elements.

Next picture. Here we had a very interesting case, all these patients were in middle age, and this young woman, in the age of 24, came to us, she is on vegan diet. That is, she does not eat meat. When we started to do diagnostic before the use of the correctors, we decided with Ludmila Ivanovna that her blood was so good, that generally she “is not our client”. But nevertheless we decided to conduct experiment, here she is holding corrector after drinking water. Interesting things started after she drunk some water. First of all, blood became much worse, at this picture we see thyroid gland dysfunction, erythrocytes shadows are thin…. Next examination, next picture, we discovered parasite larva, she was quiet alive, I shoot videos, though not included them into presentation. We found larva, found mold fungus. Our opinion changed: probably activation of these processes took place at the background of these correctors use, this requires further examination.

Next interesting case, about which I am going to tell, this woman is in middle age, she is practicing fasting once a week – on Wednesdays. Usually it goes hard, by the evening appear headaches, probably connected with intoxication and hypoglycemia – she had shivers – clear sign of hypoglycemia. Next morning she wakes up a sick person and gradually introduces some kasha, salads. And so, what happened with her? During two weeks she is using these correctors – number one before dinner and number two after. I am amazed. Nothing is left from her negative sensation, no headaches, she endures fasting normally, no problems at all. Of course her blood became much better. Because she had large cholesterol plaques even at the background of her fasting. And after drinking of structured water, her blood was ideal.

We will continue our research work. What conclusions we can make in relation with antiparasite corrector? Of course it ensures inhibition and subsequent death of parasites in human organism. Of course I do not see viruses, but bacterium and parasite’s larva are seen well at a smear. Corrector creates environment in which parasites cannot exist, this includes alkalizing effect. Helps restoration of cells, and we are seeing exactly this at hemoscanning. Helps toxins and waste products deducing from the organism. Indirectly harmonizes the work of internal organs, because main component that services every our internal organ improves, this is our blood. Intestine microflora comes to norm. Endoecological organism cleaning takes place due to energy processes, that are governing organism natural reactions. Bioenergy level of cells rises and becomes much higher than bioenergy level of pathogenic viruses. Inflammatory and infection processes are fading out and active regeneration of tissues takes place.

And corrector number 2 “Detox” – helps organism cleaning, toxins and slugs deducing. Suppressing and eliminating inflammatory processes in organs and tissues, cleans skin, helps removal of pigment spots, restores sebaceous glands functions. Restores metabolism, brings into norm trace elements content. Strengthens vessels and capillary. Stimulates immune system performance. Helps grinding and deducing of stones from kidneys and gallbladder. Even when looking at hemoscanning how influence at the cholesterol crystals, uric and orthophosphoric acids, takes place. Koltsov S. V.: Bracelets were made in consideration of choosing 4 themes, which are functionally related. There were no goal to rise power. As a rule they are carrying bracelets at the extremities – at the feet and at the wrists, this is in order to influence blood and lymph – organism liquid media, in order to be able to influence specific functions. And at the 8 element FSC we have absolutely identical information at all elements. The only issue is that I have to assemble them in a specific manner. Do you remember jumping over ropes in your childhood? And did you tried it when one person rotates two ropes simultaneously?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. Because nothing changed. Only during yesterday three persons sent me their photos, all have the same issue – all are “closed”. First of all one shall erase entities with FSC 20, then erase this program. Only after doing this one comes to life. Most interesting, professional doctors turned to me yesterday, saying: “No powers, I do not know the reason, blood and other tests are in norm, but it is not possible to live in such a state!” I say: “ I understand that they did not teach you this”. Koltsov S. V.: First of all, I do not understand what for a cover is needed at the triangle?! Absolutely have no understanding. When it comes to distant influencing – yes possible, for this triangle / pyramid should be oriented at the camera. It is going to be exactly the kind of influence Alan Chumak did in due time (He conducted extrasensory sessions on TV, very well known in Russia). But one shall remember that the influence would be dissipated. It is not real to focus this kind of influence.

Krukova A. V.: Say please, what is the difference in structuring raw and boiled water. What can you say about effectiveness of boiled water structuring?

Koltsov S. V.: It is possible to structure boiled water. When you are boiling water for your tea, you can put FSC at the power cable, even no need to put it at the kettle, my wife learned this trick long ago. Longitude wave and the transverse one – electric current that actually boils water in the kettle, are living in parallel worlds, not interfering with each other. And it is enough to put FSC at the wire in order to get boiled water structured.

Now about boiled water itself. What differs it from the raw one? Only one parameter. The redox potential. When you are boiling water, you are losing its energetics, exactly in terms of free electrons, and it is not possible to pump these electrons back with FSCs. This is the only difference. You can structure boiled water too, I am not doing this.

Krukova A. V.: It is possible to use additional remedies in order to change water ORP….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, for God’s sake….

Krukova A. V.: Because some physical processes have to take place in order boiled water would come into the organism. Organism pulls up water that got into it, on its own organism gives water negative ORP, only then such water may come into cells and perform necessary functions: to deliver nutrients and to remove wastes of vital activity. Koltsov S. V.: By the way, I did not measure at what degree 8-element FSCs are influencing water ORP, this is a separate story.

How to do the right thing? When checking with the pendulum, FSC “Paraskeva” works correctly. But sometimes, water structured on it has a very unpleasant taste, at that the same water, structured at other FSCs is neutral and pleasant. Should not I drink water in such a case? What it says about?

Krukova A. V.: Tell please with what FCSs and in what using sequence it is possible to erase informational programs that appear nowadays, and which are looking very like fashionable virus?

Koltsov S. V.: Actually, the question is put correctly! Really correctly. Because at the current moment I know at least four such “programs”. Some of them are programs, some are diseases. One of them is entities, which are “closing” stopping any movements in one’s aura. They are erased only with FSC 20. If it is 5 element, then it is hard to say how long it would take, if it is 8 element – then 15 minutes at most. The second layer is a program that “closes down” the second and the seventh chakras. It is surely a program, not a virus. There is an impression that some psy-generator is working somewhere, at that it covers the whole Earth, not some territory. It would take some 15 minutes to erase it with 5 element FSC, and much much more with the 5 element one.

And placing the ninth element in the center would be a big headache. Because this should be done with absolute accuracy. Error should not exceed tenths of a millimeter. Is it possible to rise FSCs power not due to increasing of a number of active elements, but due to increaseе of the number of layers in each active element?

Koltsov S. V.: No, this is not needed, because everything is thought thoroughly. You see, there appears a lot of problems, that should be solved, and the number of layers does not play critical role. Fighting against disturbances is more important problem. That is prevention of magnetic moment “falling sideways” under influence of outer disturbances. That is, plate design shall ensure that all elements, that are used would work “towards” each other. Suppose one element inclines one side, then neighbor element should incline into opposite side, and then nothing would fall. Well, I managed to solve this issue.

Krukova A. V.: Next question is related with the topic we are discussing now – that FSCs with four and five elements, which were released many years ago, are also working well.

FSC number 1 was purchased in first days of the Company existence. Just imagine, one is using FSC during 13 years.

Koltsov S. V.: I said many times, that they would continue working the way they did.

Krukova A. V.: There were no accidents with it, though it seems that its primary power decreased. Is it possible? And how to empower the performance of the plate?

Koltsov S. V.: No, it is not possible to empower. But in case there were no hole (in the center) of the original plates, then in case one drills a hole accurately, then noticeable amplification may take place – either 8 or 16 times.

Krukova A. V.: But in any case, this could not be compared neither with 5 nor with 8 elements. Look, again we are drawing analogy with cars. Suppose FSC is a car, that it is some definite car, and it would not be possible to turn it into some other car, all units, all filling should be changed. There is a belief that flashes of the northern lights are bringing good luck to those who at least saw them, they influence positively at human being. Would structured water lose its properties when heated in the electric kettle only up to 30 Centigrades?

Krukova A. V.: Is it possible to use the following scheme at water piping, that has many consumers? For example, large farm or country house. To put FSCs 1 or 2 at the water pipe, that enters the house, and at the same time to use various FSCs at end devices and water taps, depending on the needs of users?

Koltsov S. V.: Then what for to put FSC at the incoming pipe?! When end user would put the one, he needs at the moment. In this case water would be surely structured. When placing FSC at the incoming water pipe, one shall have in mind rectangular turns of the pipe.

Krukova A. V.: And would there be cooperative effect if various FSCS would be put at the input and it the output?

Koltsov S. V.: This should be checked.

Krukova A. V.: Again, this depends on the piping construction.

Does piping lines length has any significance when it comes to the FSC use?

Koltsov S. V.: Of course, it has, because each FSC has range of action, and there are limitations.

Krukova A. V.: Is it possible to use similar scheme in the electric power supply lines? There is a large building, territory, distributed electric wiring. Suppose one FSC is put at some distribution board, or at the light control board of a building, and there are also various FCSs at distribution boards at the stores or in the offices. What FSC would work in premises / rooms, when electric appliances are in use – the nearest ones (in terms of wiring) or there is going to be cooperative effect – the beginning and the end?

Koltsov S. V.: Most likely, the nearest one.

Krukova A. V.: That is, the one that is situated at the store.

Koltsov S. V.: Situation with the electric wiring is better, because here these rectangular turns are not that important.

Krukova A. V.: Again they are asking if FSCs with 4 elements are still working?

Koltsov S. V.: Working, what on earth may happen with them?! I only did not guess in due time that there is a need to drill an additional hole in the center. It is possible to empower them considerably if drill it now.

Krukova A. V.: But in any case they would not reach the power of even 5 element FCSs.

Koltsov S. V.: They would not.

Krukova A. V.: Can the dark ones do nasty things, and then clean themselves and have protection with the help of FSCs? Are they receiving energy from the FSCs?

Koltsov S. V.: The dark ones – not. They are jumping aside from FSCs.

All FSCs with 4 and 5 elements, that you purchased previously are definitely working.
