Hello, Ludmila Ivanovna! Say please how research work is going on?

Radkova L. I.: Good afternoon! I am very glad to participate in today’s broadcast, and I want to say that we did larger scale research work with correctors 1 and 2, it lasted full month, and we received very good results. It is possible to say that improvement of parameters is 30 % in relation to the initial ones. Some parameters at our patients even restored to norm. Doctors, who are taking participation in the research work – Tamara Victorovna Taranuha, Novozhilova Svetlana Borisovna and me myself are very inspired, because we are seeing real results. We already investigated some biochemistry and clinical data and see results at people. That’s why I am sure that’s we are going to have very interesting medical conference in June.

Krukova A. V.: And so, we are switching to actual questions, and the first question, which was asked by several people is to Sergey Valentinovich. Sergey Valentinovich, tell please about energies that were coming down on Earth 22.02.2022. Did you record them? And what energies we would receive in form of FCS?

Koltsov S. V.: Surely you would receive, I tracked water polarization February 22^th. Luzginova Svetlana called me and said: “check, our people said that peak will be at the midday”. I said: “no, later”, and really the peak was exactly at 14:30. It was similar to other mirror date peaks, but in comparison with them the dynamic agitation of the surrounding environment was very short, just some 20 minutes. Actually, signs that something is changing appeared around 14:10. The peak took place 20 minutes later. A minute after the state of the surrounding environment was as it usually is – as if nothing happened. I managed to take water sample at the moment of the peak, and thursday evening I started copying process. Before my departure I only had possibility to track first 24 hours. Even 24 hours was not enough for (the information for the) first chakra to copy, this indicates that the whole duration of the replication process could be more than a week. So we will wait, maybe by thursday of Friday I will have a hard copy at my hands.

Krukova A. V.: Did you already feel some energies? In general. There was many information in the internet about this date, what it is bringing. But what can you say about what you felt? And do you agree with information that was available?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, during such short time interval one has no time to understand what they are trying to say from the outside. Water remembered all this, soon we would make a hard copy, and it would be possible to sort things out calmly. I did not feel anything special during 20 minutes, because I was focused at different things.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, your goal was to catch the peak. Exactly because of this, prior to presenting Functional State Corrector to you, before replication, it goes through research, testing, and very small percentage of water sources they are bringing to us, are released as correctors.

The next question is for Ludmila Ivanovna Radkova: what FSCs are helping to get rid from dandruff, and how to use them for this in a best way? And what FSCs are helping in case of hair thinning?

Radkova L. I.: What I want to say? We want to hear answer about hair, or nails, but one shall remember that they are organism structures, which are prolongation of our skin. And as we are saying, gastro-intestinal tract issues are mirroring the state of the skin. And nowadays, from the whole arsenal of correctors which we have, we shall work with FSCs 1 and 2, because reasons of these changes could be versatile. These could be fungi, these could be some parasites, in addition these could be consequences of gastro-intestinal tract issues, that’s why we can use here such correctors as 5, 6, 7. And generally speaking, 6 and 7 are correctors, which are targeted at the skin restoration and so they should be also basic ones here. In addition Spring of Health and Spring of Health 2. Radkova L. I.: Pregnancy and breastfeeding are physiology processes. For general support and restoration of the physiology state we can use correctors number 1 and 2. In case there is some situation, suppose one caught cold, or one has some acute condition, then we are adding any correctors that are to solve this situation. Suppose in case of cold we can use Healthy Lungs, Extra ENT. In case of kidneys issues we can use Nephrite. That is, there is no sense to cure something during this period, and at the same time we can say that it is possible to use any correctors. It is 14^th year of our work with correctors, and during this time children were born and grew at the correctors, they started going to school. There were many many examples during this period of time. Sergey Valentinovich, we all remember about you telling us about your daughter in law, who carried corrector during the whole period of pregnancy, and we have other women who carried correctors during the whole pregnancy time. And in result they gave birth to very healthy children, who developed well, were healthy, any inherited pathologies were absent, and they already are going into school. Our Danielyan Tatyana Yurievna did many research works, they are in materials of our medical conferences, her women patients gave birth to many children, who are going to school now.

About OXYchlorophyllа – I would not recommend taking it during pregnancy just in prophylaxis purposes. But in case there is necessity – for example cold – in case there is some need, then yes, it is possible to use OXYchlorophyll in normal mode. As to any other person – in case a need appears.

Krukova A. V.: Next question, woman endured fashionable infection in a light form during second trimester of pregnancy. Fibrinogen, …, ultrasonic investigation are in norm, not vaccinated, which correctors to use?

Question is very actual, it is possible to have serious complications even after having covid in a light form.

Radkova L. I.: It is possible to say that the third year begun as we are seeing a number of people, who are turning to us after having this disease. Unambiguously it is possible to say that one shall use correctors: Gift of Fire, Source of Great Mountain, number 20. Nowadays we are going to have Transformation and Petrovochka. This correctors we can use very well, and they would solve this question. I would like to say that infection remains in the organism, absolutely all doctors know this. Suppose one had fashionable illness and ostensibly looks well and feels normal and one’s temperature is in norm, have no complaints. Some time passes by and one starts to complain - arterial pressure rises, head starts to heart, hair loss, acute condition in the gastro-intestinal tract, all these even can take place at the background of the illness itself. That’s why in such cases we are adding specific correctors. In case of acute condition, connected with the arterial pressure rise, we have wonderful FSCs which are regulating it, they are: 2, 9, Rapa, Cardio bracelet, Manasarovar, Indi – they are working well with these questions. That is we are checking what is to be used in connection with the specific issue and add. In addition I would recommend to add OXYchlorophyll. Koltsov S. V.: I have a small addition – in case you know for sure that you had this infection, then one shall do at least one pumping with FSC Olgyr, in order to exclude possibility o f timorous processes formation.

Radkova L. I.: Yes, thank you Sergey Valentinovich, we were talking prior to our broadcast start, here in Priomorie we have statistics that diagnostics of lungs cancer increased tenfold. On one hand, one has oncology during some 5-6 years by the moment we are making diagnosis, that is one has diseases and only them we are making this diagnosis. It is quite possible that people had this oncology in the initial stage, it was developing and it was not diagnosed. Virus results in immunity falling down to zero, and it is not able to protect own organism and oncology grows. That’s why we see oncology rise in the whole Russia, and in all countries in the world they are stating it’s grows not in 2-3 times but tenfold.

Koltsov S. V.: Olgyr really prevents situation of timorous processes development. It brings to norm oncomarker and oncoprotector.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, process of pathologically changed cells formation is a global question, and doctors are sounding the alarm, that those who endured fashionable illness in any form – either light or serious, need a prolong rehabilitation period. Because apoptosis violates, it is genetically programmed death of cells, these processes in organism are normal. This process violates and it gives impulse to neoplasms formation. So, even in case you endured infection in a light form, please take OXYchlorophyll, and obligatory work with functional state correctors during a long time. In addition you can take trace elements, read about them in the internet.

We continue, the next question is not very clear, but I am sure that Ludmila Ivanovna and Sergey Valentinovich would consider it from various sides, and you will receive an answer. Why “nerves are becoming inflamed” with the FSC use?

Radkova L. I.: I interpreted this question a little and consider it capacious, and that most likely it is not nerves, but when starting FSCs use we are working with our organism, and this work depends on one’s age, on a number of chronic diseases one has: 2, 3 or maybe a dozen, how long one has these diseases – during one year or some 10-15 years? Generally, to such people, who are having a big bouquet of diseases, we are recommending to start with FSC number 2, and best of all with structured water drinking. And only then add correctors “on the subject” as we are putting it. And I think that one has in mind psychosomatic, and some irritability under the word “nerves”, maybe it is some weakness, violation of sleep. As a rule it is connected with the fact that though correctors may look small and harmless, for this person they are a very powerful product. And we are seeing exactly this case here.

And there is another general wish, about which we all are saying incessantly, including me, Sergey Valentinovich, all our doctors and Company speakers, when you are starting to work with correctors, start with water. I repeat once again, best of all is to start with number 2. Only later add (contact use of) the corrector. Then you would not have such issues. This is our experience, it is large, we are working with correctors for the 14-th year, and we are encountering with such issues. I can even tell you anecdotal case when one woman in respected age, who had inherited eye pathology received “Clear Vision 2 “ FCS, And she could not think of anything better than fix it at her eye and come to sleep with it. She slept several hours and woke up from a terrible pain in the eye, called me and said: “At last, it does not work! It only harms me!” I say, come to see me. And when she came, I figured out what happened, in such a way she decided to cure difficult pathology – starting immediate battle with the use of a tank. What’s the use of dropping some water into the eyes! To structure some eye drops…. And so, my friends, there is a rule: start with water and then add other using options gradually. In this case you would not have such situation, it would be soft.

Koltsov S. V.: I want to add a couple of words. Two new “themes” appeared recently in the surrounding environment, which are “closing down” either fourth and seventh chakra or second and seventh. First variant is relived by Petrovochka, second variant is relived by Transformation and the Source of Great Mountain. Both issues are resulting to psychic unbalancing. A kind of state they are calling “Oh, nerves are inflamed!” Really irritability due to unknown reason may appear, and so on. I simply know this from practice, every week I have to withdraw problems of this kind from some 5-6 people.

Krukova A. V.: Next question: there are daily biorhythms of human organs activity, how to use this information? For example, kidneys have peak from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and minimum from 5 a.m. until 7 a.m. what shall I do during these time periods? What FSCs to use in addition to number 2 and Nephrite? Hot to work with other organs too? How to take into consideration Yin and Yan balance during these time intervals?

Koltsov S. V.: Correct question, yes, it makes sense to use specific FSCS during two hour intervals of organs activity. The one’s you named - number 2 and Nephrite are for kidneys activation. About the rest – we have correctors practically for all systems. And there is no need to take into consideration Yin and Yan balance, because correctors would regulate this on their own.

Radkova L. I.: I can add, that the whole day is scheduled, and we can use FSC for solving some problem exactly in time of the organ activity. And knowing time of systems activity you can make your time-table of correctors use, this methodic works well, so use it.

Koltsov S. V.: Competent doctors are using this knowledge in their practice, indicating timing in which one shall take medicines, this is absolutely correct!

Radkova L. I.: Yes, especially homeopathic doctors. This is very correct.

Krukova A. V.: How long structured water preserves its properties? Say for example for FSCs 1, 2, 9, Nephrite, Jiva, Varvara’s Spring….

Koltsov S. V.: Water structure would remain not a day or two but during weeks and months, regardless of what FSC was used. In case there are no technogenic devices working nearby, which can influence…. Suppose you put your water close to the TV set, one can only guess what comes out of it, yes water polarization could change, but structure would not be violated. Then one shall simply use the first rule “shake before use”. Because outer polarization, which can “cover” structured water is dynamically unstable. Create turbulence and you would regain water structure.

Krukova A. V.: Do you have information or data on how long water may stay structured and be activated with the shaking?

Koltsov S. V.: I did not check at time intervals longer than a month.

Krukova A. V.: That is, you can calmly keep your water up to one month…

Koltsov S. V.: Calmly, yes.

Krukova A. V.: What devices are measuring FSC power? With what units of measurement and parameters? I dare to say this is magnetic field induction? I am interested in power of FCSs, bracelets prior of their use and after, and measuring of the charge in one’s body. Are there such devices? There are many in the internet, but I did not found one to measure exactly FCSs.

Koltsov S. V.: And you would not find! Because physical principles, at which FSCs are working are longitude electromagnetic waves, and in case you try to find any mentioning in the internet, you would not. That is this theme is under seven seals. I talked with professionals, they are saying “well, it is clear why”. Because they started to use these principles for creation of devices for psi-influencing – for influencing at human psychic and physiology. FSCs are working at the same principles. And there is really nothing to measure with. Because FSCs are made at the principles of music, and here classical system of measurements has no sense, when they are measuring amplitudes and frequencies, and it is not possible to reproduce anything (melody, that is “played” by an FCS), relaying on these measurements. It is similar to questioning if some melody is good or bad – one would find it good and another one not. Situation here is similar. Yes, it is correct to mention magnetic field induction, and one shall understand that FSCs are working in millimeter wave-band, and this band has different rules of the game, in it iron becomes diamagnetic, and for example wood becomes exactly magnetic. Exactly due to this live nature lives at these longitude electromagnetic waves, we simply have no skill to measure this. Nowadays there is no even single physical device, which can measure not one frequency, but seven simultaneously, in order to reproduce octave. There were no such necessity, this did not come into anyone’s head. Here one would have to develop different system of measurements. Because it is reprocessing of picturesque information. How I measured? With my own hands! At that measured formally with stopwatch - how long it takes to structure water. The same volume from the same source. Both at old FSCs and at modified. I can say surely that introduction of the fifth element increased dynamic effectiveness by 5 octaves, that is in 32 times. When we made 8 elements – we similarly amplified FSCs in relation to the 5 elements ones – by another 5 octaves. I measured water structuring time at various FSCs, it is warranted that process speeds up in 20 times, and there are themes at which time shortened in 40 times. Similarly we see amplification either by 5 or 6 octaves. So measurement is a serious technical problem and one shall give a thought with what to measure.

Radkova L. I.: Sergey Valentinovich, I wanted to add, that despite the fact we cannot measure, but we can see different thing. We can see organism state, and we are doing exactly this.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, we acknowledge formal medical tests, here the question is put - how to measure directly? Generally speaking there are not much equipment which is able to measure in millimeter band.

Next question: How to use Transformation and Gift of Fire in case of fashionable illness? Is Transformation as powerful as number 20 for removal of entities?

Koltsov S. V.: Fashionable illness is really erased with Gift of Fire. But very often entities can ”sit” “on top” of this issue – here it makes no difference with what to erase – either with number 20 or Transformation, both are doing this nowadays. Nothing really changed, simply additional remedy appeared – Transformation, which speeds up the process. And only Gift of Fire deals with the fashionable illness itself. They asked me recently: if there were any changes in the outer field polarization? Absolutely no changes. As it was “closing down” first, fourth and seventh chakras, the same continues. The only parameter that changes with another mutation, and sometimes considerably, is time, that is needed to erase all this.

Krukova A. V.: And here is question how to use? All the same, pump in the same sequence?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, start either with transformation or number 20, because there is a need to erase all not needed beforehand, and then work separately with Gift of Fire. Sit on it, then put at the head, then at the fourth chakra – at the chest.

Krukova A. V.: And then it is possible to use other correctors….

Koltsov S. V.: Then you can do what you like!

Krukova A. V.: Yes, in accordance with your goals…

We continue: How long one shall work with one FSC and then switch at another one?

Koltsov S. V.: This depends on their power. In case of 8 element, then nowadays it takes literally 15-20 minutes, then you can switch at another one.

Krukova A. V.: I think that time depends, first of all, on your sensitivity, your individuality, and second, on your goals. Suppose, there is some disease, with which you want either to work in prophylaxis purposes or to correct, then you have to work with this problem not once or twice, but during some period of time, minimum unless easing of state comes.

Koltsov S. V.: In November I returned from Budapest with temperature, it took two weeks to stabilize my own state. At that moment I did not have Petrovochka yet. Nowadays this problems is solved in three days.

Radkova L. I.: I can add that during our research work, which we conducted during many years, we proved that maximum functional effect comes at the third month. That’s why when one have a problem, and has it during a long time period, one have to work long enough. One should not expect quick result. Another moment that I would like to accent, based on our experience, that in case of acute condition, cupping of pain or some functional disorder could take place quickly, just “immediately”, literally all users are saying about this. Tooth pain – one puts corrector and it is gone. Headache – we tried various correctors which were at hands, then I say: “But we have Seidozero”, Put Seidozero and pain disappeared. One shall take into consideration, what state one has. Is it chronic or an acute condition. Acute condition disappears very quickly.

Koltsov S. V.: Small remark. In case of headache start to “open” yourself from the bottom, from the first chakra.

Radkova L. I.: Also correct.

Krukova A. V.: That is, you simply focus at opening yourself, at starting of your chakral system. Problems appear in case one has some energy blocks in the body, and energy simply cannot go either bottom to top or top to bottom… So, in any case do pumping and drink structured water. These are basic recommendations, which we are giving to you from the first days of FCSs appearance.

Radkova L. I.: I want to add, based on my working experience, that powerful pumpings are helping very well in serious situations – some high temperature, when one is in a kind of state “not here not there”, illness as if stopped. That is one shall put FSCs at all chakras, both under feet and hold in hands – all at once. You can use pendulum in order to see how long such pumping shall last. As a rule, after such pumping one is sleeping during 3-4 hours, and wakes up practically healthy. This is based at our experience, so use, do pumping, drink water, take showers and baths – use correctors.

Koltsov S. V.: I will make another addition. During recent half year appeared a problem of organism dynamic re-tuning at new rhythms. It seems that Transformation shall solve this problem, but the organ that starts to suffer is thymus. I had to investigate into this matter during several days, when I had temperature, actually my forth chakra was “closed down” and partly the seventh one. The seventh chakra even was not closed all the time. When I checked more closely, it is not the seventh chakra that was “closed”, but the virtual one, which is above the head. This could not be opened with pills. Thank God, we paid attention at this corrector Petrovochka, it copes with this problem brilliantly. And this dynamic re-tuning will not pass by anyone! At that, in case this “closing” takes place at children, then temperature could rise up to 39,7 – 40. Adult persons do not have such high temperature. And we also noted, that it is very difficult to bring a child into norm without working with the mother too. In case one “opens” both a child and mother, then next morning child would be practically healthy, and mother would recover several days later.

Krukova A. V.: Next question: In the morning i am taking smoothie and use powerful blender for making it. Does it break structure of water, fruits and greens? Accordingly when and how one can use correctors in this process?

Koltsov S. V.: No matter how thin it grinds, it would hardly break structure of fruits and greens. Water structure could be spoiled a little. Do it in a simple way, when grinding something with blender put an FSC under the volume, in which you are grinding something. And everything would be reversed, the higher turbulence your blender would create, the quicker FSC would structure the whole volume.

Krukova A. V.: And the more healthy your smoothie will be! And more saturated with information!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes.

Krukova A. V.: Did you ever measured energy of last 10 days of Ramadan? Any day of these ten exceeds energy of an ordinary day in thousand times. This year it would take place starting from April 22^nd and until may 1^st.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, we would have noticed this if this was really so, by far we did not pay attention at this. We will check.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, as soon as such question appeared, let’s make notes in our calendar about these dates, check please, question is very interesting.

Koltsov S. V.: We will check.

Krukova A. V.: My friend has not a single FCS, can I lend to her my Zoovita for water structuring and for general health improvement? All my other FCSs are in use all the time. In other words, can human use Zoovita?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, I do not know anyone who checked this, surely I did not, because Zoovita is made for our senior brothers – dogs, cats, cows and so on. I would not do this – experiment on people, and in case your friend wants to try FCSs, let her start with water. You can structure water for her quickly.

Radkova L. I.: Based at my experience I can add, that generally speaking one should not present FCSs, and it is not good to lend them. You can give water. Your goal is to help your friend, it happens seldom that one is so advanced, or you talked one into using FCSs, and one would really use your present. By now the experience is rather vast. And in case you give water, your friend would drink it, would notice that there are some results. From our experience we see that people are not using correctors which were presented. And in case you would give water, results are going to be good! You can do differently – structure childish liniment (cream) at the FSC number 2, and let your friend treat her hands up to elbows and legs up to knees two time a day. This methodic is also very good, we simply forgot about it. You can present your friend a cream, structured at your favorite corrector.

Krukova A. V.: Man is 42, incessant and increasing noise in the head, as if in the wires with high frequency current, which appeared after taking antibiotics during viral angina (sore throat) at the background of stress – father’s death. I passed examination – brain MRI norm, there is ENT perforation of the eardrum. Used homeopathy, osteopathic course, took four month course of OXYchlorophyll, they injected vitamins course. There is Zdrava under my pillow all the time, Venorm at my hand. Noise remains, increases periodically, covering hearing. What recommendations you can give?

Radkova L. I.: Here it is possible to discuss two issues which are contributing to the development of noise: first is brain vessels damage, because blood flow take place there, it goes through narrowed pass – atherosclerotic. Even at 42 one can have such damages. In addition it is possible that one has inherited aneurism. He says MRI – norm, it does not see. It is possible to do another complicated research – examination of cerebral vessels, and unambiguously in case it is connected only with the vessels, damages should be discovered – narrowing, damaged vessels. It is even possible that regular MRI may not give aneurism diagnosis. And examination of cerebral vessels can reveal aneurism. What is aneurism? It is blood vessel widening. It is very dangerous, because it can break and acute stroke may happen, one can even die, there are such cases. This was said about vascular pathology. And as soon as eardrum is damaged, then one has damages either of middle or internal ear, in this case one shall turn to the surdologist and investigate deeper. You see, you are saying that sometimes this noise interferes with hearing.

Speaking about correctors, that could be used, they are: 2, 9…. Remember that you can work with number 9 both in passive and active modes, in the active mode you are saying something like this: “I am grateful for restoration of my brain vessels and removal of noise in the ears”. In addition you can use “Gobi release”, they are: Gold of Gobi, Code of Gobi, Chudotvorets – they are working exactly with the head. In addition it could be good to add Indi. You can check the need of these correctors use with the pendulum. I think that Seidozero and Soul Awakening would work very well with this problem. You can also add Extra ENT. And no matter how strange it could sound, you can also use Nephrite, because in accordance with Vedic knowledge ears are connected with kidneys. They even have similar forms. It is possible to add Zhiva, because it works with the lymph system very well. Interesting question, one shall work here.

Krukova A. V.: Young woman is 23, a month ago she endured shin surgery, insertion of platinum plates , with complications: brain edema, fat embolism, hypoxia. Probably this happened during narcosis. In difficult condition in the intensive treatment, regained consciousness, another surgery at the hip joint is planned. What can you recommend for the restoration?

Radkova L. I.: Serious question, we are encountering with such complications when people are doing surgery at large tubular bones, smallest fat pieces could be torn out, and as soon as there are many red blood cells in the bone epiphyses, embolism may develop. Radkova L. I.: Why you cannot do it in standing or sitting position? Why are you doing it exactly in laying position? We have too many counter questions here, though much depends on the user, on one’s sensitivity to correctors….

Koltsov S. V.: Well no, it is clear that some places are “closed down”. And in case one is doing pumping in laying position, one would not push energy along the spinal column, it would be better to pump in a sitting position.

Radkova L. I.: We can compare human being with a vessel, filled with water. One lays and all water is moving horizontally. You are starting to restore it in some way…. And nothing changed in your head area, the liquid spread out, though you are not seeing it. In case you turned the vessel – you sat down or stood up, then your liquid changed its location / position. And in this pumping field restoration would go differently, that’s why I am strictly against pumping in laying position. It is possible to lay only in case of difficult condition – high temperature, or something of the kind. In this case – yes. And in this case one shall put additional FSC at the seventh chakra, and even another one at the position of the eights chakra, which is above one’s head.

Another note: not doing this way – one FSC is under the coccyx, and the other one you are placing at various chakras in sequence. If you are in laying position, then put FCSs at all chakras simultaneously. Also put additional FSCs at your feet and take in hands, as I already said, obligatory fix one FSC at the top of your head, then you would not “fly away”.

Krukova A. V.: And you will “fly back” in a normal state.

Koltsov S. V.: My best wishes to find the eight’s chakra. Small remark – association of the thin bodies pumping with the vessel with water is not correct, because the main work of correctors is to create a state of liberation, that is it should be wind inside – blowing freely both along the spinal column and across. Krukova A. V.: Next question: Sergey Valentinovich, did you compare in 2022 information, recorded at the FSCs with Vedic channels? Does it repeats this year?

Koltsov S. V.: I even did not do it, because checked this during previous year. That is, I checked first dates - January 7^th and 19^th of last year – are these energies working in accordance with the dates? Working! Most of all I was amazed with a fact that energies, which are translated from the Space, are absolutely identical, to the one’s that we had in 2020. I can check, but obviously the answer would be the same.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. Here a question appears – where from such stable energetic is coming? It does not change at all. Common sense hints that at least something shall change – here nothing changes.

Krukova A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, you said, that in case FSCs are laying in a batch they are silent. Please explain what if one makes a “sandwich” with 2 co-tuned FSCs laying one upon another, how looks the field of this “sandwich? And how to work with it?

Koltsov S. V.: The field looks the same as if it was a single FCS and not a “sandwich”. Thor starts to wind up from the FSC surface, and from short ribs comes out a wave packet, it looks like children’s jumpers, such rotating structure. But I warned hundred times, that under no circumstances one shall do “sandwiches”. We checked this – when one makes such a “sandwich”, then appearance of parasitic whirl torrents with turned out polarization is possible. That is FSCs taken separately would work “for”, and “sandwich” may do harm, what for it is needed?!

Krukova A. V.: And is it possible to check this “sandwich”, maybe if nothing is extinguishing each other, then it is possible to use it?

Koltsov S. V.: I would not do this.

Krukova A. V.: Does FSC Liberator extinguish other FSCs when it is put at the body? I would like to understand field characteristic.

Koltsov S. V.: No, as soon as some FSC is put at nearby water medium, it starts to work exactly with the place at which it was put. It stops to irradiate from its short ribs. That’s why when FSC is put at the body and some other FSC at some other place, then for God’s sake, they do not interfere with each other. And I already said about the field, it is thor from the surface, and a wave packet from short ribs – jumpers. But as soon as it is put at the body. Krukova A. V.: Why it is necessary to structure liquid in open volumes, and what changes if it is closed? In case there is no possibility to open volume. And how it is correct closed volumes with liquids, if this is possible?

Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking, the difference between opened and closed volumes is small, some 10-15 percent. Nowadays when 8 element FSCs appeared, it is possible not to open anything, the difference will be in seconds. It is possible to structure closed volumes calmly.

Radkova L. I.: When we just started working, we recommended to open volumes in order water structuring would take shorter time. And 8 element FSCs would do this very quickly. And suppose we do not have such possibility, you decided to present bottle of vine to somebody or a packet of juice….

Koltsov S. V.: Well, no need to open anything.

Radkova L. I.: It is possible not to open, simply structuring would take longer.

Krukova A. V.: …We made a big step forward, releasing FSCs with 8 elements. We are going to repeat once again, this does not mean that FCSs, which were released previously stopped working. No. even first 4 element FSCs, released 13 years ago are working brilliantly, simply more slowly, and they cover this or that problem in a narrower diapason.

Koltsov S. V.: Well yes, they simply lack power, and they are not able to overcome all problems.

Krukova A. V.: What is the depth of FSC irradiation penetration if it is carried at the body?

Koltsov S. V.: One shall understand informational structure of the body, where chakras are situated and understand that all joints are so called small chakras. That is they are places at which one shall put FCSs. And in place you put it somewhere at the hand, then it would work only with nearby vessels, and that’s all. It would not work deeper that with the first water medium layer.

Krukova A. V.: Is it possible to say in short how information is recorded at the FSCs, I am interested in technical aspects of the question, for example characteristics of the field.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, this is a question for a small scientific conference.

Krukova A. V.: And what if to put it in short?! In a couple of words….

Koltsov S. V.: Well in a couple of words, after reading some books, and what is interesting esoteric ones, I found the notion of Mercaba – literal translation is “field of light”. They are saying that each cell has such field – mercaba. If one looks at this field construction, then it is two built in equilateral tetrahedrons integrated into a sphere. Resonator is made exactly at these principles. Active elements are situated in the vertexes of these tetrahedrons. Active elements are sets, each consists of 7 coils of optic fiber. 7 elements are needed in order to reproduce exact analog of music octave. Exactly due to this it is possible to reproduce water structure exactly. Not at some single frequency, but here principle of frequencies relativity is working. For example, it makes no difference in what octave one pays chizhik-pyszhic (name of well known simple melody for children). In any case we would recognize this melody due to frequencies relativity. Here the same principle is used, that’s why it is not really clear how to measure this irradiation (from FSCs). And there is nothing in two points – at the top and at the bottom, but these are focal points, in which there is difference of potentials, and it should be constant. That is, speaking in general, if one would insert two wires into these points, then it would be possible to see electric current flow with ordinary ammeter, that is it appeared from somewhere. In general this is generator which can obtain electric current from ether. I did not made measurements, but when I assembled resonator, I came to know Yuriy Mikhailovitch Ermolaev, electrodynamics specialist from Fryazino, he headed filial of Moscow Institute of Radio Electronics (МИРЭА), he was dean there, but actually he worked for 40 years in a laboratory which is engaged with various devices in millimeter band. And he is the only one who learned to make both transducers and receivers of longitude electromagnetic waves with the use of discrete elements. Sometimes people are asking me: “You are pronouncing that this is generator of longitude waves so surely!” Yes, because after this transformation I saw at the oscilloscope the entire spectrum of rhythms of the outer field which surrounds us. And it is not one rhythm or two, not maybe ten, and not hundred, there are great number of them. But I understand that I saw linear characteristic at the linear graphs – when we transformed longitude waves into transversal ones. Here everything is more difficult because we are communicating with picturesque information, and the problem of picturesque information processing is most complicated one in math. Here criteria of what is good and what is bad is not clear. With the exception of some examples when rules of hiral purity are violated, this is left and right (coordinate systems, that is mirrored). When I saw it at the wall illuminated with light, goose bumps appeared, because the feeling was horrible. And it turned out that these rules are violated in them. That is earthman was not able to make them, under no circumstances! Because we are born in a right arm of our Galaxy, and in our bio-field at first right field prevails, then left one. And at these statuettes everything is conversely in case of interaction with the light! And in case this polarization would be amplified in some way then some organs and systems in human organism would fail. Exactly this happened during one year time period with all archeologists who were engaged in this. That’s why you see, all these longitude electromagnetic waves is a double ended sword, where really serious moral and ethics problems appear. That’s why I am only doing FSCs wish are “for” (supporting human physiology). Of course I know how to make “against”, but would not tell this.

Krukova A. V.: Exactly due to this we are always saying that correctors can do no harm!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and exactly because of this, starting from some moment, I started to make them not disassembled. When we started all this, we produced antiparisite device “Paracelsus” in which we inserted prototype of our FSC number 1 – the first antiparisite corrector. At that time I produced them dismountable. Our people are curious, one dame opened device and FSC prototype in it, but when assembled back she turned FSC halves at 180 degrees. Krukova A. V.: Oh, these craftsmen! They are disassembling bracelets, God only knows what they are doing! I do not see any sense in doing this, you received a product – work with it, what is the sense to disassemble and violate the structure it has? And what if you do something wrongly? Actually you do not disassemble a car you just purchased at parts! Just to see how it moves, and then assemble it back, discovering several details left unused. Use what you have.

Koltsov S. V.: Now some remarks about field characteristics. First of all, really there are some reference wave lengths, which should be reproduced obligatory. First of all, note la of the first octave – 441 Hertz. Recalculating at the wavelength it is 78 centimeters. This is used directly in the resonator dimensions. Second characteristic – at what wavelength at all these should be reproduced? It turned out that in millimeter band, and I looked at statistical characteristics of the relict background irradiation, at its mathematical expectation. They are saying that there is such irradiation in the millimeter band, it turned out that it’s math expectation is in sub- millimeter band, that is close to 0,9 millimeters. I cannot do this with my hands. But I can do the second harmonic - 1,8 millimeters. And we did everything based exactly at this dimension, everything is working.

…. I was distracted, and did not tell the essence, those who are very interested can check themselves. Take aluminum wire, do a turn and half in opposite directions and try to look with the pendulum – not one power component appears, but two. Everything turned in my head when I understood this. Power influences are absolutely the same, one in direction of the middle of the winding, and the second one across the ends of these windings. And one shall assemble an octave, yes various number of turns in the coils is needed in order to make up an octave. Krukova A. V.: How correlates time of water structuring at the FSC and time of program working? Is it enough to drink water, structured at the FSC “Light of Koltsov” once a day in the morning, and would it work during the whole day?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, repetition is mother of learning. In case you are starting some program, want to regulate something, then of course once a day is not enough. Drink incessantly water structured at the same FSC during some 2 weeks, then switch to a new one. Then you will see what have changed in psychic, physiology and so on. The same is true in relation to any other FSC. About time of water structuring, suppose in relation to a glass, yes it will be different, because our organism is built in a more complicated way than a glass of water. As a rule it takes longer at the body.

Krukova A. V.: Because blood and lymph flow has not such a speed ….

Koltsov S. V.: And it is not just water.

Krukova A. V.: There are lots of components….

Koltsov S. V.: And generally speaking there is no much water in the blood, you see, speaking in general, blood is connective tissue.

Krukova A. V.: What is subcarrier frequency? What it means in connection with human being? How it is connected with physiology processes? Can it differ in various parts of the body and organs?

Koltsov S. V.: This is not desirable. And what is subcarrier frequency тота? I am calling it the rhythm driver. All FSCs are using and reproducing this rhythm driver just due to the technology of their manufacturing. If one can work with the pendulum - one can check irradiation, which comes from the short ribs of the FSC, it clearly reproduces 34 seconds rhythm. And not any other. From the surfaces FCS irradiates rhythms, which in general are shorter than one second, remember that one shall register them at a distances 20 centimeters or higher from the FSC surface. And so, tor field forms at FSC surfaces and “jumping ropes” from the short ribs. Generally speaking, everything should be co-tuned in human organism. Physics are using term “coherent”. I am well acquainted with this, when we designed all these rockets, when we designed control systems we had to co-tune rhythms of all processes with our own hands. In nature, everything should be co-tuned automatically. Everything is well if all systems are working in this 34 seconds rhythm. And when some desynchronosis appears, some system fails and, co-tuning is violated, then pathology starts in the organism. Everything disappears as soon as this dynamics is restored. This concept us easy for my understanding, because during 20 years I did similar things in discrete processes.

Krukova A. V.: Next question is again about the knee joint, inflammation. There was no trauma. Ludmila Ivanovna already told in details what FSCs one shall use. Let’s focus now at tests, one shall do in order to reveal the reason of the knee joint disease.

Radkova L. I.: Nowadays a very good test is ultrasonic investigation. One says that there were no trauma. But very often knee joint inflammation happens in case of goat. That’s why one shall do complete blood count and check the level of the uric acid. Judging on the uric acid level we can diagnose if there is goat or not. Then one can do rheum tests, judging on them we would be able to say if there is inflammation process, and what kind of it is present? Even based on the classical blood test it is possible to say if this process acute or chronic.

Krukova A. V.: Very often inflammation of joints could be a secondary effect after cardio-vascular system disease, it could be a complication that affected the knee joint.

Radkova L. I.: Often joint diseases could be connected with sugar diabetes. It is possible that one had some small trauma of the joint in childhood or in youth, and with time appear changes connected with the age and previously affected joint started to ache. Osteoporosis can start with inflammation process in joints. That’s why it would be good to make densitometry. There could be cysts forming, there could be parasitic issues when cyst forms as well. Rheum tests, densitometry in order to exclude osteoporosis and uric acid in order to exclude goat, then deal individually.

Krukova A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, is it possible to structure vapor in Turkish sauna, that is air with very high humidity and temperature not higher than 50 Centigrade?

Koltsov S. V.: Not only possible, but needed! My friend, a professional doctor, head of rehabilitation department in the clinic in Lublino (district of Moscow), he has hamam at his place, and he puts FSC directly at the steam generator and goes into the steam room. So it makes sense. In Russian banya this would be more difficult to do….

Krukova A. V.: Because of dry air.

Koltsov S. V.: Normal air is there, there is no sense because (in order to add steam) one splashes water, at the stone heater. With steam generator structuring could be done more easily.

Krukova A. V.: In Russian banya it probably makes sense to structure water with which one cools down after steamon….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, surely. When one pour out a bucket of cold water at himself, structuring matters, this is like bathing at the epiphany.

There are two questions about fish nursery, let me read question number 1, we will discuss it and then I will ask second question. And so, first question is a question of supporting of ecology balance in the reservoir. How it is possible to do this with the help of Functional State Correctors?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, I think this would be difficult to do with correctors in such large volume of water, in addition there are own water structuring (processes) in the bay. If I remember correctly, Kizhi is at the Ladozskoe lake, and Kizhi is standing at shungite, I was there a couple of times and noticed that that captains of local boats know a place close to Kizhi, where they are taking water. Instead of taking distilled water they simply throw a hose into the lake and take water for technical use. That is support of own eco-system exists there. This question is even more complicated than it looks, there is prolongation…..

Krukova A. V.: Yes, let’s ask next question: In hot season due to increase of water temperature, there is high death rate of fish due to decrease of oxygen content in the water. We also have a nursery and shop for young fish growing, in which we also have problem of high death rate, despite the fact that water purity parameters are in norm after filtration. Nevertheless oxygen solubility in water is 5 times lower, as if there is something to oxidize. Accordingly death rate of young fish is higher. Water PH in the bay may vary from 4 to 9 and back during 5 minutes. Can your Company and your technology pose help in solving these questions? At the level of the bay? Targeted in fish cages? In the shop for young fish growing? That is to structure water, treat food, ionize air in the shop? We are ready to cooperation and being a pilot project for development of technology for agriculture.

Koltsov S. V.: This theme is more substantive, because some our people checked privately if I is possible to support fish health in some way? Ludmila Ivanovna had experience of the kind, you can tell this story.

Radkova L. I.: There was a period of time when fishers worked wit us, at that time there were only four FSCs, they used FSC number one and received good result. They had the same problem of young fish death rate. And with the use of FSC young fish death rate in incubators was only 10 % or even less, and they were very alive and active. We discussed this issue with Sergey Valentinovich, I say: “one have to wait until they would become active and only then let them into the large water volume, where they would continue living. Generally speaking, the question is interesting, and cooperation too.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, here it is possible….

Radkova L. I.: Yes, ways of solving this problem are seen, and it could be solved in a very interesting way, we have not only FSCs 1 and 2 now, but also many other correctors, which it is possible to try.

Koltsov S. V.: You see, you measured PH level, and say that it changes from 4 to 9 during 5 minutes, for your understanding it is actually a decimal logarithm. It means that quantity of hydrogen ions changes by 10 in the order of fifth! This is in 10 000 times! This is really aggressive environment – from acidic to alkaline. Maybe this happens due to rapid water streams, I cannot explain these powerful changes, but they exist. Well, it is possible to try and regulate this issue with the FSCs, and this means that some organic components shall present in water. We checked this in laboratory at wines, it is clear that structure of amino-acids, which are present there, changes. In this case there is a need to investigate what is present in this water. In case this is known, then it is possible to try and work.

Radkova L. I.: Maybe some salt content….

Koltsov S. V.: Well no, it makes no sense to deal at the chemical level in order to change by 5 orders.

Radkova L. I.: There is what to work at, very interesting….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, very interesting theme.

Krukova A. V.: Well, amazing question, interesting theme, that’s why I ask author of this question to be in touch with me….

Krukova A. V.: And the final question, which I received from Anna: You mentioned unique correctors today – Seidozero, 20, Source of great Mountain, and many others. Suppose one can buy only 10 correctors and there is possibility to chose from the whole list, then which ones you would recommend as unique and universal for all occasions? Please name 10 correctors “the Best”.

Really difficult, I would not be able to do this!

Koltsov S. V.: Difficult question, those which I am using regularly are: Seidozero, Transformation, number 20 and Source of Great Mountain I am using more seldom, in case one has transformation it is possible not to have them. One shall have Gift of Fire for occasion, though fashionable illness appears nowadays more seldom. Nowadays all are about Omikron, and I have a suspicion that this is a kind of different disease. It looks similar to a kind of cold, but this is not a fashionable illness.

Krukova A. V.: Maybe it makes sense to select with a pendulum?

Radkova L. I.: I can name what: 1, 2. 3 or 4 are not really obligatory, but it is good to have them. I would keep in the list numbers 6, 7, obligatory Amaranth. The use of the green series depends on the situation, it is very good to have Healthy Generation in the family, this is corrector which helps children. Love, Success – depends on your choice. From the golden series, it is Fortune, though saying strictly it is from collection series. Fortune is really needed. From new correctors Seidozero, I counted already more than 10 – now one shall chose what to remove. Seidozero is mast have, soul Awakening, Transformation, Petrovochka… My count is more than 10.

Koltsov S. V.: Petrovochka is often needed nowadays.

Radkova L. I.: Gift of Fire…. Very complicated question.

Krukova A. V.: Very complicated question. If I would answer, I would probably choose 10 pieces. only from the elite Series, which I need all the time. For example recently I need Mysteries of the Universe very often. I even shared this before we started – I intend to take some other corrector, but in result it happens to be Mysteries of the Universe. It’s getting ridiculous, I see that here lays a corrector with another name, I take it in order to do pumping, and when I finish I see that it was Mysteries of the Universe. Miracles.

Radkova L. I.: You know, what I would say, in any case the choice will be individual. Because one have more problems with cardio-vascular system, some other person – with gastro-intestinal tract. Someone has autoimmune processes. Some skin issues, some eye problems. So in any case it is not correct to name some most important ones, there are many correctors, and not because……

Koltsov S. V.: And they are different. And one does not substitute the other.

Radkova L. I.: And they are needed.

Krukova A. V.: We have such large assortment of correctors in order to give you possibility to choose what you need. And so we are not able to make guesses, suppose Anna Petrovna X, you need this and this.
