Krukova A. V.: Good afternoon! Knowing that we are going to shoot an interview with Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov and Ludmila Ivanovna Radkova, I decided to make a pleasant bonus and proposed all participants of our telegram chat “FSC for all and for everyone” to ask questions, and I want to vocalize these questions and Sergey Valentinovich will give answers.
And so, the first question: in one of your interviews you mentioned that concerns about 5G and its influence at human being have no grounds, that FSC gives protection, how exactly correctors are realizing this protection?
Koltsov S. V.: It is enough to do pumping, at least from time to time.
Krukova A. V.: Basic pumpings, and this is all to it?!
Koltsov S. V.: This is all to it. Nothing else is needed.
Krukova A. V.: Wonderful!
Koltsov S. V.: I do not understand concerns about 5G because its frequencies are not higher than 4 Gigahertz, this is not much. This is centimeter band.
Krukova A. V.: And FSCs are coping well with this. Wonderful.
Next question: During 4 weeks I am sleeping with four 8 element FCSs on me: Seidozro, Transformation, Petrovochka, Cossack Spring. And I also have FSC Love at my foot and Gift of the Skies in the headboard. Are they jamming each other? Distance between FSCs is 40 centimeters.
Koltsov S. V.: They are not jamming, each FSC works exactly with a place, close to which it is laying. And not more than this.
Krukova A. V.: That is, it pumps specific place, to which it is attached.
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and this does not mean this is good, if one is packed in such a manner. That is, here one shall… I would do differently. I would rather pump all chakras periodically with various FCSs – along spinal column and across – this would be more effective.
Krukova A. V.: Is it possible to put FCS with personal data in it at the electric appliances, electric counter, computers, and so on…. Would it be reckoned as a “clean place”?
Koltsov S. V.: Well, this is something that people are calling “affirmations”?! I never checked this! That’s why I cannot say anything about this.
Krukova A. V.: With personal data (message with a name, surname, date of birth)…. Suppose this is DNA material. Suppose one takes an FSC, puts a haircut into it, and puts at the electric appliances.
Koltsov S. V.: No, these are different things.
Krukova A. V.: Good. We understood about affirmations. Let’s put question differently, FSC with DNA samples in it is put at the electric appliances.
Koltsov S. V.: What for? What will be “repaired” in this situation? Human being or noises from appliances?
Krukova A. V.: Probably one wants to kill two birds with one stone, that is, both to repair himself and to silence up electric devices.
Koltsov S. V.: No, it is not good to harry up here….
Krukova A. V.: To divide?
Koltsov S. V.: Of course to divide.
Krukova A. V.: Is it possible to hold at oneself other FCSs together with FSC “Transformation”? For example FSC number 15, Indi, Golden series?
Koltsov S. V.: You can hold everything you like, But they are basically different. The recent ones… when I recorded Transformation? In December. By nowadays it is very actual! Not any other FCS does not cope with problems, which are overpowering people nowadays. That’s why stabilize yourself at least during some time, you should stop catching these rhythms and blocks that the outer field is inflicting.
Krukova A. V.: After what time it is possible to put haircuts of other family members at the FSC Petrovochka, after using it by oneself ?
Koltsov S. V.: At once! After some 10-15 minutes.
Krukova A. V.: That is, one removes own DNA and it is possible to put haircuts of another person.
Can other person use an FSC in which my own haircuts are laying?
Koltsov S. V.: I would not do this.
Krukova A. V.: You would not…. That is, some interference of energy-informational fields takes place….
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and it is not really clear with whom FSC would work in this case.
Krukova A. V.: DNA laid at the corrector, which belonged to a person who died. People (who were using this FCS) did not know that this person died, and continued using the corrector. Did it pose some harm to the new user? And in what way it is possible to clean the corrector in order to remove information about previous owner who passed into another world ?
Koltsov S. V.: Well, there is no need to do anything if this is not the blue series, one shall simply remove DNA sample of passed person, and this is all.
Krukova A. V.: And maybe it makes sense to clean it with FSC 20? What if this man was ill?
Koltsov S. V.: This should be checked, this passing to another world is a specific process, I did not check this. It would be good to check this at least once.
Krukova A. V.: That is, you can assume that nothing critical would happen, but….
Koltsov S. V.: It should not be. Well, all people know that it is harmful to give clothes of a dead person to other people. Really some information about passed person sits on it, and it is purely negative. Any correctors are erasing this information. Exactly because of this I am sure, though I would like to check this at least once…..
Krukova A. V.: As a scientist, you are leaving a space for doubts….. Then comes a question, as soon there is no 100 % sureness, suppose it is some 95 %, then can you say with what correctors to clean an FCS in order to remove information about passed person?
Koltsov S. V.: You know, if the blue ones are erasing, then subsequent series are erasing surely.
Krukova A. V.: In general, it is possible to erase with any FSC, not obligatory to use number 20.
Koltsov S. V.: Absolutely with any.
Krukova A. V.: With what FSCs it is possible to substitute Petrovochka for the opening of the fourth chakra.
Koltsov S. V.: In case the problem is connected with “closing” of such a kind, then I did not found adequate substitution. I was surprised myself with specific of its influence. It is from outside, yes looks like respiratory, but this is only appearance.
Krukova A. V.: That is, despite great variety of correctors there is no other alternative to the Petrovochka?
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, similarly there were no alternative to number 20 and the Source of Great Mountain, unless transformation appeared.
Krukova A. V.: How to clean FSCs correctly? Apparently some energy-informational component is meant.
Koltsov S. V.: Well, one shall “twist” it from all sides. First of all one shall twist it in all projections of one surface – one, two. Then turn over and three, four (twist at 180o). And this should be done with both sides, because information could be “caught” at any side.
Krukova A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, please repeat once again… Two FSCs are laying one upon another, same orientation.
Koltsov S. V.: One. You turn one at 180o – two. Then twist one corrector around short rib – three. And another twist at 180o – four. Do the same with the second corrector.
Krukova A. V.: Wonderful.
Koltsov S. V.: Five, six, seven, eight.
Krukova A. V.: And FSCs are cleaned.
Koltsov S. V.: This should be done really rarely! This is to be done in case FSC was used by some dying oncology patient, the blue series “caught it” several times.
Krukova A. V.: We continue: If one is drinking water only from FSC “Liberator”, without “filling” FSC, would not this result in some odd effect? Only Liberator. I am not able to control situation, maybe it makes sense to substitute basic corrector? “Liberator” was necessary in some moment of time, but my children do not want to learn our information deeply, just drink water from the Liberator all the time.
Koltsov S. V.: Nothing horrible would happen. It would work wonderfully as antyparasite remedy.
Krukova A. V.: And it also has a function of energy-informational protection. Everything is normal
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, everything is well.
Krukova A. V.: Remember, we were saying that liberator differs from The Natural Antibiotic in more soft action, one can use it calmly….
Koltsov S. V.: It works amazingly delicately.
Krukova A. V.: Delicately, but how effective!
Koltsov S. V.: Yes.
Krukova A. Koltsov S. V.: Well, this is not amazing, because Seidozero works brilliantly at the material level, emotional sphere is “secondary” at this corrector…. Though it calms down psychic very well.
About Gift of the Skies - I have some dozen of themes, which origination is not known for me. I simply have labels of such a kind as: “in a cognac bottle”, and god only knows where from it was delivered.
Krukova A. V.: By the way, I want to accent this moment, it was said in the interview how actually and in due time Sergey Valentinovich takes water samples out of his personal collection, or they are delivering this water to him. Today both me and Radkova Ludmila Ivanovna delivered water samples, which people passed to Sergey Valentinovich, how actually they appear! Koltsov S. V.: Yes, this is for people becoming more healthier. Without refusing anything!
Krukova A. V.: Only for good!
How discrete fields are formed? What is the difference in the fields of five and eight element FSCs ? For example, in spacing?
Koltsov S. V.: Nothing changes there in terms of spacing, only power differs. Eight element correctors are more than by order more powerful than previous ones. And in terms of waves configuration, their discreteness, everything remains the same.
Krukova A. V.: Is phone protection we have sufficient nowadays? It was developed some 10 years ago for 2G standard, and now we have 5G, and duration of the gadgets use increased manifold. Are you planning to release new protector for the phone? It is desirable to have 8 element protector.
For me it is not really clear how it is possible to make phone protector with 8 elements, but….
Are you planning some renewal? Is phone protection actual now?
Koltsov S. V.: It was actual all the time, because it erases only informational component. And what for to make it 8 element? We are not correcting irradiation of the electronic device itself.
Krukova A. V.: That is, protection for the mobile phone is actual and it makes no sense to replace it.
Koltsov S. V.: I do not see any sense in this. It is similarly with the lasers. Well, it is clear to everybody that there is informational component in laser irradiation. There was a cycle of articles in 90-s “Home lasers are killing human blood!” Yes, this was exactly the informational component, which they called “psi-quantum irradiation”, this implies its influence at the psychic. Yes, it influences. Propagates in a really strange manner. They tried to make mercury shields, and put water volumes behind these shields. This irradiation simply did not notice this mercury shields! That’s why they said “It behaves in a strange way, skins the shield, and propagates in a really strange way”, and it turned out that there were just longitude waves. And they called it “psi-quantum irradiation”…..
Krukova A. V.: Just longitude waves.
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, that’s all! Again no one knows and writes nothing about tem.
Krukova A. V.: And it is not possible to write down equation.
Koltsov S. V.: Well Stephan Marinov left 100 000 USD to the one, who would add Maxwell equations correctly. Because various attempts were made, both Nikolaev attempted to write additions, and Stephan Marinov spent some 10 years for this, and Yuri Mikhailovich Ermolaev together with Boris Nikolaevitch Rodionov even wrote in article, attempting to add to equations in such a way that they would describe behavior or tornado. And this is true only until the moment when tornado starts to fall at pieces. As soon non-linear process of disintegration starts, equations stop working. As soon as continuous process disappears, equations cease to describe the phenomenon
Krukova A. V.: At what minimum distance should be FSCs if one carries several at the body?
Koltsov S. V.: What you say?
Krukova A. V.: Well, some people have hobby – carry FSCs at the body.
Koltsov S. V.: This is psychological delusion that the more FSCs one hanged, the more protected he is.
Krukova A. V.: Well, what if one carries – what minimum distance you would recommend?
Koltsov S. V.: Simply there is no such distance! Even close.
Krukova A. V.: Suppose one drunk some water, structured at some FCS, please say if the program interrupts in case one drinks water, structured at some long-play FSC?
Koltsov S. V.: The time, that should pass should be not less than 10 minutes. In due time I checked this with Natural Antibiotic. After drinking a glass of water (structured on it) one disappears at the thin level for some 10 minutes. After some 10-12 minutes one appeares once again.
Krukova A. V.: Does bottom thickness and its measure of flatness of the vessel influence water structuring?
Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking, we encountered with this technical problem, and the question is put correctly – various materials have various structure and so on. And we had to solve this issue. All recent long-play themes are doing this automatically. It is at early (4 element blue) series we noticed this issue. You know plastic glasses for cold drinks – we are pouring water and check polarization with a pendulum, and discover that nothing have changed. We are trying to structure water in a glass, and there is no reaction! It turned out that structure of the glass material stopped FSC irradiation. We did not meet other materials of the kind later.
Krukova A. V.: This happened only once?
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, later we took some measures in order to prevent this, and when more complicated themes appeared, this issue disappeared on its own …..
Krukova A. V.: But speaking in general, suppose one has two volumes for water structuring, one with thin bottom and another with more thick – does it play some role now or already not?
Koltsov S. V.: No, this plays no role, and more to it structuring does not depend on the thickness.
Krukova A. V.: You said that when one carries FSC at the body, its irradiation penetrates only close to the surface of one’s body, then what is mechanism of influencing at the body? This shall result in restricted effect of the FSC influence, when it is at one’s body. What is influence depth? Space?
Koltsov S. V.: But it works with liquid medium and biologically active channels. I would not say that biologically active channels are situated at the surface. They are permeating the whole body. Frequency band is most important, diameters of holes in the FCSs are corresponding with elements of the resonator – it is second harmonics of the relict background irradiation. I chose this frequency deliberately.
Krukova A. V.: What FCSs are recommended for the personal use, similarly to the Gift of Fire? The question is correct, because we strongly recommended to have Gift of Fire FSC for each family member. Are there any other correctors, which are for personal use? Or there are no other restrictions?
Koltsov S. V.: Well, there are no any restrictions, including this corrector too. Actually this corrector is designated to erase this fashionable illness. And exactly because of this very corrector we had to start doing 8 element ones.
Krukova A. V.: That is, we can say that practice showed that one can use Gift of Fire FSC not individually.
Is territory of Finland “covered” with irradiation of the Seidozero? Because this is a lake of Finnish Shamans, and first expedition to the lake was from Finland.
Koltsov S. V.: Of course not! Who do you think “covered” this territory?! The lake is a local place of power
Krukova A. V.: Does water properties differ, depending on its structuring at 5 element or 8 element FSCs?
Koltsov S. V.: Of course, it depends, but exactly with the depth of the resonance, that is if one considers time factor.
Krukova A. V.: What means “FSC Power”? How it shows out, in addition to water structuring time shortening?
Koltsov S. V.: Well, it is known that Power is measured in watts, in this case it is very difficult to measure it, because the process is very non-linear – the stronger is outer influence, the stronger FSCs are responding. If influence disappears, FCS response shuts down. Suppose it was a minute ago, and next minute it is simply absent! Zero! You would not measure anything.
Krukova A. V.: They are saying that energies of Seidozero lake itself are so powerful, that influence 5 countries. Do you think this is possible? How it could be felt by people?
Koltsov S. V.: I know only one territory which is working at tremendous territory – this is Altai… I do not know other places where this was similar.
Krukova A. V.: That is, you do not have data of such a kind.
Koltsov S. V.: Yes, it is hardly possible that one lake would work at several countries….
Krukova A.
