First of all, today we will have direct plugging of doctors and specialists with first information about FSC Maximus. We are absolutely sure in the effectiveness of this corrector, otherwise we would never release it, and we understand well that both to FSC users and distributors it is very important to be able to give competent answers at any questions. That’s why today we are going to give a start to first results of the research work on FSC Maximus both to FSC users and distributors, and in future we are going to have more and more results.

We received many questions from FSC users, by the way today’s questions are very interesting, almost all of them are “new”, that’s why, Sergey Valentinovich, are you ready to answer questions in the third part of our event?

Koltsov S. V. : Similarly to pioneers and oktyabryata (organization for children in the primary school) – always ready!

Krukova A. V.: I collected questions and sent them to you beforehand, do you agree that questions are new and “different” ?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, some questions even cause perplexity. I have little understanding how to answer them.

Krukova A. V.: And on the other hand this is wonderful! Because those people who are asking these questions, they are trying things, searching, receiving information, asking questions – that is, people are developing! And this is cute!

In the world medical practice both in traditional and alternative medical practice there are very famous and effective preparations. My headache is time factor, because it takes some 2-3 days to make a hardcopy of each preparation. There are only four components in the FSC Maximus, that’s why I finished it first. In subsequent correctors there are eight components and even more (in next ones). Multiply quickly eight by two and half days in average, and you would come to understanding what it means. I am copying information already during a month, and still did not finished the second theme.

Krukova A. V.: I want to note that Sergey Valentinovich played original – turned the spotlight at doctors, and this is correct, because doctors, pharmacists, specialists in health restoration took part in creation of this series, but, Sergey Valentinovich, large part of job lays on you, because it is you who is checking all preparations in a pile they delivered to you, I know that about some you are saying “wonderful” and put apart others, saying “this one has poor effectiveness”. Because our goal is not just to choose a set a preparations for some problem, our goal is to receive maximum synergetic effect, that one would enjoy “Wow!” result. Koltsov S. V.: Well, I already used to do this when prepared FSC numbers 1 and 2. There are more than 100 components in FSC number 1! It could not be done at the chemical level, but possible at the informational one.

Krukova A. V.: The first corrector, which was released for the powerful, brutal and courageous part of humanity – Maximus, the greatest in latin! Koltsov S. V.: Two themes were laying in hardcopies at my place for a long time, and I added two more at this corrector. Most interesting is that all of them are working similarly. They are activating the first and the seventh chakras. Touching almost nothing in between. This resulted in what we have.

Krukova A. V.: And today you are going to see and hear reports about the first stage of its testing, about initial stage. First results already make one to hold breath, and so I am sure that you took care about your husbands and sons, brothers and friends, fathers – no matter if you are a man or woman – take care about men who are close to you. Sergey Valentinovich, I have another question: as soon as we are receiving demands to release this or that correctors, for how long did you though to release a personal corrector for men? Hello, Ludmila Ivanovna, you are on the air, we are listening to you, please share with us information about your first experience with FSC Maximus.

Radkova L. I.: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, colleagues and Planet of Regions Company partners! I am welcoming you at our event, dedicated to the Arcanum series functional state correctors. Today I would like to share with you information about our research work, which we started on the first FSC Maximus. We included 5 men into our surveillance group, their age varied from 30 and up to 74, various occupation, most of them are businessmen. We are going to conduct this research work during 6 months. We started with their basic investigation. We used quantum magnetic-resonant analyzer for the screening work, this high technology device allows to scan the whole organism. We are taking into consideration the fact that masculine reproductive system is deeply interconnected with all other systems, and their influence is mutual: reproductive system influences the state of the internal organs, and the state of organs also influences the state of the reproductive system. And so we examined several systems: cardio-vascular, endocrine, liver and kidneys, biochemical characteristics of blood and the immune system. This is in addition to the reproductive system itself. Why we used this approach. My long experience as practicing doctor shows that nowadays masculine reproductive system undergoes through serious reorganization, I do not like this word, but almost everything poses influence at it. Stresses and ecology, diet and bad habits, sedentary life-style are influencing it. Foods that people are buying in big cities are not clean, chemicals influence the whole organism, first of all cardio-vascular, immune, endocrine and reproductive systems. In addition there are gadgets, nowadays we cannot live without internet, all this poses serious influence at the reproductive system of men. Previously we were talking about feminine sterility, then nowadays we are discussing masculine sterility too. And we are noticing changes at men in relatively young age, already after 25 – 35 we are seeing serious affections in the reproductive system, resulting in the development of masculine sterility. Early and chaotic sexual connection are resulting in inflammatory diseases development, and later they are developing into problems, up to the sterility. We see that there are many factors and this corrector is to help our men.

Most frequently we are about men above 50, maybe closer to 60, who are developing problems of various kinds: congestive prostatitis, prostate adenoma. Naturally I am sure that we will receive very interesting results, we are going to make two reports at the upcoming medical conference (planned at April 2023) – one report will cover reproductive system and the second one – the state of cardio-vascular system, liver, kidneys, endocrine system.

As soon as I am working in these sphere during considerable time, and we already did a lot of researches, we proved that functional state restores in three months. And it requires half a year to receive lasting effect, that’s why we took six months for our research.

In the sphere of masculine reproductive system we are going to check the state of the prostate gland, the level of the prostate gland hyperplasia, the level of its calcification, presence of prostatitis. Then we are going to check myofunctions: state of testosterone, gonadotropin and erectin – these hormones are giving to us serious indications about the degree in which reproductive system is damaged. In addition we will check the state of sperm: its volume, ejaculate dilution time, sperm quantity, their speed and mobility. Speed and mobility are important characteristics of the reproductive system, which influence subsequent childbearing. In case the speed is low, then naturally percentage of fertilization will be low. I want to repeat that nowadays we are encountering with masculine sterility, and we are welcoming appearance of a product, which will allow to restore this state.

You shall understand that we started a series of fundamental researches. At that they will be multiplane. We will check these correctors. I am going to repeat that initially we are sure in their effectiveness, but understand that it is interesting and important to everyone of you to read the results of the research work. With tables, diagrams, facts, confirmed by the results of the research works. Research work would be done by absolutely various doctors and specialists, they would investigate effects both at the physical and psychology levels. As Ludmila Ivanovna noted that Maximus works well with psychology traumas.

Sergey Valentinovich, this is corrector which we are presenting now, our Maximus, often people are asking about age in which it could be used?

Koltsov S. V.: The point is, that nowadays all illnesses of such a kind became much younger. Often a young man is going into the army and has violations “at the ground floor”. This corrector will mend these issues.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, here we have many exotic ayurvedic themes, with which unprepared user have no idea what to do.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, once I was dealing with these theme, but did not saw anything interesting there from the informational point of view. I understand what is happening during thunder, saturation with oxygen takes place due to thunder strikes. But it does not have any information content.

Krukova A. V.: Is it possible to calm down obsessive thoughts with the help of FSCs? If yes, then with which ones?

Koltsov S. V.: Nowadays this is widely spread theme, because during recent 2-3 years, it became difficult to adapt due to abrupt change of the outer field rhythms. Koltsov S. V.: I have as much as necessary. The point is that I am playing fool, switch on (resonator for copying) and have two days free.

Krukova A. V.: Can you imagine what a list could be done in order to do all this!

We continue, third question: there is a video at the U-Tube channel how to clean FSCs – you demonstrated how to do cleaning, how to rotate FSCs, and I need some clarifications in connection with this: how long one shall hold an FSC in each of eight positions when doing cleaning?

Koltsov S. V.: This depends on what FSCs (you are going to clean). In case this is an ancient one with four elements, then they could catch something. In case of 5 and 8 elements – I did not saw a single case of them catching anything.

I saw only once – it was when number 23 caught at itself some very serious channel, We were not able… We tore the channel with the help of the FSC 23, but were not able to remove it from FSC itself. We had to burn this FSC down.

Krukova A. V.: As soon as this is isolated case ….But in any case people are cleaning FSCs, for example after thick people, or when corrector has no known history. That’s why, let’s say it once again, suppose we are about four element corrector, how many seconds one shall hold it in any of eight positions? Let’s give basic recommendations, in order to give clear understanding to people.

Koltsov S. V.: I think that the whole procedure would not take longer than 10 minutes.

Krukova A. V.: …. That is, approximately two minutes in every position?

Koltsov S. V.: I think longer, some five minutes.

Krukova A. V.: Suppose we put FSCs this way, and holding them during five minutes.

Koltsov S. V.: At once it is possible to check if the cleaning process takes place or no.

Krukova A. V.: Agree, to track with the pendulum individually.

Koltsov S. V.: As a rule, in case one is tracking process with the pendulum, the whole process takes 5 minutes.

Krukova A. V.: Exactly because of this “learn to work with the pendulum” – this already became a mantra.

Second question: With what FSCs to clean in general? Which are effective? Because many people have Golden series and Paces of Power with four and five elements, bracelets, and so on.

Koltsov S. V.: I do not accept exactly this, when they are saying: “golden series has caught something!” During all the time I saw only once that Golden FSC caught something. This is all to it. Not a single other precedent.

Krukova A. V.: That is, this is not possible in general.

Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking, yes. I admit that very exotic situations may appear, but they are single. Nothing of the kind happens in everyday life.

Krukova A. V.: How and with what it is possible to clean FSC Bracelets?

Koltsov S. V.: First of all, Bracelets are never catching anything. Second, they are asking often: “why they are not working in straightened mode? And start to work when put at the hand or at the feet?” Exactly due to the fact that field of all eight elements locks.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, we have FSCs for the straightened mode, and bracelet is working differently, exactly because of this they are closing them.

Koltsov S. V.: I think that this is not needed. First of all, when a journey starts, it is more likely a journey of a soul, not the spirit, there is a lot of books on this topic. I know people who are practicing astral journeys in pair. It is obligatory to practice in pairs, under no circumstances one can do it alone. Koltsov S. V.: You know, there were many situations, which I am not able to explain by now. Even with the blue series. Once I presented some FSC to man – who is serving in intelligence, then we are meeting some 3-4 days later and he says: “You know, apparently it saved my life”. I say “How it was?” “Well, i had to go at a serious appointment, I am looking at the FSC and there are lightning discharges all over its case, it started to sparkle”. I say – “And so what?” “well, I did not go at this meeting, and later it turned out that it saved my life, they could have killed me if I did”. That is, at an absolutely not clear level the FSC is already “hearing” information, which is hanging in the air, but we are not realizing it yet.

Krukova A. V.: That is, it creates this very protective field around the user.

There was another unusual situation when FSC plastic case became torn to pieces. Koltsov S. V.: No. Recently I have “to open” many people. Even sportsmen, who are trained! As soon “it closes them” they cannot do anything at the trainings, I do not mention competitions! They are just falling to pieces. As soon as one is opened up, just some 2-3 hours passes, and the issue is over.

Krukova A. V.: With what to open?

Koltsov S. V.: Here is our set: Transformation, Solar, Wheel of the Fate… And there is another theme, when people are “closed” differently…. Nowadays “they are closing” people in two ways: either movement of all chakras stops – and in this case our mirrored dates are opening, or the first and seventh chakras are closed – this is not better, because one is in incapacitated state, here Gift of the Skies works.

Krukova A. V.: May develop such a situation that no FSC would help a person?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes it can. And first of all it is true about last stages of the oncology. As Okoneshnikov Vasiliy Ivanovich explained, ne himself encountered with this situation when together with Gerasimov when attempted to cure a group of people with the last – fourth stage of the oncology, they were punished. Krukova A. V.: What is most universal FSC by your opinion?

Koltsov S. V.: I have a feeling for the professional doctors, because being at the material level nowadays they even have no understanding what is taking place with a patient. And one is “closed” at the thin level. And then physiology starts to fall to pieces individually. Some may have stomach disorders, others stop thinking, practically all have sleepy state. And a seriously depressive state. For example a thought comes “I shall do this” and some internal voice says “abandon it! it will do the way it is”. Such picture could be seen everywhere.

Krukova A. V.: Next question: some eight years ago I watched a video, in which it was said that more powerful corrector gives its information to a weaker one. This was about first FSCs, prior to appearance of the golden series. My question: a glass is water is standing at FSC number 2, And Nephrite is directed at FSC no 2. Would water simultaneously have information both from number 2 and Nephrite? Or is it better no to do this way? Is it better to separate?

Koltsov S. V.: First of all, it is better to separate. Second – who said this? Oh, Hotchenkova… she is mistaken, neither at the first… no at the other series none of the correctors is able to impose information at any other. This is a feature of the assembly technology, when FSC is assembled, it is not possible to add anything.

Krukova A. V.: There is a separate question about FSC Tuning Fork (Camerton, Diapason – not precise translation), which amplifies effect of other FSCs. Is it possible to direct it in such a way at other FSCs, which are working in pair with it, what happens in this case?

Koltsov S. V.: This is only true in relation to FSCs from Mongolia. FSC Tuning Fork does not influence any other FSCs.

Krukova A. V.: We added it into the collection series. Generally we said that FSC Tuning Fork amplifies, let’s say pulls up or opens the correctors, which may not react. Not only Mongolian themes but others too!

Koltsov S. V.: But not more than this.

Krukova A. V.: Am I understanding correctly, that in this case it is better to work only with one corrector? That is, to structure water at one FSC?

Koltsov S. V.: It is possible at various… only…

Krukova A. V.: Next question: mysterious disappearance of an FSC and its return. I will explain – there was conversation in our Telegram chat, already several people wrote how they put an FSC at some place, and it is not there. One is alone at home, no one could take it, that is, FSC simply disappeared. Then, bang! It appears either at the same place, or in absolutely different place and it is not clear how it happened to be there. Please tell a little about disappearance and returning of FSCs. How this could be?

Koltsov S. V.: Remember my telling several times how American Marlon Morgan came into Moscow publishing house at presentation of her book. A colleague from our laboratory was at this meeting. She came into the conference hall, sits there, there is no one inside but her, she sits opposite to the door, no one entered, no one went away, then suddenly she turns her head and sees some dame is sitting. What to do if homes in which we are living, even if they were built after 2008, are built with the use of materials – wood, metal, limestone which originated long ago? Then what is about Earth, coal, the bowels of the Earth? They are keeping information, they are millions years old?! Our bones and tissues were formed in previous rhythm. What is about cleaning of clothes with the FSCs, then it could not be cleaned in case it was produced suppose with the use of cotton which grew up prior to 2008 ?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, extremely rarely, because everything you listed has much higher dynamics, and so you would not notice this shift by one third. By the way, shungite belongs to the zeolite family. But one shall remember that in case environment is informationally tense, then these minerals can catch negative energetic with time, and in the worst case they will became silent. Koltsov S. V.: Well it will go further on without a casing. Though it is possible to put at the casing too.

Krukova A. V.: Please say, if an FSC is always laying at the electric counter, then is there a need to put additional FSCs at the cable of electric appliances?

Koltsov S. V.: No, there is no need to put at the cables of appliances. But in case you are using microwave, i am placing FSC on top of it.

Krukova A. V.: I will explain why they are asking. Previously I used to put an FSC at the cable of my electric kettle, and noticed formation of sediment – there were flakes inside the kettle. Sediment disappeared when I removed FSC from the kettle power cable. But in any case there is an FSC at the electric counter.

Koltsov S. V.: This is exactly the kind of a device, at the cable of which it would be better to put. Water would really structure, and I do not see anything bad in formation of the flakes, water became cleaned. Exactly due to the structure.

V.: Next question: Sergey Valentinovich, you mentioned that human being could became “closed” due to various influences of the outer field, but may this take place due to the intake of medicines? You also said that a medicine could be resonant to a given individual, and in this case it will be effective, but can medicine cause aura “closing down”?
