Rad’kova L. I.: I am very glad that there are so many of us here. Great gratitude for the possibility of this meeting, and I am welcoming everyone who is behind the other side of the screen!

Akselrod A. E.: Dear friends, I will be short today and will give you only two recommendations. Write them down and use.

Krukova A. V.: Wonderful! We are starting our event! And I am giving first word to Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov. The theme of his appearance is “FSC is a new page in health restoration, progress and life”. Sergey Valentinovich, please tell us what is most actual today? What is most interesting? Why exactly FSC is necessary and most important instrument of health support for all people at the planet Earth?

Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking, after15 years of our presence at the market, the understanding “what FSCs are really doing?” is becoming more and more actual. Let’s put it so, that it is a basis of a new branch of modern medicine – information medicine, where there is no material carrier. And with the help of information it is possible to do things, which are not possible with the help of capsules and pills. Because it is really hard to imagine how to cope with problems which appear nowadays. They are starting to close aura at all people – young and old, starting from infants and up to the elders. With what pills is it possible to open it?! Well, this is not clear, and most probably such pills do not exist. With the help of the FSCs – well, one spends some 15-20 minutes, and this is all to it! One is like a new! Continues to live own life. And so on.

Most interesting is that themes, which are recorded at the FSCs now, are “covering” some 45 life spheres. Alyana did this tremendous job systemizing our information. Speaking in general you would not find so many pills in a drugstore, in order to solve all these issues. And this is possible with the help of FCSs. In case I enter into a drugstore I am buying only elastic bandage, green antiseptic and iodine. That’s all! I do not need anything else there. We checked documentary – blood state and so on…. Absolutely healthy! The only issue about which I can do nothing is growing of new teeth, I am going to go and repair these days. And there are no other problems left due to the FSC use. It is possible to regulate sugar content. It is possible to drive blood pressure into norm, any chronic issue (you can take anyone) could be regulated. You would never do this with the help of pills. And professional doctors are warning, saying: “Guys, well there are no harmless farm-preparations. They are all toxic”. FSCs are not toxic, they are absolutely harmless. Yes, they may not help in case you did not select them correctly. But they cannot do harm! That is, medical rule “do no harm” is fulfilled here absolutely.

The only moment, at which I am focusing your attention and warn you for another time – newer put FSCs into a batch, this is not amplification! In this case parasite irradiation may appear, which can harm. This is the only restriction! Avoid putting them this way. Never put one upon the other. When you are storing them – yes, you can put them into a batch, but put one across, in order they all would be surely silent.

Koltsov S. V.: I will tell exactly. Here people are torturing me about the second SFC Artenol. All its components were selected by doctors, there happened to be 14 of them! In average it takes two and half- three days to replicate each component. You are welcomed to multiply 14 at 3! And it results in a month and half. A month and half without “unbending my spine”, at that I was not able to replicate anything! Consequently I had to take my younger son as a helper and together we prepared all components, needed to assemble another resonator. I hope we would finish it before the New Year. Only then things would go quicker. At the next theme Migrenon….

Ludmila Ivanovna flew to us today from Vladivostokk city where she is living, in order to participate in today’s event. This is wonderful! Her theme is very actual: “quick help in acute conditions”. Ludmila Ivanovna – your word!

Rad’kova L. I.: Good afternoon! Yes, this theme is actual, and we are encountering with it every day. We and our lecturers said many times that curative substances are posing their influence, also Sergey Valentinovich accented this fact today, and we have understanding that we are live organisms, and in order to have our health problems completely solved, we have to solve the problem of our information content. Unless this problem of our information content is solved, we would not restore our field and we would never solve a problem of the organism health restoration. I am really grateful to the command and to the Planet of Regions Company itself, because nowadays we are in step with the current time. In case we will look back at some 5 or even 14-15 years, we will see that people did not have a perception they have now. Nowadays due to internet and other sources people have good understanding that information component is a basic one.

Take any illness, being it trivial cold or fashionable disease, we are understanding well, that nowadays we have no curative remedy, which would fight with the virus. What we are doing? We are restoring the state of the immune system, and then it, that is organism itself, starts to fight with the infection. But you are understanding well that after fighting with the infection, some percent of this virus remains in the organism. Five, ten, twenty – depending on the state of one’s immune system. And this remaining virus continues to destroy the organism. The only thing that is able to help and solve this issue is informational medicine. We are checking one’s field and it is “closed”, we are using Liberator…. Later, because there was too many people we decided just to use structured water. We simply gave them some water to drink. One takes two-three sips and the field restores. This is another example of emergency help, which is solving issues. Both we-lecturers and Sergey Valentinovich are always saying: “if you are not drinking water, then better remove correctors”. That is the first thing, with what one shall start is water, then are coming baths and showers and then pumping. One shall drink sufficient amounts of water.

We have other correctors for working with the informational component, which are also very good. From the recent releases this is Petrovochka. In case we are not able to solve an issue, then one shall use Petrovochka. Also this is Gift of the Skies, Solar, New Time. From the recent releases Wheel of the Fate and Transformation would work very very well. We shall use them and they are working well because the world is moving and restructuring is taking place, and it shows up more and more with the time. And so there are more and more people, about whom Sergey Valentinovich is saying that they are “closed” because they are not able to restore themselves in this field. That’s why the use of recent correctors could be an emergency help. Those who are not able to restore themselves may have any manifestations, one may have high blood pressure, one may have pre-stroke state, or some old problems may come into acute phase. For example old pyelonephritis may come into acute phase, or stomach ulcer, that is any issue one has.

Let’s consider heart pains. Pains in the heart could be without high arterial pressure and with high arterial pressure, let’s separate these two cases. What is pain? Pain is violation of the supply. One shall restore the blood flow in order to restore the supply, that’s why in case of any pain factor one needs corrector, which would liquefy the blood and restore its flow in the problem place. In our case, if we are about heart pains, this is coronary circulation. So the leading corrector, which would solve this problem very well, is number 2. We proved this both clinically and with the use of phase-contrast microscope. We are working during 14 years and at each medical conference we are showing hemo-scanning prior and after the use of FSCs. We saw this another time when we conducted testing of 8 element correctors, how instantly they are working. As soon as one takes a sip of water, we are taking his blood (sample) and see absolutely different liquidity. If we compare this with the clinic medicine, they are doing the same – in acute state, in pre-infarction state they are prescribing heparin for quick effect, and fibrinolysin which dissolves blood clots. That is we are doing similar things with FSC number 2.

Then we can add such correctors as number 9, which also liquefies blood very well and restores the blood flow. And in addition number 9 is a cosmoenergy channel, so we can add an intention in order to solve the issue. That is in passive mode we are drinking water, carrying it at the body, doing baths and showers, in time of pains we can put it at the heart area or at the heart chakra. Remember that the heart is not just at the left side as they are often showing, no, the heart is behind the sternum, that’s why you can put corrector at the sternum. And with the use of intention you will accent its effect. And at the same time you can put FSC number 2 at the blood flow – suppose put it at the internal side of your left wrist, or the right wrist – no difference. In addition you can fix corrector at the internal side of the ankle joint – where arterial blood flow is running.

Next corrector, which works very well in case of acute heart problems is Manasarovar – I am saying this relying at my practice and also checked this at myself. Rapa is solving this issue very well. Gold of Gobi solves well – I checked this at myself. Sergey Valentinovich remembers how I had a heart attack at Khamchatka and he restored me with the Gold of Gobi. And there are many other correctors. Bracelet Cardio. Indi is working really well. Indi works well at the back of one’s head. Because Indi is corrector, which solves the issue of hormonal background, and you are understanding well that everything in our organism is regulated by hormones. Endocrine system regulates any acute situation – this includes heart attacks and blood pressure rise, heart rhythm violations. So we can solve the problem with the correctors, which I listed. For example, in case of high blood pressure we can fix Indi at the back of the head, put Rapa at the heart chakra, one can fix FSC 9 at the internal surface of the wrist. Suppose you can fix number 9 at the left wrist, and FSC number 2 at the right one, or vice versa. One can wear bracelet Cardio at the leg. Such arsenal you have in order to solve heart attack problem, also for the heart rhythm violations, and for high blood pressure.

I want to give you another recommendation with the use of two pieces of FSC number 2. In case you do not have two pieces of FSC number 2 then you can substitute one with FSC number 9 or any other corrector. And so how we are working in the acute phase, in case of hypertension crisis? Suppose one is using two pieces of FSC number 2. One shall put FSC number under the left foot and another FSC number 2 under the right foot. The corrector, which is laying under your left foot would not be moved. One will sit with his foot standing at this corrector. It is desirable that FSC would cover R1 point. R1 is situated between two small recesses on the foot. Or let corrector just be in the middle of the foot, let the foot stand on it. FSC number 2 or Rapa, no 9, Indi and even number 1 could be under your left foot. That is, generally speaking, this could be any corrector, but in classical case there should be two pieces of no 2. You can use number 2 with five elements or with four elements. In case you have number 2 with eight elements - use it with your right foot. You are holding it there, counting up to 30, then move this corrector number 2, which was under your right feet and move it into popliteal fossa. That is you are moving FSC number 2 along large blood vessels. There are large vessels exactly in the popliteal fossa area. This methodic proved its effectiveness during a number of years, sometimes it even happens so that one is on business trip, far from home, calls me and says “My pressure rose up”, suppose 190-100. I say “do you have FSCs number 2?” - “I have”. I say “Do you have any other corrector?” - “I have”. And we are working with this person, one is in the train and signaling me what is happening. And I am commanding to move corrector and give feedback about pressure changes. And so, the second place is popliteal fossa area, then comes groin area, next is Lelya chakra -subclavian area, then we are moving FSC at the neck – at the right side of the back of the head. Then moving at the left side of the back of the head. Then Lada chakra - left subclavian area, and the ending position is elbow bend. FSC remains at the elbow bend – at the place where they are taking blood. I am giving guaranty that by the time you move FSC to this final position, your blood pressure either would come to norm or reduces by 25-30 points, this depends on your state. Suppose it was 160 by 100, then it will become 130 and 80 by the time corrector would reach elbow bend. Such a chain of positions. Our speakers also know this methodic and they withdrew many people from the acute state.

Krukova A. V.: Ludmila Ivanovna, great thanks! I have one additional question – say please, it happens so that an FSC user becomes a witness of a man faints. What one shall do in this case in order to help? How to provide first aid? Please say just a couple of words, this is very important nowadays.

Rad’kova L. I.: We had such situations, first thing we are doing, in case we have such possibility, in case we have FSC number 2 at hands, then we are placing FSC 2 between one’s palms of the hands. In case there is such possibility, we are giving some water to drink, just…. Because one shall always have FSC 2, it should be always with you. For example, I myself always have it with me. There were several cases in the plains, when you are flying and they say “Is there a medical worker, someone is not well”. That’s why I always have number 2 with me. And many times I had to withdraw people from a state, about which you are saying. So FSC 2 is the first one to be used. In case you have number 9 – it also works very well in the fainting condition. It is also possible to put FSC at the back of the head. We will withdraw one from the fainting state in case we would give one FSC number 2 to hold it between palms of the hands and then will put FSC at the sternum. I had a case when actually clinical death was developing. I came to a woman who already had no pulse, had no blood pressure, and I withdrew her from this state with the help of our correctors. We flew to Vladivostok city, of course ambulance was waiting for her and doctors came in. By the way, nowadays, doctors are reacting normally, when I am showing them with what I posed help. Even there were cases when colleagues happened to be in the aircraft, they smiled and said “well, Ludmila Ivanovna, now it is your turn”. Later it is possible to do a pumping with the use of other correctors. Number two is good in acute situations.

It is possible to increase liquid form dosage up to 4 teaspoons a day, or it is possible to take a teaspoon every two hours. Capsule form – it is possible to increase intake up to 6 capsules a day, for example it is possible to take three capsules and three hours later take another three capsules. You are welcomed to combine it with other medicines. During acute period one can use high dosages up to 5-6 days, then return to normal doses of OXYchlorophyl. And one should not stop intake after recovery, it is recommended to continue OXYchlorophyl intake in normal doses during 2-3 weeks after coping with the disease. Suppose one shall take two capsules a day. This is needed in order to avoid complications.

One should not be afraid to increase dosages in the acute period. We had cases when they gave high doses even to children. There was a case in Sankt-Petersburg, mother did not hear me well over the phone, she should have give just three drops of the liquid form to her girl. Two year girl should have take three drops, but she gave her three teaspoons simultaneously. And girl recovered very quickly, next day she attended children’s garden being absolutely healthy. This confirms that high doses would not do any harm.

And I would like to remind you about simple measures, which we shall take for prophylaxis. You already became accustomed to them in time of pandemic, let’s just remember how we can help own organism. First of all, take vitamins for prophylaxis. Similarly in case you fell ill, then during acute period you can increase doses of vitamins intake (C, D and zinc) in several times. For example, in three times. Also check content of D3 vitamin in your blood, it should be 60-80. This vitamin is “responsible” both for the energy in your body and for the energy of your immunity. Second recommendation is to remove any inflammatory and infection processes prior to cold season coming. First of all this is true about the teeth. Also there could be other inflammation nodes, at which organism is spending its protective potential, and by doing this it becomes more vulnerable to penetration of viruses from the outside. Third recommendation is to drink more water, this is our beloved theme, we are drinking water structured at the FSCs. The fourth recommendation – support nose mucous coatings in moisturized state, because mucous coatings are supporting local immunity, and this function significantly lowers due to excessive dryness. That’s why one shall use some sprays, which are sold in drugstores or physiology solution. And last advice – we shall remember how they taught us to wash our hands thoroughly when coming home from the street. Not just quickly, but one shall wash hands thoroughly during one minute, and in addition one shall wash nose sinuses. And in addition one can use other methods, which we learned during the pandemic. For example I developed a habit to avoid touching handles in public places, or press lift buttons not with my fingers but using door keys. I am closing my flat and go to the lift with the key in my hand and do the rest automatically. Because infectious cells could be at the door handles and buttons. These rules are simple, and they would help you to stay in good zdravie!

And I would like to focus your attention at such well known fungi as candida, why they are discovering it often in our organisms nowadays? Because we started to use too much sugar. There are many hidden sugar in our products – in sausages, bakery, sauces. In addition we like to eat some sweats, and eat all this simultaneously in one day. Candida was always present in human organism, it was considered conditionally pathogenic flora, and its function was to reprocess sugar in the intestine. And nowadays, when sugar intake is excessive, we are eating too much sugars and starch, it all starts to ferment, because candida fungi are producing alcohol from sugar, and this process is followed by formation of toxic acetaldehyde, which influences all our cells and organs, that is this is additional toxin, which poisons our organism. And in case our mitochondrias are weak or damaged, this results in powerful intoxication of all organism cells. It affects organism energy level, including immunity energy. Depletion of the immune system develops, and candida growth increases due to the weak immunity. It is exactly candida fungi, which are changing intestine PH to the acid one. What means acid PH in the intestine? This means even quicker growth of parasites, which are living inside it, and opening of gates through which other parasites and infectious cells may come into it. There were always people who rose hands and I gave them FSC 17 to hold between palms of their hands. You remember that FSC 17 is working with sub-consciousness. And people were just sitting and holding. One shall put fingers together and do not unclench them. There is no need neither to think or say something. They simply continued to listen and held FSCs. Some 20-30 minutes later I asked them “how are you?” Absolutely all, in all cities in all countries, reported increase of their state evaluation by 3-4 points. That is they were getting out of most deep depressive states. For example, a woman is sitting in front of me with absolutely dead eyes. I am asking her: “Is it really that bad?” She is as if totally in some event in the past. I chose a very actual theme for today – this is “Five main resources, which are influencing our health”. Of course there are more such resources, but there are five basic ones, which include all others.

Time is the first resource of our health. This is most valuable irreplaceable resource, which never returns back later, it would not be possible to catch it up. Much depends on where we would invest our time? Into the health – we will receive health. If invest into business – we will receive business. If invest into a family – we will receive a family. That’s why this resource is so valuable.

So when we are in the stressful states, it is important to understand how to fight with it and now to prevent. All our stressful states, hyper reactions, negative thinking, anxiety, despondency, fears are resulting in “minus”-energy, “minus”-health, “minus”-attractiveness, “minus”-resourcing, “minus”-finances and “minus”-happiness. That’s why let’s not fight but to cohabit, but correctly. The fact is that adrenalin plays positive role in human organism, holding it in tone, regulating cardio-vascular processes, it becomes not good when there becomes too much adrenaline. Its frequent outburst are resulting in hypertension development, exhaustion of cardio-vascular system and even to the development of stroke. Frequent adrenaline outburst are contributing to anxiety, worries, and they recommend to people, who are suffering with the heart illnesses, to avoid stresses. And how to do this? Generally speaking, we have everything needed. Kaplina A. V.: Today I want to talk about children and teenagers, but this will involve their parents too. Appearance of diseases is connected with violation of the laws of ethics, and so their healing should be targeted at realization of these violations, changing of one’s worldview. Illness is one of mechanisms of development of the spirit, this is known for a long time, but sometimes we are forgetting about this. Most important is to understand own mistakes, to realize and to accept them, establish harmony with the Universe and Heavenly level.

While doing diagnostics I am seeing how children’s or teenager’s aura or biofield copies structure of mother’s or father’s biofield, And so, in case children are thick, we shall pay attention at mother’s aura if age is below 5-7 years. In case age is more than 7 but less than 13-14, then we shall pay attention at father’s aura. Human organism is a single system in which health, character, fate and psychic are inseparable, and one’s approach to healing should be as to a unified system. And some 2000 years ago this process started from the age 13-14. For example, enuresis at children appears in result of mother suppressing in herself love to a man. In case suppression of love was strong enough and took place during a long period of time, then woman’s field deforms at the level of the first chakra. In result her child may have not only enuresis, but violations and problems in personal life are possible, heart diseases and diseases, connected with the head. Enuresis could also be a consequence of interruption of pregnancy, because in this case woman also kills love. Nowadays, when we have high energy level, discipline of consciousness is very important. One of the main laws of the Universe is doing no harm even in thoughts. Merzlyakova E. M.: Hello! And so, my theme is “Our life today and capabilities of the FSCs”. Seeing what is happening around, I understand that we are not able to influence at a number of circumstances, and there is much excitement. And my goal today is to tell you how to cope with it. It is possible to speak long about karma, fate, stars, and so on, but time demands from us such quality as courage (отвага). Courage is ability to keep calmness and kindness in some crisis and peak situations. And this exactly the emotion, which we are lacking now. Functional State Correctors are a helping hand for human being, not a substitution of some things, but just a help. There is book, I wrote it in cooperation with Vera Gartner, it is exactly about emotions, with which one lives every day, during the whole life time. There are various periods of time, there are periods of good emotions, there are periods of difficult emotions, in any case, either exists one or the other. Let’s look here what is courage? And in case there is no courage, then what could be found instead? In this book emotions are described from the position of Ayurveda. In Ayurveda it is said that human being has 7 main chakras, and that various emotions are working at various levels. And in case we take a closer look, we would see that men and women are very very different. At men courage originates from virility (мужество), and opposite of this emotion is melancholy (тоска), from which cowardice (трусость) originates. And all this “is living” at the level of the first chakra. At men this chakra is most active, everything starts at it, the whole energy stream. In case we look at women then we will see that courage (отвага) is born in her mind – at the level of the sixth chakra. And opposite to the courage at women are fuss (суета) and doubts (сомнения). Confusion (смятение) and doubts.

And so it turns out that at women all negative emotions, which are connected with fears and with what we are living through nowadays, are existing in mind, and at men they are at the level of the root chakra, that is this is situation when self-preservation instinct may work powerfully in human being. Not depending on the fact if some heroic deed is demanded from him now or not, just self-preservation instinct. We see what is happening nowadays – someone goes at the front, someone searches a warm and dark place. I am not condemning these things, this is just what time requires from us now. It is possible to find any emotion in this book, and so at page 47 we see that energy of the courage (отвага) element – at women it enters through the sixth energy center, and the following correctors are helping this emotion: Anticataclyzm, Healing, Woman’s Amulet and no 23. Suppose you found this and wrote down – listed all this. In the end of the chapter there is a table (with yellow filling) and you shall find what is opposite to the courage. That is in case you are not feeling courage, calmness, goodness, then something opposite is working inside you now. And in case we look – we will see that this is confusion (смятение).

You are going to put two correctors with their ribs close, and without asking any questions, just look at the pendulum, what it is doing, if it rotates clockwise, and it would start to rotate in case correctors are co-tuned, spin coincides. (in case you do not see pendulum reaction, turn one corrector around any axis and check anew. Try various mutual orientations of two correctors, and find the only position in which pendulum would rotate)

These two correctors are already co-tuned. Now you shall move one apart and move close the third one.

Now we shall find such mutual orientation, in which pendulum would rotate clockwise. (now you shall rotate only the third corrector, which you moved close)

Done. This orientation is co-tuned. Each of these plates creates torus magnetic field, which rotates in specific direction.

We need that one torus would be inside the other, or one matryoshka doll in another – all magnetic field spins rotate in the same direction.

You co-tuned these correctors, put on a rubber circle, done, this is ready. You can put this in your home, at dacha, some 300 kilometers away from human being, some 5 thousand kilometers away, anywhere on Earth. In case you put it and put inside a haircut, or nail cut, or a note with name, father’s name, surname, date of birth, then energies of these correctors would work with this person at any distance.

I am big skeptic. Though this kind of waves was discovered in 90-s, by now, and this is 2022, mathematics did not describe it. That is, there is no function, no equation, which would describe these waves. That is, we are seeing the effect and we are working with the effect. And so, I do not know how and why, but one’s field changes, one’s physiology changes, mood changes, and life circumstances are changing. Like it or not, but life is a big picture, that consists of puzzles, and as a puzzle elements we are getting up into specific picture of the world.

And so, what I recommend now? For women it is very important to calm down mind, and for men to remove fears, which are connected with the first chakra. One shall accept the fact that our country is in war during recent 200 years. Approximately 200 years, seven knees of our ancestors, with whom we have energy and information connection, were living through the same things. And there are triggers, which are “switching on” great fears in human being. Some were burying close people, someone died, all these moments and emotions are remaining in the field of this kin, and when such circumstances are switching on, then one maybe even not realizing this starts to see the situation not with own eyes, not with eyes of a person who is living now, but with the eyes of a person who maybe fought in Sevastopol city in some 18… year, or fought in the first or second world war. And this connection exists despite our desire. And so it happens…. Suppose I am doing diagnostic at the Majeric Biotest. Kidneys and adrenal glands are indicators of fears. And so I see that kidneys are not indicating any fears, but at that one’s consciousness is closed in some degree, and one’s heart feels very badly. This is exactly necrotic connection, that is, this woman is looking at the situation, which actually is not so tragic that it was at her grand grand mother in some 1943, but nevertheless she is experiencing emotions similar to hers. And we started to select correctors, which are working in this case. This works not only with women, this works with men too, we are reacting differently at these things. And it turned out that necrotic connection works very powerfully. In case one is looking at the situation not with own eyes, then there is someone at thin level, who is looking through this person. Correctors which are working with this are 20 and 23. It is important to co-tune them and carry at the body.

You can put a shit of paper with one’s name, father’s name and surname, or a haircut, nail cut at these co-tuned correctors, and let it lay there. You can also carry them at your body in co-tuned mutual orientation. This is what works with necrotic connections. You may not know that your grandmother sent her three sons at war and received two funeral notes, or something of this kind, or that she was in partisans and they were hiding from someone, or maybe she was in concentration camp, you see?! In best case we know about events of Great Patriotic War, not mentioning repressions, collectivization, revolution and the First World War, or Turkish war in the middle of 19-th century. But in memory of every person, there is a driver, which stores this info. And reaction at some event could be exactly from there. There could be no one in one’s family, not a single personality who has relation to events, connected with war, but reaction at current events could be exactly from there. In this case one reacts and vibrates as if he is in the middle of these events, and as if direct threat to his close people exists. Do not criticize these people, it is just their ancestral memory emerged. Necrotic connection works exactly in this very moment. These two correctors – numbers 20 and 23 – are needed exactly to break apart this connection, when your ancestors are standing behind you, and you are feeling with their senses, seeing with their eyes. In the book, emotions, which we consider as negative, heavy, destructive are written in black, it is hard to live through them. And positive and joyful emotions are written in red – the ones, it is pleasant to live through. And so, all correctors are listed here in accordance with a degree of their importance. The first one be will be most effective for the purpose, second a bit less effective, and so on. But in case one takes these four – this is like to compose a poly-vitamin. Vitamin C helps, vitamin A helps, but poly-vitamin helps best of all. And so it is possible to assemble a pyramid of this king with the use of all these correctors. Pyramid is co-tuned beforehand, I already showed this, and now you shall co-tune it with the fourth one.

As soon as here we have many spins combined, because there are many correctors, then one shall check higher. Here you are changing their mutual orientation, finding one, in which pendulum starts to react. Glue everything with scotch, pyramid position should be fixed in relation to the base (bottom FSC). I am seeing many people, naturally I have consultations in various regions, most often women are coming, but women are always connected with men... In relation to things that are happening nowadays, the most important is feminine calmness. There is a need, that brains would work calmly. And so we are reading and finding that feminine courage lives at the level of the sixth chakra, and the following correctors are working: Anticataclyzm, Healing, Woman’s Amulet and 23. Opposite to feminine courage are doubts (сомнения) and confusion (смятение). I checked and wrote down, and so it turns out that correctors: 1, 22, Lhasa, Healing are working with doubts and confusion. The confusion “is living” at the level of the sixth chakra. We all are thinking too much at the level of the mind. But what is most interesting, you would not believe, woman starts to doubt at the level of the second chakra. Second chakra is kidneys and gynecology, this is bottom of the belly. Yudec, Indi, Woman’s Amulet and Harmony are working with doubts, which are giving birth to confusion and the confusion kills courage. We shall write everything down and see what correctors we have…. We see that Woman’s Amulet is working with courage and the same Woman’s Amulet is working with doubts. Healing works both with confusion and courage. That is, we shall assemble such a mix, that this woman would be maximally covered with vibrations of these correctors. And so it turns out: it would be good if some correctors would work distantly, I selected them from the list, four and four – eight correctors altogether. There is a very good corrector Anticataclyzm, which does not allow things we are thinking about to go into realization. Women differ from men with having such energy as mana (мана). Something that a woman thought up is recorded somewhere in Noosphere, Akashi chronicles, call this anyway you like, but this would obligatory come true, non depending if it was thought out deliberately, or she was thinking just about things which may happen, or she was thinking that she shall do this and that working as a savior…. It turns out, that for a woman it is very important to sleep with this corrector, put it at her feet, in order its energy would go at the level of the first chakra.

Let’s summarize our working with the book and these issues, which are so important nowadays. Courage and boldness are needed. Opposition to them at men are melancholy and cowardice, and at women they are doubts and confusion. And so for men, correctors, which are working with these issues are the following: In order to remove energy of melancholy – Love, Men’s Amulet, 20, 24. In order to support courage – Black Mountain, Healing 2 and 23. For women we have to make doubts and confusion to go away and boldness and courage would come. This is very important. Now let’s talk about my experience, what is really working, because there are people who are working in “hot places” already during considerable time, not only in what is taking place nowadays, and using Functional State Correctors. Nowadays guys are taking with them: 14, Men’s Amulet, 16. I have testimony about 14 and Men’s Amulet, working brilliantly. At least put one at the router (wi-fi antenna), it would “close down” mental of all. FSC 21 creates a kind of submarine with the negative energetic of the individual. That is to discuss existing harmonization methods. This is very important, because it is possible to say that nowadays we are passing exams in front of Higher Powers of Being. The whole Universe is looking down at everyone of us and hope that one will pass. The uniqueness of correctors is that they are giving to us possibility to react adequately at those life situations, which are building up now in this examination process. Our goal nowadays is to learn to be in harmony, despite everything that may happen, and correctors are to help. Starting from 2010, situation on Earth is under supervision of the Creator. At the thin – mental level old world is already does not exist. Point of non-return was passed as long as in 2011. And nowadays dismounting of the old world shifted from the mental level at the astral and physical ones. That is, all moments, which we are seeing now, is already this dismounting, which is taking place at the physical level. That’s why our goal is to understand correctly our current situation and react at it correctly. A number of false directives was hammered into our heads during the times of dark powers governance. A statement that our consciousness is only our mind is a lie. What is really our consciousness? It is will, mind and also feelings. And feelings are manifestations of our soul. And any world is like people, from which it consists. And in case we want at least some positive changes in the world, then one shall start with changing oneself. That is, first of all, one shall think well and in details the desired world, in which you would like to live, and then visualize it around yourself – as if you are already living in it. And by the time the end of this old world would become obvious to everyone, the new world should be built in consciousness of every human being. Of a reasonable person. And there are many levels of harmony, we discussed them at our vebinars, and in case one reaches at least 10-th level of harmony, then no dark powers would prevent this person from building this new world in own consciousness. And our place in this world is defined by what we are like, who we are. It is easy to come to know this if one connects into unity what we like, what we can and what we want. And for harmonization of consciousness and removal of stress, we can use correctors, which a working with the emotional sphere, posing antidepressant and harmonizing effects. It is possible to use any corrector of this kind. Our goal is to harmonize own internal space, in which we are living. Kons (laws) of the Universe are stating “what is inside, the same is outside”. And to our sorrow, many people, who did not awaken in spirit yet, are not realizing this. And many of us are living in a state of high anxiety. Anxiety decreases energy flow through the organism, and so human organism is not able to function properly, internal organs are undersupplied with the energy, adrenaline level in blood increases. We all know what happens when adrenaline level in blood increases – not only muscular organs are becoming spasmed, also our external muscles are spasmed too. Such human being as if shrinks at the thin level, and his field looks very tense. And people, who are surrounding such a person, who is in a state of anxiety are feeling him as a dangerous person. As if a defense instinct works in surrounding people, and they can attack this person. In addition Heavenly intuition does not work at those people, who are in mental and emotional over tension. One does not understand what should be done, how to do this, how to behave correctly in this or that situation. Anxiety always grows into fear, fear if not transformed, always grows into panic. That’s why one shall find spasmed muscles. It is desirable to start making some movements, and you shall feel where some stiffness is present, and you shall do relaxing massage. You can do it with the use of FSC 18 in order to add thin level to your physical work. You can use some music, sounds of live nature, music of the rain, singing of birds, and so on. You may add aroma oils or spices, at least smell some vanilla or cinnamon. You may add breathing, doing some special breathing. That is, it is possible to do pumping – regular pumping with harmonizing correctors, listening at the same time some relaxing music and paying attention at own breathing. In case you are realizing that some panic is starting, some fear, inhale through the nose, then do small delay – as long as you are able to hold your breath, and exhale through the mouth. This is most simple technique, do it in a way, which is comfortable to you. You shall inhale through the nose, then hold your breath as long as it is comfortable and do exhale through your mouth. You will feel how quickly you are calming down. At that harmonizing corrector could be at your wrist or at the level of the third energy center.

In case of panic attacks it is very important to relax pubic-coccygeal muscle, it also contracts. At that we can sit down at any harmonizing corrector and at first contract pubic-coccygeal muscle – zone of the first chakra, then let it relax. And concentrate at the relaxation. In case you do so several times, you will feel that your pubic-coccygeal muscle relaxed. This helps very well to withdraw panic attacks.

It is very important to use FSC Love in order to escape from falling neither into fears, nor into panic or anxiety. Now I am going to tell you about “Internal Shelter” practice. For it you can use any of the following correctors: Love, Blagodat’, Seid Ozero Arctida. There are such moments when one has a desire just to hide in some hole and take a rest from problems, which are taking place in our world. Non-consciously people are looking for this outlet, at least for some short time, in order to escape from incongruities of life at least for several minutes. It is necessary to calm down internal boiling and return to realities of life already in balanced and relaxed state. Otherwise nervous breakdown may happen. Psychic which is overloaded by negative becomes oversensitive even to some little things. Method of psychology shelters helps you to hide inside your internal essence. At that individual retains ability to communicate, is even able to argue, but outer events does not touch his delicate and vulnerable levels of psychic. In life one’s shelter – outer shelter – is a house or flat, this is refuge, with which something unpleasant may happen in any moment. That’s why true security is perceived as psychology category. For example, one may feel fear, anxiety, have some phobia even being surrounded with a platoon of bodyguards. And it is possible to feel oneself protected from all sides, being in complete solitude. These are peculiarities of psychological perception. This practice, which I want to share now, will help everyone of us to live through emotional storms and be in a comfortable state in our world, which is far from being a clam one.

There are three levels of this psychology shelter. First level is a shelter of a place, second is a shelter of action, and the third one is a shelter of state. Every individual has recollections about some corner where he felt very well in some period of time. It does not matter how many years passed from the time when you experienced this state. But you felt exactly well and pleasant in this place. Remember a feeling of this place and clutch first two phalanges of your left little finger. There are three phalanges at each finger, and we are clutching first two phalanges of the left little finger with the fingers of your right hand. You shall put your right fingers this way - in a pinch. When doing this you shall remember and visualize the image of this corner where it was comfortable, maybe it was in your childhood, you have to awaken this sensation. And with your mental effort you are directing this image along your hand exactly into your left little finger. Concentrate on this at least during half minute. Penetration of this wave of the image through your little finger into non-conscious psychic structures will respond with internal harmony and relaxation. At that any harmonizing FSC should be at your left hand wrist, and you are saying: “here and now, first level shelter is created”. This way you formed psychology shelter of a place.

After creation of this shelter you shall clutch the last phalange of your left little finger. This is a start of shelter of action forming. The shelter of the second level itself is recollection of a state of psychology comfort, harmony and calmness. For example, such a state appears in a state of sincere prayer, which comes from the heart. Then you are “moving” the shining ball of reflections from your head to the little finger.

After creation of the first and second level shelters, you can do these simple movements and escape pressure at your psychic in any complicated situation. Suppose you heard something unpleasant or something stressful happened. This will help you to stay in a state of internal harmony and regain psychology balance.

And there is a third shelter, of the third level, this is a shelter of a state. It differs from the first two in that it allows reaching a special spiritual state. It forms in accordance with the same principle as the first two, but you shall remember such a state, which took place in your life, and became “cut” in your memory as especially pleasant and happy. For example, it could be recollection about a state when you walked either in a forest or in a field, and at that experienced serene happiness and appeared a feeling of internal flying. When you are remembering this state, clutch both ring and little fingers of your left hand with the fingers of your right hand in such a way that a pad of your right index finger would touch a base – a beginning of the palm – where the third phalange of the left ring finger is situated. That is the pad of the right index finger shall lay at the left ring finger joint, adjoining to the palm. You shall clutch this way. By doing so we are fixing the shelter of a state in own memory.

And in complicated stressful situation you can use shelters of all levels. That is you shall clutch first two phalanges of your left little finger, then the third phalange, and then you clutch both ring and little fingers of your left hand with a pinch of your right hand fingers, at that your right index finger shall touch a joint of the left ring finger.

You know, what should be felt? Reactions, which were previously storming inside, are calming down quickly, and internal balance appears. I repeat, at that corrector is at your left hand wrist. You can put second corrector at your third energy center, which is emotional center of human being.

Correctors, which we can use for this practice are number 18 and Indi.

The theme of controlling emotions is very actual and important in everyday use. What other help may pose energy medicine for the sake of internal harmonization... When you will master another practice, about which I will tell you now, you would be able to calm down quickly, to relieve excessive tension, lift up life tone, strengthen and activate your psychic potential.

Every one of us has an axis - string of internal tension. There is a recess, dip at the top of the head, where point 20 of the gallbladder meridian is situated. And there are two points at the perineum. The string of internal tension is situated between the point at the top of one’s head and point at the perineum. It is possible to adjust tension and loosening of this string, similarly to tuning a guitar string. Tension and loosening of this string of internal tension is controlled by our emotions, born by non-conscious reactions of our psychic. Any life event results in special oscillations of this string. Self help is in ability to influence the degree of this string tension by doing mental stroking. For quick calming down one shall loose a little this string, to remove tension of your internal axis. And in case you are feeling dissipated, have no desire to do anything, everything is falling from your hands – this indicates that internal string became too loose. One shall tighten it, similarly to the guitar string. In case one is in the emotional heat, then mental stroking of this string will help quick harmonization. And in case the string is in too tense state, it may cause nervousness at human being. Nowadays it is too tense at majority of people. One is as if at the take off. There is a feeling that one is at the start of a treadmill, the body is tightened, one is undecided if he shall run or stay?! It is not clear what to do, a state of some internal perplexity. First of all one shall work with a string of internal tension – to loosen it a little. Control of the internal tension string removes psychology tension very quickly.

What we are doing? First of all, we are preparing hands. You can rub your palms, then do small passes in order to feel if energy channels of your hands became activated. When you will feel springiness of the energy ball between your palms, feel some heat, then you shall warm this point at the top of your head.

You shall hold both hands this way. At that one FSC is at your wrist and the second one at the level of the third energy center. You warmed up the upper part of this string. There are pits at the pelvis level, approximately at the level of the hips we have a disk of psychology tension. You know this is like a pyramid for children, when they are putting rings at the axis. You shall visualize that the base platform, to which this vertical axis is attached, is situated at the level of your hips. And we shall “connect” this disk of internal tension with the point at the top of the head. One shall stroke mentally this string when doing this practice. Additional bonus of this practice is that situation with hemorrhoidis becomes relieved, in case it exists. That is, we are rotating this disk of internal tension first clockwise - left to right, and then appears connection of the bottom point with the top point, and by mental stroking of this string with the hand we are able to restore its normal state. When doing stroking we are as if testing its state – is it in normal state or maybe overstrained or too loose? Even children are doing this practice with pleasure, with the help of which we can relieve our internal tension.

Rad’kova L. I.: I can only say that arterial pressure is variable parameter, and it changes during the course of the day. It is important how it changes. In case it changes slightly, the difference in its readings is small, then this is normal. That is it could not be one time for example 190 and 100, and five minutes later 130 и 80. In any case these reading should be close. In case the difference is high, then your tonometer plays jokes.

Krukova A. V.: Let me add my information, I am chemist by education, and we had practice on tonometers at the Omron department, and also in other ones, they told us that the elder one is, the more seldom one shall use tonometer at the wrist. Classical cuff is the best. Because atherosclerosis develops with the age, narrowing of the arteries takes place, and information becomes distorted. That’s why the older you are, the more seldom you shall use measurements at the wrist, switch at the shoulder cuff.

Rad’kova L. I.: I can add, that the most accurate tonometer is still Riva-Rocci –mercury tonometer, which is practically out of use nowadays. The one which is in a box, and there is hand pump and a cuff inside. Few of them are still in use. These electronic tonometes, which you are purchasing, have much higher error…. Reading would depend on the state of batteries. So to those who are suffering hypertension, it is better to have tonometers with a cuff, and in case you are using electronic one – then have in mind that it has some inaccuracy. But in case you are using this tonometer every day, then this is your arterial pressure.

Krukova A. V.: Please explain, what exactly does FSC Altarnaya Mountain, I am “playing”’ with it during considerable time.

Koltsov S. V.: These are portals of Sirius and Orion, which we searched there in the thickets.
