Merzlyakova E.M.: Hello! I want to bring my thoughts to people, who are considering necessity or non-necessity, considering effectiveness, profitability, efficiency of taking correctors or not taking them, of using or not using them in their lives. My speech is addressed to people, who are taking their lives wisely and rationally in terms of recourses and time, of money and goals, which one has in own life. Because when looking at our life and at generation of our children who are in their thirties, then we will see that this generation encounters with a serious challenge, and one shall understand clearly what he is doing and what for in order to receive some result. Actually, this generation encounters with great responsibility, why? Because epoch of changes came again. The world is again multifactor and it is no way to foresee what will happen, and people, first of all, do not have time to be sick, they do not have large resources to spend at some checkups and health support, people are preoccupied with holding their positions in life. And so, this generation of 30-year – old people have serious tasks – housing, work, career. And they are postponing everything, even postponing giving birth to children. And so, I want to bring my thoughts about functional state correctors exactly to those people who are taking their lives rationally, wisely, and they are giving a thought prior to doing something.

First of all, one shall acknowledge firmly that physiology of human organism, physiology of sells is controlled from the outside. All physiology and chemical processes, which are taking place inside human cells are controlled from the outside. And so one can just take oneself into hands and follow day regimen: go to bed in due time, eat in due time, have physical loads – just following the timing…. We are counting time, following position of the Sun, correct?! By simply following the time one can influence greatly own metabolism, own rhythm of life, own physical state. This is not a secret, and people are understanding this clearly. And so, one shall acknowledge the fact that each organism cell is a tremendous chemical factory, this is biochemistry, ad it turns out that a signal to assembly some production line in order to synthesize something, and on the contrary a signal to disassemble for spare parts some other production line, or to clean the cell, or switching on cell nutrition – all these processes are switched on by signals from the outside. And so it is important to understand that the state of water has great significance. I reckon that dissertation by Zenin Stanislav Valentinovich has great importance. It was written in 1999 and is called: “Structured state of water as a basis of controlling behavior and safety of live systems”. We are live systems. And it is possible to control everything through the structure of the water. This takes place exactly in the ether space. With what the ether space is filled nowadays? There are television and radio signals in the ether space, cell network and towers, our wi-fi routers, all kinds of smart remote control units are sounding there, finally there is 50 Hertz of our very convenient electricity. All these sounds are in the ether space and our cells are hearing all this. It is very good that internet is an optic cable system, otherwise arrays of data would sound in the ether space too. Just imagine that our cells hear all this! Sometime ago there was silence and sells heard signals from the Sun, from trees, from some stones, rocks – everything in this world is live, the entire planet is live, it created live environment, live field of longitude waves, with which various biochemical processes are switching inside human bodies. Physiology was living. Remember that we are using herbs to heal ourselves for millions of years. We are living in a cold climate and we are making decoctions – boiling and steaming, preparing tinctures…. Just yesterday they told me about a well known recipe – to pour oats with boiling water, hold in thermos for a night and then drink – this is a well known recipe, gives a very good help to a liver and so on. We are in a cold climate. And at the south, where it is very hot, they are milling the same plants into powder, wrap into a piece of canvas and tie somewhere at hands and legs – along the energy meridians. And receive the same effect. This makes us doubt that organism becomes ill because of lack of some chemical substances…. Along with the idea that organism is designed in such a way that we have to invent new chemical substances in order to help it, that there comes a need to block something, or stimulate something. I think that ideas of the kind led people into a dead end, because when one is purchasing some medicine the therapist says: “you know, you have to take this for lifetime. You shall watch your state and always have it at hands”. One reads the manual, there are three lines of indications, and two pages of contra-indications or prohibitions, or complications or risks and something of the kind. Such things are frightening people, and I hope that with time we would give up this idea of health improvement with the help of some chemical substances, and stimulating or hindering some processes with their help. Nevertheless, take a look around, fruits and vegetables are available all year round. This is a separate question if the soul became poor or not, how this is grown…. But it seems that vitamins shall always come into organism, the nutrition is sufficient. Even in case one is not satisfied with the groceries shelves, come into any drug-store – there are shelves full of various vitamins, various complexes for all possible cases – for babies and for adults, for elderly people – all sorts. It is possible to say that one can receive vitamins and trace elements from other sources. But nevertheless….. A couple of years ago I am going in minibus, and there is a woman with a child by my side. With a girl who is in lower grades. In lower grades! And she endured a stroke! Ischemic stroke. A child was at distant learning, her teacher was so preoccupied with grades, she shouted at the girl and was so nervous that a child had blood pressure outburst which resulted in ischemic stroke. And heart attacks in 26, 30-35 years are almost considered as a norm. This is reality. For some reason they are telling to women that climax in 40 is normal. You see, it turns out that we are living in comfort, in normal social conditions, have good nutrition, not like it was during first years after the end of Great Patriotic War. Mother told me how they waited for the first grass to appear in spring, and they were jumping barefoot from one dry place to another and gathered some leaves of the grass. Nowadays we live differently. But nevertheless illnesses are growing younger and younger.

If one comes to understanding the cell physiology, that sell builds up chemical conveyers, and signals to build up some labyrinth and start up some conveyer for synthesis or cleaning or nutrition comes through water, with water clusters, liquid crystals are building up these conveyers and govern cell physiology. And it turns out nowadays, that cells are hearing absolutely different signals in the ether. Our cells hear mobile networks, tele-radio signals, and so on and on. And it turns out that physiology tunings, given by the Sun, energy channels are “switched on” by the sun – nowadays there is a lot of information about this, explaining that meridian of kidneys works during some 2 hours, another 2 hours meridian of stomach works at maximum, and so on and on…. But even if a signal is coming, that for example kidneys shall start to work at maximum, but kidney cells are hearing all this noise, and a signal has to make its way through all this technical mess. Just imagine: somewhere a drill is working, somewhere perforator, somewhere they are scratching with a nail on the glass, and a melody is coming through this technical chaos. A melody is coming and hearing it a cell starts to build up some conveyer, this labyrinth made of her water crystals and starts up this conveyer. And at this very moment “piu!” – some sound comes and half of the conveyer is smashed. And the substance, which did not come to the conveyer output, which is in some intermediate state…. It is good if it is neutral for the organism, and what if it is harmful? And so it is – hello slugs! The process did not come to its logical end, and one has slugging, and the cell has to store all this inside itself, neutralize or organize a trash can in itself. This is roughly a mechanism of the liver heptoses development. Liver does not know what to do with these substances, it closes vacuoles, this trash drops are filling it. One garbage bag after another – and the sell is completely filled with garbage. This is heptoses.

We know that mobile phones are harmful, but no one refuses this comfort, these wi-fi routers, no one is thronging them away. No one! In addition we have smart kettles, some wise home appliances wich could be controlled from the mobile phone, it is possible to switch them on in needed time, and it would switch on – bread maker and all things alike. There are “sloths” in tremendous airports, you are walking, seeing this “sloths” – stand up on it and ride! Taking a little rest. Not mentioning lifts, escalators and so on. We would not get rid of this comfort nowadays, we would not throw it away, we would not be able to refuse from it. But we can establish good order in the ether. Generally speaking, this theme of the ether space – we just opened a three centimeters crack into this tremendous world, practically we know next to nothing. And exactly inventions of Sergey Valentinovich – functional state correctors are worth the Nobel Prize, they are most significant! Most significant invention may be for another hundered years to come. This is a thing that saves people from extinction, it is real nowadays. Because illnesses became much younger nowadays, when they are saying people to take medicines for the lifetime and all things of the kind, and illnesses are becoming younger and younger. It poses great influence at people, they are just switching into….. they are switching into energy save mode, avoiding to be nervous in the socium, not be active in life, just to cope with themselves, with own health….. Because this is what is needed, investigations are expensive, and all the things like…. And exactly inventions of Sergey Valentinovich are bringing ether into a good order. No one but he himself would tell better how they are designed, at what principles they are working….. But most important is that when such a device appears in home – no matter if you are using it or not, may be it fell somewhere behind the wardrobe or the sofa, or maybe it is in a pocket of an old blouse left at your dacha, but it cleans up the ether and propagates the waves, which are recorded at the correctors. Energies or waves are recorded at them, which are creating good bio-physical environment for the live organisms, in which everything communicates well with each other, in which signals are switching on necessary physiology processes. And they are taking place clearly, cells are hearing them, receiving them and switch on necessary physiology processes, which are working well.

Generally speaking, when I get acquainted with the functional state correctors, there was a kind of furor in my life, when I saw things that were taking place! It was a series of blue correctors, frequencies of herbs, and there were physiology changes, that took place, and it was not possible to miss noticing them, it was not possible to escape from being involved. It happened so that starting from this moment my life changed significantly, and my most important motivation was to give choice to people! You see, in case one has a desire to visit surgeons – then welcomed! But people shall know that there exists such a thing which helps to create habitat. And I think that for majority of people it is absolutely clear that herbs are recorded and one receives wave characteristic of the herb and physiology responses and works. And there are herbs which may cause allergic rhinitis in case one would drink tinctures or even carry them at the body – for example the wormwood. But in case this very wormwood is recorded at the FSC number 1, it does not cause allergy reaction, but nevertheless poses effect at some parasitic flora and fauna. This is so soft, so gentle, so tender influence at the organism, that it is hard to imagine what could be better. When the green series appeared with the places of power, well I am a rational person, absolutely not esoteric, I am reading description: there are some dolmens – what on earth are they?! Guru is to help! It turns out that they are stones which are put together in some special way. Dolmens, some stones, some places! I can imagine such places, it is absolutely clear that there are such places where people are coming and feel easier. Simply they are feeling easier physically – the heart rhythm comes into balance, blood pressure comes to norm, and so on. I know for sure that such places do exist. For example Lena Columns – this is something incredible – you are climbing at this rock, lay down at the yagel, and there is a feeling that some masseurs are working with you, who are bringing everything at proper places. This is just body feeling. And so, I noticed that the green series works more with one’s emotional state. One simply takes corrector, or just puts it close, even in case one does not know what it is…. And one becomes calm, this is seen in behavior, this is seen at the face, because paleness has gone, and so on.

And so, a time comes when Sergey Valentinovich releases cosmoenergy. Generally speaking, I had no idea that such thing exists! With a big group we flew to Moscow from Abacan, I am sitting in a hall, listening all this – that there are some channels in space, that they are working. I think: “My God! What is this? Where it came from?” I was in a terrible mess! Because my narrow rational mind of an ordinary person had no idea that this exists…. This was a strong stress. We are flying back, and they were telling about each of eight correctors, and my companions are discussing “I need this one”, “I will purchase this one”, and addressing to me: “Lena, what you will buy?” “For the time being I would not buy anything! I want to take a look, if maybe you will grow some tails, feather or something like – what will happen to you”. And really during the whole year I was watching over people, who were using the lilac series of correctors, I did not explore these theme of cosmoeenergy – it was difficult for me, there are many things in my head even without it, but I conducted experiments. I conducted experiments with the use of adaptometria, I conducted experiments with my friends and people whom I knew, who had no idea neither about biophysics, nor biochemistry, nor about the theory of longitude waves, not even more so about cosmoenergy. But I asked them to participate in experiment, one came to me, I said “can I take measurements?”, “let’s take measurements”. And so I took measurements, we are sitting and drinking tea, I am putting an FSC – just hold this or put into a pocket, or just put it close. “And what is it?” “well, some trifle, do not pay attention”. And we continue talks, some half an hour later I am saying “Let me take another look at your bio-field”. And the field has changed! And then a time came when people started to come and see me…. At that the effect was with any corrector – with the blue, green, lilac. People started to come to me and tell wonderful things: heart attack, and so there should be changes at the cardiogram, in any case cardiogram shows electrical activity of the body, we are electrical creatures, normally cardiogram changes, but there is no heart attack at the cardiogram! Exactly what Sergey Valentinovich told at the presentation, I started to meet people who saw this with their own eyes. One person with cardiogram already without (any traces of the) heart attack, second, third, fifth…. Then another interesting group of people started to come, saying: “there was a complicated bone break with the shifting, they said to do X-ray photo, and so they did 4 or 5 photos and they were not able to find traces of the bone break!” I say: “How this could be possible? This could not be. They dug out Tutankhamon, god knows how many years ago he lived, and based on the bone breaks traces it was possible to say that they took place when he was alive, because they grew over, there are traces at the bones, and so on”. And here there was a bone break, even with the shifting, and there is no trace. This is the effect of the FSC no 10. And so, gradually the trust was born in me. Gradually the trust was born, and nowadays when looking back, new correctors are coming and coming, they are working at various physiology and energy levels, and comes understanding that some person really needs this sort of correctors, because he has difficulties with the emotional background. Another one has chronic disease and some organ have to receive this reference signal which holds on some specific conveyer inside the cell, which provides powerful regeneration of the cell. Regeneration of the cell, regeneration of an organ, restoration of some system. It is all written very well in descriptions of the correctors. These things are very important, and the main virtue is that it is easy to use correctors. As soon the ether around our bodies “tunes up”, as soon an outer space comes into order, as soon as cacophony of all these signals is reproduced into longitude waves with the help of FSCs – and these waves are live! Live. Of course, it is possible to record anything. It is far from being a coincidence, that Zenin’s dissertation has a name: “Structured state of water as a basis for control of behavior…” Control of the behavior! You see ?! It turns out that it is possible to transmit such a wave that behavior would be modified greatly, is not it? “…. and safety of the live systems”. That is, it is possible to record a signal, which on the contrary would provoke, would make a cell to build up a conveyer, which results in apoptosis – elimination. Or would bring physiology to the complete disorder. Everything is dual. Dualism. There is positive effect, and there is danger. That’s why it is very important that this invention appeared in our country, and that it had wide scale propagation among people. Because when one purchases corrector, then naturally the interest lasts during some time. It is typical when a person says: “I was interested, I drunk water, I carried them, but at some moment of time it became boring”. “Where are they now?” “Well, they are laying somewhere”. Even in case they are just laying somewhere in a flat, they are harmonizing the ether space anyway and establish harmony. And working with the space is one of possible modes of working with the FSCs, just to give body this signal for the physiology, that cells would tune up. This way FSCs may help working with organs: kidneys, heart and so on. And there are correctors, which are creating in the ether such benevolent spaces, in which one starts to feel more calm, more sure, to think more clearly, to focus better, these non clear directives are disappearing somewhere, that is this is a deep and multifaceted thing.

Probably not everyone has to go deeper into some moments, connected with the places of power – where they are? What are they? A kind of dancing with tambourines, practice rituals or something of the kind. Some person takes things clearly: “some cyclones are changing, so blood pressure may jump or the heart may feel, then what corrector shall I take with me for a day?” – Active Longevity, Number 9…. Put it into the pocket and go out with a calm soul. Or may be some epidemic is coming, sore throat, got cold when being in the garage: “ma, what is working with the immunity?!” FSC number 1. Here it is, I tied it to your thermos, please drink this water! Some boullion, compote, tea or something else already works with the immunity. That is, this is a very everyday thing... You know, my mother was born in the beginning of the war. Electricity was brought to them when she married, when my elderly brother was born. Her father told us how it was, electricians explained to them, here is the light bulb, wires, counter, the wires may catch fire then one shall extinguish fire with milk. Not with water, with the milk. Mother says: “by now I have no idea why….” She really grew up with a splinter, with a kerosene lamp. Few people still remember what is the difference between seven line and ten line kerosene lamps, and nowadays there is “Alisa” (Russian smart voice control system for mobile phones) in her home, and she interacts with this gadget very well. Whether this is weather forecast, or a song by Leshenko (a singer, very popular in soviet times), poetry by Pushkin, Tushnova…. In case she feels lonely she can switch some radio-play and so on. Can you imagine having such transformation during one life time! Tremendous journey! She told that physics was most horrible school lesson for her, of course they studied electricity, she said: “I had no idea what is electric bulb, how it can shine?! How it can burn?” Physics was most challenging discipline for her. Because of kerosene lamps, splinters. Nowadays all this comfort made a great step forward, no one would refuse it, but somehow physiotherapy equipment remained somewhere in 70-th…. Well, this is strange!

Sometime ago we had hard phone lines at homes – the ones who were lucky, other people used phones in cabins, or at the posts. And nowadays they are carrying phones in pockets, establish video connection. Similarly one can put this plate close to yourself, and you will be energetically vigorous, calm, in good moods. I think that this is most important invention of the current time, because it would be silly to think that we will stop using phones, cellular network, gadgets, internet and so on. On the contrary, all this comfort becomes more dense, grants to us more and more free time: machines are washing, bread makers are baking, vacuum cleaners are moving and cleaning, and so on. That is, density of this information component in the ether around us becomes stronger and stronger, and human body not only is deprived from receiving normal physiology tuning…. This is critically important! Finally humanity would come to a fact, that cleanness of the ether field in which we are living will become a condition of our survival as a biology species. And so, it turns that that either we are refusing from these achievements and comfort…. And some people are leaving, some are moving at some islands, into taiga, someone digs somewhere into the ground, building dugouts or something of the kind, some are moving into very distant regions… At that, it is possible to live in megapolis, it is possible to live in this dense electromagnetic field, and there exist devices, which are binging things into order – there is atmosphere of natural energies around you. I think that this is most important invention of not only 21-st century, may be this is most important invention for some 500 years ahead! To have a hope that they would give Nobel Prize to Sergey Valentinovich?! Well, I hope. Because sometime obscuration will end, a time will come when people will evaluate these things. I do hope that similarly to my mother using “Alisa” calmly, everyone would calmly and naturally use any corrector. Read description, know own weak places – someone may have heart, someone kidneys, someone maybe own emotions – there are too many stressing factors nowadays, and after choosing proper corrector you are receiving clean, structured ether space, free from technical waves. And in addition you are helping some most sensitive and vulnerable system of organs, which needs fine tuning and is most sensitive to technical irradiations.

Nowadays I have on the testing several correctors from the Arcanum series, a month ago I gave them to people – I chose people who do not have any correctors at all. Prior to meeting me they did not know what it is. And so I did primary measurements – did adaptometria and biotest (various diagnostic devices) and compared. Then we met again some two weeks later I did repeated measurements, these days we are meeting for the third time, and I am going to do additional check some two months later. I am saying to people what to do – to live their normal life, no dramatic changes. And it was amazing to me, for example FSC Maximus – masculine corrector – a man is approximately 60, healthy way of life, all his life he was an executive at high post, normal sane person, no difficult diseases, just social load, his position is serious and in addition own family. Generally this is all. Rhythm violations, he had rhythm violations, arrhythmia, they were not able to put diagnosis – why it happens, what is wrong? I said to him: “Let’s do so, in case it is difficult for you to carry it in the trousers pocket or throw at your car seat in case you are driving a lot, then put it into your bed, put it under your spine under the a sheet or mattress. If have time – structure some water in the morning, for example a half-liter plastic bottle, just a couple of glasses, and please drink it during the course of the day”. If some day your forgot to structure water, forgot to take corrector with you, then let it lay under the sheet, in any case you are sleeping not less than 7 hours? Yes, sometimes I am sleeping even longer. I say “Good, in any case you would receive its effect”. He agreed to do all this, I said to him: “live your normal life, do your businesses”. And some two weeks later he comes to me and says, and there was the eights of march, one have to congratulate all women! And he has large family, many relatives – he congratulated here, congratulated there, you know yourself, holiday time a serious load. And he says to me: “You know, first of all, two days ago my arrhythmia has gone away”. They were not able to define the nature of this arrhythmia – it was not due to the thyroid gland issues, neither there was any heart pathology, but arrhythmia was torturing him. He says: my arrhythmia has gone, and what is most interesting the whole process of bringing congratulations to women with all accompanying excesses and drinks passed very calmly, the heart did not responded, and everything was well. I did not became a “giant in the bed”, but the heart easily. I say: “Let’s continue and see what happens next”. Some two more weeks later he comes and says: “I understood that it influences masculine sphere, and influences in a positive way”. I think “good, everything is perfect”. Later his field became more stable. Some stressful reaction disappeared, often being in a stress, people do not understand that they are in a state of stress. That is in case when one is always in some tension, in a state of control, in a state “what if something happens?! what if another happens?!” – ears open, actually this all results in production of stress hormones. In his case all this stressful reaction calmed down, he started to feel easier, arrhythmia has gone, and only a month later appeared effect at this very sphere, for which this corrector was made.

Another corrector is for the bones – Artenol. A man is also in respected age, former executive, he led a very active life, practiced martial arts, then alpine skiing, multiple bone breaks, sprains and torn ligaments. And one moment his knee became jammed right at the slope. Simply it was not possible to bent the knee. They evacuated him from the slope, but the issue remained non-clear, they do not diagnose arthritis, no meniscal tear, but suddenly ligaments are becoming so rigid and it is hard to move. I checked, yes, there is some inclination to the gout, there are echoes of bursitis, though bursitis is not really active – inflammation of the tendon bag, but nevertheless. Maybe posttraumatic. Similarly, he comes back two weeks later and says: “I forgot about my knee”. I proposed to him to drink same couple of glasses of structured water a day, and in case it is not convenient to carry it at the knee, to use knee pad, then put it into the bed at the knees level. He says: ”I forgot about the knee, some pooling feeling appeared at the opposite hip joint”. We started to check, it looks like there is nothing there. And the factors changed. In translation at human language – the tendons became more elastic. Initially he had pelvic displacement and consequently changes in the spinal column and protrusions in some places. When he came to me a month later, I was really amazed with his lumbosacral joint… He had some displacement, though not large, but this means changes in the pelvic floor muscles tension, this means venous blood standstill in the legs and small pelvis, different abdominal wall tension. I ask him: “Did you visit osteopathic practitioner? Did you do anything with your spinal column?” No. It turned out to be the curvature of the pelvis, the pelvis stood at its place, and started work with ligaments, which are attached to the spinal column. His vertebras started to fit into proper places. Though he led a regular life in a cottage – had to clean out the snow, deliver some coal, or do something of the kind…. Normal physical load for the Siberia. Nevertheless, the knee remained in perfect state and the spine started to feel easier. I was amazed because I considered FSC to be targeted at one place. And so, it turned out that in both cases, under influence of both correctors, at first the system that suffers most becomes energetically restored – the most weak place. Any corrector brings one’s ether space into order. That is, it reproduces technical irradiation. And then human body starts to hear longitude waves of the outer world and starts to restore in complex.

And now I have also Migrenon at testing, it also demonstrated effect which I did not expected. Migraines tortured a woman starting from her childhood age. Mother had a difficult birthing, at that time they did not put any diagnoses…. The woman is over 70, and 70 years ago they did not wrote down any birth diagnoses, nevertheless she had severe headaches, especially in teenage period, she had high organism slugging, she works much, does not drink water, generally she had no habit to drink water. She started to drink water, she started to put Migrenon under her pillow, started to structure some water on it. It is interesting, the scull bones shall breathe. The fontanel shall grow up in due time, not earlier. Scull bones are closing in a special way, they have structure similar to zip-locks, and they shall breathe – in six hours of widening and narrowing cycles, and there should be a state of “space” inside the head. Doing biotest I noticed that this thing happened with her, the scull started to breathe. I am asking her: “Did your sensation in the head change?” During two weeks, since her starting using Migrenon, there were no attacks at all. I am asking her: “Say please, have you general changing of sensations in your head? What are you feeling?” and she says: “That’s it! I understood that all the time I had a pressing sensation at the third eye level. That something is pressing from inside. I thought that it is my eyes, which are getting tired from the work with the computer or something of the kind”. No frontal sinusitis, but there is a sensation of pressure from inside…. She says: “it really disappeared, it became free and calm in my head. Noise in the ears stopped”. This is another interesting issue, she had severe lymphocytic and I advised her to do lymphatic drainage massage in order to have complex influence. She found medical center, where they are doing needed massage, and good relief started. Uploading of the lymph system started, why? Because intracranial pressure and intra-abdominal pressure are connected. It turns out that FSC is not just pain blocker…. What is difficult about migraine? First of all, it is not clear why it appears, and when it appears analgetics, antispasmodics – baralginum and everything on earth does not help even intravenously. The point is not in the vessels spasm. The point is in some different nature. That’s why this problem is really serious, it really gives a kick, such pain level kicks out human being for several days, and it is good if one finds some pills which would help in his case, generally speaking it could me no mentioning in manual that this is analgetic, but somehow it helps. Now I will start with asking questions which were sent beforehand.

First question: please say, if haircuts of the same person are laying at several various FSCs simultaneously, would not it cause a mess in the health restoration process?

Merzlyakova E. M.: It would not cause. It would not cause because the energy…., that is corrector would switch on into its maximum work when the organ would call, let’s put it so, the needed energy. That is when organ would start to work and it will need this energy, then the corrector will be most demanded and will start to work. Our body is a very vise ”machine” and everything is tuned finely – when and what should be switched on, and when correctors are working distantly, it is often better than when one carries an FSC at the body not in proper time. That is, activity of organs, and accordingly the need in energy of some special quality is seldom constant, this is true in case of difficult chronic diseases, when organ is seriously modified. And in case of just physiology need – see a table of organ activity times. All day is divided at (2 hour) intervals, and everything is written clearly. For example, pancreas is working in the first half of the day – until 11 a.m. Load at the stomach is at noon. Load at the kidneys is evening time, and so on. That is during this time interval exactly this system of organs, exactly these meridians will take this energy. Because exactly in this time all these chemical conveyers will start to build on and work and processes in them will go very actively. And so there would not be any mess. Suppose due to lack of knowledge an idea came to someone’s head to pump up the thyroid gland at 6 p.m. Suppose, one remembered in the evening about thyroid gland problem and did not have time in the morning, then the effect for the thyroid gland, for its functioning will be me most minimum, why? Krukova A. V.: How to clean own place in the two-flat home from evil-eye, induced programs and so on, because both women were married, and after moving into this house families fell apart? Previously both families lived in one flat and everything was well.

Merzlyakova E. M.: Some not good place…. Let me bring an example, how I came to understanding that a place can work. Once they brought me into a very far region in taiga to an old man. Daddy of one woman fell very sick, he was in a very respected age, but nevertheless, and so they talked me into visiting him, do adaptometria and see what’s the matter. Krukova A. V.: Elena Mikhailovna, in our Telegram chat you mentioned day and night FSCs. A question: please give this classification for day and night FSCs. It is clear about Solar dates, they should be used in daytime. It is clear about numbers 8 and 12 – that they should be used during dark time. Those which are targeted at working with specific organs – it is natural to use in time periods of organs activity. But what about others? Are they day-time or night-time? Is it important not to use day-time FSCs during the night and vice versa. That is, is it is super important to use FSCs in accordance with the rhythms? Or some deviations are possible?

Merzlyakova E. M.: Of course it is possible to let some deviations in case body lacks some energy. That’s why it is possible to use Solar dates when organs, connected with the solar plexus are out of balance. It is called “solar” exactly because it receives supply with this energy. In such a case maybe it will be good to sleep with these correctors, when there is lack of “fire” in the organism. Too much “cold”.

It is important to understand what is working at night, what is cleaning at night, of cause sexual system is working, hypophysis is working at night, then liver starts to work, then lungs start to clean, then large intestine meridian starts to work – evacuation, already later thyroid gland starts to work and we are waking up. Merzlyakova E. M.: I never heard of this. I know that Sergey Valentinovich is dreaming about this himself and so projects his dream at other people. I have a different viewpoint at how people are fighting with the time, how they want to be eternally young, how they want to live 250 years and so on! I have a different point of view at this theme and so I do not want to spend my time at the fighting with the time, no one ever von over it yet. I remember that I was dying and I dreamed, I thought: “I have such a desire to see myself old, I want so much to see the time when my son would become an adult! I even want to see how my son would grow old, it is interesting for me. My God, give me this time!” And god presented me another 30 years, you understand?! And for me these traces of time at my face and at my body is my victory. For me this is a victory, I do not want to fight with these things, I am receiving pleasure from my age, I learned to do this! And nowadays I am much more happy person than I was 30 years ago. I do not want to return there, even just as an image, just creating this face, restoring this face. I do not think that human life should be spent at this fight. Yes, there are problems with the teeth, including myself. But nowadays there are very good and serious technologies. Merzlyakova E. M.: No, at the body they would work locally, and they would switch one when organ needs. Because we are going out early, and during the first half of the day, for example, the pancreas will be active, then the stomach – solar plexus, then closer to the evening time – the kidneys, and we know that we would return home only at 7-9 p.m., yes?! Merzlyakova E. M.: Much water. Decrease quantity of water. Remember I was saying about cranio-sacral therapy – working with the skull, few specialists are able to do it. It is most important that it would not get gelated. Two teaspoons , 50-70 grams of liquid, stir, in case this is heat-treated pectin it would solve in a room temperature liquid, in case it was not heat-treated then you shall warm it and it will solve at the temperature of approximately 60 centigrade, cool it and put into fridge to gelate. In the morning eat small quantity of jelly with your breakfast. 150-200 grams is approximately a course. Would many be able to do this without preparation? Life is exactly this kind of training, gradually they are teaching one to more and more complicated constructions, with more and more complicated goals. At that one shall go through this, to learn, remaining in position of a trainee – do not upset, do not attack, not trying to change the Universe – how this could be? For myself! That’s why…. And so, our goal is very interesting! That is training with weights. Someone is coming with own energy resources, tasks, already installed drivers and goes through life easily, as if jumping. Of course one wants this, this is possible. You see, maybe one “earned” life at this planet after difficult trials, after big difficulties, and so this person is perceiving this planet as Eden. And those who came here from the “upper” planets, is thinking: “Shit, they threw me here as a paratrooper. I have to fulfill my goal well and quickly and return home! I do not want to live here for 250 years! I do not want to grow the second row of teeth! Did what should be done and go home!” And so, this way, training with the weights.

Merzlyakova E. M.: Instrument! Yes. This is the road, this is environment, this is creation of a favorable environment! In which you can function, where you can support body functionality easily, because we are living in a very technically polluted environment. Now your energy could be used mentality, learning, communication, creation, simply at fulfillment of duty! For doing work! And not just at shaking….
