Thou both are formally asexual, but nevertheless. We are missing these energies nowadays! These FSCs are filling this gap. That’s why I simply recommend that you would have them at hands. Koltsov S. V.: Nowadays already not.

Koltsov S. V.: You see, the material shall have very specific properties (in order to shield FSCs field), it shall have really “strange” magnetic properties. For example aluminum is non magnetic material but its structures are adjusting to any outer magnetic field. Koltsov S. V.: By the way, this pattern appeared only during this year. Last year one FSC was enough for the opening. This year – not. Stably one has to use two.

For how long the structured water is stored? Hours? Days? Weeks? Please list the factors of the correct storage. In order to store water as long as possible. Exactly for everyday use.

Koltsov S. V.: Water can stand for weeks and months after structuring with the FSCs. The only requirement is absence of the earth crust breaks directly under the water samples, so called “places of power, or some electric cables – they should not go directly under the floor. These are the only issues which can harm the water structure. That’s why just put it into some corner, in terms of storage it is desirable that Sunny rays would not fell on the water. Krukova A. V.: Is it true that one should not put the volume with water at the ground?

Koltsov S. V.: Sounds like this, I did not pay attention at this, water samples, which I am replicating, were standing at the ground at my place, and nothing is happening with it. That is, in case water sample is structured well, it holds this structure, and nothing breaks it. For example I replicated Manasarovar more than half a year after its delivery, it was standing somewhere in my place in the corner till I had some time, and it did not lost its information.

Krukova A. V.: That is, information could be stored….

Koltsov S. V.: For very long.

Krukova A. V.: Do preservatives such as salt, vinegar, alcohol influence the water storage time? Maybe they have in mind adding them into water in order to enlarge storage time?

Koltsov S. V.: No, no need. The preservatives, which you listed, are the chemical ones, they are preventing appearance of bacterium and the like. When we are about water structure – we are about redistribution of the electrical connections at the water associates, this is an absolutely different story.

Krukova A. V.: Can FSCs work distantly with a patient in time of computer tomography or physio-therapy? Or is it better to remove (one’s data or haircuts form the FSCs)?

Koltsov S. V.: It is possible not to remove, it is most important that there would not be FSCs at the patient’s body. Because in case this happens, then such devices as ECG are refusing to work. Tomography is even more sensitive instrument, that’s why of course it is desirable to take off FCSs when doing it.

Krukova A. V.: That is, distant use is allowed, and not recommended to have at the body.

Is there a need to do a time break between several pumpings, done in a row? And how long the break shall last if needed?

Koltsov S. V.: There is no need in any break, you can do pumping in sequence, nothing horrible, because after every previous pumping when doing a next one FSCs would work during shorter and shorter time.

Krukova A. V.: How it is possible to do a pumping of a 6 year old child in order to remove evil eye and spells with the use of FSCs 18, 20, 23 ?

Koltsov S. V.: Most probably you will need number 20 here…. Because entities are visiting children too. And I did not saw energy suckers on children, with which we are working with the help of FSC 23. Speaking in general, it is possible to use number 23, but I did not saw such a need.

Krukova A. V.: And how to do the pumping itself? The criss-cross one?

Koltsov S. V.: Nothing will come of this, because in case energy sucker appeared, with the help of the pendulum one shall find a place to which it is attached. Here it is senseless to put FSC at any place.

Krukova A. V.: And one shall find this sucker point either with the pendulum or with the diagnostics, correct?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes yes yes, because some kinds of diagnostics will show – there will be gaps in one’s aura. It is quicker to do with the pendulum.

Krukova A. V.: With what FSCs it is possible to pump up 4 years old child, in case he has troubled sleeping, talks, laughs and cries during sleeping?

Koltsov S. V.: First of all one shall work with mother in order to bring children into good order. Because until 12 children are attached to mother’s aura, and in case of problems there, naturally the child would reflect. This is already 100 % checked – correct mother, and the child will be clam.

Krukova A. V.: And with what correctors is it possible to correct mother? With the same ones? With the golden series?

Koltsov S. V.: It is possible to use golden series. Well, one shall take a look what to use. There is a need to select.

Krukova A. V.: Generally speaking, what if they corrected mother, but the child shows anxiety anyway, then what correctors could be put into his bed for a good sleeping? Maybe some harmonizing correctors?

Am I understanding correctly that bracelet should be circled?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, circle, and then it is possible to put it under the pillow. But I am not sure that a child will become more calm due to this, again this should be checked.

Krukova A. V.: Everything starts with the mother. Let mother do a pumping first, let her became opened… one shall work with a child exactly this way, at least until 12.

Koltsov S. V.: Exactly so. Mother becomes more calm – the child would change behavior immediately.

Krukova A. V.: There are days, when several problems appear simultaneously. Is it possible to put at the body an FSC for each problem in case they are situated close? For example: intercostal neuralgia under the breast – number 10, at the same breast - number 15, number 5 at the liver, number 2 at the intestine. Is it possible to receive a result in such a case?

Koltsov S. V.: For good health! You remember Ivan Ivanovich Vorms did experiments, he made a quilted sheet, saying I laid down and had 55 FCSs on me simultaneously. I say: why not 56? Simply more did not fit!

Krukova A. V.: Only because more did not fit, that is, it is possible to put an FSC at each part of the body and work?

Koltsov S. V.: For God’s sake!

Koltsov S. V.: I do not know such ones.

Krukova A. V.: And the tandems you can create on your own…

Koltsov S. V.: You are welcomed to create any tandems!

Krukova A. V.: Everything depends on the problem or question, which you want to solve.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. What you want?

Krukova A. V.: In the sphere of health. In the sphere of energy. For communication with the socium and so on. That’s why create your own tandems, and there are no such FSCs which are not working one without the other.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, there is a small nuance, why there are so many FSCs ? Because the main quantity of them is working not with the body, but with the correction of the emotions, and they are countless!

Krukova A. V.: Yes. I love associations, which Sergey Valentinovich is giving in relation with the FCSs. Each one is a musical piece. It is not possible to compose one musical piece and forever! That’s why we have such a choice of music! At that, it is not even possible to list all stiles: classics, well too many! You all know this well. An FSC is an analog of a musical piece. This could be a classical score, this could be a song – anything.

Koltsov S. V.: This could be jazz!

Krukova A. V.: This could be jazz! That is, you are making your own collection of FCSs and use them in accordance with necessity for solving a task, which you can have. And in addition, there are correctors, which we strongly recommend to purchase. For example, everybody shall have FCSs 1 and 2 from the blue series.

Koltsov S. V.: One shall start with them. What else to do, in case people are not taking proper care about themselves, they suddenly remember “Oh! It started to hurt here! It started to hurt there!” and it turns out that parasites already conquered the whole intestine.

Koltsov S. V.: Even during months! Of course it would not harm a tree, and what to include – I am finding it difficult to say at once. Naturally Flora and fauna. Naturally Gift of the skies. But what else?

Krukova A. V.: It is natural to use correctors which are working with flora and fauna. I will list some: for example the Magic Cradle, Star of the Soul, Spring of Health, Lurking Lake, Sunny smile, Paraskeva, Fungimin. You can use at least these correctors.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, why not?

Krukova A. V.: There are no time restrictions, suppose a week would not harm.

Krukova A. V.: Is it wise to circle Immune shield bracelet around a trunk of a young fruit tree, which became sick? The trunk is thin, it is possible to wrap a bracelet around it.

Koltsov S. V.: Speaking in general, I am reminding you that FSC were made for water structuring. When the period of juice supply ends, then it is not clear what is going to be structured, then it makes no difference if the bracelet is worn or not. I think this makes no sense.

Krukova A. V.: That is, this would not give any effect?

Koltsov S. V.: I think yes.

Krukova A. V.: And what if one will water a sick tree with water, structured at the same Immune shield bracelet?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, this makes sense, but the question of effectiveness remains open, no one checked.

Krukova A. V.: That is, it is possible to work in one point. No need to spread out FSCs around the flat? Or, suppose, it is good to lay out FSCs in the corners?

Krukova A. V.: Let’s give a hint, what correctors you would recommend for the protection?

Koltsov S. V.: This is not so much about protection, but for the structuring of the space where human being is living. The first one that comes in mind – The Clear Space. There is no need to invent anything!

Koltsov S. V.: For God’s sake! One does not interfere with the other.

Water structuring time is written in the FCSs passports. Do exist similar recommendations on time of carrying on the body? On pumping time?

Koltsov S. V.: No, when you are hanging an FSC at yourself, you shall understand that FSC would work some 15 minutes at most. Very seldom it takes longer. Then it just becomes silent – it has nothing to do.

Krukova A. V.: Again, if I am understanding correctly, this could be checked with the pendulum.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, when the process comes to end. It can give another start some times, but already just for seconds.

Krukova A. V.: How to come to know if FCS is working? In case one has no feeling of energies and cannot work with the pendulum, and how to come to know that it finished working, and it is possible to put it aside. What we can recommend?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, to work during some time…. As a rule this time will be excessive.

Krukova A. V.: Some 20 minutes – will be with a margin.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, guaranteed!

Krukova A. V.: That is, in case you do not know, then some 20 minutes will be enough, guaranteed.

How technical information, which is at the FSC case (Company logo, barcode) influences the water structure? Or maybe the power of FSC itself nullifies this information?

Koltsov S. V.: Energy flux does not notice this information…. Only information, which is recorded at the magnetic material comes into realization.

Krukova A. V.: And there are things which are accenting…. I am talking Afrosiab into my hands, in every action I am paying your attention at the cartoon inserts, which we are doing, they are unique, individual for each corrector. They are connected with the energies, this corrector irradiates. Clairvoyant practitioners are saying to us how they see energies, and we are accenting inserts with some elements. Sergey Valentinovich, at what chakra it is most effective to carry FSCs for prophylaxis and general support of the organism tone? At the third one?

Koltsov S. V.: This depends on one’s needs. We are carrying pendant at the third one.

Krukova A. V.: Note, that according to Sergey Valentinovich this depends on your state. From my point of view the basic chakras are the first and second ones.

Koltsov S. V.: For the earthly life.

Krukova A. V.: Of course, for our physical life. It is possible to carry there. Some people are putting into underwear….

Koltsov S. V.: By the way, these two FSCs Afrasiab abd Magic of love are working most powerfully exactly at the first and second chakras.

Krukova A. V.: How FSC testing took place before creation of the Company in 2008? Did you test them on animals?

Koltsov S. V.: No, it all was taking place in the course of the play, later people started to report: my cat is living fifteenth, sixteenth year…. There a dog does similarly. You just give a thought about the age of the animal? Multiply by 7, they are already deep oldies! And nevertheless feeling well.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, my cat, which is already 13, is looking at me as at poorly organized creature, too small, probably for her I am in a children-garden age. She is wise with the experience, surely she is over one hundred years.

Who became the first FSC user?

Koltsov S. V.: Of course me! I did all experiments at myself.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, there were situation when they distracted me with a telephone call, while I was winding optic fiber coils for the resonator…. It seemed like just mixing left and right, twice there were situations when I lost consciousness.

Krukova A. V.: Whoa! Really out?!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, I was out. I even do not know for how many seconds I was in such a state, then coming into senses start to analyze what I did wrongly?! Then suddenly it turns out that I mixed left and right when did the winding, and this is enough.

Krukova A. V.: And after you? Let’s say so, who was the second FCS user? At whom else you practiced?

Koltsov S. V.: My wife is my healthy opposition, for a long time she was saying: “why are you doing some crap?! And nowadays she can work as a consultant – which one, where, and what for.

Krukova A. V.: It is clear that Ayurvedic preparations and other supplements are recorded at the FCS Migrenon. Does it mean that one shall drink water structured on it regularly, as we are taking supplements? How many times a day and in what volumes? Or one shall take water only in time of migraine attacks?

Koltsov S. V.: Not only drink water, it is possible to do pumping with these FSCs, that is to correct one’s aura through biologically active points, and so on. Similar things were written in the books by Okoneshnikov, they wrote about medicines-portation, this is exactly what many FSCs are doing. Because information was copied…. At least in the Arcanum series it happens this way - medicines-portation, because information was copied from the supplements and pills. But all pills were of natural origin, not chemicals.

Krukova A. V.: And so, it turns out that one shall drink water and take supplements, because FSCs are giving them in the energy-information form, and the body needs trace elements and various nutrients.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, one does not substitute the other by 100 %.

Krukova A. V.: And they are asking: How many times a day and in what volumes?

Koltsov S. V.: As much time you have – just repeat hundreds of times during the course of the day! Nothing horrible.

Krukova A. V.: About taking water only in time of migraines attacks: in case you know what it is, how it feels to endure these attacks, as a person who was suffering with migraines I can say…. I had attacks up to one-two times a week. What can I recommend? Obligatory go to osteopathic practitioners. Obligatory use specific vitamins and trace elements. And I am using FSC Migrenon all the time since the moment of its release. That is, this FSC is in my field all the time. I am drinking water, doing pumpings not only when the head aches! I can say that during this period of time I had migraine maximum 2 or 3 times, first of all, it was not in such a heavy form, it was much easier! That is, I had no need to pull the curtains, I did not put on the headphones, I did not crawl under the blanket, I endured it calmly…. I had accented pain syndrome, the head ached strongly, but I was socially adequate. And this is absolutely clear. Krukova A. V.: Is it recommended to carry FSC Migrenon contactly at the body – at the head or maybe at the third chakra? How often and during what time? Or just put at the head in times of attacks?

I just told about this, we simply run ahead. That is, carry it contactly, drink water….

Koltsov S. V.: I do not see much sense in carrying it contacrly….

Krukova A. V.: I mean at the head.

Koltsov S. V.: When the head started to ache, then one shall put it at the projection of the pain.

Krukova A. V.: And in case the head does not ache, then drink water and do pumpings. That is, do not carry Migrenon all the time. By the way, one can wear a special bandage and move FSC under it easily, at that it would stay fixed. Some are wearing a cap, some baseball cap.

Koltsov S. V.: Well yes.

Krukova A. V.: I understand well those people who are suffering temple pains, just put FSC at one side for some 10 minutes, then at the other. Obligatory drink some structured water when doing this! Obligatory!

Does Sergey Valentinovich Koltsov recommend doing criss-cross pumping with the FSC Migrenon in pair with other Arcanum FCSs? Or carrying of these correctors at the body together?

Koltsov S. V.: You are welcomed to do criss-cross pumping if you want! Nothing is prohibited.

Krukova A. V.: Chose FSCs for yourself in accordance with your tasks and feel easy! Migrenon and Maximus are working together splendidly! They are working very well for men who have relations with the army, they often have complicated syndromes after returning, and tandem of Migrenon and Maximus will help them to return to normal life – I have no words to describe the effect they are posing! Koltsov S. V.: By any improvised means!

Krukova A. V.: Does the character of the FSC influence change when it lays at the human body? When it lays somewhere with one’s data, and when it simply lays at some surface without data and not contacting with the body?

Koltsov S. V.: It works differently – when at the body this is least effective mode, because in this case an FSC would work only with the direct projection of a place where it lays. When at the photo or at the haircut – then it already “runs over” the whole aura, more complex influence takes place in this case.

Krukova A. V.: And what if it just lays at the surface? Not touching the body.

Koltsov S. V.: When lays at the surface, yes it would interact with the human aura, and it will also…. Koltsov S. V.: Hardly. It is hardly possible to do something. You understand, sings are sticking to FSCs or bracelets due to the effect when various knifes and forks are becoming glued to people. This is biology magnetism, this is a different magnetic field.

Krukova A. V.: There exists a concern, that the dust and animal hair being magnetized to the FSCs and bracelets and not removed may interfere with the FSC influence at human being, when one wears this bracelet. Is this concern fair? That is, in case animals hair stuck. Or maybe this is hair of my cat on it?

Koltsov S. V.: Easily!

Krukova A. V.: Because cats adore correctors, sometimes I am loosing them, because cats are laying on them.

Koltsov S. V.: Again, this depends…. The fact is that information influences could be at the animals too, evil eye and programs. When this takes place cats and dogs are jumping away from the correctors. And when succeeds in erasing this, the picture changes at one’s own eyes.

At what distance FSCs, at which data are laying, would work without interfering each other?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, they will work… Even in case they will lay close, but there will be various data at various FCSs, for God’s sake!

Krukova A. V.: And what if it is similar with the bracelets, the distance changes?

Koltsov S. V.: Of course not, but when you are about bracelets, then one shall understand where to put data?! One shall circle the bracelet and put data inside. Yes, please.

Krukova A. V.: What will be in case one will hold an FSC close to the refueling gun?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, I do not know a theme, which should be used, they did such experiments in various periods of time here in Russia, and also Germans did it…..

Krukova A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, but the petrol will get structured, correct?!

Koltsov S. V.: But the point is that one shall understand what becomes structured during refueling. The fact is that no carbohydrates are burning without presence of the water vapors! If they are present – the burning starts! This is true about any carbohydrates. In fact, it is the same water which becomes structured. And this water starts to work as catalyst, well, for God’s sake!

Krukova A. V.: The octane number raises at some value, though not significantly, and the odor of exhaust gases changes, this is seen clearly! Yes, at the same petrol station, the same petrol, after structuring you will understand clearly that odor of the exhaust changed.

Koltsov S. V.: “The aroma”, yes! But from the point of view of fuel economy and the rest….
