Name Veles has unambiguous kinship with such words as will (воля), wizardry (волшебство), hair (волосы), to drag (волочь), volost’ (волость - ancient word for the region, province). In case we take into consideration the alternation of «о» и «е» vowels in the root, then we will see kinship with words “to rule” (повелевать), power (власть), great (великий), giant (великан), noble (вельможа). DIVINE CHANNEL – you know, here comes a feeling as if I am a driver of some racing car – Formula 1, and it heads somewhere. I reached some point, they changed my wheels in seconds, and I continue – cute, bright, this is such a drive, rush, I am not afraid to be in this stream. This is not that it carries me somewhere, it is exactly me who is driving this car. And I am driving it well, at that I am not a driver in this physical world. I even do not have driver’s license. I never cared about receiving license, own a car…. I do not need these problems. I prefer to call a taxi in case of need or be quicker due to using metro. And here I am catching some pleasure because I am driving, because I am maneuvering in this stream ….

DIVINE CHANNEL, if we talk about “grounding”, then to all drivers! To all drivers under the ass! When driving a car, obligatory! And why? When you are giving sample to me, I am always giving own name for the FSC for myself. Based on what I “read out” then, bang – and I give my own name. In this case it came out “Concentration”. Amurskaya A. V.: …to create some tension….

Fahrutdinova E. E.: … squeeze buns/ass and jaws and go ahead, but a natural concentration, when I am doing something, and everything I have to track in order to do this comes in very natural way. Why I am about drivers? When I am on the road, though I do not drive myself, it is easy for me to track torrents of other cars, road signs, some are racing. Maybe someone is rookie, not so attentive and creates emergency situations. And here – everything is normal – drive and rush. This is about concentration.

In case we are going to talk about esoteric sphere, then this is concentration…. We have a large flow of information nowadays. A large flow, even there exists a pressing at us. Something should be done urgently, right now, one should not be late, or someone will be ahead of you, will take your place! And there are so many things to be done. Apparently we got washing machines, dishwashers, life is much simpler, much simpler! Remembering my childhood, we washed by hands, a machine was something extraordinary! “You have a washing machine?!” We washed dishes by hands, vacuum cleaner was also an extraordinary thing. By the way, I am 43 and I still remember soviet time when in case one had chez made furniture, vacuum cleaner and washing machine, then….

Fahrutdinova E. E.: …Yes, Life is a success. In addition we had to see after children. When I was seven, they just gave me little brother and went out to work. When I am looking at seven years old children now, I am thinking “How on Earth this was possible?” But I was not given any other choice, no exit, he shitted swaddling clothes – it is normal for an infant to pee and poo, but they were washed by hands, these are not diapers! There is a need to come and wash him, a need to carry him… At least to soak swaddling clothes, I did not have to wash in seven…. That is, we have a really light living, and in any case there is sensation as if we don't have time. Work, came home – this is to be done, and that, and that also, and in addition there is a stream of information, political events, complete economic rebuilding in worldwide scale. And all this influences our work, our salaries, people are afraid, saving money for occasion, God bless, one day a need comes!

Amurskaya A. V.: Stressful situation in a global scale, I would put it so.

First of all, even previously they were not in friends with their values, so “what are my values?” What are my values and priorities? This is a large and deep theme in psychology, individual, who understands own values, and priority of own values, handles everything in time. He is doing everything in time and choosing a kind of people he needs for being his friends. He is doing this clearly, consciously, this also includes personal relations, at that love is also present there. Here there is no feeling of a holiday, here is exactly “business”, when I am doing something – exactly my business life, deeds which I shall do at work, at home, on the road from work to home, it gives this rush in business life. Or calmness.

Amurskaya A. V.: What else we have…. Gives equilibrium in life, and here is a very interesting moment: helps to remove triggers, which appear at the psychology level, and which have a chance to transfer into psycho-somatic manifestations at the level of the physical body. And exactly consequences could be removed by working with these triggers, and painful situations do not appear in life anymore and do not irritate. I think this is a very important effect for living in a stream.

Fahrutdinova E. E.: You see, here they are in tandem with Veles – with MAGNIFICENCE, these themes are resonating…. Again, fear of criticism. Fahrutdinova E. E.: This is not only haters, this is also about internal life – what is really taking place. There is a nice picture, and there is what really takes place.

Amurskaya A. V.: You know what caught my attention in the description of the corrector, which you sent to me, and I think that this is a very important moment, that it “accents ability to hear oneself in a moment”. What is important for me now, what I need now, that is exactly to be in this state of a stream, this is what we said today, that many people are not in step with the rhythm of life. That is, individual often runs past some own needs, and when I worked with this corrector, Sergey Valentinovich presented a test sample to me too, and when we were in voyage I started this practice – I set an alarm, and it rung every two hours, and a message appeared “what I am feeling now?”

Fahrutdinova E. E.: Yes, I did this exercise too.

Amurskaya A. V.: And I was not overloaded at all, I started to pay attention and shifted accent from outer world at myself, and I think that this gave me much powers, because it is difficult to stand more than two week trip - we had a lot of driving, flights. I felt – “What I am feeling now?! And what I need now?! Maybe I need a little rest? Do I have capacity to work a little?” and so on. I reckon this is very very important – to stop for a while and remember about myself, about own needs. And I encourage everyone who is watching us, try to do this practice at least during one week. Set an alarm at every two hours during the light day, and so alarm rings, you are switching it off and ask yourself” “what I am feeling now? And what I want now? Am I eating what I want? Or maybe suddenly someone commanded to me “eat this”? And am I doing what I want?” Of course we are adequate people, and we have understanding of social borders, that there is work and so on, but speaking in general my job for me is loved one, and everything I am doing I am doing with pleasure. This fixation allowed me to make sure once again, that when I am sitting and working, and the alarm is ringing, I am receiving pleasure, that I am in a stream, and that I am doing exactly what I want and that this is needed to others.

Fahrutdinova E. E.: Wonderful exercise, I am also doing it, because there are such people, who even do not understand that they need to go to toilet, or that they are hungry and they have to eat, or they lack sleeping – rest. The next step is exactly to do what I want not, what I am feeling now. Of course in adequate borders. That is in case I am at work and I want to sleep, well I cannot go sleeping… But in case you are about going to toilet, or need to eat – have a shack…

Amurskaya A. V.: Just to drink a glass of water….

Fahrutdinova E. E.: Drink a glass of water, just take a short rest. For example, smokers are going out to smoke. In case you are not smoking – just sit down, You can also have 10 minute rest, doing nothing. Very good exercise, it is important, and in addition it is important to give to yourself what you need. Amurskaya A. V.: Survival rules in extreme flight situations.

Fahrutdinova E. E.: And in life in general. This is not about egoism, this is about a state that if you have your needs not solved, you are nervous, psychotic, angry - you are spoiling things which you are doing. Spoiling relations with people, if we are about work – one is doing it not well and slowly. For example, maybe I have an hour to do something…. I can do my job hardly and not well, otherwise I can take 20 minutes rest and then do in 40 minutes all I have to in an hour and even more. And I have power and energy, concentration to reveal some creative abilities, in case it is needed. In some degree creativeness is needed even in accounting, this is not a kind of creativeness we are accustomed to – singing, drawing, but it is also a kind of creativeness.

Submersion into these energies takes place, submersion into oneself. There is a breathing technique, when one breathes with a bottom of the belly. When breathing with a bottom of the belly, one starts to submerge into himself, one does not abstract from things that take place around, one calms down and comes into senses. And so, this FSC DIVINE CHANNEL submerges one into himself automatically, in case one starts in addition to breathe wit the bottom of the belly, a state comes – who is criticizing you? Who do not like you?! I do not care at all about all this. Who does not like – then it is his concern, it is he who is living with this. Amurskaya A. V.: There is constructive critic, and there is devaluing – it makes difference who and how criticizes you.

Fahrutdinova E. E.: There are such people, not that there are many of them, there exists such structural type, when they love they attempt to fix another person. In what way - constructive or devaluing or some other way – is a secondary question.

There is such a phrase in gestalt therapy: “I was born not to meet your expectations” – when they are saying something critical to you. Thank you, I listened to you, but I was born not to meet your expectations.

Amurskaya A. V.: And what is the energy of this corrector? How you would put it, how it reveals itself?

Fahrutdinova E. E.: You know, it uploads inside with such a soft wave, very soft stream comes down. Waves could be different – they could be viscous as honey, and this one is exactly rarefied, light. Full scale uploading takes place, and it fills completely, fills the whole body. Soft and natural as air.

Amurskaya A. V.: Not heavy, not viscous, it is just….give characteristic in three adjectives.

In case I am in the energies of the stream, now we are sitting and talking with you, I am not running, and you are not running too, and it is pleasant for us to talk.

Amurskaya A. V.: It comes so that it adapts to circumstances and to the situation, and to your own goals – exactly in what stream, exactly with energies and goals you are encountering now, in order you would be able to solve them with maximum effectiveness, This is just fantastic! That is corrector so much co-tunes you first of all with yourself, second with the Space and Earth, that this stream allows you to fulfill your own life program and life goals with a rhythm, which is needed in this specific period of time, and be in full resourceful state, this is cute!

There is another interesting virtue. It removes fussiness, does not allow being pulled into this fuss. That is, you are remaining in this state of a stream and do not switch into this vanity of vanities, no matter who can pull you somewhere…. V.: I also liked another virtue, that this corrector will be useful to workaholics, because it gives understanding when there comes a need to stop in order to take a rest timely, and by doing this prevent bringing yourself to burnout – emotional and physical. This is also to a question about our crazy rhythm of life and about those factors of multitasking, in which we are living. And so, doing everything in good time. A bit earlier you gave a great example, that in case one has an hour to do some job, then being in a state of tiredness it is possible to sit and torture oneself. And it is possible to take a rest during 20 minutes and them do what you have to with energy and pleasure. Fahrutdinova E. E.: Yes, exclude. If I am correct we already discussed workaholics in some our video, and now I will repeat once again, that this is about the energy. Every day we are awakening with some volume of energy, and people are forgetting…. I will put it differently, here is a car, just from the factory, zero mileage, everything is in good order, everything works, but it is not moving, why? Fahrutdinova E. E.: This is the same with my beloved phone, it could be fancy model, brand new, just form the factory, but in case it is not charged, it does not work. And people, especially workaholics, are forgetting, remember the saying: “time for business and an hour for fun”, “done the job, walk boldly/freely” – this is not correct!

Amurskaya A. V.: Do in case you have recourse. In case you are in recourse, then of course you are doing what you have! And in case you are not in recourse, it seems to me it is possible to spoil everything what you are going to do.

Fahrutdinova E. E.: Here one shall change internal directive from “I am having rest because I did the job” to “I am having rest in order to work”. This is gas, this is fuel, I have to sleep well, I have to do periodic pauses in my working process during the course of the day, even in case I am not smoking, I shall do “smoke breaks”…. Why some people are drinking tea at work and eating, saying: “I am always eating buns” – because actually they do not need food, actually they need pause not meal! They could be full. But as soon as they cannot allow themselves to sit some 15 minutes doing nothing, they are inventing a pretext “let’s eat”…. And when we are eating, especially something sweat, this is actually glucose for a brain, we are getting energy. That’s why when at work people are wondering around with tea every two hours, taking some glucose - their energy has gone out. And it is possible not to take glucose or smoke, but sit down and take a rest! Breathe! Maybe do some practice, some gymnastic, do meditation, look out the window, look at something that gives pleasure to you. One shall recharge.
