My day begins with a toothbrush. On the sink that I have in the bathroom lays FSC 20, at the water tap I have FSC Success. I wash my face and clean teeth with FSC Success, my personal issue is lack of vital power – this is connected with the first and second chakras, and so I have to “rotate” them at once. As a child, I use to bit my nails, then when I became an adult I grew them, in 2012 I was stressed and I started biting one, now I can't stop. Is it psychosis, nerves or something else?
