Hello everybody! I am Lidia Fahrutdinova, psychologist, practicing from 2007 and “reader” of the Planet of Regions Company. Today we are going to talk about FSC White River. White River – is river Ak-Alaha (Ак-Алаха) at the Ukok plateau (Укок) in the Altai region. FSC is very powerful, it both cleans and cuts off energy ties and fills with the energy. Most powerful energy, I don't remember ever having such energy since I've been working with the FSCs and taking any of them in hands. As usually I am accenting something in the FSC energies, that can bring practical, pragmatic benefits to life, and especially for human psychic. And if we are about FSC White River, there is information at the site, other speakers will say about energies, but I highlighted for myself two features: one is work with losses, and the second is working with “mother’s figure”.

What could be said about losses? Very often people really do not understand that losses are taking place more often than we think, this is similar to emotional traumas, that is people reckon that emotional or psychic trauma is only when one lived through some violence, in case one was in the combat area or survived some nature cataclysm, and I do not have any of this. They refer to post-traumatic stress disorder. But actually absolutely every individual has psychology traumas, that is in some moment limbic system did not cope. And later, when one gets into some similar situation, one reacts non-adequately, but in the moment it seems that one perceives everything adequately, hears everything adequately, adequately understands and adequately reacts. Speaking in general, we are living somehow with all this. People, who are about their development and want to make their emotional life much easier and establish connections – to see the world adequately are coming to psychologist for work with themselves.

When it comes to losses there exists similar distortion, people are thinking that loss is when someone died, someone close, and grieving is just the same mourning for a loved one whom one has lost, who has died. But loss could be the loss of a pet, loss could be loss of connection with a live person, this could be parting, at that parting not only in masculine-feminine relations, but also in friendship. This could be moving – everything from our familiar and close to us that we are literally losing. And in this connection some grief develops, but as a rule, people are not paying attention at this. And they can live with this loss, live with unbroken grief, and all this will influence from their unconscious, from their shadow part, at what surrounds them here and now. And a person can live for decades with losses and sorrows not lived through. And the White River FSC helps to highlight this loss, to live through, to grieve and cope with it, and finally to release this situation, in order it would not influence the present. Because one of the functions of our psychic is trying to protect us from pain and from what is already lived thorough, in order this would not repeat. We all are in some protective positions and missing the chances in our current lives. That is, in general people are noticing that they live in the past. I would not go into details now how it all forms, what are they saying to themselves – this is not important. Take FSC and in case some strong emotions about things lost in the past would float up, continue working with it, drink structured water, do pumpings, in order to live this loss trough and let it go.

And the second valuable thing, which we have in this FSC is its work with “mother’s figure”. – the term is professional. “Mother’s figure” is pattern of the emotional connections. We are forming emotional connections, generally with any person, with whom we have at least some emotional contact. With some this emotional contact is small, with others it is strong. As a rule we have strong emotional contact with our children, with our parents, with our partners in family life or it could be just love. In lesser degree they may be saleswomen, I always give this example – coffee seller, at whom I buy coffee daily, and we already developed some contact that we're interested in how we're doing? What is going on, I will skip details, but comes a state when I am already feel sympathy to her, she feels sympathy to me, sha gives me advises about some goodies in the window, whispering "don't take this, better this one, it is - today's". That is, I am already not just a client for her, but a client to whom she wants to sell something most fresh. I'm kind of special one for her. We will have an emotional contact, and here, too, the mother’s figure in my head and in my psychic will take effect. Mother’s figure is a pattern of the emotional connections. It is not important what kind of person your mother really was. We are not seeing her really….But the process of forming of our connection with mother starts in the womb and continues during delivery and feeding and especially during first infantry years of our lives, then we are growing and separating gradually, but mother is the kind of emotional connections, pattern of the emotional connections – what we are expecting from people, with which we develop emotional connection. Here in the head I can think “well, it is my mother who did as best as she could, but actually I have some traumas, which I received from her”. It was not mother who inflicted them, mother is an ordinary person, sooner or later one shall come to this conclusion, better later than never, but our parents are ordinary people who did their best as they could. But to our sorrow, in process of interaction with them any child receives some traumas in some places. Not because parents did not injured us on purpose, but just because they did as they could. And let's just say the reptilian brain, the limbic system of the child, gave fail at some point, and here it is a trauma. I am about saying that one child could be bitten all life and he is not traumatized with this, and some one develops physical violence trauma because of one slap, and he lives with this. Everything is individual here. And so, suppose I lived through some treachery with my mother, for example she could get into my diaries, and one day I found out and it traumatized me. Maybe I shared something with her and later she told this secret to father or all neighbors came to know about it. She took it with laughs but for me it was trauma. I am bringing this as an example of bedrail. And later, when I am creating my own emotional connection, I even do not notice, I do not think about this, and if asked straight – “I consider one as a good person, until he does some shit, I trust him”. But inside myself there is the expectation of betrayal on the part of this person. If I am about woman-seller, then something would disturb me from inside. If, for example, we are about my husband, whom I love, then I would suffer with some suspiciousness more and more. Or there exists opposite side – I am selecting such people who would definitely betray me, but I don't see it right here. Although there are not just rings, but there are large bells beating, right in front of my nose are situations, demonstrating how one behaves, and I refuse to see. Betrayal trauma works this way. Or what else I am doing? I am bringing a person to this, one could be not inclined to bedrail, but non-consciously without noticing, I will do everything possible, that this person does something and betrays me. And then I would say “shit, I knew this, one should not trust anyone!” trauma works this way. Returning to mother’s figure, this is figure of emotional connections, we received some traumas from mother and forgot later, but it lives in non-conscious and influences. And later influences all our emotional connections, which we are creating with people. This will include all, starting from the woman-seller, who cells coffee to me and we developed some friendly connection, and up to my partner in masculine-feminine relations and my children. And so, it is very important to work out mother’s figure in own head and psychic, and for this White River FSC is must have and helps wonderfully, that is, it works exactly with traumas, connected with mother. Same is true about lack of mother’s love, because this also creates traumatization. And individual who didn't get enough from the mother, later tries to receive in various other places…. First of all, when they give this to him, he does not see what they are giving. Because trauma is as if a bottomless hole. No matter how much you pour in, it's never enough, everything burns down there all the time – more and more! Not enough, not enough! And it happens that a person gives you much love, or there is enough love for you, but you do not feel this. All the time it seems to you “no, they do not love me” or they do not value you consider not significant, and so on. Here one shall work with lack of mother’s love, which again influences at our emotional connections with other people. In some part, as soon as this is mother and mother spends much time and forms emotions, this is connected with formation of healthy or not healthy narcissistic part in human being. Term narcissistic part is derived from narciss, it is present in absolutely every individual, in some it is manifested and impudent, and we call such people narcissists and condemn them for it. But most often this is traumatized narcissistic part, it is traumatized at many, it shows as self-doubt.

In general narcissistic part is responsible for being liked, being liked by oneself, by others, being liked not only due to exterior but also for deeds. This part helps us to track at what my deeds people are reacting with approval, and at what with rejection. This helps us to adapt in the socium, in which we want to be. That is, position “I do what I want, let them think what they want, the hell with them all” is very unhealthy. No good to send all to hell, and no good sending to hell those who is unhappy with you and criticizes you in some way. This is also non healthy part. You know, there exist polarity: there are people who want to be liked by everyone, to please everyone, and another pole unhealthy in same degree as “to please everyone” is “sending everyone to hell”. There should be balance. Balance. And our narcissistic part helps us to figure out - in this society with this person what I can do in order to please him, and what I should not do, because this would not please him, and by doing this it helps us to create social connections, and when I say “social connections” I mean friendship too. Including relations at work with colleagues, boss, personal relations – masculine-feminine and relations with children. Exactly narcissistic part helps us to track and do things, which either please another person or not. This very part is responsible at how we are looking into the mirror – do I like myself or not? What do I like about myself? How should I get dressed? What is my style? What is my image? How am I feeling? How do I want to? This is also narcissistic part. I repeat, it is present in every person and at many people it is traumatized. And people with traumatized narcissistic part behave either as narcissists, but this is only 3-4 percent, and all the rest are so insecure, clamped down, either trying to please everybody or send everybody to hell, or ostensibly know what to do but shy. Ostensibly one knows how to say correctly, but is shy. Because one is very afraid to receive dislike, or on the contrary one does something too hypertrophied only in order to receive like. Here mother’s figure has significance. Both mother’s and father’s figures. By the way, in case question appeared at some of you, for what father’s figure is responsible – it is responsible for the social hierarchy. Child is strongly connected with mother, especially during first years child perceives mother as integral with him, only later he separates from her. And father is perceived by the child as some object – not alien one, but separate. This object comes and goes. He is close to me, and mother is my part, but he disappears somewhere, then comes back. Oh, it turns out that it is possible to disappear and come back this way. He goes out there – somewhere into the socium and brings something from there, it is interesting what is there? That is father’s figure is a kind of provocateur for the child to separate from the mother, to be more distant, to go apart, to separate and not be afraid. Because it is possible to return back and everything will be as it was, that is in any case you will find your mother. Mother is where you left her.
Returning to the white River, I repeat, this is a very powerful FSC, it both cleans and tears apart suckers and fills with the energy…. Really very powerful energy, very!
