Koltsov S. V.: The first question, which appears right from the start is “What new takes place in the surrounding Space?”  To our sorrow it takes place. An absolutely new theme appeared this year, which “closes down” the second and the fourth chakras. It is most interesting that it does not influence the first and the seventh ones. And this means that most probably this theme does not fly from the outer space and that it is “hand made”, and it is of the most unpleasant kind. Very unpleasant! I was not ready to this absolutely. Most probably it appeared in the beginning of march. I missed it, that’s why I had to restore myself during two months. Not only myself, because its consequences could be very versatile. More to it, we did not have ready themes for counteracting this attack! The first theme appeared December 9^th, 2024. Then a bit later two more themes appeared, they are from the recent ones: Yamuna and Healing Fire – march 31^st, and more themes appeared right now. Well, now we have with what to fight it. This is a model example of the fact that accent in illnesses shifts into information sphere. Here physiology is secondary. And this is extremely important because, to our sorrow, problems of such kind could not be healed with pills. So be attentive to what our Company produces and what for.

Koltsov S. V.: Not at once. To our sorrow, not immediately. Exactly because of this I missed this issue this year.

 For another time I want to tell you about physical basis – why the correctors are working. More to it, this year I participated in a congress on neuroscience, which took place in Crimea and I delivered this report there. I am well aware that doctors, psychologists do not understand the physics of this phenomenon, because they were not taught it, but nevertheless there is a need to talk about this. We are also learning to deliver information at a normal Russian language, avoiding use of specific terminology. We called this report “Non-drug health prophylaxis through water structuring”. Though the end of the phrase is a bit incorrect, because water is always structured. Well, at least because there are no separate H₂O molecules. In case they were separate, then it should be gas, because in the Mendeleev’s table row the next element is sulfur, and it is well known, that H₂S is a gas. And nevertheless H₂O is liquid. Then they do not exist separated. Zenin developed good grounds for this and showed that minimum water associate carrying information, and this is one of the main water functions, consists of 57 molecules. Why we paid attention at water at the first place? It happened so in my life that in Soviet time I was engaged in the development and realization of rocket control systems, including Buran. During two years before launch we had a very hard working regimen, when we had to work out the programs at nights, and all organism rhythms were completely broken. In 1990, when I ceased working a question arose “how to restore own health?” And I had to investigate how we ourselves are made. That is in fact to receive another education. I had to read a mass of medical, biology, esoteric literature, and from each book I caught a piece of information – bit after bit. But the basic thing was clear – that human health is based on water. Because human organism consists of water at 70 %, and even more at infants. Common sense hints, that by learning to communicate with water, that is by filling it with the necessary information, it is possible to reach serious results. That’s why appeared this goal – to develop non drug remedies of health prophylaxis through the water informatization. We had to master a long road, it took some 6-7 years to try and make resonators and then improve design of future FSCs. At first, we called them “polarizers”, because they changed polarization exactly of aqueous solutions. Then we started to investigate this topic deeper, and good help posed our outstanding scientists who have appeared in the inner circle of communication… You know, as esotericists usually say, visualization process took place. That is, the goals which appeared, started to attract people, who were engaged in these fields. First of all, it is Vadim Sergeevich Krikorov, Laureate of the USSR State Prize, a man who during some period of time was involved in nuclear programs, he graduated Institute of Fine Chemical Technology, in addition he worked in piezo technic and microelectronics, and during a long period of time, starting from the end 50-s, he took interest in a mass defect – it is when something suddenly appears out of nothing. His subsequent research work in these field brought him to understanding that practice began to overtake all the theoretical foundations of physics, which could give some explanation of the effects. He came to conclusion that one shall start with attempts to write unified field theory, he called it “United Space” and finished this work approximately by 2005. In Soviet times they did not publish his works. Because one of key elements of his theory was the thin energy, which under some conditions has superluminal speeds, and this completely contradicts the materialistic approach which was promoted by the big Academy of Sciences, and first of all by the commission on fake science combating. I met him in the beginning of 2000-s, and approximately by 2005 he had a serious health situation, and I had in my hands IR laser and first variants of FSC. Unfortunately, he already had a diabetic foot, and one of his legs had already been cut off, and in order to relieve his acute condition I brought my laser to him glued analog of future FSC no 1 on it and said: “I guess there is no need to explain how to work with the laser?” He said: “I can explain this to you myself!” And he started to treat himself with the laser irradiation, at that in violation of all medical rules, when they count seconds – how long to use the light and at what places, he directed laser irradiation at his veins for an hour, an hour and half. And he reached phenomenal results, I would not mention in order not to scare doctors. But the fact is that after this case he said: “You understand, I wrote thin fields theory, and you did thin fields generator”. I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Well, okay." Later it turned out that these thin fields are nothing else but longitudinal electromagnetic waves. Another concept which one would not find neither in the internet nor in literature, nowhere! There is no textbooks on this topic. However, there are people who are investigating into this field. One of them was Yuriy Mikhailovitch Ermolaev, who investigated this theme in a classified institute for more than 30 years. We sat with him, discussing water informatization problems, frequencies, and he said: “I am in this already for some 30 years, I understood what you did – you made longitudinal electromagnetic waves generator based at the scalar component of magnetic field”. I heard this for the first time in the beginning of 2000-s. I did not have any idea that something of the kind exists. Later I attended several lectures in the center of the city, there is a lecture hall where the Popov society periodically gathers interesting people, and starting from this moment I gained a definite idea – what exactly are we dealing with? At that period of time I did not have any idea about scalar component of magnetic field or something of the kind, though later this concept was used in the patents. We worked based on a bit different basis, but came to the same result. And so, starting from this time global question appeared: “What exactly should be corrected in water? And what is water in general?” In the beginning of 2000-s they translated an interesting book “Sensitive Chaos” by Theodor Schwenk in which Austrian physicists without any formulas and very clearly explained three key characteristics of water. First, as a powerful solvent, water takes participation in all metabolic processes in live nature. Not only in human organism, but also in plants and animals – everywhere. Second key function at which they paid attention – is its rhythmic essence. That is water is connected with the rhythms in time and space. But it is extremely difficult to catch these rhythms with existing instruments, and it is easy with the hands. Because we ourselves are irradiating longitudinal electromagnetic waves, particularly from our fingertips. Common sense hinted: “as soon as we are irradiating, we should be able to read these rhythms”. Well, yes, I had to learn working with the pendulum, we released a brochure about how I am doing this, please read, all this really works. And the third main water function, at which Austrian physicists paid their attention, is water sensitivity practically to all outer influences, first of all to the magnetic field. As it turned out later to the scalar component of magnetic field. I will translate from Russian into Russian what means “scalar component of magnetic field”? This means that magnetic field may commit work. According to Maxwell equations, magnetic field does not commit work. For example, magnetic field of these transverse waves, which we use as our electricity, does not commit work. And everything that functions in live nature does, and how! More to it, Krikorov proved that the power of thin energies is twice as the sum of all material ones. And their set is well known: strong, weak, nuclear gravitational and there is some other interaction which I forgot. I have several artefacts, which demonstrate that FSCs, when encountering with some information, contradicting to the themes recorded on themselves, may respond so powerfully, up to burning out the material, as if it was cut with an autogen. I have photos. In general, the main problem in this class of phenomenon is metrology. The fact is that such things as our thoughts, memory, imagination are working at these thin energies or longitudinal electromagnetic waves, both definitions are correct. The dreams, which we see is memories of our imagination. But we do not see amplitudes and frequencies in our dreams! All these phenomena are picturesque, we are seeing either a feature film or a documentary. Not only that there is a need to fix an image, one shall also understand “Is it good or not?” From the point of view of physics arose a question: “any live cell is an open system, and what it means?” This means that it is connected not only with the Earth magnetic field, but also with the outer irradiation from Space. And a question appeared: “Is it possible to construct a resonator, which combines these two phenomena, that is in order it would be possible to record information in the rhythms of the Earth magnetic Field and outer Cosmic irradiation simultaneously. It turned out that this is possible.

 Pictures, which I found in the esoteric literature are the model of such resonator, they are called either Merkaba or The Star Tetrahedron. When preparing this presentation we forgot to draw a plot of forces which had to be combined. At the picture there are two tetrahedrons inscribed in a sphere where forces arise, one is directed along the guides, and the second, which is not visible, but it is present there, is directed across. And this is a right-angled triangle. That is, there was a need to record both components (one is directed along the ribs and the other between vertices). The only thing that remained not clear for a while is that it takes place not in one moment, but with separation in time – first one component is recorded then the other. But this does not change the essence. Though there was a need to exert some effort and learn how to do this. Of course, during all this time we conducted scientific confirmations of the FSC work, at all possible levels, one may think about. First test we conducted in laboratory of Mikhailova Ludmila Pavlovna, doctor of Medical Sciences, “the right hand” of Kaznacheev Vlail Petrovich. We tested FSCs mitotic activity. I prepared small magnetic elements, the kind we are using in our FSCs, and she tested effect of these elements on the cellular monolayer of fibroblasts in Petri dishes. For your understanding, fibroblasts is actually a connective tissue. It is extremely difficult to force it to change in any way! And nevertheless, I gave her 5 magnetic elements samples, and these cellular structures started to develop in five various ways, each in accordance with own program. By the way one sample stopped cells mitosis at the second day. It stopped completely. She calls me and says: “Do you have some understanding of what you did?” “I myself have understanding, but how I am going to talk with oncologists about this sample which stopped cells mitosis”. They do not know physics. This is going to be “a talk of deaf and blind men”. And it goes on approximately this way. It took almost 20 years, in order they would start to hear a little. More to it, we did all kinds of research works, up to electron microscopy. Rad’kova Ludmila Ivanovna gave first FSCs for testing to Plehova Natalia Gennadievna, Doctor of biology sciences from Vladivostok, without going into details, just said: “Natalia, take a look”. “And what is this?” “Not important, check how the cells would change”. Well, she shrugged her shoulders, checked then said: “you now, interesting devices! I checked at the cells and they are stimulating primary cellular immunity”. At that time I myself had no idea that this exists in nature. It happens “it exists”. More to it, the same Plehova Natalia Gennadievna checked at mice the results of prolonged FSCs influence. Directly at the tissues. When she dissected these mice, after looking at what was happening to them, she had no more questions about whether the FSC are working or not. These are not all tests which we did. We checked several dozens FSC in laboratory of Zenin Stanislav Valentinovich, he created an instrument able to measure oscillations in the liquid mediums, by doing comparison of these oscillations with oscillations of the test liquid – super clean water. He compared oscillations of super clean water and of another sample of the same super clean water treated by the FSCs. And yes, we received confirmation that all FSCs are different and all are working. More to it, as a president of Academies of Energy and Information Sciences, he issued certificate that FSC no 1 makes water, which is identical to best spring water samples, and then he said: “I can imagine what tremendous work you did, because under no circumstances this FSC can do any harm”. And we called it antiparasitic. And this means one simple thing – neither parasites nor viruses do not live in conditions in which healthy cell feels well. And the common sense hints that instead of poisoning something, one shall stimulate own immunity. Most global check was done again at the Far East in the clinic of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, it took more than 5 years. The first reaction of their scientific department head Bogdanovich, when we came there together with Ludmila Rad’kova, was standard “another quackers came”. Without giving much explanations after just a small talk we left there several FSCs. They became interested what it is, at first they tested at themselves – at doctors, saw that nothing bad happens, then started mass use at their patients. And after five years and half, Bogdanovich took participation in our conference, at that moment the head physician did not let her go, she had to argue: “Am I a pensioner?! Then I have a right to take two weeks when I need, and I am taking them!” She flew to Moscow, reported and in conclusion she said” “you may consider my report results as an official clinical tests”. And what is most important, she said that during the whole time of their testing, they did not have a single negative effect at human being. They also noted and confirmed documentary another interesting moment: “homeostasis stabilization takes place not quickly, approximately in two and half, three months”. A bit later it became clear why. Because this stabilization takes place when restores coherence of organism rhythms and the outer field rhythms, this could not be done quickly. And the main FSC function is exactly the restoration if this coherence (up tuning) of the rhythms – of internal organism rhythms and of the outer field rhythms. Unlike any pills or any vaccines, the FSCs themselves are up tuning in accordance with the outer field changes. This function is not present neither in pills nor in vaccines and the rest. Well known to us DNA and RNA structures are longitudinal waves generators in the human organism, that’s why viruses are embedding themselves exactly there. This means that viruses are also working at the longitudinal electromagnetic waves, and to our sorrow we cannot read them. However, with the use of own hands it is possible to select an FCS in case of issues, which arise with appearance of new viruses or new illnesses. In result it is possible to state that FSCs are performing all three functions, about which Austrian physicists were saying. Metabolic function is the obvious one, this is just water property, which is a powerful solvent. Rhythmic function – by the way I can remind you about the rhythms we had. By 2008 the rhythm was close to 51 seconds, in December of 2007 when we had transition into January of 2008, it accelerated by a third. We did noticed this instrumentally at the laser correlation spectrometers when we measured the rhythms of a one percent saliva solution. And the third function is sensitive – that is water is the cosmic sensory organ of the Earth. And this is reproduced by us in a large number of FSCs, where their main function is to correct the mental sphere of a person, because there could be countless quantity of human emotions shades. Some people say: “What for are you producing so many FSCs?” You see, this is the same as with melodies in music, no matter how many is composed, still it is not enough. Here everything is the same way! I will accent this once again – FSC is an adaptive instrument of health support. Adaptive. Exactly because of this the time demonstrated that FSCs are simply prolonging one’s life. For example I did not visited local doctor’s office for more than 20 years, there is nothing to do there. May be the reason is that I am one of the first, who conducts all these experiments at myself, so I am the first one to get the response. Speaking in general, I think that main potential of FSCs use is still ahead, because in any way the life would force people to look attentively at the information influence, and it increases all the time in the surrounding socium. Well, some people may say “well, everything is fading out here… ” No, we are just getting started! I am very optimistic about the future. So be healthy! Using the FSCs!

Kaplina A. V.: Oh, I forgot to mention that Yamuna is more woman’s energies, but this does not mean, that correctors are strictly for women or men. They would be good both for men and women. As you know men and women are coming into India as pilgrims in search of the spiritual growth. In addition I stumbled upon information recently saying that in case one cleans himself physically, then he has desire to grow spiritually.

Healing Fire – is about Yang energy, because it shows itself in strictness, in structuring, this is powerful energy. Clairvoyant practitioners said right from the start: “let’s call it Healing Fire” Because it works brilliantly both with the thin and physical bodies. It balances splendidly the seventh, sixth and fourth energy centers. In case one sits on it, then first and second energy centers are activated, and then energy rises upwards. It restores energy centers, restores one’s bio-field. Burns out not needed – what comes into our bio-field at the information level. The energy rises up the spinal column and along the chakras, cleaning them. Works very well with the bone system. With muscles it works as training equipment. Koltsov S. V.: It is really conscious, because I am watching over several people who happened to be in unpleasant situations up to emergency treatment department. One they transferred into a medically induced coma, the second one is in non-conscious state, and so some 5-6 days passed, they brought one woman out of coma, and the next day she started to speak. The second person still does not recover, but the state is stable. It is interesting that when one is in the borderline state, priorities of the correctors are changing rapidly, and I doubt if ever exists some pattern. One day Healing Fire could be more resonant, the other day Yamuna Power of India. That’s why I have to track situation and change them periodically. That’s why it is not possible to tell which one is better, it is desirable that one would have both.

Kaplina A. V.: I would say they are as if two Elements – the Element of Fire and Element of Water, it is not possible to tell which one is better!

Koltsov S. V.: Different times different FSCs are needed.

Kaplina A. V.: When we tested, clairvoyant testers said straight: “You can appeal to the Fire Element through the Healing Fire FSC, and he we have Water Element, they amplify each other”

Koltsov S. V.: At that, they are suitable in versatile situations. One dame has serious lymph system disorder and she does not part with Yamuna, and she is happy, she started to feel well.

Koltsov S. V.: In a real time scale. I do not dare to say this aloud and seriously, but Krikorov, proved that the propagation speed of subtle energies, which are the same longitude electromagnetic waves is ten to fortieth faster than the speed of light. This means actually instant! That’s why there is no use to speak about propagation speed….. In time of pandemic I used to “correct” people, who were in Canada, USA, Australia. See where is Moscow and where Canada, and Australia! And it is possible to control the process and see the effect of the influence.

Kaplina A. V.: And now we are switching to the dialog, we already discussed the first question, and we are going to continue asking questions to each other. I am going to start. Sergey Valentinovich, how do you manage to keep yourself in good health, in good mood, and what are you doing for this? Of course with the help of correctors and water.

Koltsov S. V.: First of all about water, there is even no need to check – all beginners do not drink water. This is not an easy process, and often one shall use discipline for it. This is good, I am fasting regularly, and in these periods water volumes, which I am drinking, well it could be different, there are days in which I can drink five and even six liters, this is too much, with my weight I need three liters. Now I do not drink that much even in hot weather. Maximum one liter and half – two liters. This is enough if I am not out at the hot. If one goes out at the hot there is a need for more.

Kaplina A. V.: How much water you already drunk today?

Koltsov S. V.: I have morning ritual, when I get up I take collagen and half liter of water, sometimes a whole liter. Generally, I am drinking two liters of water a day with pleasure.

Kaplina A. V.: And you are feeling well?

Koltsov S. V.: You see, I am testing new FSCs at myself. There exist some themes, which I simply have no right to release into masses, though I like them very much.

Kaplina A. V.: Now your question, Sergey Valentinovich.

Koltsov S. V.: What methods do you propose to your clients? Including the use of FSCs?

Kaplina A. V.: Of course it is water. For example, I was trained by a healer, and he says that we shall drink water instead of coffee… People were taught to drink coffee, and he says: “you’d better start your day with a couple glasses of water. Drink hot water right in the morning, and you will awaken in a moment. And if you take several glasses, you will ensure your good health for the whole day. So, of course I propose my people to start with water drinking, “to wet organism” as you like to say….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, wetting organism is my ritual.

Kaplina A. V.: To wet own organism, that is to start with water drinking, and the FSC use – needed, correct selection of what is necessary at the moment. Of course, these are basic series correctors, and in case there is a need to use one item in order to restore or to feel how it works, I give something more powerful, for example “Gift of the Skies”, and one feels these energies at once, restores herself and later delves into how it works. Well, some people do not want to delve, do not want to study. Probably this is laziness at the first place.

Koltsov S. V.: But at the same time laziness is optimization method. One would not do without laziness!

Kaplina A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, what exactly you are using most often this year? And what FSCs are your most loved ones?

Koltsov S. V.: Actually I do not have any loved ones….

Kaplina A. V.: But what are you using most of all, for example personally for yourself?

Koltsov S. V.: There is a theme, which I am using regularly, but I cannot replicate it. To our sorrow, it is not suitable for everybody. The most loved ones? By the way it is our classics – numbers one and two.

Kaplina A. V.: You know, many my advanced users, who have many FSCs and who are working with energies put the basic FSCs in the most prominent place. They are: 1, 2, 5, 20, 23. Just started to use actively numbers 1 and 2. They are taking care about physical level.

Koltsov S. V.: This is correct. But recently these last correctors are very actual. I am not parting with them these days, because nine out of ten people fall under this program, which closes the second and fourth chakras. I think that this would not last very long, and again numbers 1, 2, 5 will become most actual ones. Nothing happens with them, they continue working as they did. Some people say: “I ceased sensing them, they are not working”. They are! They are working, nothing happens with them.

Kaplina A. V.: Now it is your turn to ask a question!

Koltsov S. V.: With what questions people are coming to most often recently?

Kaplina A. V.: Most often people got under an outer program, that is, appears strong desire to sleep….

Koltsov S. V.: Closed down!

Kaplina A. V.: Joint pains – people are coming with this problem often. And complains at the heart pains. Any joints and ligaments, at that relatively young people are coming, some 30 years old, the ones who do not know about our correctors. That is, there are many complaints exactly at the joints, at the spinal column. Bone system and hear problems.

Koltsov S. V.: I can explain what means “closed down”.

Kaplina A. V.: This is exactly a question I had in mind. Please remind our people what means “closed down”, what it is and why it happens?

Koltsov S. V.: When I say that one is “closed down”, this means exactly that one’s first and seventh chakras are closed. But nowadays there is a very specific situation, because this new program that appeared, which closes the second and the fourth chakras, but it does not close the first and the seventh ones. Formally one is not closed, but nevertheless one cannot live in this state. In addition, this program imposes a rhythm that's long gone. Both programs are imposing 51second rhythm. In case physiology becomes caught up with this rhythm, it will ruin and one would have to restore it during considerable time. I have precedents when one person has massive heart attack, two others atrial fibrillation. I have to erase this program for them periodically, and when I do some two hours later – they “can live” in the restored rhythms. Speaking in general, this process started since 2008, before this date this was not a mass phenomenon. I reckon that this is connected with the change of the rhythm driver, this is the very rhythm could be read with hands at these thin energies or in other words at the longitude electromagnetic waves. Earth magnetic field caught up with new rhythm quickly, but human organism is a very inert “system”. And here change of all rhythms is stipulated with the cellular structures regeneration speed. Our various organs are restoring with various speed. Liver does most quickly. That is, in case even a small part of healthy liver tissue remains, then it is possible to grow it in two weeks. That’s why when appeared such corrector as “Spring of Lamas”, which helps one to get rid of cirrhosis, doctors may say: “you have half a year left”. One starts to drink this water, comes again to the same specialist half a year later, and hear: “what for your came here? You are healthy”. Such things happen. But bones and ligaments are starting to suffer first, because their cellular structures do not have enough time to regenerate. These structures are regenerating during most long period of time. It takes some 7 years for the bones – the longest period. It is interesting that this takes place in any age. I was “caught” with joint issues three times, this is surely. First it was one ankle, then the right hand, it was almost funny with the right hand – it took just hours! Suddenly my hand swelled like a boxing glove. I can't hold a fork, I can't hold a knife, I can't do anything! I can't hold a pen. My folks got alarmed: “go and do x-ray investigation”. I did, the radiologist comes out and says, "Well, bone inflammation." The reason is clear I am starting to use FCSs, at the second day I am already able to hold cutlery, 4-5 days later I forgot that it took place. This is good in case one has FSCs, and what if not? They start to inject painkillers, then do not be astonished with liver cirrhosis appearance. Because all side effects are “flying” into liver and kidneys. Actually, the reason is obvious, simply doctors do not give a thought about this, they were not taught this – there are some rhythms there….

Kaplina A. V.: And May fifth I had back of the spine issue out of nowhere.

Koltsov S. V.: This is a different issue. This is the program, which I missed. It clearly started this year in the beginning of march. At that, it “hangs” all over the whole Earth. Yesterday I had to “correct” a person, who is in the north of Africa – God knows where. Never mind, we are correcting.

Kaplina A. V.: With what did you correct him? With the Fire?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes.

Kaplina A. V.: Healing Fire.

Koltsov S. V.: With the Healing Fire FSCs, well, I simply checked which one would be more effective.

Kaplina A. V.: You told about a hand which swelled, and remember I sent a photo to you with my leg swollen in the same way.

Koltsov S. V.: It was similarly with my ankle, I was not able to step at this leg! Out of nowhere.

Kaplina A. V.: I went to the doctor at the truma point, he told me: “well, you have salts there, arthritis starts, inflammation processes”. I just listened to him…. He also asked: “Have you been bitten by anything?” I said: “no”, he said a lot more of the kind to me. I made water lotions, used correctors contactly during a couple of days, next day I get up and see that everything has gone. Literally the next day.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes.

Kaplina A. V.: And in case I would use what they advised me, there would be great expenses ….

Koltsov S. V.: In addition to the expenses, you know, a person poisons himself with these pills.

Kaplina A. V.: And we are not taking pills, Sergey Valentinovich. Our people, who are watching us, also do not use them. Only water, correctors and so on, so we would not continue this topic. Come on with the next question.

Koltsov S. V.: And what are your most loved FSCs ?

Kaplina A. V.: Considering resent half year period it is Gift of the Skies – my loved one – we ourselves are drinking water, structured on it. And I use it for the newcomers who are not drinking water. When they ask me to give them some water. I myself do not drink coffee, tea very seldom, and my water is very tasty. I treat two liter decanter at the Gift of the Skies FSC and there are days when we use five decanters. Recently I like Amazing Mauritius, Golden Time. I am pumping myself daily with the Golden Time FSC since it appeared after the New Year. And my mother and daughter are pumping themselves with it. All are feeling it very well. The golden series is beyond discussion: 20, 23, Call of Kukulcan – is one of my loved ones. Kudiyarov spring too – I sleep with it. For a long time I use to put it at the hip joint, now I already can sleep without it. You had back of the spine issue in May, and May 7^th my knee started to give pains, and it is interesting that they as if switched pains off July 7^th. I used correctors contactly, did knee pumpings and slept with correctors and used ointment which I brought from Thailand, I used the whole vial, though before this it was standing not needed for years. And I noticed that they as if switched off this program July 7^th and my knee ceased to hurt. Interesting things are taking place recently.

I want to ask you the next question, which is asked by many people: who do you think is closing us?

Koltsov S. V.: When change of the rhythms takes place, as it happened when we moved from 2007 into 2008, this is the Space. This means that we as a Solar System flew into some area. And when there is a program, closing the second and forth chakras, this did not come from the outer Space.

Kaplina A. V.: Probably, some information issue takes place here.

Koltsov S. V.: This is a model example that many are still playing with negative information here. But I want to remind that as soon as we found an answer at this program, then from every person, from whom this influence is withdrawn, the boomerang instantly flies back to those who did it. The fact of this program appearance is apparently “last goodbye” of the dark ones, a gesture of desperation, when they are slamming the door. Well, we'll get over it.

Kaplina A. V.: We will find an answer at this program, yes?!

Koltsov S. V.: We already found, and not just one or two.

Kaplina A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, please say how often it “closes” you? Or does this not happen at all? Or it happens?

Koltsov S. V.: It happens. But during the last year it already does not “close” me at all. When my spinal column suffered – yes, I missed this program. I did not track that it appeared. More to it, it's not obvious at all, it's just not visible.

Kaplina A. V.: Does it has some layers? That is, would this program be erased with one corrector, or still with several FSCs, and one will have to use several correctors in sequence?

Koltsov S. V.: Several FSCs are working. These ones are the best – Healing Fire and Yamuna. But there exists two more, which are dealing with this program. Heavenly Fire Power FSC copes too, but a bit less effective. In the beginning it worked even better, but apparently the information changes, now these two are working better. Though I did not check, may be this one too….

And what are your life principles?

Kaplina A. V.: Probably this is the basic FSC principle – do no harm. That is help a person, direct at the right road, give advice, that is give direction for movement. You know, there is a very good saying – people are like pencils – they draw their lives themselves. It's just that someone breaks down, someone is blunt, and someone sharpens up and draws life on. It looks like the same takes place here, someone breaks down, someone is stupid all the time, and someone sharpens up and goes on. Somehow this way.

Sergey Valentinovich, I have the following question, Merzlyakova Elena Mikhailovna recommends to wash correctors under running water every week, including the internal plates, because they are getting noisy. Or is it a myth? Your opinion?

Koltsov S. V.: This is surely a myth. This is 100 % myth! And there are already many such myths here. I'll demonstrate you another one today. Actually, we released a brochure with answers at all basic questions, asked by people “101 Question about FSCs”. They are the same questions, which they are asking repeatedly with maniacal persistence. Please take this brochure and read, everything is said correctly here. I do not understand people who does not hear as if they are deaf. I said many times what will break the FSCs: if it stays in water for a long time it will unglue, so there is no need to soak it. And remember, if it sticks to the plate, then do not put it in the microwave oven. In the oven too, you will cook it.

Kaplina A. V.: Or they are putting hot kettles…

Koltsov S. V.: Kettles are allowed.

Kaplina A. V.: No, they heat it on gas and put it on the plate, the plastic can just melt.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, this is maximum what may happen, the FSC itself shall stand.

Kaplina A. V.: Your question to me….

Koltsov S. V.: Is it difficult to test new FSCs?

Kaplina A. V.: Probably not, Sergey Valentinovich. Not difficult, though testing may take various time….

Sergey Valentinovich, I am going to ask counter question: you used to say that when a new FSC appears you are using it solely for water drinking and it takes approximately a week to get accustomed to new energies, that you are testing FSCs at yourself. How you do this? How you are testing correctors? Basically, I did the same, when new corrector appeared, first time I used it for water structuring, then carried at the body, checked if I would be able to sleep with this corrector. Of course I did diagnostics. But how you are testing?

Koltsov S. V.: Like a normal person, like a taster, organoleptically.

Kaplina A. V.: You drink water, all the same way?

Koltsov S. V.: Naturally! It's an association game.

Kaplina A. V.: Suppose some time later comes a feeling that you have enough, you cease filing it, and appears desire to use something else.

Koltsov S. V.: It is different with various correctors. Absolutely different. And apparently it depends on what was missing. For example, recently appeared correctors which erased information from previous lives. It is hard to believe and imagine such things, I used “to play” during a long time with the Call of Kukulcan FSC.

Kaplina A. V.: Yes, I remember a similar case. One channeler woman took this corrector and she told me: “I just couldn't get enough of it”. Her bellowed FSCs were the Higher Sphere and Call of Kukulcan. That is she slept and ate and took them at work with her, sat on them, did everything possible practices with these correctors. Then time came and she says: “I am looking at it and I do not want it. When I take it I do not feel it”. She feels energies, reads out very interesting information and so she says “I do not want it”. Another interesting case, Solar FSC was as if too powerful for her, and she said that she was afraid to take it in hands, then once she took it – what are the energies! That is, they work as if with some layers, one level saturates and energy switches at working with another one.

Koltsov S. V.: It's a resonance game. From the point of view of physics this is a resonance game. That is, what rhythms are prevailing in the organism? And with what organism rhythms are connected? This includes thinking process: what got stuck in one’s memory? And what sits in subconsciousness? And what periodically floats up as if in layers? Naturally, one would perceive differently the same correctors in various periods of time.

Kaplina A. V.: I just remembered another occasion, and want to share it right now, once she came to me at the moment when Healing Fire FSC just appeared, and she took Healing Fire and Heavenly Fire Power. And so she sits down at one of them and puts the other one at the seventh chakra, saying “Ah, let’s add some fire!” And she says: “it seems that there are two various fires, energies are different, but how they are working!” Remember, Heavenly Fire Power is 9.12, she says this one feels like a general! It goes right where the demand is” If for someone Heavenly Fire Power is too powerful, then Healing Fire works in a softer way, without imposing itself, but at the same time very powerfully. She sat at them just 5-10 minutes and said: “two most powerful torrents are coming into you, one from the Space, another one from the Earth, sweeping out everything not needed from the bio-field, all negative structures which happen to be there, and then stop”. And there is a silence and calmness. She put correctors aside, saying: “this is finished, I am cleaned, now give me Yamuna plate”. Interesting. By the way, when I did diagnostic to one woman with the Healing Fire FSC, when she took it I put it at the top of her head, when I removed it she said: “you know, I had some heavy feeling, there was a sensation that energy reached the heart chakra and is not able to move further”. She had a sensation of the energy clog being stuck somewhere. There is a block somewhere, maybe there was a need to sit for a longer period of time. So I realized some people’s physics has not time to perceive these energies and to rebuild, then for such people energies may look too heavy. When starting with water drinking the energy enters softly and gradually and is assimilated well. The energies, which are coming down at the planet Earth are influencing at us the same way, correct?

Koltsov S. V.: But we do not have enough time to react. I am recording many themes which are flying down from the Space, and exactly through water. And so they are flying in form of an impulse. I simply learned to take water samples in such a way, that I am catching this impulse.

Kaplina A. V.: It is a peak. They say, they are like punctures.

Koltsov S. V.: And when later I start to unpack it – to copy at the hard career, these rhythms are demonstrating themselves in all their glory. And this may take long. The world is built this way.

Kaplina A. V.: There is recommendation from one of our speakers, to assemble two or three correctors in a sandwich pattern, at that this assembly includes FSC Liberator. And in addition to put between these assembly one’s haircut or cosmic code, that is |Name, Surname, Father’s Name, date of birth. Is it possible to combine correctors this way?

Koltsov S. V.: Absolutely senseless enterprise! Just senseless. People, who propagandize this, are just fooling people. The fact is that Liberator is the only corrector with inverted polarization, that is, this is dead water. That’s why we recommend to drink water, structured at FSC Liberator when it is not clear what takes place with human being. Yes, this is correct. Because when situation is not clear it is better to stop the process, and only then deal with it. For this purpose the Liberator works. But combine it with any other FSC, which is supporting,..?!

Kaplina A. V.: More to it, in a sandwich pattern ….

Koltsov S. V.: I say again, I explained this for hundred times, in case one puts in a sandwich pattern ….

Kaplina A. V.: Any correctors.

Koltsov S. V.: Any correctors, parasitic components may appear, which may harm. That’s why we always say and write in our manuals that this is prohibited. Those ones who want to show off … This is nothing more but showing off, let them carry personal responsibility for consequences of this enterprise. I simply would not answer such questions!

Kaplina A. V.: In case someone carries information of such a kind, the questions should be addressed to this person …

Koltsov S. V.: Yes.

Kaplina A. V.: Someone may start to feel not well….

Koltsov S. V.: With full responsibility!

Kaplina A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, at what FSC side one shall structure water?

Koltsov S. V.: Some genuine guys again…. The fact is, that when this was done, everything possible was symmetrized.

Kaplina A. V.: I want to comment, that the plate may lay inside outer box with any side up. Many even does not know that there is an inner plate.

Koltsov S. V.: We have in mind “crazy” considerations that any plate contacts simultaneously with the Earth (suppose this is down side) and with the Space (upper side).

Kaplina A. V.: In addition some of them are taking pendulum, not having skills to use it, measure something and say that “for me here it works and there does not, here is the plus and there is minus”.

Koltsov S. V.: First you shall learn to hold yourself opened, and only them take pendulum in hands.

Kaplina A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, they asked a question: can a person with a pacemaker stand inside FSC circle?

Koltsov S. V.: I think this is possible. Nothing bad will happen.

Kaplina A. V.: I know that it is not allowed to put FSC right at the pacemaker area, but it is possible to stand inside a circle.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, the rest is question of time…. Why it is not allowed to put FSCs at the pacemaker? Because magnetic field scalar component would drain the battery.

Kaplina A. V.: You reckon this would not happen inside the FSC circle?

Koltsov S. V.: It is far from the pacemaker location.

Kaplina A. V.: That is, there is no direct contact.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, speaking in general, yes. Just an interesting remark – in case there is an FSC at the person and he decides to take an electrocardiogram, the cardiograph refuses to work.

Now we have a large number of FSC, their quantity comes to 250, is this enough for you as a practitioner?

Kaplina A. V.: You know, no, still not enough. Many people say: “what for you are releasing so many?!”  But still there are uncovered themes. We will talk about this some other time, not during this direct broadcast. Still there are requests from people, answers at which should be found. Probably it is possible to pose help in case of using of some combination, having many correctors and regularly doing something.  Many people, who are coming nowadays want a magic wand – I will come, you bring me into a leveled state and I go – and I shall be in this good state all the time, but this could not be.

Koltsov S. V.: This would not be.

Kaplina A. V.: That’s why I am saying to people “And where is your part of the job?” I am doing mine, I can do my 50 %, but what about your half?! People are lazy to work at themselves, work with their own body, to keep it well.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, some do not want to understand, that we are living in the epoch of changes. Actually, basic changes are flying from the outer space. Look what takes place in the world.

Kaplina A. V.: I just remembered one case, and want to tell about it, contactee Julia, when she came to me for the last time, she did not see the FSC Liberator. when I gave this corrector to her, it is on may table nowadays, saying: “try this one”, it is of another kind, it is dead water. She took it in hands and said: “It exactly nullifies and 15 minutes later restarts everything anew”. I say: “we are saying exactly this way”. This is really so. She says: “then it is to disinfect wounds!»

Koltsov S. V.: Of course.

Kaplina A. V.: “Then one shall take it into all kinds of trips”. I say: “yes”. She replies: “I need two – for mother and me”. They were at the black Sea recently, and she says: “Anya, you would not imagine how dirty the sea is”. That is her mother caught rotovirus, they swam only in the pool, one calls this trip to the sea in Turkey, that’s why Liberator is one of most important correctors, which you need to take with you. She says to me: “Now is the time – they nullified us, but with what to fill? With what to restore oneself?» That is, now we are in period of adaptation to new energies. We are living in an interesting time, Sergey Valentinovich!

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, now we are surely in adaptation, because the last change took place December 20^th, 2020. I tracked it. Starting from this moment the yearly rhythms stopped changing. And all traditions, when people were about to go and dive into the ice hole on January 19 lost any physiology sense. Just lost physiology sense. There is no difference when one dives into the ice hole. The date is not working now. And so, we still did not adapt to this change.

Kaplina A. V.: I know answers at many questions, but Sergey Valentinovich, people want to hear answers from you! What if one overexposes water at the FSC longer than it is recommended? For example, in the passport it is written that one shall hold water on it during 5 minutes, that is one puts a glass with water on it and holds 5 minutes. What happens in case one overexposes this water? For example, it stands for 2-3 hours, is it possible to drink it?

Koltsov S. V.: What do people who ask such questions think about?! Minimum time is written in passport Then it makes no difference for how long it would stand at the FSC. You can as well not remove it at all.

Kaplina A. V.: It was strange for me to hear such a question – what happens if I overexposed?

Koltsov S. V.: People does not understand that FSCs are made in such a way, that they cannot overload. They “switch off” automatically when there is nothing to do for them.

Kaplina A. V.: A question of the similar kind. Previously you, Sergey Valentinovich, said that running water structures instantly. Is there any significance how many elements there is in the FSC – four, five, eight, because water structuring time, written in passport differs. Please explain.

Koltsov S. V.: Running water structures instantly.

Kaplina A. V.: At any FSC? Suppose four element one….

Koltsov S. V.: Four, five…. yes. The more turbulent is the stream, the quicker it structures.

Kaplina A. V.: And what if we take a glass…?

Koltsov S. V.: It is different with the still water, time is written for this case. In case you take a bottle with water and put it at the FSC, then time, written in the passport, is required. But in case you would rattle with this bottle together with an FSC, then structuring takes place quicker by order.

How are you explaining to people the necessity of water drinking?

Kaplina A. V.: I am telling people that water is solvent, that all reactions in the organism are taking place in water. And of course water is much needed in order to solve not needed and to deduce everything not needed from the organism, in order to clean every cell. And in case we are using water in sufficient quantity, then we can get rid of everything. In addition, I explain people that we are not about just water, our water has useful information, for example we have herbs polarizations at the blue series, which we need in order to accent cleaning from the parasites. And due to this we can avoid using medicines. I myself is not using them for thirteenth year in a row. And my mother also uses FSC, does pumpings and drinks water. Previously my mother used to say that “doctors prohibited me to drink water”, but actually the first issue we solved, vas stabilization of her blood pressure. Really, unique things are taking place with water, and I like the fact that many are talking about this already, that water is the primary course of healing. For example, my son returned from the army, and passed medical testing in order to start working, and they diagnosed stones in the gallbladder. Those people, who have stones both in kidneys and gallbladder first of all shall increase their water consumption. This is the first thing to do. Really there is a need to wet organism. I studied with a healer and he says: “start your morning not with coffee, as is customary for everyone, everyone drinks coffee in the morning and runs to work, but you better start with water. That is you shall awaken your organism exactly with water.” My goal is to convey this to my clients, in case they are about getting some results. More to it, our correctors are closely connected with water. So the one who listens gets results. Those who start use correctors, try and check things.   There is nothing complicated in it, our methodics are very simple: drink water, carry at yourself, sit on them, we even have a saying “do not sit in vain”. And just use needed corrector in accordance with its effects and your current needs.

Next question, Sergey Valentinovich, is it possible to curl FSC bracelets, connecting them and making a tight circle? Where the elements are adjacent to each other, as demonstrates Aleksandr Efimovitch Akselrod?

Koltsov S. V.: I've been arguing for a long time about Akselrod’s techniques. Now I will demonstrate to you that this cannot work in principle. It turns out that many elements overlap each other, and they should be co-tuned in order to work.

Kaplina A. V.: In our bracelets they are laying co-tuned, correct?

Koltsov S. V.: In bracelets they are laying co-tuned. But when one curls all this, all these co-tunings should be organized differently. This is already a multilayer structure. In such state nothing works.

Kaplina A. V.: It would not work this way.

Koltsov S. V.: Nothing works they all silenced each other. This is only good for storage, this curl would not harm anyone.

Kaplina A. V.: Clear, better use bracelets wearing them either at the wrist or at the leg.

Koltsov S. V.: They are made for this.

Kaplina A. V.: For example, I am connecting two bracelets, wear them around the head, and it comes to be 16 elements, working around my head. This is like a circle.

Koltsov S. V.: If he wants to show his genius, let him prove it! How much can you talk nonsense at all!

Kaplina A. V.: Do you have more questions?

Koltsov S. V.: The last one. Is it interesting for you to work with children?

Kaplina A. V.: It is very interesting to work with children, because they feel. That is, there is no need to say to them what corrector to take. A week ago a young woman comes to me, she says: “I am teaching my child to use correctors the following way”… That is, she lays them out and says: “ask a question what corrector you need today. See which one calls you. And child chooses corrector correctly. It is very interesting to watch little children, who still do not speak well, they are taking FSCs, play with them making some combinations…. For example, grandmother uses correctors. Mother is a kind of detached, that is she does not use them, and a girl is little, when coming to grandmother she uses. And so, mother comes and says: “Oh, my head hurts”. The child came to the correctors, looked, took one and gave to her, as if commanded to put it at her head. Some time passes, the girl takes this corrector away, looks at other correctors seriously…. She does not speak normally yet….Slightly more than one year. She takes the second corrector – now take this one. And mother’s head stopped giving pains, Mother is so surprised. She is relatively young – 25-27 years old. She says: “can you imagine, it helped!” At that her daughter selected the FSCs!

Koltsov S. V.: I reckon that they are seeing these energies.

Kaplina A. V.: Yes, they see energies, I noticed many times when children see energies and show to parents what they see. By the age of seven children see energies, but they think that parents see also. Often children showed some negative in the premises. When they awake in the night and point to the corner. Parents do not see anything, but a child does and points at what made him crying! There was an interesting case with my grandson, he does not speak yet, and once he had obstructive bronchitis, and I advised to wear FSC 19 at his chest, and he pulled it out and put it under his ass. My daughter heard that when I am consulting people, I may say: “…Golden Series, one shall sit on it”. And so she comes to me and says: “Mother, why?! He does not speak yet and he pulled it out and put under his ass?”  I say: “children do everything intuitively”, that’s why it is so interesting to watch over them. I will tell you about another case – once a mother with 6 year old child came to me. She is contactee, before this I did not know that she is contactee, she came to fetch FSCs 20 and 23. And as she was leaving, she said, "What else do you use? What combinations do you create with correctors?" I said: “come on, I will show you”. I have some triangles standing and two FSC circles, each consists of 18 correctors, one is at the floor and another one is hanging.  While she was drinking water, her son comes into the circle. I say: “stand there for a while, close your eyes and tell us what you see”. I usually tell the kids to close their eyes. He closed his eyes and started to name colors of chakras. That is red, orange, yellow, then I see green, I see lilac color….” Then he says: “and now there is a white light and they filled me with the golden light” then he steps out from the circle saying: “that’s it, they finished, they fill me”. She knows colors of chakras, and she said: “Wow, I didn't even know my child is so sensitive”. Simply we do not ask. Sometimes some people come and say: “Anna, turn correctors with their back sides up, the way I would not see what you are giving to me, and I will choose myself” And we do this rather often. She says: “I am practicing this with my child – I am turning them, that he would not see their face sides and say: “choose the one you need” Imagine that he chooses the same FSC for three times in a row. And sometimes she experimented and he took exactly this very FSC for 5-10 times in a row.

I want to say a couple of words about recent FSCs. When we are releasing such correctors as Heavenly Fire Power, I warn people “do not use them when go to sleep, because powerful energies simply would not let you sleep”. And recently two various people are telling me that their children, one is 7 and another one is 9, simply do not part with the Heavenly Fire Power FSC. At that both are boys. I say: “Come on, how can they sleep with such energies?!” For them everything is normal. Kids are adapted to these energies. That is many energies, which are “wow!” for us, are normal for them, they take them and everything is well. They assimilate them very well. That’s why it is very interesting.

Koltsov S. V.: Oddly enough, but professional doctors are taking the whole FSC theme most difficultly.

Kaplina A. V.: It depends on the age. Some doctors are perceiving our information normally.

Koltsov S. V.: Only nowadays it gradually becomes norm. Main mass of doctors know about FSCs.  But for the time being, they are forbidden to use them in clinics and hospitals. Last autumn they invited us at the conference into Ufa city. They gathered there representatives of all kinds of medicines, which could be ever found – starting from traditional and ending with God only knows with what. Me and Rad’kova did not came, but wrote reports and sent videos. Some three weeks later the conference organizer calls me and says: “You reached your goal!”  I am in a kind of loss: “what do you mean speaking about our goal?” He says: “You know, they are quoting your report”.  Still at loss I ask: “but who?!” Professional doctors! I say: “Well, that's news to me”. So everything changes.

Kaplina A. V.: Well, Sergey Valentinovich, we are switching to questions, asked by people?

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, let’s go.

Kaplina A. V.: A man from Hungary asks: Help me to understand what happens with the FSCs nowadays. I am noticing that they are not working the proper way they should. I tested approximately 50 FSCs, and deed measurements at more than 20 people. And I see that plates are posing effect, which is opposite in relation to for what they were created. At the current moment I do not see effects, described in documentation. Thank you!

Koltsov S. V.: Well, recently I was in Hungary more frequently than in any other places, And being European country it suffers with the same problems that the rest of Europe does. More than 90 if not 95 % of people there are completely “closed”. At once I have counterquestion: “How this man tested? Does he learn to open himself? With 99 % percentage he is just “closed”. People, at which he tries to do something are also “closed”! First one shall “open” them, then use whatever you like. Actually everything works. No one follows methodic “how to open yourself”.

Kaplina A. V.: May I also add a couple of words. As a practitioner I can say that first of all people are closed. That is this man shall select corrector with which he would “open” himself.  And secondary are energy pumpings out (energy suckers).
