Amurskaya A. V.: Sergey Valentinovich, you turned nineteen yesterday, didn’t you?!
Koltsov S. V.: I’m exactly two months older than our president!
I would like to start with a short technical remark. Many times people paid attention at the FSCs warranty period. In the passport it is written two years. Though 18 years passed, I especially have in my place FSCs from the first production lot, and they are working as they did. That’s why do not give much attention to these writings. If one handles them accurately, there is nothing to break inside. No power sources, everything works due to resonance. Resonance with the Space and Earth. Because we ourselves are parts of an open system. That’s why we have slogan “For the common good!” That’s why it is not good to violate this fragile equilibrium… Actually, what is health? It is various kinds of equilibrium, balance. Here, it’s absolutely impossible to push too far in one direction or the other. And the FSCs exactly help to maintain this balance.
Many thanks to doctors who meticulously studied FSCs effects. Especially Far Eastern department of Russian Academy of Sciences, they gathered statistics during five years and half, then came to understanding that this really works, came to us (at the medical conference), and delivered a huge report, in conclusion of which they said: “All the results reported here can be considered an official medical conclusion”.
I remind you about two FSCs, which I am holding in my hands, at which the action is prolonged. One of them is Family Amulet, this is a spring Semeyniy (Ñåìåéíûé = Family) from Sakhalin, and the other FSC is Energies of Joy. This is information which I took in October of 2020, and for a time it laid in my place intact, waiting for its coming out. What is most interesting, during several months I investigated carefully – this is an energy of a Vedic God Radegast (Ðàäåãàñò). It turned out that all, absolutely all 100 % of people on Earth lack elementary joy! This came clear gradually, because all the time I am watching changes of Cosmic rhythms. And you know what, it seems reasonable to conclude that the radical event that occurred during the transition from 2007 to 2008… Well, I couldn’t find any confirmation that something similar had happened before. We came out of the dark stripe. Apparently previously was nothing like to what is happening with all of us nowadays. Yes, it is not easy, it is difficult. But FSCs are to help, because they actually tune up human organism up to the changing Cosmic rhythms. During last month I did an investigation: from what side they are closing us nowadays most? You would not believe! It turned out that from the Earth side. That is, when first three chakras are closed – this is an effect from the Earth. They say: “It is useful to walk barefoot on earth”. Now it is not really useful. I think that this will last during another half a year, well a year at most and this will be all to it! Because the last change was in December of 2020. Considering the speed of human organism cells regeneration, the longest is the bone system, which takes 7 years (to renew completely). That is 2027 should be the last year, when we all will renew completely, and our slogan “For the common good!” will bloom with new, lush vigor.
So, there’s no need to despair — everyone is facing local difficulties nowadays, and nevertheless I am congratulating you with the fact that we lived these 18 years with dignity. Actually more than 20, if we count previous devices in which were used initial versions of the FSC to come. So, we’re moving forward with an open visor. Thank God, the medical community has changed its attitude towards FSCs. This is evidenced by our latest participation in the international medical forum held in Ufa. We participated in the online mode, we didn’t go ourselves, but sent reports. So, I was somewhat surprised when the local organizer calling me about a month later and saying: “well, we reached our goal”. I say: “what you have in mind?” “You know, they are quoting your report” I ask: “Who?!” You would not believe, the doctors! I say: “Thank God, we get through”. And I actually stated a fact there that I’ve been saying all along: the change in rhythms that occurred in 2008 isn’t the whole story! The last change in rhythms took place in 2020, and starting from 2021 the yearly rhythms ceased to change. That is, we are truly at a turning point in history. Change of the epochs. No more, no less. That’s why we take everything in stride… Yes, with a smile. You see, now I am not afraid of anything, because I have physical understanding that waves, which are generated by the FSCs, exactly replicate the field structure at the cellular level. And here we have most far-going perspectives, we haven’t even touched the field‑level changes to DNA and RNA yet. And physically, this is possible.
And so, I congratulate you with another year of FSCs use, we will develop further. And nothing would stop us!

Koltsov S. V.: This water sample was delivered by professional neurosurgeon, a Hungarian, his name is Zoltan, who worked under contract in Uzbekistan.
