Good afternoon to everybody! It was long since we met last time. Today they asked me to tell for everybody how it all started, what are these devices called FSCs are for, and what they do. It all started as a hoody, when after soviet times and rocket launches I had to restore my own health, and I was in a process of searching how it could be done. I checked at myself various kinds of physiotherapy with feedback sensors, and suddenly it became clear, what is missing in all these equipment. It missed feedback at the outer medium influence. And it is cosmic irradiation, including irradiation from the Moon, it is continuously changing Earth magnetic field. And there is no such a feedback that tracks these phenomenon in any existing medical devices. My search route was long, wondering in the dark took considerable time, and about seven years it took. It may seem strange, but I had to read a lot of esoteric literature. At that with my formal materialistic up breeding in the university! And then one day I met with some guys who constructed so called passive resonators with mirrors – so called stripe systems. It was about 1996 – 97. It happened to be very interesting when it became clear that it is possible to concentrate outer energetics. And it became even more interesting when I realized how to do a space construction for controlling this kind of mirrors. It ended up with pushing me out of my own body, that is what they call a soul flew out of the body, and I watched from outside how my body looks like. I did not realized at the moment how I returned back, but my hands were shaking for three days – I was not able to write a single word with a pen. From this moment on it was finished with materialism. It became clear that daddy Hegel was right – conscious is primary. From this moment on it became a bit easier, you know how they are writing in books – visualization process started: when thinking deep about some problem, with some time literature appears, people who are engage in the same problem, and so on. I learned to make correct resonators. It takes many working hours, it is hard to do such things alone. Three together we made a tube, which weighted more than hundred kilos, whatever could be done with such a thing! But it was noticeable that it treats objects at great distances. At that moment it became clear that an electric process is generated, no miracles, at that all energetics is collected from the outer medium. After that we had to learn how to control these fluxes with various functions. It took a long time to learn to set correct tasks to this installation and learn to duplicate specific things. Duplicate the same outer fluxes. The process took another 10 years.

Gradually it became clear that most common biology laws are laying down in the basis of all these phenomenon. We all know these laws, they teach them at school, but we tend to think little of it. They are laws of self-similarity, they are working everywhere in nature, but any motion is based on asymmetry. So it was necessary to learn how to introduce some needed asymmetry. Very soon it became clear that it is Earth's magnetic field that introduces asymmetry. And now, when FSCs are replicated, asymmetry of the magnetic material is provided by the Earth magnetic field. That is a process of information transfer at the magnetic carrier takes place in resonator, but the material itself is obligatory oriented in the north-south direction. And so Earth magnetic field asymmetry starts to work in FSCs, no need to invent anything. Exactly due to this production factor FSCs are resonant to the Earth magnetic field.

Another interesting feature is that it is a passive resonator, so it «hears» all outer irradiations, that's why it may work with all cosmic fluxes, it is important when it comes to cosmoenergy channels. They seem to be virtual objects, nevertheless it is possible to redirect them into resonator and fix at the magnetic material with subsequent replication, the way we are doing it nowadays.

The process of information gathering for first four FSCs, especially at number one, took not less than five years. Why that long? Because I had to control regularly, during the course of the year if the selected set of themes (information at the FCS) compensates outer influences? So it took a long time to «patch» all «holes». That is why there is such big number of themes (at FSC number one). They called it «Antyparasite», really it is not a correct name, thou it has full set of themes which are used in classical medicine at the biochemical level in order to drive out all these «visitors» from our organisms. But one should have in mind that information is not the same compared with the action of chemical preparations themselves. The fact is that the speed of any, the most fast, chemical reaction is by three – four orders less than the speed of water medium restructuring, that is water associates regrouping. Generally, the influence of all FSCs is focused in the first turn exactly at the restructuring of water mediums. So when they ask questions like: “Is it possible to use this or that FSC for pumping?” the answer is yes. It is possible! But you should remember to start with a glass of water, structured at one of the FSCs, which you are going to use in pumping. It is the structured water, that provides initial starting kick. More to it, people who forget to drink water, probably doom themselves to acute phase. It could happen at some people, some people may do without it, surely some people had it. Because intoxication issue could be solved only with water. If one drinks little of water and starts to use FSC intensively, then yes, one may provoke acute condition. One shall have this in mind.

When we made this first FSC, it was at the beginning of 2007, there were only four ready plates in hands. They were: FSC number one «Antyparasite», the second was made with a purpose to speed up detoxication processes in the organism with the accent at kidneys. For plates number 3 and 4 we collected polarizations of plants which are natural fat-burners, we also added accents from other objects which emphasize attachment either to masculine or feminine gender. We called them “Fat-burners”, thou their action is much wider. Because they are helping to fight urogenital tract infections, and really until some definite age they are working as fat-burners on autopilot. Why “until definite age”? When one steps over 60, like me now, it becomes more difficult to hold on weight, starting from this point one should consciously torture his organism with physical loads, no FSCs will help without it.

It was the way we started in 2007. Then one unpleasant thing revialed. I should say that up to this moment I already monitored for 7 year outer field changes during the course of the year. It became clear that Epiphany is a really unusual day, much more than we tend to take it for. Not an ordinary holly day. In fact it is a very serious geophysical phenomenon, every year “they are showing us” what rhythms will be during the upcoming year. And so for the last five years we released FSCs that are working only one year – “The Live Water” and “Natural Antibiotic” we called the second. Again the name is not precise, but it gives people an association what this FSC does.

If we will look at resonant wavelengths, which any of these FSC is generating, then a stable zone is obligatory present at distances 5.5 -11 centimeters from the FCS itself. I call this zone a zone of life. If at diseases of any kind irradiation from one’s fingers rotates similarly at this distances, then nothing serious happened yet, even in case some indisposition is present. And when the field is starting to rotate differently – it is signal that one should investigate what really happened, it could be a precursor of some disease.

And so, even “Natural Antibiotic” produces the same rotating field at distances 5.5 – 11 centimeters. Really this FSC acts not as “anti-bio”, but as “bio”. It is a wave remedy that stops all oscillations induced by outer field during a current year. Really it is horrible only to backbone-less. This year I am using this “Natural Antibiotic” FSC regularly, it will work brilliantly for more than half a year, apparently it is the most universal remedy that helps to get rid from all unclear influences at human beings. In case some indisposition starts, instead of choosing correct FSC, it is possible to take two glasses of water, structured at the “Natural Antibiotic” FSC with a 1.5-2 hours interval. Because, if there is some poison – it will quiet them down, that is it will stop all pathogenic microflora. Our native microflora will be restored by the polarization of our bone system. That’s why, generally speaking, we are not afraid when these oscillatory processes are stopping for a while.

By the way, this year outer filed does not train us very hard. I placed Epiphany water – the plate that is called “live water” in the end of January for compensation of outer irradiations, and does not changed it yet, no reasons to do so. Yes, outer field changes are taking place, but this year they are going in a normal tempo, not often than once in three weeks, and by far they are fully compensated by the Epiphany water.

On the Epiphany water question: while watching over these processes, it became clear, that generally speaking, the Earth is under outer informational control. Another question who is engaged in it, but two years ago we conducted an experiment. For the time being I was able “to cover” some restricted territory in order to compensate these outer field influences. Due to the Earth curvature, it was possible to do so on the European part of Russia, and there was a desire to cover more. So we conducted an experiment – we placed a map not of the Earth, but of the Moon, of its lighted side, and everything came to its place. What it means? It means that retranslation goes from the Moon. And as far as they are “training” us, the guys who are in charge are not very benevolent to people of Earth, especially if they are doing it deliberately. I do not know with what purpose, it is a separate question. At least this year there were no a single “hole”, so in terms of water structure, the structure of water is one of the main reasons why we are becoming ill. That is, when such outer influences are taking place, water structure in all rivers, water pipes and so on changes accordingly. Nowadays nothing of the kind is happening.

As time went on, it became clear that all phenomenon that are taking place in live nature are similar to music pieces, I had to reconstruct resonator in accordance with the laws of music. That is I had to assemble a precise analog of musical octave in a millimeter band. Actually there is a set of seven coils, that is used in resonator, each of the coils is hand winded from optic fiber and is a precise analogue of the Tesla coils. The supply is outer photons. One should not have illusions that they are absent at night. They are present, thou we do not see them, they are flying in IR band and in other bands as well.

Such an unusual construction was made, but from the physical point of view it was not clear what it really is. It is clear that all phenomenon are not stationary, by indirect measurements (conductivity change) it is clear that water structuring is taking place, but no one is able to decipher this structure even now, because a complex associates picture should be decoded and transferred into time expansion. There are such water samples, for example “The Lurking Lake” which are having such a program – I was bereft on the power of speech when copied water from this lake. It is the fifth one in the Okunyovo chain. It took four hours! Four hours to duplicate a program that is recorded on water! As already assembled FSC, it structures water for an hour instead of usual 5 minutes. That’s why a question arose – may be it is time to empower FSCs a bit? I will tell about this later.

And so the process developed, how it was really? I did not have to think out anything, always it was a reply in order to meet some demands, spoken out by people: “Is it possible to do an FSC for protection from this or that?”. This way number 5 appeared, because there were many cases of liver diseases, or lungs diseases. So for number 5 a set of themes was collected, that stimulates pulmonary system, digestive system, gull-bladder and liver.

Once a question arose: “Is it possible to help people with hepatitis C?” Here, in distinction from all chemical analogs, came an idea to use the law of similarity. I asked doctors: “May be you have some electron microscopy photo – how hepatitis C virus looks like?” Someone gave me it, and so at least I got an idea how it looks. It happened that in appearance it resembles cactus. Without thinking twice, I came out of home, went to the nearest metro station to the box where they had these cactuses. Bought three species to analyze and copy information and started to analyze. One of them fit perfectly. How it was possible to check out? I cut a bunch of hair at a patient. Bunch of hair shows polarization changes in specific zones, that are responsible for human health. And the point was to find a cactus, which polarization would restore a normal field. I managed to do it quickly, later we received formal confirmation from many people that hepatitis C was really cured. It was more difficult with hepatitis B, nowadays D and E appeared, that is they are multiplying. Diagnostic has no time to develop in order to be able to find them. Nevertheless such approach showed its vitality and ability to work. So one should not wonder that even such serious illnesses may be cured at some people. Not in every case, when there are long standing forms, when one already carries the diseases for more than 5 years, at chronic diseases, all problems became fixed at the spinal column. In what sense: some vertebras twist a little, reducing this way feedback at nervous pulses. Generally speaking, any chronic disease starts to show at the spinal column. That’s why at all long standing issues one shall use FSCs in tandem with manual therapists and osteopathic doctors, often FCSs alone do not cope.

More to it, in the end of nineties a very interesting book happened to come into my hands: “Handbook for Health through Drugless Therapy”. It was written by Harold J. Reily, a close friend of Edgar Caysi. Reily was the main physiotherapist of the United States. He gives many cites from Edgar Caysi in relation to medicine and health support in general. Caysi said that in order to hold an organism in a good form from the medical point of view, a combination of osteopathy and water treatment is needed. FSCs provide exactly the second part, that is curing with water. That is, due to water structure modification it is possible to remove any information, posed at the organism by viruses, parasites and so on. But if some vertebras at the spinal column are “standing” in wrong positions, some dislocations at arms and legs, one should start with the bone system. It is our main informational instrument in the organism. If everything is in places there – the probability the one falls ill is lower. That’s why one shall watch this matter closely.

And the other part is exactly Functional state Correctors. With time it became clear that the physical phenomenon at which they are working is called longitude electromagnetic waves. Until now the dogfight between physicists is going on, because they are saying: “It is non-scientific because Maxwell equations do not specify the existence of these longitude waves”. Really, being a mathematician myself, I have no idea how to write equations for these phenomenon. Sound waves are the simplest example, by definition they are also longitude in their organization. By the laws of similarity electromagnetic phenomena, reproduced by FCSs is like sound waves. Until now no one wrote an intelligent program which would be possible to compose sane music. Yes it is possible to reproduce some rhythm, but one would not listen to this for a considerable time. But the regularities are very simple: six tones, twelve half-tones, seven notes in order to meet Golden Section ratio, and this Golden Section is coming from one octave into another. It seems so simple, and it would not be ever possible to write this down in the form of equations, because irrational phenomenon are laying in the foundation. It is good, imagine if Nature could be counted, some crazy folks might appear , who would wish to head this process.

Everything fall to places when I guessed that resonator should be made by the laws of a musical or a light gamma. After that we tested FSCs at various diagnostic equipment, used GDV chambers. When we released them into life in 2007, professional doctors and biologists became involved and they started to analyze: “what the device it is?”. Thank God, for the moment we accumulated tremendous factual material, which was made not by committed order for measurements, but with critically minded people. In electron microscopy laboratories, in various medical facilities. The most important is that two years ago Bogdanovich came to our conference, she is a medical doctor , she is in charge of scientific department of polyclinic of the Far-Eastern Academy of Sciences. She made a report, based on her more than three years long experience of FSCs use on outpatient basis at Academy of Sciences employees. Data she provided are in the conference materials, but the most important thing was that in the end of her report she said: “You may consider the results, provided here, as an official clinical evidence at four nosologies”. They were cardio-vascular diseases, second type diabetes, and two others I do not remember now. The point was that we received an official conclusion, we were waiting for so long. I understood well that this could be solved only with time, and now we lived the time – three - four years when they conducted tests. What was her conclusion? That “FSCs are a prophylaxis remedy of long time use”, they documented stabilization of various parameters of homeostasis: biochemical and all other parameters. They measured everything that could be measured in polyclinic. They noted that stabilization of homeostasis parameters takes place after three month or after an even longer time period.

Same was confirmed by gynecologists from Perm city, which worked with dames who wanted to give birth to children, being in considerable age. They achieved serious results. That is dames, who treated FSCs like “Oh, some quackery” – God bless them, only 30 % of them were able to give birth to a child. At that it became clear that the main parameter, which appeared to be critical, is the dimension of the ovarian follicles. And so, with the help of the pills it is possible to reach the lower border of the norm. and with the help of FCSs they surely reached the norm, being at that close to the upper border of the norm. That is, ovarian follicles were like at 17 years ladies. It is another confirmation of “what FSCs are doing”. They are pumping in this life energy – Chi – into human organism.

More to it, one should understand that FSCs do not pump in energy. Generally speaking, the main function of any live cell it to learn to pump fluxes of outer energy. That is why the main generator in every cell of ours is a double DNA spiral. It is an optic resonator. And the resonator I did with the use of optic fiber, closely resembles DNA structure but in disassembled form, an octave. A specific information is recorded in the DNA: who we were, where we lived, and so on. Only in one book I’ve read how a human being managed to read all his DNA, that is who he was, including 5 million years ago. Feel the difference, what they are saying to us about humanity development: now we are only 6000 years old, then 60 000, booth are fairytales. Generally it is clear that we are living not in accordance with Darwin. The first one who seriously twisted my consciousness was Sri Aurobindo Ghosh. A Frenchmen Satprem wrote about him. The book which appeared in the beginning of 90-s was called: “Sri Aurobindo, or the adventures of consciousness”. It is this book that described things absolutely not plausible for a materialist. Nowadays an understanding comes that it is all true. The Ashram still exists. Somewhere in the middle of 70-s Aurobindo himself said the following: “I taught my apprentice everything I knew, you may go on without me, I myself is going upward, it is more interesting there”. He was clairvoyant, that is was able to see both in material and in the thin word, in the spheres where our souls are going. Next morning they found his body and started to establish what organs failed and in what consequence. Actually he passed away consciously.
As my own consciousness transformed, the FCSs, which started to appear, were also transformed. In blue series, following FCS number five, appeared a cosmetology series – it has cosmetology programs from a very powerful extrasensory individual. I just saw what this woman did with herself in three months, they forced her to change international passport, because the photograph, which was glued into it, did not looked like her three months later. I formally recorded through the water samples the programs, with which she brought herself into such a shape, and replicated them, adding only some set of cosmetology preparations. By the way, while I was in this, I discovered with great interest that only 5 % of cosmetology liniments and other remedies that are on the market are really working. The rest are soothers. Selection of additional components for cosmetology FSCs appeared to be a headache to me. Later people started to report that FSCs which were made for cosmetology, are working for other purposes too. Well, yes. Because all of them are of a complex action, so they should repair some organs or organism systems. For example, number six started to work very well with joints, and not only for skin whitening. Number seven works brilliantly at any trauma, bone brakes and so on. It is only natural, because it is designated for lifting and quick regeneration of tissues. They started to use number 8 as sleeping pills. It worked not for everyone, because, generally speaking, it was made for other purposes.

In the next series there were themes, designated not so much to heal some illnesses in the direct meaning of this word, but for solving more complex psychology problems, such relations as mother and child, and so on. It became clear that often it is impossible to cure a child below 12, without healing a mother. One shall always start with mother. In green series appeared copies from so called places of power – places on Earth where people are coming periodically in order to solve some urgent problems. At that not obligatory physiology problems. Someone can’t do anything right – FSC “Success” appeared, what for? If one is unable to summon all his willpower on his own, it was an attempt to give a kick I needed direction. It appeared to be working. Then the more the better, it was a question of improvement. Can you imagine that a polarization of “The Scull” cave was copied to a plate, and it happened so that this polarization works brilliantly in post-stroke conditions, or in pre-stroke, when blood brain circulation goes to collapse. Information, recorded there works brilliantly exactly in extreme situations. “The Healthy Generation” is a separate set of themes, in which we collected polarizations of dolmens in Gelendzhik district. I saw with my own eyes how mothers with children are coming and sitting opposite to dolmen in its energy flux, solving their life issues. They would not go if it would not help. It became clear that dolmens are generating the same longitude waves, and it happened to be very simple to record information from them – it was enough to put a bottle with water at the age of the hole, which all dolmens have, then it was only needed to wait until the process of structuring ends. It takes the same 3-5 minutes. After that it is a question of replication, exactly what was done. This way gradually a green series appeared.

By the way about two dozens of Salvonic swastikas were used in “Amulets”, which we have for men and women in the green series. These swastikas were used to guard the thin level of human beings from activities of all kinds of wizards, black magicians, extrasensory persons. It became clear that these are not jokes, only during last three months I returned to senses five or six people with my own hands. There were no visible physiology problems, and they felt badly. Some distortions at the thin level were noticeable. Something, they are calling “an entity sitting” – blocks some chakras or something like. I just returned from Austria, I had to bring back to senses three persons during only one day. At that the state of human being changed at our own eyes. And it became clear that more than half of the problems, people are suffering with, appear at first exactly at the thin level, that is in human aura, at chakras. One may treat these issues differently, but a row of diagnostic equipment appeared, with which it could be seen what is tapped down and how. Another question that one cannot see these entities, but after some specific training it also becomes possible. For example, in Bronnicov schools they teach people to perceive information directly, bypassing the organs of vision.

There is a lot of mysterious themes, about which one would be afraid to speak some 10-15 years ago, in order not to frighten someone. Nowadays it is possible to talk about them, because experience is accumulated, and everything is confirmed by measurements. The next stage of ripening process was plugging into the work of so called cosmoenergy channels. We had to spend some time, while learning to record them, but we mastered it. So I recorded the next series with the help of cosmoenergy practitioner, but did it myself, no one was close, cosmoenergy practitioner was at distance, we were on the phone. Really it was me who transformed these torrents.

And the next series, so called the Golden series, was done without any consecrations. I checked if I am allowed to summon Mayan channels torrents, it appeared that I am. The main point is to operate them without any back-thoughts in the head, in this case any person is able to do so. I talked to many people, they learned to start and use channels similarly without any consecrations. In order to make it available to everymen, we recorded basic Mayan channels at a golden series. I liked Mayan channels better than the classical cosmoenergy – more powerful, more concentrated, generally speaking they demonstrated their effectiveness. What aim I had when recorded the golden series? Too many situations started to appear when indisposition of a human being was connected exactly with informational influences: being it influence of one individual at another or some deliberate witchcraft. Or one way pull up problems at himself, which are absolutely not needed, without even giving a thought to it, but then comes a question: how to get rid of them? One does not understand what to do in such a case. One shall either go to extrasensory practitioners, and only about 5 % of them are able to pose real help, it is very difficult to find good practitioners. So we had to take effort and release a golden series, in order to help people to get rid of such “visitors” on their own. It covers problems connected with zombification, energy vampirism, various kinds of information programs – witchcraft. It is clear that it would never be possible to do something that would “cover from one horizon to another”. Like it or not, in measure with appearance of instruments that help to get rid of something, we may stumble upon a situation, which could not be solved with already created instruments. It is endless process of improvement, I cannot do anything about it. It resembles the attractiveness of some music melody. How long it is possible to listen to the same song you liked? Well, two weeks, may be three, then «a commercial pause», after which only from time to time. Human organism behaves similarly, many people are saying: “I do not feel FSCs any more”. Thank God, they fulfilled their mission, for which they were designated, and have nothing to do until next time, unless you accumulate (problems) again. You may put this FSC aside, but sooner or later these problems will appear again. They are showing out none dependently from our will. We are living in a very aggressive world. Actually FSCs were made in order to bring people closer to nature, look what they are doing? They co-tune internal rhythms of the organism with the rhythms of the outer medium. Lot of different researches gave a formulation of what is health. It is maximally allowable refinement into the outer medium, when one is connected with nature harmoniously, and able to receive outer energy supply on his own.

So FSCs are not scratches, not a stick, it is a remedy that helps human being to learn to be saturated with thin energy. Numerous researches proved long ago that we are getting less than 15 % of energy from food, the rest goes from the surrounding environment. The better we are able to get the energy the higher is life quality. Really FSCs were made in order to improve life quality in all aspects, not only to help with health issues. Illnesses are at the last place. I am simply warning you: we did not have a purpose to cure any diseases. The purpose was to prevent individual from getting ill. Do you feel the difference? It is absolutely different things. But owing to the fact that professional doctors started to use FSCs widely in their professional activities – curation of diseases, we started to hold medical conferences. And so it is exactly the prerogative of professional doctors – to develop procedures of FSC use in complex treatment of serious diseases. Often it is possible to do with FSCs alone, but there is a lot of diseases with wich it is impossible to cope with FSCs. For example tuberculosis. By my own initiative I spent three years and a half at research – is it possible to beat tuberculosis? We killed more than 300 mice, and discovered, that yes, with the help of FSCs it is possible to stimulate immunity to such a degree that being already infected they would not die. But they fail to suppress infected centers that are already formed. May be it was a question of insufficient time, because mico-bacterium are fungus, it is a really serious infection, the answer to which could not be found nowadays in any form. Not in a form of pills….. FSC works as a prophylaxis remedy, but if some part of the organism is already infected and they are living there and propagate, then it is not possible to suppress such spots with FSCs. it is just an example to prevent euphoria that everything is possible. It is not really clear what to do with many auto-immune diseases, so we are having a lot of unanswered questions.

Lilac series was formed on a tip from Marina Zaporojets, but I am accenting it once again, she was at a distance. All copies and samples being made, I did myself, she was at the phone, that is it was a retranslation. Nowadays, when people are taking information about cosmoenergy channels more or less calmly, I can say it openly, because in the beginning it was hard to imagine. So in order to escape frightening people, earlier I said that water served as an intermediate carrier for channels recording. Actually the recordings were made directly without any water. It is already possible now. That is any information, any concentrated flux of consciousness could be fixed at magnetic carrier or at water. Many can do it with water. Here replication is accomplished through magnetic carriers. The process is similar.

Last year there were several significant events that pushed us into direction of increasing FSCs power. First, we accumulated a colossal experience and documentation basis, witnessing that FSCs are really working in accordance with “no harm” principle. They would not do harm, but situations in which they would not help are also possible. I dwelled examples of serious diseases, there are other problems as well. So fears about increasing power of these devices disappeared. So the question appeared: how to empower them? What should be added into FSCs construction? And so the fifth element appeared relatively quickly. The question was put in September - “lets empower” and in November the answer was ready.

In comparison with standard “four holes” FSCs, FCSs with the fifth element have power, which is approximately 64 times higher. Yes 2 to the sixth degree. When one is drilling a fifth hole in standard FSCs, the power rises approx. 4 times. So in comparison with hand modified standard FSCs we still have 16 times power increase.

How did I checked it? At the same “Lurking Lake” theme, because it became irritating, that water structuring takes about an hour. This would not do. When we assembled this FSC with the fifth element (at that the fifth hole in the center appears naturally), water structuring started to fit into 4 minutes. The same 16 times ratio! This is the second reason that convinced us that the time to increase power came.

Along with it we modified information in some series. That is corresponding Mayan channels were added at first 5 FCSs. Antyparasite channel at the first plate, at the second one – the channel which is designated for organism detoxication, at the third and the fourth – a channel designated for weight loss.
