Today we are going to discuss stresses, what role they are playing in our lives, how to cope with them, how to prevent complications and escape formation of serious diseases.

Stress is a an organism responding reaction at overtension, negative emotions or simply at monotonous vanities, when literally everything irritates. For example the cloudy weather. All these is coming to us from the outer world, and as long as we are living in this outer world and constantly interact with it, it comes that stress is an integral part of human life. We do not have a single chance to escape stresses, it’s just impossible. In a moment of stress human organism produces adrenalin hormone, which forces individual to look for steam-out. I am going to dwell an example of stress. Eight years ago there was a green grass at the beginning of December, buds at the trees swell, children and teenagers had violations of sleep. - One should sleep at least 8 hours in case of neurosis. I already dwelled you this example: Americans took three groups of people, they let the first group to sleep for 8 hours, the second group slept for 6 hours, and the third – 4 hours. People who slept 8 hours felt themselves best, they waked up calmed and well rested, those who slept 4 hours were more or less well too, they were capable to work. And the ones who slept for 6 hours waked up broken-down and tired, the process of sleep was violated. Probably sleep phases were violated at 6 hours. That’s why one should sleep 8 hours. In case there is some urgent work, that should be done, you better sleep for 4 hours and work in remaining time.

Antistress products are: fish, banana, tomatoes. The relaxation should be soulful. Do no be afraid of psychiatrist in case of prolonged stress and neurosis.

Who is subjected to such neurosis? We all have stresses, but some people develop neurosis, others not. Impressionable, vulnerable, dubious people are subjected to neurosis, the ones who are inclined to fears. Even vociferous people are inclined to neurosis. Straightforward, intolerant, the ones who are not able to lend an attentive ear to the thoughts of other people. All these are conditions for accumulation of negative emotions. When human being experiences stress, organism starts to produce adrenalin and nor-adrenalin. First is called the hormone of stress, it comes into blood and causes significant changes in the organism performance. Glucose content in blood increases, heart starts to beat faster, arterial pressure rises quickly. Strength and agility are rising at the peak of these changes, brain starts to work more intensively, in order to eliminate the irritant as soon as possible. One hospital had a tall fence, patients go outside the territory to sit at benches, there was a place nearby when children played football. Once someone drove a herd of cows along the playground and a ball hit one cow into a head. It turned out and started to run. And so patients were sitting on a bench, including one woman in the age of 90, they enjoyed sunlight looking at children. And suddenly a herd of cows vent mad. The first who jumped over the fence was that woman. It is an example of strength and energy, that could be released under adrenalin burst.

Conclusion could be made that short stress on its own is not very dangerous, the problem appears when one stressful situation overlays over another, the third one attaches. Human organism has great reserves, it is able to cope with a single stress, but in case one stress followers the other, it may take several days to recover. Or a serious disease may develop, for example, nervous breakdowns. Atherosclerosis may develop. Sometimes we may think: «why this person has such an atherosclerosis?» because blood vessels are constantly narrowed down, they are losing their elasticity, thrombi start to appear, plagues are forming. Stenocardia appears, pains in the heart, there could be an ulcer in duodenum. Stresses are at the first place among the reasons of the hypertensive disease development – 95 %. Gastric ulcer – 90 percent. And the risk of stroke and infarction rises as well. If the overtension accumulates, then it is much more difficult to restore powers and lost energy. So it is very important to develop resistance to stresses.

What are stress symptoms?

In case improper day regimen lasts for considerable time, insomnia starts and also neurosis develops – tiredness. This tiredness may show up through eyes - tired eyes, we are seeing the world with foggy eyes, as if we are not able to marvel the wonders of nature, as if everything around us is empty. It is especially characteristic with teenagers, if they are sitting behind computers until 2 or 3 a.m. such day regimen with work at night time, they also start to drink strong tea and use stimulating beverages, aids development of depression, and sometimes even epilepsy and schizophrenia. I had such cases in my practice. One teenager developed epilepsy, another - first indications of schizophrenia. These teenagers only needed as little as going to bed before 11 p. m., sleep at night time and get up in the morning, the most optimum time is 6 a.m., it is desirable to get up before 7 a.m. In case this regimen is broken, the propensity to smoking appears, propensity to coffee and tonic beverages, along with internal irritability and aggressiveness. This is the reason. Adult people develop depression. If one will go to sleep in time, get up at 6 a.m., take shower, structured at FSC no. 1 the depression may go away on its own, Ayurveda says so.

Aggressiveness in men could be disbanded with FSC no 3, teenagers may also use it.

Kinds of stress. Sometimes they use the word “stress” for irritant itself. For example, physical – intense cold or heat, reduced or increased atmosphere pressure;
