Generally speaking, there was no such intention to invent some FSCs. After graduation from the university I worked in rocket sphere for 20 years, and I ruined my own health when we did Buran shuttle. Because for the last 6 years we had to work at ES-series computer machines for 16 hours a day, these machines did not work in daytime. In case the temperature in the computer room reached 23 centigrade we stood up and go home, because machine started to give out some ones and zeroes of its own, so it was not possible to run any programs. And so after that a question arose – what to do with my own health? Pill road was surely not mine, it is clear that it leads nowhere, but in the age of 38 they were claiming me a disabled person with hypertension diagnosis. Because all internal rhythms were broken due to the night sitting in the machine room. I did not saw my elder son. He was sleeping when I returned home, when he woke up I was still sleeping, so it was.

My road was long. At the beginning I caught sight of physio-therapy equipment with feedback sensors, the kind of equipment which is understandable for technician. We met biologists who designed smart physio-therapy equipment , some outer irradiation was modulated in the rhythms of patients blood-flow, it was already good! And one of these biologists started to claim: “It is panacea! It is ultimate remedy for any illness!” I was listening to this for some time with a feeling: “there is something wrong about it” and later I guessed what is the point: In an ideal system, in case there is no any outer noise-influence it will do! In what cases stimulation in the rhythms of one’s own blood flow will work? In case of bone breaks. In this case it is not important what is going on inside, in case of a bone break one shall stimulate blood circulation in the place of a break. And what our medicine is doing? Shackles into gypsum, drugging out the process. Immediately life put me into a situation of a very complicated break of the right leg, thanks God I had this physio-therapy equipment at hands. Fibula was broken at halves, and there were multiple breaks in…., at the twelfth day I tightened shoes and went into the city. At the third week, when they made an X-ray photo, the doctor says: “Are you crazy? Immediately go and apply gypsum!” I say “it is late already, half of bones already knitted”. And so everything knitted well without any problems. Later it became clear why this kind of physio-therapy equipment is not a panacea. Because it is aliens – viruses and parasites, who noise all internal oscillation processes in the organism. In case they already settled inside the organism, one should not use physio-therapy equipment of such a kind, because by doing so we would create and stimulate oscillation patterns, which they already changed in accordance with their own needs.

The next question arose: what to do? That is one should find a way to disrupt this positive feedback loop. But with what one shall connect instead of own rhythms? Gradually an understanding came that one shall connect with the rhythms of the surrounding field, and what it is? With the Earth magnetic field and with outer space irradiation. When we started to look deeper, it became even more interesting, it appeared that the main reason why we are becoming sick is again the outer one. There was a hint on the matter, at first half-religious, then an understanding came that in general it has no relation with the religion. It is Epiphany water. Common sense hints that this event should take place uniinstantly for the entire territory of the Earth. In Moscow this event takes place: starting from 11 p.m. until midnight the “dead” water flows, and when the outer field becomes ready, all night starting from midnight until dawn the “live” water flows. And when someone says to me “I took some live water”, I ask a counter-question: “When you took it?”. If they say “December 18-th” it is not even interesting, it is about nothing. And priests start to give out water December 18-th, it is a big question what they are giving! And during the December 19-th night water changes its properties more than 10 times. This year it was 14 times. And each time it is absolutely different! Absolutely different. Really it means that in case one took some water during Epiphany nigh, it will help only during three weeks, if we consider the situation of the current year. That is why we have to be awake all night and take all these samples. Many people ask: “is it possible to take Epiphany water by oneself?” I say: “yes, then you have to fill a basin all night, the water shall flow incessantly, bath may be not enough!”

And really these Epiphany water FSCs worked brilliantly, this Epiphany water corresponds only to yearly rhythms and works only one year. With time more than 10 hard copies gathered, and we took efforts to compare them: if there is a correlation between different years? It there something in the yearly rhythms that repeats? It appeared there is nothing in common at all. What it means? It means that every year we are becoming ill due to absolutely different reason, than in a previous year. At that outer symptoms could be similar. And what doctors are doing with us? They are trying to heal symptoms that appeared anew with the same pills. But the reasons are different! That is why they are saying: “pills became different and all counterfeit….” – it is not like that! Simply it is not like that. When they say: “do vaccination against flu!” the question is: against what flu? When they did the vaccine. Not during the current year when we are getting sick! I have a number of people in front of my eyes, who are doing this vaccination and becoming ill, and it is not clear with what, it is not at all the current flu. Generally I am a vocal opponent of vaccinations of such a kind, because there is no any sense in them. In case of prolonged FSC use, that is when one is living with structured water for a year a year and half, one simply ceases falling ill.

When we analyzed this year outer field dynamic changes, two thirds of 14 will definitely influence the heart chakra. It means bronchi-pulmonary and cardio-vascular systems will suffer. Be careful about this, because it is a prolonged period, imagine they will “train” us this way during two thirds of the year. This year I already had a chance to distinguish myself, generally I forgot when I was sick for the last time, but this year I was sick for two days. One day I had temperature 39 Centigrade, on the second day it was 39.7, I started to think what to do? – bronchi, lungs were involved. I surrounded myself with “The Dead Water”, perspired heavily, next morning already 36.6. Then I used laser with these feedback sensors – in three days I removed all wheezes. Ask any doctor – how long one is plaffing around with antibiotics in case of obstructive bronchitis. A month. About three weeks to suffocate infection, and another month to restore intestines after antibiotics. With FSCs it ends in 5-6 days. Similarly in case one catches flu, there is no 100 % warranty that you would not catch it, but it goes in a light form and ends in 5 days.

Another rule about FSCs. Intuitive reaction of doctors, that one shall not use water procedures in case of high temperature is correct. In case of FCS use, everything is contrariwise. The higher is the temperature, the quicker one shall fall into a bath with structured water. Generally a light day is enough to suffocate any colds with double or maximum triple submerging into a bath with a warm water, water should have comfortable temperature, for 7-10 minutes. At that FSC should obligatory be attached at the water tap, in order to structure water. But again, it is desirable to select an FSC, because reasons are really different each year. This year we learned to correct in some degree Earth magnetic field. Previously we could cover only European territory, Earth curvature prevented us to cover entire globe, it was not possible to make a flat map of a large territory. Later we understood what we should have to, where from the irradiation goes? It appeared that from the Moon. We conducted an experiment – placed into resonator not an air-photo of earth surface but high quality photo of the illuminated side of the Moon, there is a number of such photos in the web. Nowadays I am checking, generally a normal water is flowing without any problems. Generally, reasons that are causing one to became ill are not seen nowadays.

Another remark. Starting from 2007, outer rhythms changed dramatically, that is the rhythm driver changed, this rhythm driver is connected with the climate whirls, they became one third faster. Everybody noticed that weather started to change quicker. Yes it is connected, it is connected with the outer rhythms change too. Generally, FSCs are reproducing this rhythm automatically.

Another moment – I had to widen my education seriously after rockets, because they taught as firm materialists, but in result it became clear that daddy Hegel was right: consciousness is primarily. More to it, it is exactly material. When we had physic-chemical laboratory, it was closed two years ago because they started repairs in the office we rented, we choose to close instead of moving our equipment. Our specialists checked that after some specific training everyone is able to change water structure. Any human being at all! And it could be measured through water characteristics. One shall learn to hold some picture in his head. Just change these pictures depending on functions. So it became clear that Alan Chumak really charged water through television. (In 90-s there were regular broadcasts at the central television channel with extrasensory practitioner Alan Chumak, who structured water for the entire country. These broadcasts were very popular) Zenin confirmed, he also checked Alan Chumak powers. More to it, Zenin checked about 400 various extrasensory practitioners, and Chumak happened to be the seventh in a line. Five appeared too be about hundred times more powerful. And one old man even refused to come to Zenin’s laboratory, he “charged” water by phone from Stavropolskiy district. At that Zenin was sitting in the laboratory of biology department, he says to this practitioner: “make a dead water”. “Please” he replies, Zenin worked as inductor, this old man transmitted programs by phone. After that they launch unicellular amebas into the water and they are becoming paralyzed. Instantly. Zenin says: “Now can you make a live water?” He says: “yes, please” – it was in such a mode. So it is far from being jokes it could be measured.

And so, how I managed to reach so far? Generally I had to read lots of esoteric literature. It is to a man with specialization in theoretical mechanics, to ballistician by occupation, but an understanding started to come that there is a lot of strange things in the surrounding world, which no one is going to explain. Nowadays I do not see books by Shri Aurobindo, does anyone know who is he? Has someone heard this name? turns out he is one of the greatest philosophers of the 20-th century. These are descriptions of the first human being who learned to live simultaneously in our material world and at the thin level, where our souls go after death. Simultaneously! There is a lot of literature, and there is a description how he did it. There is an Ashram in India with his continuators. In 1975 he pronounced an interesting phrase: “Listen guys, I taught you everything I knew, there it is more interesting, I go” Next morning they stated how his body died. It does not mean that he is walking God knows where, those who want to connect with him mentally, may do it. It is really far from being jokes! He showed that in case of some training of consciousness human being may do everything. Later were other books, which posed great impact at the worldview. Take for example Marlo Morgan books, at the west about 10 her books were published, to our sorrow they published only one here. I am about “Mutant Message Down Under” the description of her life among Australian aborigines, in which she described how they invited her into a tribe of True People and what they were able to do. They do not need our civilization at all. We all are distorted for them, and they are calling us exactly so. For three months she traveled with them along Australian prairie, and they showed her everything they know and able to do. Once a man, at whom a talent to hunt big animals revealed, fell from a cliff and got an open bone break. Marlo herself had medical education, and as a medic she realized that minimum for three weeks they would have to stay at the place, that they would not go further. A dame, who discovered a talent of healing, comes to the hunter and starts to sing something. Marlo wrote: “ I understand that one shall set bones at place, to put rigid straps, because bones should be fixed”. Nothing of the kind, with this singing bones moved beneath the skin on their own, then she applied some liniment which she carried with herself in a tubus, and what a content it had! Periodically woman, who walked with them, run to her with tampons with menstrual blood, she added it into the liniment in half with some curative herds, and all these was called a “curative liniment”. And so she wrapped his leg, one shall have anaphylactic shock, but the man is smiling, he winkled to her. Next day he rose and walked with the rest of the people. That is we know absolutely nothing about our bodies!

And so I should have find a way to make some “hardware” in order to connect with the outer rhythms. I had to shovel a lot of literature of our researchers, who worked in the field of millimeter waves. First of all it was Kiev school of Devyatskiy, in Moscow District in a place “Fryazino” there is a “strange” institute “Istok”, which tried to produce devices for health and not only for health. What they missed to understand? Yes it is possible to influence cells in the UHF band but not in a mono-frequency mode. Probably that period of time was still an early moment for understanding of this issue to appear. I was in a better position because I was engaged in development of serious technical systems of automotive control, and it was my way of thinking. When I “played” with those feed-back physio-therapy equipment an understanding came that illnesses in human beings are forming in accordance with the “lock and key” principle, and they should be cured accordingly. That is, first of all one shall select multifrequency ways of structuring water, because we are barrels with water. There were many hints, as they say, from the outside. Later I understood that there are no miracles, they are leading me. When questions are gathering, sooner or later people who are engaged exactly in the field of interest start to appear. At first as if by a game of chance. Later, by no means quick, the puzzle started to form in my own head. The phenomenon at which all FSCs are working is called “the second part of electromagnetic waves”. Longitude electromagnetic waves which have such a virtue as a scalar component of the electromagnetic field. What it is? In Maxwell equations electromagnetic field has no right to commit work, and this component commits work. At that it is magnetic, and phenomenon is pure electric. At that it is not possible to write equations for this second part, because it is has no continuous character. Math functions should be continuous, differentiated and so one in order to be put in form of math equations. Nothing of the kind is here, live nature is far more complicated. Nevertheless it turned out that it is possible to make some “hardware”. The only thing one shall understand in addition to this, was that everything in the human organism is working in accordance with the laws of music or painting. Exactly so. Both music and color rows are organized absolutely similarly, only frequency bands are different. So the last issue was to make a technical device. Literally, they took me by the hand and said: “there are guys, trying to construct a strange resonator with mirrors, and they are doing something incorrectly”. And what for they were making it? At the territory of the military research institute, which is responsible for fuel for the army, they were trying to create a device with mirrors in order to change gasoline octane rating. There I saw for the first time that it is possible to make a generator of electromagnetic field without the source of energy. Without any energy source at all. Using so called strip line systems, when they draw specific pictures at the backs of the mirrors and then the installation should be assembled correctly. Later it became clear what exactly these guys were doing, they stole some technical documentation, at that at Bayconur (Space missiles launching site), did not understand what they got in their hands, but they hinted me how to construct a normal resonator. On the whole we made this construction – the generator of the longitude waves, at that moment of time, it was the beginning of 2000-s, I even did not know such words! That longitude electromagnetic waves exist. Later I met Yuriy Mikhailovitch Ermolayev, when I started to talk to him, I said: “I used to call these devices polarizers” – that is devices that structure water. Why are they doing it? It became clear that in a millimeter band materials change their properties dramatically. Magnetic are becoming diamagnetics, iron in a millimeter band does not possess magnetic properties at all. What starts to possess magnetic properties in return? Polymers, bones. That’s why we are structuring our water normally without having any idea about it. Bone system is a main structurizer of all liquids in our organism. Where is iron in it at all? Where are magnetic materials?! They are simply absent! Generally this understanding gradually build up for more than 10 years. I started to see the complete picture not earlier than in 2003. Approximately in the same 2003 Yuriy Mikhailovitch Ermolayev says: “actually you build a generator of longitude waves!” I say “what?!” They presented me a book, which they wrote, it appeared that he is in this field for 40 years, in this “Istok” institute. He says: “You see, I am fed up with this, they are writing plans for us to make all these for war, a man with a gun is standing behind my back all the time, fixing everything we are doing in order to prevent any leakage”. I do not know if he is alive now, but I am really grateful to him, he gave me a good direction. The construction with mirrors, those guys developed, appeared to be so heavy, it weights more than 100 kilos, that I never gave a thought to repeat it for some other purposes. On the other hand I realized that a device of such a kind could be done with the use of the optic fiber, then a volume of literature, I shoveled had an effect. The concept of mercaba appeared in my head. Anyone knows what it is? I see one hand! Two, three, four, five! It happened to be far from being a joke. So called mercaba is a field of light, that surrounds every live cell. Those who remember some geometry may imagine how it looks like: imagine two triangle pyramids, inscribed into a sphere oppositely to each other and twisted one in relation to the other. Such a starry tetrahedron. It appeared that it is possible to reproduce this construction formally, this is a task of a school level, I sat and made calculations if it is possible to reproduce? It appeared that it is possible. This is the way the resonator is organized now, in which any information from any objects is copied. Magnetic material was chosen for FSCs only due to convenience. For your understanding, it was possible to do FSCs at any material. I experimented with PU-foam with bone breaks, it is possible to do this way. But it is too labor-content and not necessary, because magnetic material could be replicated in packs, and with foam it was custom-made process. This was a way FSCs appeared.

After that, when I understood that one shall learn to compensate the influence of the outer field, another stage of work started. It took five years to collect information for FSC number 1. What caused dissatisfaction all the time? Time periods appeared during the course of the year when the set of curative plants did not cover all problems. That is, remained such periods of time in which outer field structured water in such a manner, that FSC was not able to correct it. And all the time I had to add and add (information themes) unless finally quantity turned into quality. I even did not counted how many themes we crammed into it, actually more than 70 various plants, what plants were selected? First of all those which were used in herbal medicine. I acted most banal way - took dried herbs in drugstores, the rest was easy when copying process was already created.

It is interesting that information is copied at UH frequencies, approximately 108 GHz to be more exact, at the modern state of the art there is no measuring equipment, able to measure such a frequency. Devyatskiy and company published in literature only positive outcomes, when they succeeded to heal something, But they kept silence about their corpses. Because it is extremely dangerous to influence in millimeter band with mono-frequencies. First of all, the power is not needed in this band. That is all influences take place at sub-threshold level. Sub-threshold level, not the thermal one. Already there was understanding that large power is not needed. Often they ask “where is the power source?” But it is absent in FCSs, they are using energy of the surrounding environment. They are pulling up energy from it, similarly to any normal live cell. Actually when one says: “I need to accumulate some energy”, it is not a correct phrase, we are not accumulators, “energy” should be understood in a different aspect, not like in commonplace batteries and accumulators. Any live system works the more effective, the more outer fluxes it assimilates. Where from energy comes? We are receiving from food about 20 % or about so. That is why it is not surprising that so called “Sunny people” appear, or they are calling them “Children of the Sun”, they completely refuse eating. Yes, it Is real, But when they say: “they refuse drinking as well” – I do not believe. I do not believe because they checked people who stop drinking water, but they are taking water procedures! When they weighted them before and after it turned out that they assimilate required volume through skin.

Later a book of Edgar Cayce’s friend came at hands, Harold J. Reilly was chief physio-therapiest of US. The book name is “Handbook for Health Through Drugless Therapy”, in it he described various life situations that Edgar Cayce solved. He was an unusual man, he fell into a state of trance close to the person to whom the help should be posed. It was possible to ask him questions while he was in this state and he answered calmly. And answers were often really unexpected: one shall not eat pills but change nutrition regimen, that is to exclude some products, when they excluded specified products, the illness went away. We simply forget that human being is what one is eating. Nowadays the problem becomes more than actual. Long ago clairvoyant people warned that deficit of clean water will come, and it already started. It started already 10 years ago, and the problem of clear water only grows. In Europe there is no clean water at all, at al appearance of beautiful lakes and the like, all subterranean waters are poisoned. It started from agriculture, when they sprinkled fields with DDT, it appeared that this poison does not disintegrate with time at all. And nowadays for example in Germany all subterranean waters, rivers are poisoned with feminine contraceptive hormonal remedies. It appeared that they also do not disintegrate in any way. That is why terrifying mutations started in their rivers, there are more female fish than male, ecology is completely ruined there. Generally Germany is ageing country, their birth rate is at the level of 1,2-1,3. That is more rating higher than 2 is needed for mere population support, not mentioning expanded reproduction – this is the end. They allowed to give birth to children in China by another reason, they ruined ecology to such a degree that they simply are not able to give birth to children. At that life expectancy increased, they have large percentage of elderly population, and there is a shortage of working hands, the problems would only grow. Let God be with them.

And so I constructed a resonator, taking into consideration that an analogue of octave should be reproduced, and the construction should model mercaba. After that everything came at places. Starting from this moment I started to collect themes for various life issues. It is not only illnesses! Yes the story started with numbers 1 - antiparasite, 2 – detox to deduce something out of the organism quickly. It appeared that field of every our live cell should be two-layer, there should be a balance of left and right fields around us. Some physicists started to make various devices, take for example the same Kaznacheev, late in life he engaged himself with informational questions, he also fell into this single-sidedness, I am seeing what he is doing, I see that he is winding a kind of Tesla coils at tubes and feed them with HF current. Seems correct, but why you do not make a contra coil? And speculations start: “right rotating field is good, left rotating is bad”, in reality there should be balance.

Generally speaking, the concept of health itself is so thin, and in general the band of normal state of health is so thin, at that one should not go out of it neither up nor down. All FSCs were made out of considerations, that to drive a human being with time into this thin corridor of health in which homeostasis – the entire internal medium of the organism becomes stable.

First four years of the Company existence Ministry of Health tried to suffocate us, we hardly defended ourselves. Then Bogdanovich came at our medical conference. She is a MD, head of scientific department in Far Eastern Academy of Sciences department polyclinic. That is not Medical Academy of Science but the big Academy of Science. When we approached her for the first time, we came to her with Radkova – another MD from the Far East and proposed to test FSCs as an additional prophylaxis remedy, her first reaction was standard: “Another quacks came”. By far I am in top ten quacks of Russia! Great achievement! And so, 4 years later she herself came at our conference and made a report, they collected statistics during 4 years and in conclusion she said a sacramental thing: “You may consider the results of this report as an official clinical tests” and she also said that: “FCSs are a prophylaxis remedy of long term use without side effects”. During 4 years they simply had no precedents that someone felt not well or something was violated. I confirm that by their construction logic, one would not be able to do harm even deliberately. Yes, situations when they would not help are possible, because informational influence alone could be not sufficient. There are various situations in life. One of recent examples: a man in Moscow – no matter what we are doing, his prostate specific antigen is growing gradually, he was operated 4 years ago. And he missed to mention to me that he has insulin – dependent diabetes from the age of 16, and it is a very aggravating circumstance. Because all these onco cells like sweet. And there is a big question what to do with him, we may would not do only with FSCs.

There is another moment, generally we were not going to heal anyone. So when they start to ask me lots of questions: “how to cure this or that” – these questions are addressed wrongly, these are questions to the doctors. In case one fell ill then one shall receive medical treatment. And it is not possible without good quality diagnostics. No other way here.

What interesting wrote Harold J. Reilly in his book? Sayings of the same Edgar Cayce about health. As far as in the middle of 50-s he said absolutely seriously that combination of osteopathy and water curing is sufficient in order to support a good state of organism health. It is true. FSCs are the second part – it is water curing, but under no circumstances one shall forget about osteopathy. That is in every case one shall start with the spinal column. Unless one sets bones at their places, any informational influence may cause acute condition exactly at places where vertebras were twisted. One shall look carefully – vertebras could became twisted due to trauma – there is a number of people who were in car accidents and did not put the spinal column into order in due time, I do not know what to do with them now. In such cases it is not possible to work with hands or some other way, at that some of these people start to lose vision or hearing. In a normal situation, when one is more or less healthy, FSCs are really working as a prophylaxis remedy, that is preventing one from getting sick. I even do not know if there is a medical record in my polyclinics, I was there in soviet times. Nothing to do there. The only clinic I visited was dentist’s, but it is not polyclinics.

By the way, as far as we mentioned stomatologists, I accustomed them when did prosthetics. They are screwing an implant to me, it is an abdominal operation, he says: “I shall do you antiphlogistic injection”. I say: “Is it antibiotic? Do it to yourself, you may economize on me, I do not need it” “What?!” “I am taking responsibility”. “Then you shall come and see me the other day”. I am coming the other day, he is looking thoroughly, looking, looking, finally he says: “OK, you convinced me. What you did?” I am showing an FSCs to him: “do you see this hardware? I put at the place where you operated, an hour and half later there were already no tumor or something else”. I left them some set, and nowadays they are mass-using them for all patients to whom they are screwing implants. At that some patients prefer a shoot, there are so firm materialists, there is no use to touch them, let them sit on pills. The process goes on, recently they asked me to do some tiny elements to insert into silicon cups they are starting to use instead of braces, they are using to correct the occlusion. They got in touch with a French school which practices cups for several decades. These tiny elements would influence the saliva.

Another small remark about the saliva. Everyone noticed that homeopathy suddenly became a false science? I have a question both to academicians and to medics: it is exactly the first informational remedy discovered by medicine. And all these homeopathy acts not at the chemical level, but exactly at the informational level – through the saliva. When we had a laboratory our chemists developed methodic of diagnostic through the saliva - it is the most effective way. Another question is that one shall make catalogs for each disease. There is no one to do this. Recently I watched literature, scientists from Novosibirsk patented a diagnostics exactly by saliva in the beginning of 2000-s. and we were able to select FSCs by saliva. No need to touch patient, nothing is needed. First of all, one shall prepare the saliva prior to looking at the microscope – it is a long story. First saliva should be taken on an empty stomach, second it should be accelerated at the centrifuge in order to break all long molecules, third it should be diluted until 1 % concentration, fourth it should be heated to 90 Centigrade then cooled down. Only then comes out what is called the matrix of the saliva – basic albuminous medium of the saliva. In case one is healthy – beautiful pictures are seen in the microscope, school microscope with 40 times amplification will do for this purpose, everything is seen very well. More to it, not being specialists in diseases we managed to select FSCs relaying on this saliva pictures. When having this saliva sample at the slide it is easy, in case of some diseases caverns are seen at the saliva picture. Starting laying various FSCs under the slide we were watching at which plate the cavern mends. It is a water medium. In case caverns disappeared at the slide then the FSC is good to cope with a given problem at this very person. Gradually things started to move in this field either, there is going to be a long process, but in various places appeared people who are engaged in this field. By the way, here in the Center Region Company we have a product line, which is working exactly through the saliva – it is «Protetion» line.

That is if they set against homeopathy, I am waiting when they would set against us. Certainly we have a more serious device, because if homeopathy preparations could be changed informationally, that is it is important how they are stored, and so on… these all is insignificant for an FSC. FSC may redo a homeopathy preparation the way it will reproduce information from the corrector, but not the opposite way.
