Under our surveillance there were 5 women in the age of 65-76 years. All of them had in the anamnesis pathologies in urogenital, cardiovascular, endocrine, nervous and other systems. Let's start with a question which is not related with Functional State Correctors: Half year ago one endured pneumonia, after discharge from hospital fungus appeared in addition to the purulent sputtum. My condition worsens despite my following all instructions from doctors. Please advise what Center Region products may ease my state?

Answer: It is clear that they fed you with antibiotics. I know many things about lungs, because it is my own weak point, in childhood I had double sided bronchi tuberculosis. From my own experience I can recommend physio-therapy – IR laser, at that with violation of all possible medical dosages, I did this all with my own hands. I fell ill in the beginning of 90-s and in 1994 they started to produce first lasers with bio-control, with feedback sensors. At that time I was wondering somewhere in Voronezh district, became wet, caught cold and so on. When I arrived home, I called doctor, she came, listened me and said «There is a need to do an X-ray photo». I am coming to the TB dispensary, they make it, it is darkness on it, they say: «Shall we pack you in right now?» I say: «No, I will heal at home». They prescribed me some pills, actually I did not took a single one, but I already had laser at home. And so, violating all rules I lighted my lungs from various directions for three days in a row, minimum for 3 hours a day. Thou in all instructions it is said «not more than 5-6 areas». This is all fairytales, it is possible to treat more, especially in such situations. At the fourth day I came to the same dispensary, to the same doctor who made the first X-ray photo. She looked at a photo: «well, alveoles are widened, but what pneumonia are you talking about? Everything is light and well here! Probably the first picture was not good». That is why I recommend this, based on my own experience. No pills will help here, one shall restore blood circulation in lungs with all possible means. Laser is one of the best options for this. On the laser one may put FSCs, in order to speed up the process. Because there is an informational content in laser irradiation, and FSCs would correct it. So I have several lasers at home, just in case.

What FSCs to add?

19 is good for it. 5 is also good. At least anyone you have, for example number 1 will do.

No, «Flora and Fauna» is not suitable for lungs, 19 will do well.

Another question, not related with FSCs – what by your opinion holds atmosphere on Earth – gravity or ether?

Answer: I think neither first nor the second. I think that electric phenomenon are working here. One shall understand clearly that Earth is charged negatively and ionosphere positively. As long as this potential difference exists, it will be on its place.

Question: Is it possible to increase the work of brain right hemisphere to its maximum with the help of FSCs? the way that both hemispheres would work 100 %

Answer: Again it is not a question of FSCs. Have you heard about general Savin and the mysterious department 10003 he headed? Once I was at his training, I was interested if there are miracles there? There are no miracles there, they developed methodology of regular training. Generally speaking it is a serious self-improvement work – co-tuning the activities of left and right hemispheres. One of exercises is when they ask to write the same text first with one hand then with the other at the same timing. Then it is a question of luck – left-handed person will have difficulties when writing with the right hand, to right handed person – with the left. When one will learn to do this the same way with both hands, he may shift to other steps – memorize poetry and compose it quickly, that is they are using multiple methods and FCSs are “at the second” here. We have one FSC – the “Success”, it has polarization for co-tuning of left and right hemispheres, but not more than this.

Question: A girl is 11, one kidney is small, it does not grow, the second one works with overload. Is it possible to accent the kidney growth with the help of FSCs? Doctors propose to extract the kidney.

Answer: Such proposals do not surprise me any more, it is not their kidney anyway. Do not hurry to extract anything, there could be various situations, it could be that kidney does not unfold after the use of antibiotics or after some illnesses. It stops to grow. But one may try to work with FSCs and with physio therapy. I spent 5-6 years in tandem with manual therapists and saw many things. For example, after, as they are putting it, medicament injury, the kidney does not unfold. But when they started to light it with a laser and twist spinal column with hands, it unfolded literally in a week time. There could be blocks at organs, they could be of chemical and infection origin, but one should not remove anything out of the organism, including appendix.

Answer: It depends on what FSCs are stacked into this circle. And what places you are going to pump, so the question is not really correct. I call the circle «pumping for the lazy ones». In my place the circle lays in front of the chair – who sits in front of the TV, willingly or not, climbs into this circle. Just to be on the safe side. People already do not notice that they are pumped. Generally, much depends on the problems. It was seen that FSC 20 was most demanded starting from this June, they tossed entities out of God knows where from. Recently I noticed that «The Black Mountain» works brilliantly.

Question: Are there correctors, which may accent the work of brain cells? Up to what percentage it is possible to rise brain effectiveness?

Answer: There was similar question already. No need to accent them, one shall co-tune left and right hemispheres. Our brain really works at 5 % of its abilities. The question is connected with training at the first place, not so much with correctors.

Question: Is it possible to avoid surgery for a 4 year old child, in connection with the birth groin hernia?

Answer: I think not, it is wrongly formed muscles, one shall sue up such things.

Question: Some time ago I was in hairdressing saloon. Hairdresser or administrator used my hair. They did something. In short time my hands crusted over up to shoulders. I almost coped for 3-4 month using the childish liniment, structured at the «Source of life», but some itching remains even now, it is clear that negative influence itself remains. With what FSCs to shift the situation?

Answer: The question is really serious, in accordance with ancient Vedic tradition people rarely cut their hair and beard, and they did it at home and burned everything they cut. They understood that serious informational influence could be posed through hair. You see, it is a big question into whose hands these hair came into. It could be worse than some administrator's jokes. I even do not know what to recommend here. One shall check if there is a constant influence. In case it is, one shall counter act constantly. Question: Is it possible to use FSC “Nephrite” for patients, doing hemodialisys in connection with kidney cystic disease?

Answer: It is a curative question. I think it is possible, especially when placing it at the blood pump, where the clean blood comes out. This was checked already many times, in case one has to receive medical droppers or other procedures with blood, the most effective influence takes place through the solutions. Structure these liquids, in case it comes directly into the blood, the effect is more powerful by orders – quicker and more powerful.

Similar Question: How one may use FSC “Nephrite” in case one is doing hemodialisys twice a week?

Answer: Generally speaking, I would start with number 2 instead of “Nephrite”.

Another note not about correctors: Due to your information on Atlant (vertebra) position correction, me and my folks have wonderful results in normalization of health. What changes did you have after this procedure?

Answer: No noticeable changes, but vertebras at the spinal column stopped to “fall apart”. I forgot about this problem.

Question: At the beginning stage of pumping with FSCs there is a yawning and desire to sleep, what is the reason?

Answer: It is a normal process of transformation, Alexander Efimovitch just talked about this. It shall disappear with time.

Question: Users are asking – if energies of plants, recorded at blue FSCs, may provoke allergy?

Answer: Never! Because it is chemical substances that are causing allergy, and here is…. I had long discussions on the theme “How it was possible to record a hundred of plants there?!” Chemically it is impossible, but informationally possible! Never – here we have information level influence.

Here comes philosophy question: Idea of mirroring back all negative programs, thoughts, emotions, targeted at the individual from other people, comes to the ancient law “tooth for a tooth”. That is individual who uses specific corrector responds at evil with evil. Christ introduced another principle “present another cheek”.

Answer: But they distorted the saying, ommitting «but do not allow them to hit it» - in such form it is in Vedic Books. But in christian – no, exactly “present another cheek”. In Vedic canons there is one called “Peacefulness” – when they are coming to you from the outside and observe the rules in accordance with which local people are living - receive as guests, give food and warmth, help to return back. Bit in case they came with own charter into our monastery, strike back with all powers. This is called Peacefulness. I said long ago that I have nothing against Christ, but have a row of questions to christianity…. To what result this bible project lead to? It is most powerful method of consciousness enslaving. First thing said there is “You are God’s slave”. No matter who’s I never was a slave and will never be.

I am on a lecture, telling something, and there is a man in auditorium, who says something to me, I would not repeat it now, but he speaks and I answer “yes” and suddenly I see a ball of energies appear close to this man, its outline is not smooth, it is like a swarm of bees. I used to think that when someone poses negative influence, it takes place instantly with the speed of thought. And here I see how it moves slowly towards me. FSC 23 is on my front. May be you did not encountered with such situations yourself, there could be horrible situations, when virtual sucker is organized, and by 4-5 p.m. one runs out of powers. One does not understand what on earth is going on, and it turns out that energy sucker is organized. I know for sure that first of all one shall find a place where it localized. May be not quickly, but FSC 23 will tear it away. Forgive me, but I am sending this sucker back to those who organized it with love. In order to teach a lesson to these gifted folks. Question: I am sleeping with FSCs tiled in the form of a cross, is not it too much for a bed?

Answer: You are forgetting about reports by Vorms Ivan Ivanovitch! When he sleeps, three rings are hanging above him, each with 18 FSCs. I do not think that you can stick that many into a cross. And it is not important, nothing will happen with you! You are forgetting about one simple thing – FSCs cannot overload! I would not start mass production if were not sure in this. They are working at the place where they are laying and silence down. Question: Is it obligatory to drink water exactly at those FSCs with which you are going to pump? Is it possible to drink water from one FSCs and pump with others?

Answer: Well, it is possible, but what sense is in such an action? We recommend to drink water, structured at FSCs with which you are going to pump in order to emphasize the effect.

Question: Say please, if no one is standing inside the circle, its energy directed inside and upwards, or it propagates at the entire room?

Answer: It propagates only in the circle surface and above the ring – as a tube. Up and down. Nowhere else. In case one is inside, nothing else takes place around.

Question: A young woman in the age of 29, disseminated sclerosis, please recommend FSCs.

Answer: I have a couple of such examples in front of my eyes. I would not recommend you anything, it is exactly curative question, one shall select FSCs in such situations. It is a serious issue, of the kind Okoneshnikov calls «Shaman's diseases». I do not understand yet how to cope with it on a regular basis. I understand that one shalll add EVOchlorophyll here.

Akselrod A. E.: Of course, it is a curative medical theme, but I want to tell you about one case. Generally, many people are coming to me with problems that give way with difficulties. That is most difficult autoimmune diseases like disseminated sclerosis, lupus erythematosus, and so on. Here is an example case form Sankt Petersburg – a woman is coming, she looks like a bow-backed granny, and she walks like this. Everything is bad – hands are not well, head is not well, legs are not well. I say to her: «You have disseminated sclerosis?» She says «yes». And so I say to her: «Many years ago Sergey Valentinovitch said that as a rule oncology is either parasites or psycho-energetic influence». During these years I came to conclusions that diseases that hardly give way, for example the same disseminated sclerosis, also could be stipulated either by parasites or psycho-energetic influence. It was at my own eyes, during 10 years classical symptomatic of disseminated sclerosis developed. At the beginning he was able to drive, then do not, later ceased to move at all.

Answer: It is a question of kidneys. It is medical question, but probably one shall look at this direction. Surely, it is possible to select FSCs.

Question: I am using FSCs for a year, do pumpings, drink structured water, appetite started to rise, I gained 7 kilos during this year.

Answer: And at what degree you increased your physical load? At least cardio-vascular? Did you started to walk 2 kilometers instead of 1? Most likely, it is connected with hypodynamia, this is my own case. If appetite rises burn down calories, no third is given.

Question: What happens with water in case it was standing at one FSC, then at another? Will it record information from both?

Answer: Well, naturally! Remember the example I am dwelling often about musical pieces, cacophony is likely to arise! Because you are going to try to combine various functions, maybe you will combine two, more – I am not sure.

Question: Please explain to me as to a bio-physicist what energies and frequencies «charge» water, and how FSCs are doing it?

Answer: I explained a thousand times that it is an electromagnetic phenomenon, but with a different nature. The main thing that one should understand here, is that in contrast to transversal waves, we have two way motion here. Wave packs are coming out of FSC ends, as if one it rotating a jumping rope, remember how you did it in childhood? The wave pack resembles this. What is most interesting, that this pack does not diverge in space. Actually, it is self-focusing electromagnetic phenomenon. It is interesting that it does not energize the surrounding space at all! That is it is localized in this beam, and that is all. It is possible only in one situation, when this wave motion is two way, bounding part has whirl envelope which rotates in one direction, one way, and it speeds up the central part into another direction, and they are mowing in opposite directions. There is no other explanation to the effects, discovered in the last century by academician Anohin – anticipatory sensitivity of the matter. When cell receives information earlier that our consciousness reacts. Here this effect mechanism becomes clear.

At the beginning we worked with people who developed plates for structuring water medium in the fuel. Yes, they obtained effectiveness rise by 15-20 percent, engine power increased and so on. But I have a question to people who were engaged in the project – how stable the results were?
