Krukova A. V.: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! You are welcomed at the internet conference of Koltsov Sergey Valentinovich – scientific director of the Center Region company. We were looking forward for this meeting and already have a lot of questions…. Generally, what was interesting about Epiphany night? What is specific of water this year? What was interesting?

Koltsov S. V.: During Epiphany night itself there was an impression that nothing interesting is happening, but this was a deceptive impression. First, when I was recording samples for “The Natural Antibiotic” from 11 to 12 p.m., I nearly missed one peak. Because never before there could be 3 absolutely different peaks in 4 minutes. We hardly managed to be in time. We made hard copies during Epiphany night itself, copying each sample did not took more than 3-5 minutes, not more! But when a day after I started replication, the “silent scene” arose. (link to N. V. Gogol’s comedy “Revisor” (inspector-general)). “The Natural Antibiotic” required 15 hours for the replication, which was never before! And “The Live Water” almost 17 hours!

What it means? It means that in general FSCs of neither blue, nor green or lilac series would not cope with these outer field influences if taken single. Because replication time of these FSCs is two and half, at most three hours. And so we will see “strange” situations, when one would have to select FSCs, because one surely would not cope with a single FSC.

For example, right now, the very first outer field polarization which is present at the current moment – “closes / taps down” the first, fourth, fifth, and the seventh chakras. Note that the first and the fifth are related with material level, and the fourth and the seventh – with the spiritual. That is they differ radically in their structural organization. For example, if we consider FSC no. 1 from the blue series – may be it will cope with (supporting) of the first, fourth and the seventh chakras, but not with the fifth! Then one shall add something. It will be similarly in subsequent periods.

For example, nowadays we see ideal conditions for the appearance of various kinds of ARVI illnesses, many parents are saying: “Oh, flu has begun!”. Give a thought to it, there could never be flu like states in such a cold weather. This is anything but flu.

Krukova A. V.: It freezes out.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. Nevertheless conditions for various kinds of colds are created now. Children will suffer first. To our sorrow. Because of close communication circle and so on.

What was taking place during the night when it comes to quantity? Actually there were pleasant quantity of peaks – fourteen, the same way as we had previous year. That is every outer field polarization is going to last in average, I accent this – in average, about three weeks. This means that similarly to the previous year no epidemics shall appear due to outer field polarization influences. Simply not enough time. At that, yes, for some people it will be enough to fell ill. Nothing horrible, it shall pass away quickly.

Generally I had doubts if it will be possible to record epiphany water at all, due to the artificial program about which I was talking, the one with 28 seconds rhythm, it disappeared nowhere. It is present even now, it is as if at the background level, but this does not mean it disappeared completely. Twice I had to erase this program from my own head. It is clearly artificial, there is no such rhythms in nature.

We are releasing special FSCs now. One spring is in the name of Nicolas Chudotworets (wonder-maker) from Sergiev Posad city, it takes 22 hours for replication. And the second spring, which was called “Code of Gobi” takes 46 hours for replication. Out of what considerations I selected these FSCs? In order to be able to erase this 28 second program in all aspects. At that it turned out that neither “Gold of Gobi” nor “Code of Gobi” nor “Nikolai Chudotvorets” do not erase this program till the end alone. But when one uses all three of them in sequence, then yes it erases completely. You see, it is very difficult to find a direct answer at such complicated programs, this is what we managed to find at the current moment. No other FSCs are able to cope with this program. Pay attention at people, who are walking by the streets nowadays, how many of them are absolutely pale! It is the first indicator that the seventh chakra is closed as minimum. And this program “closed down” not only the seventh, but also the chakra above the head, the virtual one. And it could not be removed / disbanded easily with any other FSCs. When you will start to use these Gobi FSCs and the “Chudotvorets” one’s face outlines will change at your own eyes, and one will become pinky. It indicates that some brain circulation violation is taking place. Along with all the rest.

After the new year I called my friend, he is head of rehabilitation department in a clinic and asked him: “What is going on in your neurology department?” He said: “I returned back to work January 9-th and already January 10-th all beds were occupied”. I asked: “What about symptoms?” He says: “A kind of strange, all different”. This is a direct consequence of this program. That people are going mad slowly. Generally it should be erased, this would not pass by on its own.

So it is, nothing more interesting. Then only time would tell what will go on. At least I replicated FSCs. Replication of “The Live Water” takes 15-17 hours, and I cannot place all 14 samples into resonator all together, so I have to combine – six and eight samples, that is make intermediate complex master copies, then replicate an FSC. So you may calculate easily that I had to spent three days on it. Only yesterday I finished replication of 1000 “Live Water” FSCs (magnetic material for production of 1000 FSCs). Prior to this I replicated “Natural Antibiotic”. So in a week a week and half you shall receive 1000 of each.

Krukova A. V.: Taking into consideration preparation of plastic cases, we are expecting “Natural Antibiotic” and “Live Water” FSCs at our stock in the middle of February at most. There are other long play themes that we are waiting for.

Koltsov S. V.: I cannot do anything when it comes to replication time.

Krukova A. V.: What is important – the correctors are already replicated and waiting for final assembly and then will appear at our stock. It is critically important that you would be able to purchase these correctors in due time. Already you are not able to purchase “Light of Koltsov”, but you still have a chance to purchase “Code of Gobi” and “Chudotvorets” before January 31-st. You see, what emphasis Sergey Valentinovich is making on these correctors, saying that it is very difficult, almost impossible to cope with current situation without them, they are vitally important.

Koltsov S. V.: Simply we did not have such a task before, because there were no this artificial program. And so I had to look for answers.

Krukova A. V.: Note that Epiphany water is of a different quality nowadays. We have to face challenges which we did not have in previous year.

Koltsov S. V.: Well yes. The combination that arises nowadays …. You see, these whirl structures are radically different, they are contradictory. That’s why when the Hartman’s grid existed, there was one line of material level – the one that affected first, third, fifth and sixth chakras. And the other (perpendicular) line affected the second, fourth, seventh. I am not mentioning chakras behind the feet and above the head. And so now we are having a combination of contradictory whirl structures. Simultaneously. Very rare combination. Judging by Epiphany water it seems it is going to last during the whole year.

Krukova A. V.: That is these new correctors, which are having yearly cycles – “Natural Antibiotic” and “The Live Water” are also necessary?

Koltsov S. V.: Well yes, because they contain an answer in a whole.

Krukova A. V.: What the upcoming year is preparing for us?!

Koltsov S. V.: The headache for doctors. Because nowadays they will surely encounter with not clear symptomatic at people.

Krukova A. V.: And so people often have a question: FSCs “Natural Antibiotic” and “The Live Water” are working only during one year, maybe there is no sense to purchase them? Just the right moment Sergey Valentinovich completely negates this – they are necessary!

Koltsov S. V.: I know a group of people who do not take other FSCs, but buy only Epiphany Water and Natural Antibiotic.

Krukova A. V.: So despite the fact the corrector works only during restricted time interval, it is very important in order to live well through the current year and cope with any questions that may appear.

Koltsov S. V.: In general, yes, no need to play charades during the year.

Krukova A. V.: That is an effective helping hand.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. And I am repeating once again that no one is impervious to artificial programs like this one with 28 seconds period. It is surely extraterrestrial! Because all December Epiphany water of 2018 did not coped with this program. This is direct indication that this program is not natural. Where it appeared from – I do not know. Even have no desire to find out.

Krukova A. V.: Important is that we know how to cope with it.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, we found an answer, and now it is clear that it is not horrible.

Krukova A. V.: Is there anything else, that is interesting about “The Live Water” and “Natural Antibiotic” ?

Koltsov S. V.: No, the rest only time may show.

Krukova A. V.: Time, testing.

Let’s talk in more details about FSCs “Code of Gobi”, “Chudotworets”.

Koltsov S. V.: I already said that they were selected out of considerations of erasing this artificial program. But it turned out that they have wider spectrum of action, because they do not pose accented influence at higher and lower chakras. They are working more or less uniformly both at the top and at the bottom. This is an advantage of these themes. Just yesterday I checked if they are disbanding this current outer influence. They are disbanding it completely. All three of them. Both “Gold of Gobi” and “Code of Gobi” and “Nikolay Chudotvorets”. I am stressing once again, there were no a single situation when using one of it was enough in order to erase the program completely. One finished working, you are putting another at the top of the head – it starts to work anew, you are putting the third – continues working again. That is all of them are erasing this program in some various projections.

Krukova A. V.: That is, every one of them has its own spectrum….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes! More to it, the program could be stuck to various places. For me it was a kind of unexpected when in the end of December, well it is understandable that second, fourth and seventh chakras are “closed” – they are akin whirl structures. But later they started to “close” the fifth one. All of a sudden! But nevertheless. And only these three FSCs are erasing this program completely, including the fifth chakra.

Krukova A. V.: I am going to remind you that at FSC “Code of Gobi” we have polarization of a water spring, situated in the central part of the Gobi desert. Gobi desert end Mongolia in general are generous with the unique themes, which we are recording and gladly using in functional state correctors. What you found to be interesting about this water? Why you chose exactly this spring for the elite series.

Koltsov S. V.: I am accenting once again – I deliberately selected themes, which are erasing these program. I have 3 or 4 other water samples from this Gobi desert, there are longer ones among them – 68 hours…..

Krukova A. V.: So it is exactly targeted action for solution of the specific task.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, exactly, in order to have something to fight with this specific program.

Krukova A. V.: At the FSC “ Chudotvorets” we have polarization of water from a sacred spring in the name of Nikolay Chudotvorets from Sergiev Posad.

Koltsov S. V.: It is remarkable, that I had to shake this water sample very vigorously. It took approximately an hour. There was more than 20 minutes lasting blocking program. That is this spring in its natural form is closed already for a long time. People do not understand this when taking water, they think “a wonderful spring!” One shall work with it prior to drinking this water.

Krukova A. V.: And how?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, you take it and beat mercilessly. You know doctors are saying: “shake before use”. And so just giving a shake is not enough, one have to shake water sample mercilessly..

Krukova A. V.: Just in order to discount possible questions, let’s say that information you recorded at the FSCs is already free from external noises, information and the rest.

Koltsov S. V.: There were 8 or 9 various blocks at this spring. You should not have illusions that it is simply one program, 20 minutes and all is done. No, everything is much more complicated.

Krukova A. V.: So we are happy to have possibility to take corrector and simply structure water with it. At that water structuring time is not that large in comparison with the others?

Koltsov S. V.: Two hours. “Code of Gobi” – four hours. For your understanding – 24 hour program, when FSC is already assembled takes 2 hours (for water structuring). The rest you can calculate by proportion. By the way, I even did not have time to assemble for myself the Dead and Live water FSCs. As soon it takes 15-17 hours to replicate them, then you may calculate water structuring time yourself.

Krukova A. V.: I mean that we are going to write an hour and half in passport, adding some extra time as “safety margin”….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. One will have to stand long under the shower.

Krukova A. V.: Taking shower is good, especially after coming home from the outside, when you may catch and bring informational problems…

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, there is plenty of these goods around nowadays….

Krukova A. V.:…. Sergey Valentinovich constantly accents that FSCs in the elite series are targeted at solving urgent questions, that are most actual nowadays.

Koltsov S. V.: Not only so, also wider…

Krukova A. V.: Surely – with time. But we did not have these themes previously, and now we may purchase them and take care about ourselves.

Koltsov S. V.: There is no difference in what sequence to use them.

Krukova A. V.: Good that you mentioned this, because people would surely have questions. You were speaking about these three: “Gold of Gobi”, “Code of Gobi”, “Chudotvorets” – the sequence of their use is not important.

Koltsov S. V.: Absolutely.

Krukova A. V.: And what about implementation technology? Start with the top of the head?

Koltsov S. V.: One shall always start with the head, from the top of the head. More to it, one shall erase it from the epiphysis area –this program “sits down” there too – remember about it. That is put FSCs directly at the back of the head. At some people it “sits down” in the thyroid gland area – this is at some people not at everyone. Previously it “sat down” exactly at the heart chakra and at the second one. Later it started to “go away” from the second chakra, but it may continue to “sit down” at the heart chakra, and will for a considerable time.

Krukova A. V.: Let’s talk about FSCs Bracelets?!

Koltsov S. V.: I already forgot what is recorded on them!

Krukova A. V.: I printed descriptions for you in order to help you to remember. Generally I have no idea how you are remembering everything! Let’s go in alphabetic sequence – Bracelet “Stork” («Аист»)

Koltsov S. V.: This one is exactly to help gynecologists doctors. Four themes are recorded on it, not only springs, but also places of power. Mother of Mothers from Abakan district – a stone statue three meters high, to which women are coming to put their hands on it, this should help informationally to conceive a child. A similar place from Rosotv region…

Krukova A. V.: Boguraev sanctuary.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, Belaya Kalitva, the district of Belaya Kalitva – there is similar outburst. Large stone lays there to which people are bringing money (the place helps to succeed in all deeds, including business), and also to sit close and harvest on energies. Purely feminine energetic, they say it helps exactly with the same problems. Koltsov S. V.: There are four springs from the Sergiev Posad district, they are almost equal in replication time: 11, 12, 13, 14 hours. All springs are interesting and so the bracelet came out a very interesting one. Time will tell at what else it will pose influence, because all of them are working in complex, not only with the spiritual sphere, it shall work well with physiology too.

Krukova A. V.: I want to remind you that in the collection series a similar FSC was released called “Blagodat’”, with the same themes recorded on it. Can you comment on this? Because people are saying: “this is the same! What for the bracelet is needed if we have an FSC?” please comment the decision to release an FSC and a bracelet simultaneously.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, it is better to structure water at FSCs, not at bracelets, functionally FSC is more convenient for pumpings, but for prolonged influence of course the bracelet is better, you hanged it at the wrist and forgot. They will work functionally different, thou themes that recorded at them are the same. Well, I did what you asked.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, deep gratitude, Sergey Valentinovich always does his best to meet our demands. Generally FSC and bracelet “Blagodat’” appeared in our Company due to (top leader) Gusarova Tatyana Alekseevna – she proposed the theme for the bracelet and proposed to use water samples. When FSC and bracelets were finally recorded 100 % understanding appeared of absolute timeliness, actuality and necessity of these corrector and bracelet.

Koltsov S. V.: Are bracelets to be carried unlimited time? Some unlimited, and some you will have to take off, it is exactly true in relation to “Fitness” where we recorded Mongolian springs “Mighty Water” and “From Tiredness” (The winner).

At the “Fitness” we have “Apple of Youth” – this is for the stem cells stimulation and “Healthy Joints”. Both “Healthy Joints” and “Apple of Youth” require 3 hours for replication, and “Mighty Water” and “The Winner” – approximately six. And so one of these themes, apparently “Mighty Water” prevents one from normal sleeping. So have in mind that you may have a restless night if would not take off this bracelet.

Krukova A. V.: Simply you would not come to sleep, you organism would not switch to the sleeping phase and you will be active. Naturally this is good to some people – who are working shifts, driving or flying – then carrying it in the night time is justified. And in case you are using just for fitness, then better take it for a night time.

Koltsov S. V.: Why I am about it – checked at myself. A question arose – is there a need to take off for a night? Some no need, but this one you have to take off.

Krukova A. V.: Next bracelet is “Magnate”, let’s talk about it.

Koltsov S. V.: I can answer about power – bracelet is more powerful, because it has two elements of each kind, and FSC only one.

Krukova A. V.: Plus accented influence at the wrist area.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, yes.

Krukova A. V.: So despite similarity and identity of recorded information, bracelet and FSC differ, that’s why use both, welcome!

What the upcoming year is preparing to us? What else we can say about it? Along with ARVI it looks like we are going to have problems with neurology and cardio-vascular diseases.

Koltsov S. V.: Of course, when the fourth chakra is “closed”, cardio-vascular system will be affected.

Krukova A. V.: That’s why people are suffering with high pressure and heart issues….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, I talked to doctors, they are telling exactly the same. Not clear due to what reason the pressure is jumping, headaches and so on.

Krukova A. V.: At that it hardly gives up to the correction, and let’s put it so, time-tested dosages of medications are not always working. Particularly when it comes to pressure jumps. Doctors do not understand why – one took medicines and they used to help, but somehow does not help now. On one hand they may try to increase dosages…..

Koltsov S. V.: No use.

Krukova A. V.: First it makes no sense, second, it is a tremendous load at the organism.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, in general, they created difficulties for doctors, for selection of medicines. I would not be so sure to say without alternative what is more effective and what is not. This is due to dynamical problems, to which they never taught medics.

Krukova A. V.: That’s why we are happy to have these devices which are helping everyone of us to be healthier as prophylaxis and correct the states that appear in order to restore own health – they are both bracelets and FSCs that are produced in the Center Region Company.

Koltsov S. V.: Here they asked an interesting question – what bracelet will protect better from outer field influences?

No one! Because I checked – in case these invisible entities “sat down” at the human being, no one of bracelets neither “closes” them down neither erases. That is on one canceled no 20 in such situation. No bracelet will erase an influence of such a kind.

Here is another question: what if to make a bracelet, including elements from FSCs 20, 21, 23? No use! Because it is radically important to start working with no. 20 from the top of the head! I would not make a bracelet for the top of the head!

Krukova A. V.: It will be a kind of hoop instead of a bracelet, a collar.

Koltsov S. V.: Collar would not do, because one shall erase from the seventh chakra.

Krukova A. V.: There is another question, probably not all people saw our previous conferences, are we starting to use number 20 from the top of the head? How long to hold?

Koltsov S. V.: You know, it is differently at various people. Because in case you would be able to oversee with eyes closed how these entities are looking, I never saw the same ones! It is a kind of panopticon. And it could be that it is possible to remove it quick, literally in 2-3 minutes, well in 5 minutes, and also there were situations when 40 minutes were not enough.

Krukova A. V.: So, under no way we abolish the use of correctors, that were already released. I saw a question: “Is it possible that all FSCs we purchased before became useless?”

Koltsov S. V.: No, why say so? They are performing their functions, the peculiarity of this year is that they should be combined with others, because outer influences are very versatile.

Krukova A. V. So I am resuming: under no way the action of other correctors is not abolished, they all are acting in accordance with their designation: blue series for physiology, green, lilac and so on. Simply their effect is not always sufficient, and there could be a need to compensate the influence of outer field with the correctors, that we are releasing now.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes. I noticed an interesting question here – they are writing “one woman has left arm amputated, is it possible to carry “Charovnitsa” bracelet at the leg?

It is possible, you shall only remember about criss-cross connections – if we are about the left hand, then it shall be the right leg.

Krukova A. V.: Important addition. Accordingly men, who would want to carry additional bracelet at the leg, shall carry it at the left leg? Because they shall carry bracelets at the right arm?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, yes.

Krukova A. V.: Let’s start answering questions, I will read them.

Question: Dynamics of Shuman’s frequency and its significance in the Epiphany period? What about its influence at people? Trivial math. physic problem. In case you are so interested to see the values of these frequencies, go to the site of Tomsk physical laboratory, they are publishing every day what is happening with these Shuman’s frequencies. Otherwise there are talks “it is over 200 Hertz now…” this is formal math. physic problem.

Krukova A. V.: Math. physic is not our hobbyhorse.

Second question: How people may come into harmony with processes that take place in the surrounding world, space, planet, society?

Koltsov S. V.: We did FSCs exactly for this purpose. In order to fit into the surrounding world.

Krukova A. V.: This is one of the main purposes of any corrector.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, and this is already far from being physiology because here we are starting to use such themes as “Fortune”, “Success”.

Question: Partner is using the product of another company, I would not name it…..

Koltsov S. V.: For God’s sake, Nikken. I simply saw the questions.

Krukova A. V.: How would combine FSCs with magnets of those company?

Koltsov S. V.: In no way. Because in FSCs the question is not even in magnets, I could have taken any non linear magnetic material, which would not stick to anything. For example, these are materials they are using at anti-theft stickers. They do not stick to anything…..it is digital recording that is made on them. We do everything differently – here we are manipulating with the whirl structures of these fields. And so Nikken uses plain static magnets, there is no any information there.

Krukova A. V.: And so could they be combined or not?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, for God’s sake, then FSCs would work, and I have no idea what there magnets would do.

Question: Tell please, what FSCs should be used in case of autoimmune diseases, for example rheumatoid arthritis? What FSCs to use for pumpings?

Koltsov S. V.: Here it is possible to point directly at the corrector from Serbia, which we recorded in the end of previous year. It is called “Neurovita”. One of indications is exactly rheumatoid arthritis. It is probably the first spring from Europe, they are saying that its influence is connected with the fact that the spring itself is slightly radioactive and contains a great number of trace metals. Most probably they are creating the specific polarization of water, because FSCs do not reproduce any radiation at all. Because only electric connections are recorded. But works very effectively, including people who have disseminated sclerosis. And one of indications of this FCS is exactly rheumatoid arthritis.

Question: Say please at what chakras FSC “Chudotvorets” (Чудотворец) poses influence?

Koltsov S. V.: At all! Including the upper one above the seventh, and the lower one under the feet.

Question: For how long the water may keep its structure without a corrector?

Koltsov S. V.: When it comes to “long play” FSCs, starting from 12 hours (replication time), I even do not “charge’ water specially, I leave 1 centimeter of water in a jar, refill it and the structure is already transferred from what was remaining. All is already structured. At really “long play” themes like the ones from Gobi or the one from Penza (“Light of Koltsov”) which is 4 days long, I simply refill and that’s all to it, the water is ready. I check, put it at the corrector and it has nothing to do. All water is already structured.

Question: When refilling water, should it be done at the FCS? Should one shake the water structured at the “elite” series, in case it was standing without corrector?

Koltsov S. V.: No.

Koltsov S. V.: Well no devices for the longitude waves…. are created by now, because there were no understanding of these fields structures. Simply it is possible to see the structure of the field form each chakra at the hands. This is easy to fixate, with some skill it takes…. It is possible to do in real time, so it is clear when process ended.

Krukova A. V.: There is nothing impossible for the wizard Sergey Valentinovich!

Koltsov S. V.: I am not a wizard, I am mass teaching this in the regions now, when people are asking: “come and teach us to work with a pendulum”. I was in Hungary in December, nowadays dozens of people there are able to select FSCs in accordance with specific needs.

Question: Until what time there were peaks (of the outer field) changes, and what time was the best for diving (into ice-hole)?

Koltsov S. V.: You see, in case you dive in this peak, well, this is good. But all the other time you miss them anyway.

Krukova A. V.: Why you always answer cagily at questions about old Epiphany water effectiveness? We just answered this.

Krukova A. V.: This is a question to me, I will say strait that this is not a question of bracelet working time as a Functional State Corrector. These are technical conditions that are applied to the silicon itself. This is conventional time, FSC Bracelet will work as it did. This is a question of the silicon wear strength, thou we are using top quality eco-silicon, in accordance with our regulations we are writing technical conditions that are applied to the material. I repeat once again, it has nothing to do with its working time as an FSC, this has no time restrictions, unless something happens with the material.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, these are requirements of state organs, not more than this. This is not about the useful life of FSCs themselves. It will work anyway unless the material disintegrates.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, unless the bracelet will break to pieces, thou the silicon is very stable, but nevertheless…. use, and do not pay attention at 1 year number.

Koltsov S. V.: Periodically I am checking the performance of FSCs, which were made more than 10 years ago. They are working as they did.

Question: They say that energies in which individual was born, habitat, are exactly the ones that are healing him. Does Mongolian energies influence us?

Koltsov S. V.: First, I did not delivered anything bad from there, why there are many such springs there? Because territory there is more wild and not contaminated by people. Because it is we, who are the main source of informational contamination, I mean people. And they still prefer traditional medicine to the western type one. Mongolian people prefer to go to drink some water than eat a handful of pills.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, people are coming for purpose: live there, use water, and then feel themselves brilliantly during the year.

Koltsov S. V.: But this year…. This year we are closing to the outpost, there are various springs running close, we set off to take 5 water samples. Suddenly Mongolian man jumps up: “Ou! Question: Is it possible to structure defrosted water at the FSC ?

Koltsov S. V.: Necessary! Because the defrosting process itself…. Why it is preferable to use defrosted water? Because in freezing and defrosting cycle, but only for the restricted time interval, for some two hours, the ORP reduces. And this is good! That is ORP drops by some 70-80 millivolts, which is good. But the structure does not appear there! Only FSC can do this.

Question: Is it possible to structure water in thermos? Does structuring time change?

Koltsov S. V.: Well, you may structure in the thermos as well, because no metal shields these fields.

Question: Did you noticed such effects as the blood pressure rise as a result of the “Fitness” bracelet use?

Koltsov S. V.: No, not enough time passed. Now we still do not have statistics – what is going on with various people.

Krukova A. V.: Generally speaking, there is a group of diseases, which rate rises from year to year to our sorrow, among them…. Death rate increases, exactly due to oncology and cardio-vascular diseases. They give the highest death rates, no one dares to make prognosis, but according to yearly WHO reports, we could not say that situation changes for good.

Koltsov S. V.: A small remark – in case you have FSCs in hands, and you are able to open your chakras yourself, nothing is going to happen with you. Because in case oncology process starts, it is clearly seen at the information level. Specific zone of stability appears – the field structure distorts. In norm at distances from 20 to 40 centimeters the field should be always right, at distances from 40 to 60 centimeters the field should be left. In case either stomach ulcer or oncology process appears, then the borderline will shift from 40 centimeters to 51. In case such a zone appears, one have immediately investigate what it is? This is a serious violation, that as a rule leads to oncology.

Question: When you are saying that blue FSCs may “catch” (bad information) from a seriously ill person, where exactly the information “sits down”? At the FSC surface or inside active elements?

Koltsov S. V.: It all takes place at the virtual level, this could be mended with other FSCs literally in tow minutes. I showed how to clean FSCs for a thousand times already. Recently they are not bringing to me such items. As soon as we encountered with several situations when blue FSCs became silent, we added some themes and they ceased to be subjected to outer noise. Now they are cleaning themselves on their own.

Question: Does FSC “Yudec” open the fifth chakra now?

Koltsov S. V.: I did not checked, but it should.

Krukova A. V.: we told about this during previous conference.

Koltsov S. V.: Those time I checked. Those time it surely opened. Nowadays it could be that formally they are closing the fifth chakra, but the picture could be slightly different. This should be checked.

Question:I s taking a bath with structured water equal to pumping? Or more effective

Koltsov S. V.: These are slightly various influences. Sometimes the bath works more effectively, sometimes pumpings. That’s why I cannot tell you what is more preferable. It is good to take bath with the structured water. The water will always find a hole including informational one.

Question: Would the 28 second program be removed quicker in case one would sit at co-tuned FSCs “Gold of Gobi”, “Code of Gobi” and “Chudotvorets”? Similarly to the way we are sitting at co-tuned 18-20-24.

Koltsov S. V.: From the head - no! One shall put FSCs exactly at the head separately anyway. From the bottom they do not reach up to the head. At the head, similarly to the number 20 use, one shall always start with the top of the head. And also they surely do not reach to the back of the head if you are going to sit on them co-tuned..

Krukova A. V.: That is, willingly or not, but one shall involve the head.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, one shall clean the head separately.

Question: What bracelets are you planning in the future?

Koltsov S. V.: Oh, you know, I just coped with these ones! In the mean time I am not planning anything.

Question: Tell please what is exact difference in springs “Velikoretskiy”, “Chudotvorets”, “Light of Koltsov”, they all are more or less alike in their general health restoration effect. And there are few testimonies.

Krukova A. V.: We are asking you to send testimonies!

Koltsov S. V.: Generally speaking, the springs you listed are absolutely different! To the one which is called “Light of Koltsov” I had to adapt for some two weeks, well, the first thing I felt was internal calamity that appeared. It became not possible to drive me out of balance.

Krukova A. V.: we also had testimonies, people who started to use “Light of Koltsov” noted light metal flavor in the mouth, what it is connected with?

Here doctor is correcting me – there are both kinds of energies in us, and one shall hold them in balance.

I do not agree – “Yan” shall prevail at men, “Yin” – at women.

Krukova A. V.: That’s why we have both “Yin” and “Yan”, nevertheless in case there is deficit of Yin energies at man, the balance of these energies is not harmonious, then it is going to be a kind of terminator.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, of course. Now one shall look with what FSCs it could be removed. First pretenders are the three ones, which I named: “Gold of Gobi”, “Code of Gobi”, “Chudotvorets”, because most likely the reason is connected with this artificial program.

Koltsov S. V.: No, it does not shield.

Krukova A. V.: Yes, it is testosterone.

Koltsov S. V.: Of course. No need.

Krukova A. V.: Because in case testosterone level would be lowered, forgive me for saying so, the sexual function would suffer, and maybe the hair will grow, then the other function would be weakened.

Question: What FSC is better for removal of poisons from the water ?

Koltsov S. V.: Poisons from the water?!

Krukova A. V.: I think it is not a task of FSCs.

Koltsov S. V.: First I did not checked, but changing of electric connections in any water medium will change stereoisomerism of many chemical compounds. You shall understand well that chemical formula could be the same, but in case stereoisomerism change physic-chemical properties will change abruptly.

Krukova A. V.: That is polarization changes – rotation either right or left.

Koltsov S. V.: In this aspect all FSCs would work naturally for the decrease of the poisons content.

Question: Does information disappear if water, structured at the elite FSC, is boiled?

Koltsov S. V.: I did not checked, but generally speaking information is erased when water is boiled. One shall check the elite FSCs. when we checked this issue in the laboratory - with special kinds of treatment it is possible to create such water structure that stands triple boiling.
