I would not take much of your time. No one could have imagined that we are conducting tenth scientific- practical conference! I would not see this in a nightmare dream, when all these started 10 years ago. It was most difficult to conduct first three conferences, because they did not perceive FSCs at all, and often in auditoriums I was asked “With whom do you think you are talking?” I had to learn to deliver information at understandable language. And during 10 years of practical FSCs implementation people understood that they are working. Otherwise what is the sense to produce them? We did not made special calculations, but during these 10 years we produces approximately 2 millions of correctors, average production is 20 000 a month. You understand that it is a hand-work, and there is a problem to find people who are able to produce them. Not everyone will be able to do it. First days when people start to assemble FSCs, the head boggles, as they say in Russia. That is why one have to become accustomed, and later people are already able to work calmly.

Just imagine that historically I never had an idea that some cosmoenergy will appear! It appeared. Later I had to learn to manipulate with this cosmoenergy myself. It came off as well.

I also never planned to release Collection FSCs, narrow targeted at curing of some specific diseases. And we lived up to this moment too. Now a respected doctor checked last for samples, about which I even forgot. Apparently they will appear soon. I myself did not have time to investigate what are they doing. Among these samples there is an absolute record maker among FSCs, it is a spring in Kirov district, it requires 12 hours for replication! And there is another spring in Mongolia, which we called among ourselves “a spring near the cattle camp”. We drove at a cattle camp and ask “where are you taking water?” they said “let’s go” – driving us somewhere, a water trickles among the rocks. Ask them: “Why you are standing here?” – “Because this spring is nearby”. “And what is good about it?”. “We do not know, simply like it”. I did not have time to investigate. Respected doctor did, and it happened that it does a lot of things. When the description will be ready, we will replicate it. And so we have some 10 themes in stock which are waiting to be checked. We released “The Mighty Water”, people already checked what it is doing. And there is another spring, it’s name literately translates as “Against Tiredness” but it works absolutely differently. “The Mighty Water” works from bottom to top, and “Against Tiredness” works on the contrary from top to bottom. And what mechanisms it starts? Well absolutely different ones. We will see. (“Against Tiredness” spring was released as “The Winner” FSC in May 2018).

What is important, during 4-5 years intensive propagation started among Europe, and not only in Europe. That is why I have to travel along various countries, now Poland is in plans, also Hungary, France, then again Germany, in Austria people are still active. Nowadays it would be easier to name a country where there are no FSCs yet, everyone already heard about FCSs. Surely all doctors in our country heard. But things are still right where they started, chief medical officers prohibit to use FSCs in hospitals officially. These are their problems. Thinking doctors, thank God, are using and receive much better results. And they are doing right. Life does not stand still.

That is why I want to welcome you once again, that you lived up to the tenth conference, and I think that we are going to have more ahead. So we are waiting for doctor’s reports – who else would tell collection FSCs using methods, surely not me! Because we started to deal with specific curing themes. And so, ahead to the reports! Without wasting any time!

I want to thank Sergey Valentinovitch and the Center Region company for the invitation, it is a honor for us. We arrived here from the west, but we do not represent the west. As Mao Zedong said years ago “Wind from the east prevails over the winds of the west” – this is exactly what is in our souls nowadays – the wind from the east takes over the wind from the west. We are with you.

We are working in order to make life easier for those who is suffering, and nowadays the quantity of those who are suffering grows. Generally we are working with Russian-speaking patients, their soul is Russian, and we ease their lives.

In 2015 we reported the analysis of the FCS influence at the human brain of the aluminum circle with same and various Functional State Correctors fixed on it. Our current research was conducted with the use of isosceles wooden octagon into which we inserted the circle with 18 FSCs.

We started to learn energy medicine in 21-st century. The investigation of influences of energies, coming out from various geometry forms lead to a suggestion “what if we try to amplify the influence of FCSs at the human organism with the use of some geometry form?” Researches of Russian physicist Atsyukovskiy Vladimir Akimovitch justified the presence of the ether, which surrounds us and fills the entire Space, and this ether is neutral. Famous physicist Einstein rejected the existence of the ether in his special relativity theory. But in his basic relativity theory he could not do without the ether. Two theories – in one there is ether, in other there is not! Then theories are under question.

There is a neutral ether and some forms are able to charge it either with positive or negative energy, this hints that these or that specific forms are able to split this ether, giving it either positive or negative energy. Some healers also possess such ability, these are so called thin energies.

One businessman I know has a fancy for energy medicine and he proposed me to investigate the casket of pentagonal form, its influence at the organism. You even have no idea how much negative energy is able to attract this pentagonal form! When I placed it in sequence at the left and right handbreadth, then my head literally “swelled” – so powerful negative energy this form had. When I checked the first eight-pointed Christianity cross in the form of the circle, divided with 8 radiuses, probably you know it, the effect was obvious – its influence at the human being happened to be positive, very comfortable. Then an idea appeared – to connect the ends of radiuses with chords, and an isosceles octagon came out. Making it from wood, at that keeping golden-section proportion in dimensions of sizes, we got an object, which is able to charge with positive energy. Then we only have to put inside aluminum circle 78 centimeters in diameter with FSCs and investigate its influence at human organism.

The result was tremendous. One, when standing inside this octagon feels the flood of positive energy. The reduction or stopping of pain, mood improves, good spirits and other positive emotions appear.

What for I designed all this? In order to ease healing people, including here in Russia. Your people have great interest (in FSCs), but in case one has no 18 FSCs and a circle, one may fix what FSCs one has inside this octagon and cure oneself! You see, the goal was to help people who have only few plates. We (personally) have a possibility to use a number of FSCs. I have 11 cascades in my place, each cascade includes 6 or 7 circles, 18 FSCs in each. Not everyone has possibility to do similar. I invested all my savings into these cascades.

Because what is my goal? To be healthy. Here you are celebrating 10 years, and in a month I will be 80. I should be absolutely healthy in order to help people. in order to be able to come here and share good things with you. One needs health for this. I advise everyone to make such an octagon for the home use, tie inside your FSCs, and they will give to you their information fields with the amplification of positive energy, provided by the octagon.

And so we decided to investigate, what happens with this octagon and a circle with 18 FSCs put into it?

For years I have an octagonal cabin, probably the only in the world octagonal cabin, in which I play recording from our space station “Mir”, it is the song of Space! I say that it is something wonderful! And so I placed a cascade of 7 rings inside this cabin and the wooden octagon I placed over the chair.

This installation poses wonderful influence. Those who are building a house may do it octagonal or do one room with this form. That is our Creator foresaw forms, which are able to split the ether and attract positive energy, which will help us in our lives.

We did measurements of abovementioned objects influence at the human brain with the Chrome Maxi (?) device – it is a system of brain functional state diagnostics and therapy. We did therapy just in a couple of cases, generally we were interested in brain physiology ad psycho-physiology diagnostics. Brain physiology diagnostics allows to receive information about the state of various brain departments, evaluation of the stress or tiredness level, of the hemispheres asymmetry. Active measurements method, based on pulse micro-currents, is used. Device allows to analyze organism reaction at this micro-currents in real time. The location of four electrodes allows to use cross-over probing. Psycho-physiology diagnostics is based on sensomotor reaction on simple cognitive tests, it helps to receive information about central nervous system performance quality, its stability and some intellectual abilities of patients. Generally we were interested in the influence of Functional State Correctors at the brain performance, amplification of this influence, provided by the use of various techniques. Complete thorough analysis of this data is not yet available, further researches are needed in order to have more statistic data. But the main our goal is reached – amplification of fields, coming out of Functional State Correctors, with the use of specific forms. In our experiments it was wooden octagon and FSC ring.

Previously we studied the amplification of the FSCs influence with the use of the cascade of the rings, this year we studied the influence at human brain of one ring, which is inside the wonderful octagon.

Experiments results are in the table, in it you can see all 15 cases, later we analyzed two more. All measurements were done in the following sequence: patient is outside the octagon – it was first initial measurement, then a patient inside the octagon – again we measured data, then a patient inside the octagon with an FSC ring placed inside it. In addition therapy of the device itself were used. You can see everything in the table. You may see all initial data of brain measurements, data in various phases of the experiment, and also data of my energy influence, data due to influence with the use of the device. When I myself influenced patients we also did measurements, it was also very interesting.

Last year after my report they asked me to report more examples of curative work with the use of Functional State Correctors. Having this number of correctors there is a possibility to concentrate at some specific area, and so when I am asking a patient: “Well, you know your state, you defined it, these are illnesses of organs, and what is about your brain?” One says: “I have everything in good order”. You see, we are so (in such degree) overloaded with thoughts, that we cannot imagine that our brain changes at the first place, and only then pathology develops. In our center we are proceeding from the paradigm “healing of the entire organism”, and organism healing with the use of complex method. Patients are coming or being delivered to us in relatively neglected condition. And so I arrived to a conclusion, maybe it is only my conclusion and you will do differently, but what is interesting – after I am placing patients into cascades with 7 rings with Functional State Correctors from the golden series, we have an amazing effect – restoration takes place much quicker than if I would influence only at the specific organ.

Nowadays we are working with a girl 9 months old with a very difficult genetic inheritance. With the esophagus grew into lung, with additional wedged half-size thoracic vertebra, with acute changes of renal pelvis, with pancreas winded with the thin intestine, with a hole in the mitral valve and other issues. This child endured several surgeries, 17 narcosis, when mother delivered her to me, at the same moment intuition hinted me to put her under a cascade with the golden series. And the child “became alive”, she behaved amazingly, even started to smile, seeing such a man as me. Can you imagine? Mother was out of her mind – how?! Very simply, I say, now the influence takes place. The girl was treated by men surgeons, she started to take men meticulously. But she treated me well. Generally she likes only women. The girl had two narrowings of the esophagus, of course they cut the esophagus from the lung and attached to the stomach, but everything was stretched, and two narrowings formed because of the stretching. In one narrowing tissue necrosis already started. She was comming to me every evening. We treated her for half an hour, I was outside the ring and also influenced during the session. And so what we managed to reach with this girl? After medical investigation her kidneys appeared to be in norm, that is after 12 sessions. Both narrowings of the esophagus came to norm, passability is normal. Noises in the heart reduced, and we continue working. The girl also endured infection, her mother is 38 but she is a young mother, she took her out in minus 10 Centigrade cold, and the girl caught the infection, now she is recovering.

Another neglected patient is 150 kilometers away from us. He suffers with pemphigus vulgaris, if it says you anything. Skin turns into the bloody mess. He is striped from head to legs. It is hard to speak about recovery in such a case, if God wills I will tell you about this case next year, a very interesting case.

A young woman in the age of 21 came to us with epilepsia, she suffered with it from the age of 15, that is for 6 years. Can you imagine a young organism?! How it behaves?! What a life she had. I treated her, she came once in a week, she lives far away, we put a ring, assembled with the golden series at her, she was half-laying and I influenced at her. After 6 sessions this young woman, she is actually a maiden, get rid of epilepsia. Now 5 months passed, she had no attacks any more. This was confirmed by doctors, who tested her brain, her folks and mother are happy. Now she attends university, feels wonderful. By the way a very beautiful young maiden. A wonder. We checked her state after 10 minutes of staying in the octagon and after subsequent 10 minutes of staying in the octagon with the circle inside, FSCs “Longevity” were in this circle. She reacted wonderfully. Look at these curves, she took energy, her brain “charged” so well – wonderfully. Note that curve of energy spent at regulation went down. The process of information transfer to various brain departments takes energy, so when brain receives energy it spends it at information transfer to other brain departments. We are receiving 90 % of information through eyes, and the process of information transfer itself is connected with spending energy, that is one feels easier. Metabolism regulation in the organism improves and speeds up, frontal field behaved marvelously.

Here I have percentages calculated. Exactly: the frontal field rose by 200 % after she stayed in the octagon! Right frontal lobe – 291%, left frontal lobe – 198%, and so on. End lobe, where information comes too, 398 % ! That is it rose 4 times! And brain accepted energy brilliantly. For another 10 minutes she stayed in octagon with a circle with FSCs “Longevity”. Frontal field rose 139 % more. Left parietal lobe – 183 % increase. Right frontal lobe – at 196%. You can imagine yourself we saw clearly what an octagon does, and what does an FSC circle inside the octagon. That is there is a field for more work.

After first 10 minutes of influence, energetic of her brain showed noticeable rise in all departments. General energetic rose at 249 % after first 10 minutes, and during subsequent ten minutes, when we influenced with an octagon with FSC ring, it rose 141 % more. In result the patient’s state is very balanced. Readings are giving grounds to say that all lobes of her brain are saturated with energy. More to it, her nervous system stability rose at 39 %, including 34 % after first 10 minutes of influencing and additional 5 % after subsequent 10 minutes.

You know, we did not complete research. One have to influence not only 10 minutes, but also 20 minutes, half an hour, an hour and see the data that will be obtained. This year we already have the device, and we are going to continue our research work. Next year we are going to give you more detailed analysis. Today we are reporting the effect, we see that it is working.

It would take long to consider influence at each patient, that is why we will consider in details just another patient, a woman 52 years old, she came to us after two hard months, she had delayed periods, and last two months the bleeding lasted 14 and 25 days. You can imagine the state of this woman, how she feels herself. We conducted two 10 minutes sessions in a ring that consists of 18 FSCs “Apple of Youth”. Her energy rose brilliantly: frontal field rose by 281 %, right frontal lobe – 250 %, left – at 260 %. In case of such a state we may know what role each lobe plays and see how it becomes energetically saturated. End lobe at 135 %. And after the second 10 minutes session with a ring of 18 FSCs “Apple of Youth”, in her case we used only rings without the octagon, so frontal field rose 144 % more, right frontal lobe at 230 %, left frontal lobe at276. Both during first 10 minutes and during the second session frontal lobes acquired ability to receive much energy, other lobes received one-point-five, two times less. Later this woman reported that during next month she had bleeding only for two days, and later everything came into norm. That is only two 10 minutes sessions – this influence appeared to be sufficient.

That is why we are not working much with one or two FCSs, we do not have time, we are curing people and have full load.

After being inside the circle with “Apple of Youth” her brain energetic rose at 39 %, and during the second session at another 28 %.

What conclusions we made? They are a kind of premature and incomplete, I am not stating anything here, I only give opportunity - search, investigate deeper. Our experiments provided possibility to improve short-term memory, improve hearing, reduce difference in temporal lobes activity. If we compare these lobes energetically, and if they are equal, then hearing improves. To reduce energy spent at regulative processes, that is to improve metabolism. You see, sometimes you are saying to someone “Did you understand me? Repeat once more” – that is one has no ability to conduct information, many people are in such a state. Provides possibility to increase physiology speed of information processing and reduce time delay between receiving information and fulfillment of received task. You know that it may take up to 6 seconds at polio-neurotic patients, when they receive information that they have to take something. He gave an order and 6 seconds pass before he starts to move. Such delays.

We had three statistically healthy persons and we investigated them, it was very interesting, we saw a big difference with the sick ones. This kind of influence allows statistically healthy people to restore quickly energy losses after stresses, their end results readings differ from initial ones by order, can you imagine?! We measured a person, one is standing under stress, then 10 minutes of such a treatment and brain departments energetic rises 10 times!

We have very interesting conclusions after analysis of filling the brain with energy at sick people. It turned out that in case of the same influence method, ability to receive energy with the brain departments is reduced, especially at chronic patients. We have another patient, she is suffering with rheumatoid arthritis, in a very difficult form, she comes to see us sporadically during 4 years, her ability to receive energy appeared to be scanty. This ability also depends on age. At young patients, who are under incessant stress, we see average increase about 50 %. At epilepsy patient, who recovered this ability rose at 115 %, I am very satisfied with her. At patients with hormonal system violations this ability is even lower – from 15 to 85 %. At healthy men, as I already said, at 850 – 900 %. At healthy women the increase was 115-167 %. At women time of treatment with the functional state correctors is longer than at men – we established this long ago. Analysis showed that in case of any pathology of human organs, specific changes also take place in the brain. From our tables one can make some conclusions about the states of various brain departments, about their energy saturation and speed of restoration of the balanced state and also of the pathology changes in the human organism.

Of course our research cannot pretend at completeness and exclusiveness, the number of patients under test is not sufficient. More to it we investigated only the influence of FSCs “Longevity” and “Apple of Youth”, but we reached the goal we set in front of us. The curing of patients could be intensified with the influence of positive form. Wide opportunities are opening in front of us in investigation of dependence of the curing process on the use of various FSCs, their con-joint use and alternation, on the influence time and other factors. I can only wish you my friends, there is such a Russian word – be daring!

Koltsov”s rings as an instrument in osteopathic practice. Yurusov S. V. Neurologist, osteopath, Sankt-Petersburg city.

Good afternoon, colleagues, conference guests and participants!

The method of complex FSC use in a rings was first introduced at S. V. Koltsov’s internet conference in 2013. Thanks to the initiative of previous speaker this method and rigs themselves were called Koltsov’s rings. Thank you Ivan Ivanovitch. Now I am going to make a short insight into osteopathy, because most people didnot encountered with this specialty.

Osteopathy includes three main branches, they are: structural osteopathy, visceral and highly sacral osteopathy. Structural osteopathy solves locomotor apparatus problems, works with muscles, ligaments, joints, bringing their tone into norm, position, volume and movements. Visceral osteopathy deals with internal organs, returns them their free mobility, removes their tension, improves lymph and blood circulation, restores metabolism in tissues. Highly sacral osteopathy regulates relationships of bone structures of the skull, pelvis, spinal column, also normalizes tension of pachimenix.

Bu the way, I took a theme that is close to yours, Ivan Ivanovitch, we are on the same wave with you. Why I took these theme? Because it is interesting for me. In the process of my report you will see why it became so interesting for me. It is really interesting, and I am going to use, what you reported today about the use of the octagon. We will make it obligatory, because we have to look and check everything, how it works in dynamics. Other branches are also developing in the osteopathy, but I will accent at bio-dynamics. What is bio-dynamics? It is harmonization of liquid mediums in the body, restoration of optimum membrane potentials at cells and tissues. Why I want to make an accent at bio-dynamics? Our body is 70 % liquid, actually it is not water, but some liquids, all exchange processes take place in liquids – intracellular, intercellular liquid feeds us, delivers information along the body, as you know water or liquids are the main carriers of information, remember a saying that one cannot step into the same river twice? You stepped into and you information started to flow downstream, and it will be stored somewhere in the sea, and with vapor it will go up and so it will join the information field of the planet.

Even hard bones contain liquids. And in case of lymph- blood circulation violations all organism functions are suffering. In case fluid-circulation is violated, central and peripheral nervous system suffers. To our sorrow neuro-peptides and hormones cannot function as humoral organizer. Influencing fluids is the basis of bio-dynamics. With the use of special methods osteopath may influence at liquids in the patient’s, to bring their distribution into norm. During bio-dynamic sessions patient has a feeling as if swinging on the waves. Those who have such experience understand well, you may be sitting or laying and suddenly you are really carried away. It is not you who is swimming, but liquids in the organism are flowing. They create such a sensation in the brain. Through influencing liquids one may ease muscles, restore internal organs and to return joints into correct position. Some osteopath consider bio-dynamics as top skill and in their practice they refuse other curative methods. At the same time bio-dynamics does not demand to refuse from something, on the contrary, with the use of feeling of the liquids, it is possible to make any other technique work as bio-dynamics. In bio-dynamics the outer side of manipulations is a secondary matter in relation to their internal essence of influencing liquids.

As you know, water structuring is one of the main FSC effects, that is creation of biologically active liquid, curative for humans and animals. They are a remedy that allows making a consumption of structured water one’s way of life. Actually it is a new quality of functioning, when organism comes into a zone of super-abilities. As a Noble prize winner Sent Dierdi put it: “The one who will learn to control water will govern the world”. The main practical implementation of water structure decoding is human health. In case we will learn to control the processes of water cell transformations we will be able to control the vitally active processes in our organism, that is we will be able to regulate one’s state in such a way that a human being would stay healthy.

For two year in our medical center in Sankt-Petersburg city osteopathic massage table stands in two Koltsov’s circles. Prior to the treatment we are using a ring with FSCs no. 20 “cleansing” on which channels Chalan and Perun are working. I would not go into details about cosmoenergy, you know well that they are working, Sergey Valentinovich made this FSC in order to clean human body from astral parasites, which may present in one’s thin bodies. These channels help to start programs of activation of the twelve DNA strings, remove inflammatory processes. This way cleaning and energy restoration takes place, along with organism vital powers. At the same time patient is drinking water, not less than two glasses. These are practical techniques you all are using. One shall always drink water; we are using FSCs “Healing” or “The Mighty Water” or “The Spring of Health” for water structuring. Then patient goes at the massage table under which there are two rings – one with FSCs “Love formula. Yin” and “Love formula. Yan”, the second with “The Apple of Youth” and “Source of Life” and the doctor is working. What actually takes place? The circle with “Yin” and “Yan” is under patient’s head and influences as if the spiritual sphere – starting from the fourth energy center and higher. And the second circle with “The Apple of Youth” and “Source of Life” is under the legs and works with the first three energy centers. And after our work we let patient to sit for 15-20 minutes in another circle with the “Reboot. Filling”.

I can share with you my impression, my experience. Several women came to see me with such diseases as mastopathy. Well, mastopathy could be of various kinds, I used specific techniques and saw they are feeling better. Start to palpate – and they have no hardenings. Everything has gone. I think one case is coincidence, then the second. After the second case “there are no coincidences”. I addressed my teacher colleague from whom I learned in due time: “listen, so and so…” he says: “this could not be! I am doing this in 5-7 sessions, and all other people too, are you some magician?” I say: “No, there should be something wrong”. Only later I realized that table is standing in the FCS rings, you understand?! And I am asking myself “How this could be?” It turns out that rings are influencing at this disease in such specific manner, that it becomes haled in one session! This is a serious procedure, a woman starts to feel easy, unpleasant sensations go away, the kind when a woman is unable to rise her hand…. 90 % of women know the sensations I am talking about, what it is! And when all these goes away they are becoming shiny and I am also glad for them.

Actually these rings influence not only mastopathy. Now I am going to bring some more examples:

A woman is 45, mother of three children, came to us with complaints at headaches and difficulties at breathing, high arterial pressure, very low psycho-emotional state. Pre-depressive state. Discomfort in the belly and in small pelvis. I will say it this way, you know, to us people are coming, who were refused by orthodox medicine. First of all, for me it is interesting to work with them. Second, people are in despair and after some manipulations, procedures, they start to blossom, everything improves. I had one young woman who even was on the edge of suicide. Of course in difficult cases it does not happen in one session, they have to see us several times. And so, we conducted three sessions with this woman and a basic program was recommended to her for a home use. Do you know what is basic program? I will repeat for those who maybe do not know: FSCs 1, 2, 9, 10, Resveratrol 50, EVOchlorophyll line. Result: her psycho-emotional state leveled, pressure is in norm, pains, difficulties, discomfort disappeared. More to it relations in her family started to level up, relations with husband restored, everything became well. Children love her, husband loves, everything is fine.

The second woman in the age of 52 came to us with complaints at quick tiredness, pains in small pelvis, depression state at the edge of suicide, it is her I mentioned before. At additional instrumental examination 18 week myoma was revealed. While she was thinking it grew a little more, and the woman said “I am pale as toadstool, my hemoglobin is at zero level, it is not possible to operate, what for I need this?” Those who were connected with surgery know that one should not do operation in case hemoglobin is lower than 100. And if I remember well she had some 50-56, that is one is walking like a shadow, as a ghost. And so, we conducted 8 sessions with her. Extended program was recommended to her for a home use. It includes FSCs 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 15, 16, 20, “Woman’s amulet”, “Love”, “Love formula Yin”, Protetion 8, Resveratrol 150, EVOchlorophyll line. Result: her psycho-emotional state leveled, hemoglobin rose up to 110 – already good, at least she ceased to be so white and reddened a little. Myoma decreased up to 6 weeks. That is, they proposed surgery to her, she refused, and after 8 sessions, when she came back to clinic they said: “You have positive dynamics, it decreases, what for to remove anything?! There is nothing redundant in the body”. Now this woman is under our supervision.

I will bring another example, it will be interesting for everybody, it is inhabitant of Denmark, she also had myoma, but operated. Can you imagine myoma with 1.5 kilo weight?! Which pinched intestine and organs, shifted everything seriously. She is 63, she called me recently, she visited her gynecologist. I am doing consultations, have a vast practice, travel to various regions, and now even to various countries, and there are many people whom I am seeing for 7, 8, 9 years. And there are very pleasant moments, when one was some 2-3 times at my consultations, we corrected something and he forgot about me! This is happiness! Why? Because one learned to fly and now flies independently. One’s life goes on, may be some five years after this person will show up, wave a hand and say “everything is fine!” And there is such category of people who are coming at my consultations every time I am in their city for 7, 8, 9 years, who have all line of FCSs, and nevertheless have some serious problems. I was developing various schemes or something of the kind for them. Finally I came to a conclusion that one is doing something wrongly, and this was confirmed. The point is that we do not see ourselves from a distance. Generally “saints” are coming to see me, around whom are vampire either men or wives, or someone else harms seriously, and generally a world for them is SS headquarters and human being is Shtirlits (Personage of famous Russian movie about a spy in German headquarters). Shtirlits came to workplace into SS headquarters, everything is serious, everything should be under control - Shtirlits came to sleep in 4:15 a.m., Shtirlits waked up in 4:27 a.m., such serious matters. Yes, simply use these notions, how you see them, what interaction takes place. Someone will write a romantic adventure, someone may do a horror-movie.

Of course I would not be able to comment one’s fairytale for everybody, I will bring to you examples from fairytales of other people and examples of their life situations and you will make ends meet yourself. In this case brevity is not always the soul of wit, one shall write from the bottom of one’s heart.

Have you finished? At least you have the plot ready?! Now you may write decodings of these 7 words. The gardener – I. Someone already feels funny?! Good. Bear – for women a bear is a man, for men – a woman, that is opposite sex. Most often terra incognita. Garden – territory of my interests. Me too, when I wrote a fairytale for the first time, I had a lot of fun. Laughed a lot. I was rewriting it for a year unless a good idea came into my head. Accordingly, the forest is the territory of man’s interests in case you are a woman, or the territory of woman’s interests in case you are a man. Territory of the opposite gender interests. Either men or women, one would not escape from this. Flowers – values – material, spiritual, we all are about high matters, here just human values. River – life – life scenario, my life. Key – my way of solving problems.

Now please look at your fairytale from the point of view of this decoding. Look, all spiritual doctrines are talking only about one thing – about love, acceptance of love. The most complicated issue is to understand the nature of the opposite gender, to accept the opposite nature. Another body, another psychic, another values, another interests. But most often we consider the opposite gender not from the position of understanding, that is getting know it better. To understand is to penetrate at the forest territory, to see what flowers are there? More often we see some occasional plots – either a bear in a fairytale is an aggressor or just lives somewhere in the forest, as if theoretically, sometimes goes out of the forest to the river and then hides back. That is terra incognita. By some reason flowers in fairytales may exist only in the garden. That is we are tuned at ourselves, we are planting gardens, we are cultivating own values, we are oriented at them and we are guarding them. But the point is that opposite gender also has own gardens and own values, and actually they are good and happy people. Good and kind relations, and what is most important lasting relations are built at common values. Common. In order to let these common values appear one shall get to know them. And so I am telling you fairytales and people’s lives, both men and women wrote them, differently.

This is a fairytale of a man, who is generally ready to marry, he wants very much to have a family, he had several hard cases when women left him literally “in pants and safety helmet” as they say in Russia, and he writes the following: There lived a gardener who had a wonderful garden, in this garden grew not only plants but also pears, apples, cherries, there are beehives in the garden –everything is wonderful. Gardener takes care about his garden, There is a forest at the opposite side of the river, once a bear comes out of the forest, crosses the river and goes to the garden. The gardener runs into his house, locks the door and looks for the gun. That is a traumatic scenario is inside.

Another man wrote to me his fairytale, later it turned out that he had a difficult situation, the betrayal of a woman. And so again a Gardener cultivates his garden. The forest of course is at the other side of the river and somewhere faraway. Once he noticed that a bear came out of the forest, so he took a knife run to the river and butchered the bear “key ready”. This way! My God, I think, he did not kill anyone yet! But inside he is ready!

Next is almost good man’s fairytale: both garden and forest are at one side of the river, gardener is preoccupied with his flowers but by some reason does not go into the forest. And so once upon a time a bear breaks into the garden, tramples flowers. The Gardener is not afraid of the bear, he looks at the bear and understands – it is hungry, so he takes a key, goes into the storeroom, takes honey and feeds the bear. I think “thank God!” and to this guy I say: “Marry. You understand clearly that all women are with some dust in a head, we all are wounded, we all are not enough loved. Similarly to a flower, for women it is important to receive love, especially under 5 years. It is a love of a father, when father is like a wizard who fulfills all your wishes – it is a big deficit because someone flew into space, others into mines, that is built communism. Or maybe were at wars and then built capitalism, but always papa was at some front. I say: “Marry. Mentally you are ready to understand that a women should be healed with love”. This is all, he will do normally.

Women’s fairytales. In a very very superlative degree goes three pages long description of the garden and unique absolutely fantastic flowers, that the gardener is cultivating in it! Three pages in small lettering! How wonderful the flowers are, how they smell! Of course the forest is somewhere far away. A bear is somewhere in the forest – something unclear… That is inspiration lasted when the garden and flowers were described and the bear have to make do with some three words. There was a forest at another side of the river, and a bear lived in it. I say: “Miss, you a very bid egoist!’ She considers herself a saint, cherishes a dream to quit her husband. A husband has a serious disease, that develops during 3 years, this disease prevents him from building a house. And this woman wants that everyone would envy her. You see?! That everything were shiny, splendid, all epithets about garden are in superlative degree. I say: “By all probability you married him of convenience, took him as a working horse”. As a working resource, and he fell damn sick, the house did not came out to be the best one in the neighborhood, then what for is he needed?! Broke his spine and threw away, you see?! At that she is a very punctual person, she comes to see me regularly, I understand that she is moving towards her dream, wants everything be perfect. I know that she used two FSC triangles, and in addition she wears a bandolier stacked with correctors, she drinks water by hours. And when she comes her field is mangled. Can you imagine?! Here are correctors, they give out to a human being… .Each FSC is as if a wonderful orchestra, a fine music tune, musical piece that comes into you. It pours into you as if into a bowl, into a vase. But individual reprocesses all these, distorts and gives out not a melody but as if scratching a glass with a nail. It all irradiates into the ether out of individual. We are reworking FSCs energies and giving out our own melodies, in result we have what we are giving out.

What is envy? It is exactly the seed from which obligatory the greediness will grow, fear will grow out of the greediness, spite grows out of fear. And her motivation to have a beautiful convenient house is not for them to be there together…. or in order to create more love in this world, that her friends and folks would have a territory to come to, and this territory would be for warmth and communication. Her motivation is to have the same home in order to make everyone around be envious. Generally this house should become a place for the black seeds of envy, which will grow out and will became – this is going to be something horrible.

Functional State Correctors are giving energy, and individual is able to destroy and restructure this energy into some cacophony with own thoughts, motivations, mental tunings. Can you imagine?!

Another case – mother and daughter are coming to my consultations, and you know they are a kind of difficult case, I cannot start things moving with them, no matter what schemes I invented. For me it is like a challenge, I shall solve the case! That’s why I asked them to write fairytales, first mother then a daughter, and they are writing…. At that they did not have opportunity to talk, I was seeing them one after another. And so they are writing to me similar reports: Yes, there are gardens and gardeners, yes forests and bears exist somewhere. They are existing separately in their reports. I say: “Do you understand that you have no scenario at all” Everyone has a platform of relations inside. This platform forms in the atmosphere of relations of mother and father during the first year and 8 months of life. The way mother and father are thinking about each other, what emotional atmosphere is in the family…. This energy environment records some specific driver in a child, and later he replays all these. I am asking mother: “Say please about your mother and father, your father was always out somewhere, he only came home to eat and sleep, nothing more?” That is you did not communicate, you did not have some events together, no birthdays or maybe tours, going somewhere for a sledge-riding, for skiing? No. Father was working on travels, when returned he ate, slept and sometimes baited them. That is no normal relations at all. The daughter writes practically similar text, that is a plot is a glance from aside. A woman is building up relations. She has no idea at all how to build up relations, and I am asking her about parents…. Father is a truck driver, he drives home to sleep, maybe he was not a drunkard, but he was coming home to rest in bed to fatten and drive away. And so she does not have a record of normal relations. She does not know how to build relations. The God is very generous, He gave her a very good husband, very kind and a very patient guy, I understand that he is a treasure. And she has difficulties in building up the relations because she has no proper driver activated. And despite the number of FSCs they have, her field is always in some distortions. I say: “Ok, dear, write a fairytale the way they would communicate in it, talk…. It is a fairytale anyway” She cannot. You see, so strong blocking that she cannot, she is warping. I say: “then let’s write at my dictation” I am dictating a fairytale to her, everything is well and calm in it and then do a checking. Her field levels up into an absolute harmony. Even Yin and Yan torrents are at proper places.

At our platforms yin and Yan energies are interacting, they are opposite to each other as day and night, they draw them this way – black and white. They are absolutely opposite. And so it is very important to take interest, to try and understand the other side, to inquire what values are there? That is to enter go into the forest and take a look at forest flowers. To see how the bear behaves, that they are respecting him, that he supports good order in the forest (this is true for a woman’s fairytale), that he controls everything. In case a woman is fighting with some man, no matter if it is her next door, grandson, ex-husband, American president – every piece of international news turns into some meeting – it is not important. It is a conflict of yan energy with a representative of yan energy. It will show out in problems with joints, first of all with bones and muscles. And one will put the correctors contactly, do other recommendations, and all the energy will go away. You see it would go into nowhere, it will be burned out with this individual. And it is very important to understand: we all have own scenarios of lives, of interaction with this world, and accordingly our energy either is working for good or turns into nothing. In case you wrote a fairytale in which a gardener and a bear are not friends, do not speak, gardener does not know what is going on in the forest, if a bear if comes into a garden makes some troubles, then write a fairytale in which there are peace and friendship. This is a fairytale – everything is allowed.

Another interesting example, a woman is writing a fairytale, she likes very much relations in period of sweets and flowers. She has children, but she takes no interest in men as in life-partners, as spouse. And here is an interesting fairytale: A gardener is living well and calmly, he has a garden, and once he comes to know that somewhere faraway in the forest there is a scarlet flower. Of course it is a bear who is in charge of the forest, but the gardener has a big desire to have this scarlet flower in his own garden. So he takes a boat and rides up along the river, finds this bear, talks him into giving this scarlet flower to her, bear allows, and the gardener takes the flower, returns to his garden and continues to grow flowers. The end. I say: ”Probably you take no interest at all in such form of life as men? Just a DNA source, a means to have a child, the rest is not interesting at all”. And what about the child who needs a father? Child needs a platform of good home comfort, what about giving something out into this world instead of only taking? All these complicated things are working inside us and at that we think we are saints. Actually it irradiates from inside ourselves. It is exactly the nail scratching at the glass. And so you may rewrite this fairytale, you may do it 250 times if you wish, but when finally the idea of this harmony comes to you, the energies of correctors that are working with you will redistribute inside you, and your life will start to change at this very moment. It really starts to work, and then you do not need my consultations, and you spread your wings and fly into your good light expanses. It is wonderful when one changes own fate with the help of the correctors. One acquires happiness inside and starts to live in a different world, and does not need these scratches, these consultations and so on. It is the most dangerous thing when we are trying to re-construct / change surrounding people in order to be more comfortable ourselves. All these – influences at close people, changing behavior of children, behavior of mates, even the behavior of mothers and fathers is exactly cacophony.

The most important thing in this world is fulfillment of one’s predestination. Predestination of a woman is to give out into this world calamity, goodness and tenderness. Predestination of a man is to give out into this world courage, generosity and wisdom. One would not escape from this. In case a woman is very courageous, very generous and truthful and impeccably wise – you see, it is (a dissonant) sound upon the symphony orchestra…. All saint people are saying that the Universe sounds as if a very beautiful music. And so on the background of this wonderful, harmonious music this woman plays may be even masterpiece roulades at the sax. In case you are a violin you shall play this part. May be it will be falsely, not correct, but it should be a violin. It is not allowed to change places. The point is that we are building this world mentally in a definite way. The power of women’s mind is nine times higher than man’s. And women are dreaming about men in the following categories: handsome, tender, neat, you see?! But these are feminine qualities. And so men of a definite kind are coming here on Earth – it is an order. There is a gin, standing behind every woman, overhearing her thoughts and giving. Such gentle, soft, calm men are coming. But their functions are: protection, provision, function to investigate something, to go somewhere, to build homes, open and master new territories – this is also men’s function. It is a distortion at the energy level – distortion of harmonies, energies, sounds, of the vibrations produced by the correctors – it is turning of everything into something very disharmonious. For example in Norway, where they are taking many children out of normal families and give into same-sex families, nowadays they are trying to vote through a law, when adoptive father may have marital relations with his fosterling. Can you imagine?! That is father turns into a husband! Generally speaking it is legalization of pedophilia. And there is a woman in power there, you see?! All these feminist movements…. A woman, who as if wears a man’s skin, tries to act in men-like way. Black and white are changing places, everything turns from legs to head. Such a woman becomes a source of tremendous destruction.

I advise you, you know that I like Natalia Shafranva, I recommend many her trainings, and there is a person whom Natalia Shafranova recommends herself – Julia Mangalam, at U-tube there is her vebinar with a very good name “Woman-type planning”. What I am about? Even being at men’s territory, in case you rotate the spin of planning correctly, it is a mental, right?! It is about devising something, you are getting wonderful results!

We are taking care about ecology, we understand that it influences very seriously, first of all it is water and air. A human being in order to be healthy heeds clean water and clean air. He walked hills and forests and once he found a forest where wonderful flowers grew, and everything was wonderful there, and there was a bear who was in charge of flowers and perfect order. And the gardener watched the bear, he liked the way bear behaved himself, they became acquainted, and bear started to show the gardener what is going on and how in his forest. The gardener saw that he is a respected person, that the bear has a magic key, with the help of which he repairs everything and does everything….. it is a man’s function to show to a woman a space in which she will blossom, will be happy, will be secure. Masculine function. But, forgive me saying this, one should not go into adventures with the first trash cat who will turn out at hands! First it is good to see presentation of a man – who is he? What are his values? And in case you did not liked either the bear or the forest – go away! Gone to look for another forest. You have a right to, you understand?! And when in a fit of heartiness the gardener, seeing that this is a good person, tells the bear about his dream, about a garden, the bear leads him to a place where it will be possible to start a garden. The gardener looks and agrees, and they are making a wonderful garden. Build a fairytale house and live long and happy life. The bear is in charge of the forest, keeps everything in order there, and after doing everything needed in the forest he returns to a gardener with forest-honey, nuts, berries… The gardener makes jams. They are coming to a river to count the stars, swim or something else… You see?!

And what thy are writing to me: one women wrote – a gardener planted a garden, wonderful absolutely unique garden, the bear wondered in and liked this garden very much, and the bear became a gardener. I say: “As it is (second marriage, very complicated relations appeared after 3 years), you over-pumped in yourself the vedic-wife” Pumped up all woman’s options. Such a very beautiful appletree, wonderful. And so a raccoon runs by, she is up on him “eat an apple, eat an apple”. He will with ease, he will also pee and poo under this apple tree, well it is a good place here! Not everyone needs a good wife. But forgive my saying so, you shall let into a garden only the one who is worthy. You shall check this. Today we are going to talk about the collection series. When I analyzed themes, recorded at the collection series of FCSs, it turned out that all of them are working with the endocrine system organs. How wonderful it is! Why it is very important to work with the collection series? Because endocrine system plays a very important role in the human organism – regulates the work of all internal organs through the production of hormones. Didenko A. V.: Our clients have a number of questions at which they would like to receive answers personally from you, Sergey Valentinovich.

Question: Do FSCs protect from harmful influences of Wi-Fi? If yes, then what FSCs would you recommend?

Answer: For this, one shall put FSCs somewhere close to the router. Yes, they would correct only what is called the informational part of the irradiation. Because all these devices are working at transverse waves, at ones that are described by Maxwell equations, they do not pose significant influence at the physiology. Only accompanying part influences, the one which is not possible to describe with equations. Generally speaking correctors do not interfere with the work of ordinary devices, including digital ones. They are simply eliminating this informational noise.

Didenko A. V.: Ok, they are removing informational noise, without influencing the device itself.

Koltsov S. V.: In no way at the device itself.

Question: Do FSCs protect from harmful influences of 4G and 5G networks? What correctors are coping with this the best way?

Answer: This is not an easy question, I understand well what you have in mind because nowadays they are switching at high frequency mobile connection in Europe, and all informational problems are starting exactly in this band, in a millimeter band. Correctors themselves are working in a millimeter band – slightly shorter than 2 millimeters. There are no such technical devices, it is hard to find real means of measurements (for such frequencies). Problem will really appear – the higher will climb the frequencies in the cell network, the more informational problems would appear. They asked me this question already some 7 years ago in Germany, when a man who is engaged in the installation of this equipment said: “well, we understand, but will happen with the population?” I say “troubles”.

Didenko A. V.: Is there a way to finish in more optimistic note?!

Koltsov S. V.: Then one shall put some small protectors at every cell-phone, either at the transmitting equipment.

Didenko A. V.: As minimal measure you are recommending a protector for the mobile phone.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, protector for the mobile phone, it will eliminate the informational noise.

Didenko A. V.: Ok, clear.

Koltsov S. V.: The only problem is that one will have to charge mobile phones more often, this is all to it.

Question: Nowadays all IDs in France, that is Identity cards are having chips, which are at the level of a throat. That is there is a photograph and at the throat level….

Koltsov S. V.: It irradiates nothing.

Didenko A. V.: And so the question is: – many people reckon that it poses harmful influence at human biofield. Does it really pose an influence and can some FSCs protect from the harmful field?

Koltsov S. V.: Well no. It is an electromagnetic device that works at ordinary electromagnetic waves. Unless it contacts with some reader that has a power supply, it cannot irradiate anything.

Didenko A. V.: That is it is just a chip, which….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, this is electromagnetic chip, there is nothing horrible in it.

Didenko A. V.: …. Which is simply a carrier of information.

Koltsov S. V.: It is recorded in a digital form, it is absolutely different way of information storage (in comparison with FSCs which pose influence at biology objects). In order to make it clear: in my life I communicated enough with digital equipment and did rockets programming for many lives ahead….

Question: Our clients are very anxious about possibility of occasional or military nuclear catastrophe. In description of some FCSs it is said about their effectiveness in protection from radioactive irradiation. Name please most effective ones for that purpose.

Koltsov S. V.: FSC no 15 is specific for protection from radio-active background irradiation. Channels, which we checked formally for significant lowering of radioactive background in premises are recorded on it. Generally speaking, “Anticataclyzm” shall do the same but no one checked it. No 15 shall significantly lower the level of radioactive background irradiation. But it does not include the possibility of nuclear war, correctors are good for situations they had at Fukysima, such disasters may happen.

Didenko A. V.: Nevertheless such question appeared.

Koltsov S. V.: For God’s sake, no use to be afraid of nuclear war! Because no one will survive in case it happens. Yes, one would not have to be afraid for a long time.

Didenko A. V.: Is there such a function in other correctors but 15, at least in minimal degree? Or only at no 15?

Koltsov S. V.: We did not check.

Didenko A. V.: Can you describe scientifically the mechanism of neutralization or protection form radiation with the help of FCSs? The mechanics – how they are working?

Koltsov S. V.: Oh, this is a long story. We checked formally that cosmoenergy channels are reducing the level of radiation that is measured with standard devices. Yes, they are lowering. These channels are recorded at FSC no 15. I even did not give a though about the mechanism.

Didenko A. V.: I think few people will understand even if you would start to explain.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, yes, because….

Didenko A. V.: It is at the level of theoretical physics ….

Koltsov S. V.: I think there would not be no understanding at this level either.

Question: Does some special instruction for the FSCs exist, to which one shall follow scrupulously in order to get maximum defense?

Koltsov S. V.: Why they are always asking about defense?! I do not understand what people are afraid of?!

Didenko A. V.: They are afraid of everything, but actually the question is about existence of some instruction, that should be followed scrupulously.

Koltsov S. V.: No.

Didenko A. V.: We have basic instruction for the FSC use.

Koltsov S. V.: No. Any FSC does what is called geometrization of space. That is it will try to transform everything that would not be co-tuned with the rhythms of human organism and irradiations of earth and outer space. Because it scans a very large volume, not even the surface.

Question: Did you ever gave a though to creation of the special FSC “Radiation antidote” for deducing of radionuclides from the organism?

Answer: No.

Didenko A. V.: No such FSC in plans at the time.

Question: Our constant client is asking is it possible to buy a book by Koltsov? As far as we know you do not have a book at the moment, are you planning to start writing it in near future?

Koltsov S. V.: And what they want to see or to hear? Theoretical background, yes, very exotic. Practical recommendations? – nowadays there is a lot of literature created. What is the use for me to rewrite? Everything was approved by me when was written.

Didenko A. V.: Apparently no, as I understand there is a lot already written.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, in case a real pressing need appears, then I have to torture myself.

Didenko A. V.: Most likely it will be at the stage of reminiscences?

Koltsov S. V.: This is far in the future yet.

Question: Did you heard about chem-traces? There is more and more information that is floating up in the internet, according to which governments of some countries agreed to spray chemicals in the air for influencing the climate. This gives rise to a question: the use of what FSCs will help better to withstand this chemical threat? Have you ever heard about this?

Answer: I saw this in Germany.

Didenko A. V.: Even more to it, they are writing here about information….

Koltsov S. V.: It is not information. It is a specific treatment of territory that results to birthrate in Germany became less than 1,3.

Didenko A. V.: That is direct connection is already seen.

Koltsov S. V.: Of course. They do not have FSCs in mass volumes. And individual, who will be using FSC, first of all will structure water – it is the most important object which will wash out, clean out everything unnecessary from the organism.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, of course, no need to invent anything here, one shall simply use these devices regularly, then nothing could happen with this person.

Didenko A. V.: We see this on the example of our conference, which goes now in the other auditorium.

Question: In what form information is copied from plants, crystals? Tell how FSCs are produced. How information is recorded at the active elements and why it cannot be erased? Explain scientifically why FSC could not be charged with other energies?

Answer: Actually I patented only the assembly technology, in order to prevent possibility of erasing the information. Understanding the danger of this situation I opted not to patent the construction of the resonator. Only sometimes I pronounce a set of words, in order to give overall idea about design of this installation. In case one takes interest what is Merkabah – the field of light, I managed to reproduce formally the field pattern of it. Take a look in the internet or somewhere else and you will find a lot of interesting things.

Didenko A. V.: So for our needs resonator is a device…..

Koltsov S. V.: It is a device, in which light reflected from any objects that are to be recorded: from water, pictures, does not matter what from! From leaves, from trees.

Didenko A. V.: Then it comes that information is copied exactly by this method.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, of course. At that it is a passive resonator that does not need neither batteries nor anything!

Didenko A. V.: Uniquely.

Question: Could not it happen that organism will receive too much information in case several FSCs are carried at the body?

Answer: No, nothing of the kind is going to happen, because every FSC is working with the place where it is hanged. I am already tired explaining to people that it is more effective to do an additional pumping – to remove blocks in the organism, when FSCs are put in co-tuned position, that hang a battery of FSCs at oneself. In any case they would work locally only with the places at which they are hanging. Not with the entire organism.

Question: Is it possible to combine FSC use with numerical rows of Grigoriy Grabovoi? If yes, then tell please most effective way of combining of FSCs and methods of numeric concentration. Is it possible to put notes with Grabovoi’s numeric rows at FSC with the purpose of mutual amplification? I want to note here that Grabovoi ideas are very popular in Euarope.

Answer: I know. But it has no any relation to the Grabovoi ideology, because actually FSCs are reproducing natural spiral fields. I simply looked at some Grabovoi’s holograms, they are reproducing the still field which is not characteristic for live systems. So I did not investigate his numeric rows. I simply lost interest to these pictures and numeric rows.

Didenko A. V.: That is they are static….

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, there is also a need to use some additional verbal information in order to make one’s brain moving or something else.

Didenko A. V.: Clear. Here the question continues: At some FSCs are recorded numerical rows of Grigoriy Grabovoi, for example at “The Healthy Joints”, how this could be? Or is it true?

Koltsov S. V.: This is delusion. There are no any numeric rows of Grabovoi at any FSCs and could not be. I do not collaborate with him. And do not know him personally.

There is a group of cosmoenergy channels – so called numeric channels, they are used in lilac series. Probably this gave root to the question about numeric rows. You know such major groups (cosmoenergy practitioners are calling these groups “blocks”) of cosmoenergy channels as “Classical cosmoenergy channels”, “Mayan cosmoenergy channels”. “Numeric channels” are one of such groups / blocks / sets.

Question: Is it true that there are FSCs, which one should not use simultaneously due to incompatibility? There is information, circulating in the internet, that one should not combine the use of the blue series with the lilac series and also with some exclusive FSCs, is it true?

Answer: The question is clear. Only lilac series has some peculiarities. Cosmoenergy channels that could be programmed are recorded on it. And generally our people are lazy and tend to forget about some nuances of these channels technology. In case a channel is started, no difference at what FSC, and in case one programmed verbally for what time it shall work, then prior to using any other FSCs one shall obligatory close this channel, and only them one may use other. Otherwise any other FCS will interrupt the work of the channel, and one have to restart it anew.

Didenko A. V.: Yes, this question appears because people have poor understanding of cosmoenergy channels they do not understand how to open them or how to close…..

Koltsov S. V.: There is no need to go that deep. This is only for most gifted persons who are working with cosmoenergy.

Didenko A. V.: So explain how ordinary people shall use the lilac FSCs….

Koltsov S. V.: No need in anything…. No need to program anything – use in passive mode. Everything is working.

Didenko A. V.: One shall use lilac FSCs in a passive mode, channels opening is only for advanced users.

Koltsov S. V.: Those who have a desire to play with the channels – have such possibility.

Didenko A. V.: Yes, those who have understanding.

Question: Tell pleases in more details about “The Tuning Fork” FSC. How it is working? How it enhances the work of other FSCs?

Answer: This is a spring in Mongolia from a very special place, I had a chance to climb there myself. At the surface of 4 hectares, at the height of 2200 meters the mountain slope is all covered with vapor. As they say there are 108 springs on this slope. This very spring in translation sounds as “108 drops”. 108 is a sacral number for the Buddhists, from the physiology point of view they recommend to end curing with this very spring. In order to stabilize healing effects, prolong them. We checked, it is also possible to start with this spring. Because it actually accents channels – any other FSCs with water springs, but only those which are connected with physiology. For example I can hardly imagine what could be accented with “The Tuning Fork” in the gold series. It is about absolutely different matters.

Didenko A. V.: Any other peculiarities in its use?

Koltsov S. V..: No, very soft polarization, works very harmoniously, that’s why it is of really such a wide spectrum.

Question: Does FSC “Healthy teeth” aid strengthening teeth enamel? Can this corrector reduce teeth sensitivity? Will it help in case of parodontosis? In case of teeth roots exposure?

Answer: There is a need in checking, because I did these FSCs long ago when installed implants. I had teeth problems from childhood age, so I had to make artificial teeth. It was done for that case in order to avoid problems after surgery, because after each surgery doctor is obliged to make anti-inflammation injection. I did not made a single one to myself. Then implantologist commanded me to see him the other day. I am coming, he investigated me for long then says: “Ok, you convinced me, what you did?” I say: “Do you see this FSC, I put it at the side where you cut my gum”. That is all, no problem.

Didenko A. V.: I had a similar situation, next day they could not understand why nothing swelled, nothing became yellowish, say: “Why your face is not yellow?! At the implantation area, we cut you everything, I do not understand”. I did not tell them about correctors, because they are very…. Surgeons are skeptics.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, the one who treated me now is staunch defender. Because they really have lots of problems doing implants in case of patient has parodontosis, periodontitis due to frequent rejection. Growth of bone tissue is also an interesting question. Very interesting, because when they had to grow it, he asked me: “Do you have any confessional contra-indications?” I say: “The question is clear – you want to plant me bone tissue of some cow or pig?” I say: “no need, because you do not know when they were born. That’s why you have 50-50 rate”. 50 % successful and 50 % failures due to non-coincidence of dynamic stereotypes of human being and the animal. “Plant me artificial tissue, I will educate it myself”. Everything is normal.

Didenko A. V.: My case was similar, they wondered why it is so. They said that I have a good safety factor because did not have any complications after implantation.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, one would never have it.

Didenko A. V.: They were simply in shock, because there were no even a swell.

Koltsov S. V.: My stomatologists are inviting me into Italy this autumn, they are going to have some congress, they want to talk aloud about this technology, saying “Listen guys, we are going to have significantly less problems with patients”.

Didenko A. V.: More to it, it is already checked…

Koltsov S. V.: At myself, yes, at least valuable crew members.

Question: Is it true that it is prohibited to use FSCs before surgery and visit to a dentist? Because correctors oppose effects of anesthesia. What about FSC “healthy teeth”?

Answer: Normally, after they did everything, all manipulations – then put it directly at the face. Yes this recommendation is really important, we have precedent when they explained everything to a dame, they prepared her to abdominal surgery. They washed and shaved everything, and still at the last moment she grabs an FSC and put sit under herself. They are shooting anesthesia and cannot understand what is going on – heart may fail. They actually cut her alive, really one may have problems with anesthesia.

Question: Tell please about Collection corrector “Mamma”, about results, received at its use.

Answer: Just at the moment at the conference some are making reports on this corrector, Generally speaking this corrector is for problems with woman’s breasts. These are mastopathy, formation of hardenings of various kind, all problems. Yes, it shall dissipate these hardenings, how effectively – time will tell. Here the using mode is slightly different than with other FCSs, with “Mamma” they recommend to do water wrappings according to Kneip in order to have prolonged influence at the problem organ. Not usual 5-10 minutes, but one shall structure water, soak some fabric and put (at the problem place) for 2 hours.

Question: There is a lot of information in the internet, warning the users of golden FSCs with Mayan channels. Many therapist are stating that people with negative or toxic thoughts may have unfavorable consequences due to the use of correctors, especially with Mayan channels . Can you clear this question? If it is true, then in what form it is possible to use mirrored energy?

Answer: Well, there is no possibility to use mirrored energy, it is punishment for wrong behavior, in case one started….

Didenko A. V.: More to it in case it is mirrored, how on earth can you use it ?!

Koltsov S. V.: No way. Just yesterday I encountered with the only precedent when FSC 23 apparently tore some energy sucker from someone, locked it at itself and is not able to thrash it. This could be prolonged influence, it is probably so but I have no idea how this could be done, because it should be supported every moment. Some ritual techniques were probably used. It looks like we have to burn down this FSC.

Didenko A. V.: That is people may not worry about having negative thoughts. Simply people are afraid that in case they are thinking something bad and take golden FSC in hands, this could be mirrored back to themselves.

Koltsov S. V.: Nothing of the kind is going to happen. No. Unless one wants to ditch someone on purpose – such people will get return strike at the moment!

Didenko A. V.: That is in case one wants to work deliberately against another person, then…..

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, in this case FSC will exactly prevent doing this.

Question about working with the lilac series, all of them require channels opening….

Koltsov S. V.: It does not require.

Didenko A. V.: Yes, it does not require. Tell please, is there a way for people who have not yet developed sensitivity to thin energies to make sure if the channel is opened or closed?

Koltsov S. V.: Oh no, this is a separate story about channels.

Didenko A. V.: In case individual, by the way we already discussed this question, in case one has absolutely no experience and understanding of these channels, uses lilac FSCs only in passive mode.

Koltsov S. V.: No need.

Didenko A. V.: Neither opens nor closes….

Koltsov S. V.: We made FCSs especially for the purpose – to avoid necessity of going into details.

Didenko A. V.: So let’s leave working with channels for cosmoenergy practitioners. Those who are practicing cosmoenergy professionally, they can.

Koltsov S. V.: Those who are practicing cosmoenergy professionally are people who are healing other people and who carry responsibility, shall take on themselves responsibility for this. We were not going to heal anyone! All devices are prophylaxis!

Didenko A. V.: Clear, In case you cannot work with channels, do not understand them, use passive mode. Do not take it into your head.

Koltsov S. V.: No need to be preoccupied with this, because there is a possibility “to catch”, because there are few healthy cosmoenergy practitioners.

Question: It is known that shungite is absorber of electromagnetic waves, does it neutralize information, coming from FSCs?

Answer: Shungite belongs to the zeolites, it is silicon-organics, which really has informational properties, but! Sooner or later any zeolite will be full up in terms of information. So in case they are using shungite for water filtering or some defense, then one shall learn somehow to check when it will start to fail. Keeping information intact is not a simple task. That’s why a lot of time was spent in order to guess how to make apparently simple device, preventing possibility of information erasing.

Didenko A. V.: Prevent erasing and also give away.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, give away… Actually FSC does not give away anything, it works as a diffraction grid, it simply transforms outer torrents in accordance with what is recorded at these small magnets.

Question: Why water structuring time at some exclusive and collection FSCs is much longer that at basic series blue FSC? Please explain this scientifically.

Answer: Minimum basic physiology rhythm is about two hours. When I recorded information from natural objects –leaves, minerals, as a rule they reproduced exactly this two-hours rhythm. During several recent years water springs started to appear which require enormous time at replication, that is in process of copying of the information at the hard carrier. That is Mongolian springs we already mentioned here are minimum four hours, and there are also 6 hour springs. There are separate springs that require 7 hours for the process of information copying, and absolute record maker is a spring from Kirov district, which requires 12 hours for replication. That is water is so unique object, that it will take several generations to study it. And so when we are using such “long play” themes, in hard copy resonant amplification by 5-6 octaves takes place, this is almost by 2 orders, nevertheless it takes some 20-25 minutes to structure water.

Question: Can you propose an effective method of Functional State Correctors selection? When coming to know about this technology, the desire appears to purchase all these correctors, but often it is difficult taking into consideration finances. So the question to you is: please name correctors that one shall have in every home non dependant on problems with health.

Answer: I do not know such a set because periodically problems arrear when one really have to select them individually in order to solve this or that problem. I had to do exactly this for my wife this morning.

Didenko A. V.: Well, But we have basic minimum set of numbers one and two….

Koltsov S. V.: Basic minimum set is needed for cleaning of intestines at the first place. Why the intestine? Because in case the intestine is working normally it ensues two third of the immunity. But there is a number of informational problems that may appear and which are impossible to predict: due to communication with people, when one got some virus. That is why one have to select FSC specifically. One shall simply understand that I was materialist by education. And the most difficult part was, while making correctors, to change own world-view first. Now I understand clearly that consciousness is primary. That’s why the action of most correctors takes place through human consciousness. It appeared to be not a simple technical task, but we succeeded in solving it.

Didenko A. V.: Well, in any case one shall always start with FSCs 1 and 2…..

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, one shall always start with numbers 1 and 2, but one should not be surprised that in some situations they may not help. This is in case some virus is caught, or lymph nodes are…. For example some infection is wondering around nowadays at which lymph glands are swollen, in this case one shall select with what correctors to remove this.

Question: Please tell, are there cases in which correctors do not help at all? Or circumstances under which they are not working at all? Why sometimes it happens so that we do not see the desired result?

Answer: This means they did not select FSCs that are resonant to the specific problem the individual has. Because in case one is already ill, then a very restricted set will work and help, and one shall select this FSCs. Exactly due to this we are saying that we were not going to heal anyone. But in case it really comes to healing, then one shall learn to work either with a pendulum or with some other bio-resonant method. Because generally speaking these are different energies and actually there is everything in human organism…. If only one would train own consciousness a little more, then, generally speaking, it is possible to cope even without FCSs.

Question: Why it is not recommended to carry Functional State Correctors at the heart area?

Answer: It was (said) long ago. Until we checked all these. Carry for the sake of your health, nothing will happen to you.

Question: Is it possible to expect appearance of an FSC in future which will be able to neutralize human immune deficit virus?

Answer: I did not investigated this theme. Well, in case such necessity will appear we can. As soon as we started the collection series with the curative FSCs. If it comes to it we can try and work in this direction. Because nowadays we have in our line the correctors that are relieving people from liver cirrhosis, there are hard copies of FSCs which are working with hepatitis of various kinds, these are very tough problems for the classical medicine.

Question: Is it possible to expect the appearance of an FSC which will solve question of hair loss? Such an interesting question.

Answer: Generally speaking I have a hard copy, but I did not have a chance to check statistically how it is working.

Didenko A. V.: A restricted contingent.

Koltsov S. V.: Well, yes. Generally, yes, there are such themes and it is possible to replicate them.

Question: For how long the water keeps the information, received from the FSCs?

Answer: Very long! Because as a rule resonant themes are used, and the outer field is unable to break the structure of water, made at FSC. But even in case you have some doubts, there is a good rule “shake before use”. Even in case water “caught” some alien information during long time storage, no matter from what source – electromagnetic equipment, light, everything that is unstable will fall apart at shaking.

Question: FSCs are information plates, does cooperation with spirits of nature takes place at their production?

Answer: Well no, I am not engaged in working with spirits of nature, but it happened so in the course of life that our Siberian shamans helped me to restore health a couple of times, and I understand well that in many situation one may communicate with spirits of nature, forest, and I can do this.

Question: If the pregnant woman will use FSCs, can this pose influence at the fetus?

Answer: Yes, it can and we do not recommend to do this. Drink water, you may do pumpings, but I do not recommend to carry FSC at oneself all the time, because it is better not to interfere with God’s provisions. Our gynecologists, who are engaged in FSC use professionally, confirm that it is far from being obligatory to carry them at the body. Thou my daughter in law almost never parted with no 13, at least worked with it regularly, she had some woman’s problems. Absolutely healthy child, who surely is ahead of his coevals in physical development.

Didenko A. V.: Well, we have a number of positive examples, when women used and wore FSCs, simply in a given case it is as if not recommended.

Koltsov S. V.: Yes, why no 13? Because along with attention concentration function it has a second one – in case a woman is already pregnant it helps to carry absolutely healthy fetus. No other FSCs are simply needed for pregnant women.

Didenko A. V.: But they may drink water from any other FSCs and do pumpings?

Koltsov S. V.: But better at no 13. Because it is targeted for this theme.
